Toru's mom came to take him and Toru home properly from the hospital a few days after the rescue itself. Momo came with them, but was picked up by a car from her parents when they reached the house. She seemed reluctant to go, but didn't protest as her parents herded her into the car.

Hitoshi was herded into the house and down onto the couch quickly, despite his lack of any actual injury.

Toru plopped down next to him, so that was maybe a benefit. "So, sleep or like, dinner."

"Hospital food is never ideal," Toru's mom agreed, smiling. "Homemade food will always be better."

Hitoshi decided to just nod along. He was tired, and kind of wanted sleep, but he ought to eat first, so. "Dinner?" he asked quietly.

"Dinner it is," she said warmly, smiling at him. "I'll find something quick."

"Yes, dinner!" Toru cheered, giving Hitoshi a quick hug. "Fast dinner is even better, I'm hungry."

"And while neither of you have school tomorrow, you should both get plenty of rest," Toru's mother added from the kitchen. "So maybe go to bed after dinner, hm?"

Hitoshi could agree with that. He'd be alright with going to bed right after dinner. And maybe a shower and a change of clothes.

"Do you want to shower while she does that Hitoshi?"

Hitoshi nodded, standing up and heading for the bathroom. He smelled like the hospital still and he didn't think he liked it.

They didn't have school for a few days for a reason that was apparently big but no one had bothered to tell the students or their parents why the school was closed for a few days.

Hitoshi got a text about it a bit later from Momo, followed by one from Mashirao a few hours later. The teachers were coming around to discuss dorms with each of the students.

Said information was also relayed to Toru and her mom. Momo also warned that Bakugo's house had been right after her's, and Bakugo had probably mentioned they should apologize to Hitoshi, and if that wasn't nerve wracking, Hitoshi didn't know what was.

Hitoshi decided to stay out in the front room with Toru and her mom, although sat squished between them. The pressure was nice and also distracting. It was very helpful.

It was Aizawa and the skinny teacher, which was All Might, apparently. Hitoshi still wasn't entirely sure what the story was behind that, but who knew. Well, Momo probably did, but she wouldn't tell.

"If you don't mind," Aizawa said, shuffling a couple papers. "There's a couple things we'd like to talk to you about. First and foremost is the dorms. Because of the increased problems this class has been going through, and now with the kidnapping, it's been decided that the students would be safer in dorms where there are a dozen pro heroes around to keep them safer."

"With your permission, of course," All Might added hastily. "We think this will keep the kids safest."

"What about their mental health?" Toru's mom asked calmly, squeezing Hitoshi's knee gently. Hitoshi realized his breathing was going out of whack and quickly tried to even it out again.

"We're hiring a couple professional licensed therapists to work with us and the students. The students will have the opportunity to get one on one counselling, or group counselling if that would work better for them," Aizawa said, setting down a piece of paper. "All students will be required to attend at least one session, but can choose to schedule more as they need to, and the therapists will also suggest more sessions should they be needed.

"We're going to be adding several lessons on mental health to the curriculum right after it, as well as moving up the lessons on death and handling it. We have a bad feeling that this class may need it." Aizawa sighed quietly. "It has also been brought to our attention that at the Sports Festival we were… callous with how we chose to handle the situation. I would like to formally apologize on behalf of the UA staff, although you may receive other apologies personally from other staff. It has been brought to our attention that we caused you grief, and would like to rectify that."

"I would too like to apologize for not realizing sooner," All Might added. "I was up there on the stand and I did not see young Bakugo panicking. Rest assured we have also apologized to him."

"I doubt he liked that very much," Toru commented under her breath to Hitoshi.

Hitoshi smiled very slightly. That did sound like him. They had talked, or signed really, while held captive, and it had been kind of informative.

"We do need your signature for this, for both students," Aizawa said, holding out the paper once again. "The dorms are almost in place, school will start again when they're finished, but we'd like to know who will be staying and who won't now."

Toru's mom turned slightly to face them. "So? Dorms or not?"

"Well, pretty sure Momo and Mashirao already said yes, and who are we to abandon them?" Toru grinned. "And it'll be funny. I'm down."

Hitoshi nodded, swallowing.

"There are forms for going off campus and back to your houses for the weekends, should you want to do that," Aizawa said, pulling a pen from seemingly nowhere and handing it to Toru's mom, who signed the paper and handed it back. "It is not a permanent move. You will get an email later about decoration and needed room things as well as one about when the dorms will be set in place. We'll keep in contact to let you know when school is ready to start again."

"Good luck with the rest of the houses," Toru's mom replied, smiling. "Perhaps get some sleep Mr. Aizawa? It looks like you need it."

"He always looks like that," All Might said sheepishly. "Don't worry about it."

She just gave an unconvinced hum as the two men left. "Well, we can't sit here all day, let's get some cooking in while we still can. I don't think you'll be provided with meals, or even if you are it probably won't be all of them, so I'll make a copy of our recipe book and send it with you. An extra durable copy."

"We'll need the really really durable kind," Toru added, giggling. "Our classmates have some pretty impressive quirks and that poor cookbook may end up getting the worst beating of its life while it lives there."

"Well hopefully others will bring cookbooks too so the abuse is spread around." Toru's mom winked, standing up. "If you guys need any weirder cooking equipment, let me know, I'll let you borrow ours."

The dorms were...about what Hitoshi had expected honestly. Although maybe the rooms were a bit bigger. The kitchen and most of the pots in it were huge though, probably so they could more easily make stuff for 20 teenagers. Lunch would be in the cafeteria as always, and there was a communal grocery list they could add stuff to, so while it'd require a bit of planning, dinners shouldn't be too much of a problem. Or breakfasts. Hitoshi's room was situated between Bakugo's and Mashirao's, for which he was grateful. Better than being roommates with someone he didn't know very well. Momo and Toru were on the other side with the rest of the girls, but the common room was pretty comfortable and good for hanging out.

At least Toru's cookbook was full of meals that could be made for large amounts of people. Most of them were for her extended family when they came over, but it'd work for all the students too.

A couple others brought cookbooks too, most notably Bakugo and Momo. Hitoshi wondered if someone should type up all the recipes somewhere as a backup. Sato had brought several cookbooks, all of them sugar-based, mostly cakes and various other sweets.

Maybe, maybe this would work out. Maybe it'd be alright. He had a room he could hide in if it got too loud or something, and Mashirao and Momo and Toru were all right here in the same building. The teachers had apologized, even if it was through Bakugo very angrily telling them to, although he didn't trust them quite yet, maybe it could work anyway.

(A/N) And I'm done. Thanks for doing this with me! It has been *a ride* and I'm glad to be done. I'm ready to close out MHA and Naruto for focusing on Haikyuu.
