It was October 10th, little Naruto, just of age 5 was sleeping next to his best friend, Itachi since his mom and dad were gone somewhere, they would definitely be back though. They also said he would be getting a smaller sibling like Itachi had, he really wanted a sister to change things up in their house, he would spoil her and protect her from anything

Beside the huge wall of Konoha, in a small but secure cave was Biwako, her assistant, Minato and Kushina, there were ANBU too but outside so it didn't really matter. 2 of the people were about to birth another soul and make it 5 people in the room and by all means. It wasn't silent in the least

"MINATOO! YOU BETTER TREAT ME TO RAMEN LATER. I DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW MIKO WENT THROUGH THIS WILLINGLY!" Kushina screamed while, supposedly, crushing her Husband, the fourth Hokage's hand. While the blonde was on the verge of crying "Yes yes, I'm definitely treating you later" 'I don't care what others think, women are stronger than men'. Biwako interrupted their (And by their, I mean Kushina's) screams with her voice "Kushina! it's out! She's a girl!" and she got a reply from an excited Minato, seemingly forgetting that his hand was almost crushed by his wife "Really?! what shall we name her Kushina?"

"What about, Akami?" a tired Kushina suggested, and Minato grew a smile and said, softly "It's a wonderful name dear". He was about to say more but an explosion interrupted him. A masked man walked and suddenly ran at Minato. Startled, Minato didn't have enough time to react when he heard a gut-wrenching stab noise, he turned and spotted a blood Biwako, with a knife to her stomach, the bod went limp and fell to the ground to reveal the assistant in the same situation, he quickly tried to grab Kushina's hand but he felt space bend at his finger tips and suddenly... Kushina was gone

Minato was scared. He was scared for his wife. But of course, the Yondaime couldn't afford to. he hiraishined to his son's seal and quietly kept the little baby near the blonde boy, it seems the girl had a sense of who was next to her and slept peacefully without crying, what a surprise.

He didn't have much time to mush over how cute his children looked since he had to save his wife's life. he teleported again, now to his wife's marker and looked at her in horror 'The Kyuubi has been extracted' he thought and looked at Konoha just in time to see the Kyuubi get summoned on top of the privileged, Senju clan area. He cursed and hiraishined his wife near Naruto who was now awake, the scared little blonde looked at his dad with fearful eyes "T-Tou-san? What's going on?! What happened to mom?!". The said 'Tou-san' replied "Listen Naruto, first calm down. Secondly, I know this is early but... please try and become a good big sibling like Itachi-kun and take your sister and mother to the refugee area, OK?" and the now dubbed Itachi, said to his friend "Naru, I have an extra bag for your sister in which I carry Sasuke, come on!". Naruto, albeit still scared, complied with his dear Dad's request and carried his sister with Itachi

Minato now had a job to do, eliminate the masked man as he was a threat to Konoha and do something about the Kyuubi, preferably seal it into someone and as much he didn't like the last part, he had to do it or Konoha would be significantly weaker since losing its Bijuu. Minato teleport-ed yet again, it would seem like this was the 40th time this day but it was nothing since he did this way more during the 3rd shinobi war. He was on top of his face on the Hokage monument in a flash, eyeing the Kyuubi which roared in destruction. The Kyuubi seemingly spotted the Yellow Flash and started to make a Bijuu-dama, the said Bijuu-dama was shot to the grand faces, destroying houses in its path.

The yellow flash didn't have his name for nothing, he flashed the bomb away from Konoha, it's explosion still sending the shock wave to the village hidden in the leaves. Minato felt a presence before him and looked at the masked man, he shot a Kunai at him but the Kunai simply went through the man.

The interaction went the same as canon and now Minato is in front of the Kyuubi with Kushina holding it down with her chakra chains, Minato is about to do the Gogyo Fuin

The Third Hokage was shocked, he saw the scene in front of him and he was shocked, his successor about to seal the demon fox in his daughter and son, while a tired Kushina. The old Hokage tch'd and jumped in front of his successor, making a huge barrier with the fox in it so it didn't escape. He calmly said "Minato, your young and have much life ahead of you with your family. While look at me, old and fragile, just some time before I join my dead wife. Let me do the Gogyo Fuin! I will seal the Yang half in your daughter and Yin half in your son since Yang chakra of a Bijuu will destroy anyone's body if they have developed a chakra network" and with that, before Minato could say anything, Hiruzen did the seals and a demon, only being seen to Hiruzen and the Bijuu appeared, the giant fox looked at the demon in disgust, it shouted "I'm not going to get sealed again!" and tried to stabbed the old man just for a blonde to interfere and block his claw

With the Gogyo Fuin preparations complete, Hiruzen started to separate the chakra of the huge Bijuu and sealed the Yin half into the unconscious boy and Yang half in the sleeping redhead, after the separation Hiruzen was left exhausted and on the verge of death, not like he would survive either way. the Shinigami behind Hiruzen started the eat the soul of the sealer and the one who summoned it. Soon, the only thing left of the old Hokage was his empty shell of a body which fell on the ground with a thud. While Minato was grateful for Sarutobi Hiruzen's sacrifice, he had a more important thing to do, he picked up his almost unconscious wife and sent her to the refugee area where nurses and doctors were tending to the people, then he brought his 2 children there too

Time-skip to the next day

Minato stood up on the made-up platform, which was really just the only sturdy wooden box left in the village, and announced to all the ones that could listen "Today, we mourn our loss for the beloved Sandaime Hokage, Sarutobi Hiruzen, he was an excellent shinobi and an even greater man and Hokage. As much as I would like to mourn more, I or you cannot! We have to start repairing everything and recover from the Kyuubi attack. Most of you would be wondering where it went, it was killed by none other than the Sandaime Hokage who gave his life to accomplish it. Now, please start working and let's bring Konohagakure and Hi No Kuni back to the top!". These words echoed in the hearts of the present Shinobi and cheers followed the words by the civilians who were now motivated and felt great, with the continuous cheers, they started spreading out to first repair the houses

Minato looked at the clan leaders present with the elders and followed them to a tent for conference, after entering, Minato put an advanced privacy seal before being seated in his position. Danzo got up and spread a map of Konoha and started where all the new clan areas will be present. Minato, however was unusually quiet till he saw Danzo isolating the Uchiha out of the village, this is where he stepped in. "I object. I am disbanding the Uchiha police force as a whole" which rightfully earned many shocked faces but he continued "And instead I'm establishing the Konoha Police force, we need more Uchiha in our Shinobi ranks instead of in the village where it will stun their growth of the Sharingan, the Konoha Police force headquarters will be in the middle of the village with 12 Chunin from each clan and 3 Jounin. Any objections till now?"

The then shocked faces receded to that of understanding and everyone nodded except Danzo and the 2 elders. Minato continued "Uchiha-dono, as I said before, we need more Uchiha in our Shinobi forces, as such to give them new ranks seeing all of them have rusted over the years, I'm leaving you in charge of giving them new ranks, take 2 Nara shinobi and 3 more who you please for evaluation, you need not re-evaluate all of them, the new Uchiha compound will be in the center of the village. Aburame, Inuzuka and the Hyuuga compounds will be near the borders of the village seeing they have good track and search nindo, Aburame's will be near the west forests, Inuzuka's will be at the East and Hyuuga compound will be at the south but not far from the Uchiha's. Understood?" All nodded with newfound respect for their Yondaime shown on their faces, except the Hyuuga and Uchiha of course.

"Lastly, after this meeting I'm disbanding the 3 elders of the village, Instead I prompt an Uchiha, Hyuuga and Nara to replace them. I'm leaving the selection to the clan heads". If the others were shocked before, this was a nuclear bomb dropped on them. Koharu, one of the elders shouted in fury "What is the MEANING OF THIS HOKAGE?! We have been in this village since the start of the 2nd Great Shinobi War!"

Minato calmly replied with "Exactly, we need not need old thinking with already built walls of thinking, we need new thinking and besides, you have too much power. Don't worry, you will receive pension after our recovery, I'm sure you can sacrifice a bit for your village" earning a tch from the elders and 'How troublesome' from the Nara head. The Yellow Flash then proceeded to give every clan a compound where they were satisfied with everyone getting a say. Of course, the Nara head just said 'Wherever there's a good view is fine with me' and the Akimichi pointing to the place with the most restaurants, which only Minato knew of

After the meeting, Danzo was approached by Minato who said "I need the disbandment of ROOT, all of the files on the Ninja's will be expected at the Hokage tower by tomorrow evening, the Shinobi are to help in the village building till it recovers 50% and then to go the ANBU headquarters, thank you" and without room for rage or argument and all in all, the blonde felt satisfied with the Elder problem, he had one last job to do before he would be satisfied

"Fugaku-san, may I speak to you?"

"Of course, Hokage-sama"

"Hehe, not need for the formalities, we aren't meeting officially. I just need everyone who has unlocked the special Sharingan"

The normally stoic Fugaku, now with shock and surprise evident on his face, asked "May I ask why?" and Minato nodded "The Kyuubi attack... it was staged, someone with the Mangekyo controlled the beast and made it attack Konoha, I know what his eyes look like so I may be able to identify him if he is a traitor, of course I'm not blaming the Uchiha clan but the village and precautions come first, I'm sure you understand" and Fugaku nodded

Minato was now satisfied with all the new rules, not to go home and face the wrath of his wife for leaving the house rebuilding all to herself with the child and Naruto... Only god knows how many shadow clones he was going to make for that, 'Sigh'

Well, depending on how many reviews or views this gets after Chapter 2, I am going to decide if I want to continue this or not. I know its short but this was just setting up everything and how did you like the decision of Danzo? The Uchiha massacre also won't happen now that I removed all the suspicions
