Welcome to chapter 4! I wanna thank Cube for being my first reviewer ever and let's get this started.
Zoey POV
10 Minutes before the battle
I was sitting on my couch after I saw Myles leave the living room and enter into the basement. I grabbed the remote for the television and just switched it to the channel with the cartoons. I know I might be a little old for this kind of stuff but come on! I'm somebody who can never leave their youth behind.
You know, Myles seems like a nice young man. But there just something about that gets me riled up whenever I see him or I'm next to him. I've never seen a Lucario in my life and here is one and they are really cool creatures. I researched about Myles and I read that he lost his parents as well as all of us. You see, we are a pretty much all orphans and since Violet is actually the oldest she took us all in so that way we have a home. She is very kind and sweet and loves us all. But get on her bad side and she will get pretty rough housy.
Anyways, I was sitting on the couch and that's when I heard movement coming from behind me. I looked and I noticed Marina waving at me and she sat on the couch next to me.

"So Zoey, how are you and Myles getting along?"
Zoey shrunk herself down a little at thought of him.
"I know that he just moved in but he's a good kid. Sure it'll take a little bit of time of getting used to but I'm sure that you two will get along just fine" she finished.
"It's not that know that I'm just a little spooked that's all"
"Heh there is nothing to be spooked about him I'm sure of it"
At this point Marina noticed that something strange is going on. She noticed that Zoey was just staring at the ceiling not saying anything at all and her body was shaking. She was sweating really bad and was breathing heavily.
"Hey Zoey uh are you ok" she raised her hand to touch her head to feel the temperature and her forehead was scorching hot!
As if anything couldn't get any worst. Zoey then collapsed and stopped breathing. Marina instantly sprung into action taking almost no time in calling for someone to come help her in which Cindy rushed down to dial 911. Marina knew what was going on, Zoey has had seizures in the past but none as scary looking as this one. She might have forgotten to take her medication like she usual should in the morning.
Marina laid Zoey on her side and put a pillow under her head to let her relax. Violet then walked in and was shocked to see what has happened.
"Is she breathing?" Violet asked concerned.
"Yes" Marina answered.
"Ok good and Cindy! are the paramedics on their way?"
"Yes ma'am they said that they would be here as quick as possible"
"Ok. and Cindy I need you to let the others know of what is happening right now!"
Cindy then called Fionna of what transpired.
"Hello?"
"Fionna! no time Zoey just had a seizure and we need you here now!"
"On my way" Fionna then hung up.
After that Anna walked in the living room and is looking at the situation. She was confused and wandered why everybody was in the living room together but then she noticed that Zoey was on the floor breathing heavily were her eyes shut.
"Oh no! not again!"
She rushed down and put her hand on her shoulder gently.
"Poor Zoey" she said softly.
It wasn't long before Myles entered the scene. He couldn't but feel sorry for Zoey that was hyperventilating on the ground. He went into the corner of the room and kneeled down to pray for Zoey. There was nothing that he could do but that. About 5 mins later the paramedics came in with a stretcher and some medicine to treat it. Two Machokes ran through them and quickly picked her up and put her on the stretcher in which they rushed to the ambulance and within seconds they were off to the emergency room.
"I'm going with her" Marina decided first.
"I'm going too" said Violet.
"What about us?" asked Cindy.
"You guys need to stay and watch over the house. I'm promise that tomorrow you will see her but for now she needs to be treated" Violet said while her voice was cracking a bit.
Violet and Marina gave everybody and a hug and exchanged their goodbyes. Once they left the three were just sitting in the living room in silence. They couldn't say anything from what just happened. This traumatic event just started from out of nowhere. Cindy eventually spoke up though.
"Wow. I can't believe what just happened" she slowly started to sob.
"I-I thought she took her medicine like a-always but now she was just o-on ground laying there motionlessly" she then started to bawl out in tears.
Anna came over to comfort Cindy who was also tearing up a little bit. Myles eventually decided to rush over to Cindy's side and put his hand on her shoulder.
"Cindy I think she is going to be ok. Its Zoey, don't you think that she's not strong to deal with it" he asked her softly.
"No but it was definitely scary" she croaked out.
"I now but we can only hope that she's ok because I would hate to see something bad happen to her" he then slowly hugged Cindy and she eventually fell into his embrace. He motioned his hand at Anna to join the group hug to calm her down. She slowly moved in and wrapped her arms around the scared Pikachu. After about 5 mins of close contact they eventually broke apart the hug when they heard commotion at the front door. They found out it was Fionna when she barged in the living room.
"I got here as fast as I ca-" she stopped and looked around.
"Where is Zoey?" she asked.
"She is on her way to the emergency room and Violet told us to stay here and watch the house. She also said that we could probably see her tomorrow" Anna answered.
"Oh my Arceus, poor Zoey" she said as she said down next to Anna.
There was another moment of silence. Out of respect for Zoey. Each of them had her in their thoughts. They all were confused and mostly nervous.
"So uh does anybody want to talk about stuff? it doesn't matter what is but we can pass the time" Cindy spoke up interrupting the silence with tears still staining her eyes.
"I guess you do have a point. Does anybody wanna grab a card game?" asked Fionna.
"Sure I'll go get it" beamed Cindy as she ran out to go grab a deck of cards.
"How does she have so much energy just like that" asked Myles as chuckled lightly.
"I don't particularly know but it's what makes her special" answered Fionna.
Anna was still a little worked up and she was in a corner with her knees bended up into her chest.
"Anna would you like to play with us?" Fionna asked lightingly.
"No I'm fine, I'm just going to go to bed. I'm too messed up mentally to play a game" she whimpered out.
"Well ok, have a good nights rest" said Fionna.
"Good night Anna" said Myles.
With that she walked out of the living room and headed for the stairs.
Cindy then came inside the living room holding out a deck of cards.
"I'm baaack. Where is Anna?"
"She went to go to bed" said Myles.
"ah man we could've totally played with 4. So how do you guys feel about playing War?"
"Sure" Fionna and Myles both said.
They played cards for about and hour. They were having a little fun just trying to get the traumatizing events out of their head so they can focus on other stuff even thought they were still thinking of Zoey. Fionna in the middle of the card game was gently squeezing Myles hand in which Myles didn't really mind that much. Cindy didn't seem to notice. But only known to Cindy was that everytime she looked at Myles she would get butterflies in her stomach and blushed at the site of him.
'He's a very kind and handsome gentlemen' she thought with a blush. She even would sometimes steal a glance between his legs to see a bulge and she would get excited inside and almost jumped on him a couple times but she knew that would be really weird.
Over all though, they were enjoying each others company and real appreciative and supportive of each other.
"Dang it! Myles how do you keep winning at war?" Cindy said.
"I guess I'm just really lucky" he shrugged.
"Fionna watch over this cheater, I need a bathroom break" Cindy exclaimed.
Cindy then rushed out of the living room to handle her business.
"So-" Fionna started while twirling her lime green hair.
"Seen any girls in this house your interested to?" she asked politely.
Myles blushed like a crazy man.
"Uhhhhh I don't think that I should judge any of you guys in this house hehe" he chuckled nervously.
"Oh? well you don't to tell me if you don't want to I was just asking you a question is all" she said also nervously.
They both just stood there in silence as Fionna was in her head 'dang it girl that's the best you could come up with' she sighed mentally at her failed flirtatious hit up.
Cindy then came out in the living room interrupting the silence and sat down at her spot so they could continue their game.
After a while Cindy started to feel drowsy and eventually fell asleep on Myles shoulder. Myles then softly got up and picked her bridal style and into her room with Fionna following him from behind. He walked in her room and noticed the bright orange color on the walls. She also had a lot of family photos next to her bed. One them had her and Zoey having a good time on a rollercoaster. Zoey being terrified of course.
Myles then layed her down gently on her bed so and put the covers over her so she could sleep peacefully. Myles and Fionna then left her room and slowly closing her door behind him. Now it was just the two, they couldn't help but blush whenever looking at each other.
"So I guess this is goodnight" said Fionna.
"I guess it is" Myles said.
They both stared into each others eyes for a moment. When they both looked away they decided to call it for a night.
When Fionna closed her door first and then eventually Myles closed his door next he layed down on his bed thinking to himself
'Wow, I think I'm in love with Fionna' he thought as he slowly drifted off into sleep thinking about her...
