Chapter 1 - A Night to Remember
Marinette let out another sharp gasp, her head firmly pressed against the tile wall. Chat Noir sinks his teeth into her neck. Marinette tries to catch her breath, but the intensity catches her off guard.
Tilting her head with his gloved hand, he wastes no time, biting down even deeper. The back of her head is gently pressed against the wall with the shower head arcing overhead.
As the water rains over them, Chat Noir works his way back to her lips, capturing them once again with his own. Marinette sighs into the kiss, parting her lips slightly. In one swift move, Chat Noir hoists her up from the ground. Instinctively, Marinette wraps her bare legs around his torso, gripping tightly. She smiles. Chat Noir is trilling. Marinette's hands begin to wander upwards, tangling themselves up in his golden locks. Their tongues dance with their lips intertwined. As the intensity mounts, a feeling of desire rapidly flows through her veins. Her innermost lust now screams for more. Chat looks down at Marinette's bare chest, heaving as she presses it against his wet leather.
She can't take any more. As her legs begin to stiffen, she feels her whole body shake violently as she gets closer and closer to the apex of her experience.
"Chat!" Marinette moans in his ear. "I'm gonna. I'm gonna-"
Unable to finish her sentence, Marinette grips tightly around her partner, as a much needed release courses through her body. Her eyes open wide as the flurry of ecstasy rushes through her veins. She squeezes them shut as the rush brings her to her knees before passing out from the sheer intensity of the moment. Chat embraces her as water drips down his face.
The evening sun streams through the bedroom window. A glazed expression plays on Marinette's face as she opens her eyes. Soft piano music is quietly playing, filling the room with a soothing atmosphere. The golden light casts long shadows on the furniture in the room, contrasting to the now sparkling walls as the sun pours through the huge bay window. Putting her weight on her arm, Marinette sits up slowly, her wet hair hanging loose around her shoulders. Threads of hair drop from her fringe, stubbornly sticking to her face. She brushes her hand across her forehead and looks around the room. Bringing her gaze down, Marinette sees that she is sitting on Adrien's bed, wrapped up in nothing but a big white, warm and fluffy towel.
Turning her head slightly to the left, Marinette regards the source of the music. Adrien's computer setup is on and playing across his three screens are different sceneries of summer fields, slowly cycling through one by one. A smile plays on her lips as she sits listening to the blissful music. Turning her attention to an open window panel on the huge glass wall, she sees Chat Noir sitting calmly as his belt tail gently sways under him. He appears to be gazing out across the City, basking in the sunset light, lost in the melody playing in the background.
Sliding off the double bed, Marinette stands up, the towel still wrapped tightly around her. She makes her way over to him, resting a hand gently on his shoulder. Chat Noir leans into her touch, enjoying her presence.
"We need to go." Chat Noir mumbles. "Adrien will be back soon."
"Okay. I'll get dressed." Marinette says, gathering up her discarded clothes.
With lace panties now on, Marinette fumbles with her bra, before turning her head to look back.
"Can you fasten this for me please?", she asks in a sweet voice.
Chat Noir smiles, making his way to her. Taking both clips, he gently hooks them back together and places a tender kiss on the back of her neck. After pacing back to the window, Chat Noir sneaks a quick glance over his shoulder.
"A little strange Adrien isn't back yet," Marinette says quietly to herself. As she finishes getting dressed, her mind begins to drift back to the events over the last few days.
Days earlier, things were different for Marinette. The lunch bell rang throughout the school, signaling the end of class. She packed up her school supplies and made her way out of the classroom. Students were pouring out of their classes and heading to the cafeteria. Marinette and her classmates eagerly walked with the lunchtime crowd. Spotting Adrien walking a few feet ahead, Marinette took a deep breath and called out to him. Adrien abruptly halted in his tracks and turned in the direction of his name.
"Hey Marinette." He said with a smile.
"H-hey." Marinette said. "How, you doing? I mean. How am I doing? What I mean is. How's it going?"
"Er. Good?" Adrien replied, unsure of the question.
"Good. Great! You're great. I mean that's great." Marinette rushed out her words, flustered by the interaction.
"Anyway. I-erm-wanted to tell you something." Marinette declared, biting down on her lip.
"Okay what is it?" Adrien asked.
"Since you gave me your umbrella." Marinette hesitated, looking down at her hands.
"Oh. Don't worry. You can keep it." Adrien responded.
"NO!" Marinette yelled.
"No?" Adrien asked, his eyes wide from her sudden outburst. "You don't want it?
"No. It's great. You're great. I mean You are great. Ah- I'm not saying you're not great because you are! Of course you are." Marinette rambled.
Adrien let out a chuckle. "Well. I'm glad to hear you like the umbrella Marinette."
"Yes. I love you-I mean IT! Yeah. I love it." Marinette blurted, her heart racing.
"That's good then." Adrien said. "Well I better be going."
Turning his back to her, Adrien felt a hand grasp his shirt. Hearing Marinette mutter something under her breath, Adrien looked at her curiously.
"Sorry. What did you say?" Adrien asked with a kind smile.
"I like you Adrien." Marinette confessed, her cheeks rosy.
"I like you too, Marinette." Adrien replied.
"Really?" Marinette squeaked. "You really like me?"
"Of course I do. You're really dear to me Marinette. You're a great friend."
Before Marinette could respond, Adrien's phone rang. Pulling his phone out, Adrien's eyes lit up.
"It's Kagami." Adrien stated, to his stunned friend. "Sorry Marinette. I'll be just a moment."
Marinette couldn't hear what was being said on the other end, all she could hear was what Adrien was saying.
"...Hey Kagami ...Yes, I am well …Good to hear…You're staying after all?" Adrien asked, looking thoughtful.
"Yeah. I can't see there being a problem...Only if you want to." Adrien said, then went quiet. "Hang on, she's here now. let me ask." Adrien brought the phone away from his ear.
"Kagami is staying the night at my house." He informed her. "You're more than welcome to join us."
"W-what?" Marinette asked, startled. "Oh-er...Busy tonight. Yeah. I've got a lot on. Missed a lot of homework this week. Need to catch up on it." Marinette answered, tripping over her words. "Sorry Adrien."
"Too bad. We would have loved for you to come." Adrien winked.
Marinette's mind returns back to Adrien's room. The events at school really had an impact. The sun has now set and Marinette isn't quite back to reality before she starts mumbling to herself.
"Womanizer."
"What was that?" Chat Noir questions, turning his head.
"Nothing." Marinette calls out, grabbing her signature bag. "I'm ready."
Chat Noir makes his way over, scooping her up in his arms. Sharing a look, Chat Noir leaps out of the open window and into the early night.
