In this story I will have things from other Dragon Ball What If stories as well as ideas from Dragon Ball Fan Mangas, Dragon Ball Games and other Dragon Ball things that I've seen
Broly's Super Saiyan Full Power Form will be call Legendary Super Saiyan as that is what I have always call it
Cooler's Fifth Form will be call the Augmentation Form
Gohan's Ultimate Form will be call the Mystic State
Super Saiyan Four will be rename to Primal Super Saiyan
Super Saiyan Four Limit Breaker will be rename to Primal Super Saiyan Evolution
The Red-Eyed Namekian Form will be called the Namekian God Form
There is a Blue-Eyed Namekian Form from Dragon Ball Heroes which is the Namekian's version of the Super Saiyan Blue Form however unlike the Saiyan's the Namekian's don't truly have a Super Form like them as while they do have Super Namekian that isn't a actual transformation but instead a higher state in their Base Form. There is a Form called Aura of a God Form which is what Toppo has and apparently Super Saiyan God is basically that and Toppo was able to fight against a Super Saiyan Blue Goku so let's say I give Piccolo the Namekian God Form which is also basically Aura of a God Form but he can't ascend to a higher Form like Goku and Vegeta because he doesn't have a Super Form to combine with his God Form however there are there other ways for Piccolo to get stronger without trying to obtain either Ultra Instinct or Ultra Ego like Goku and Vegeta.
In Dragon Ball Heroes there is another character who has a Super Form which is Pikkon called Super Pikkon and the only difference being is that he gains two lines on his face from his eyes to his jaw and we don't know how much of a power increase it is however I could just give that form to Piccolo to be his Super Form instead and say it's like Super Saiyan where it increases the user's power by 50 times. Since there is already something else called a Super Namekian I would have to rename it to something like the Mega Namekian Form and with it Piccolo could obtain his version of the Super Saiyan Blue Form called the Mega Namekian God Form.
If I don't do that then instead Piccolo could simply increase his power level greatly by fusing with his father King Piccolo like he did in the Dragon Ball Z Supersonic Warriors game which made him as strong as Super Buu before he absorb anyone. Piccolo could if he does obtain a God Form train in it like Toppo where he would be capable of matching Goku and Vegeta in their Super Saiyan Blue Forms.

The form that Goku gains in Dragon Ball Heroes where he gets affected by the Evil Aura and gains the Super Saiyan (Berserk) form is renamed to Dark Super Saiyan
The form that Vegeta gains in Dragon Ball Heroes where he gains and controls the Evil Aura and gains the Super Saiyan Blue (Berserk) form is renamed to Dark Super Saiyan Blue
