So I rewatched that bit of Matt and Frank on the rooftop and remembered the old Vietnam Vet called Jerry who'd interacted with Frank here got killed by a female Hand member called Tyler later.
Decided some closure was needed.
Tyler was in one of the remaining Hand bases, packing up her stuff to get out of the city, since with Nobu having failed and dead, the rest of the Hand would come down hard on the survivors of the faction for failing.
At least getting out of town would buy her some time.
Suddenly, the door burst open and she looked up to see Frank Castle walk in, holding a big gun that he aimed at her.
"You…." Tyler growled. "The Punisher. You killed some of-"
"You killed an old Vietnam War vet a few days ago, remember that?" Frank asked with a growl as Tyler smirked, realizing who he spoke of.
"Oh yeah, he was so scared and angry he just kept ranting till I shut him up", Tyler said as she took out a gun of her own and fired but Frank immediately ducked and took cover to avoid, both of them now firing at each other while taking cover.
As Tyler got up to fire again, Frank fired first and hit her hand, disarming her, then got up, about to fire again but Tyler, using her Hand training, started flipping around, avoiding the gunshots, and with another flip, kicked the gun out of Frank's hand, disarming him before flip kicking him down, and raised a dagger to kill him.
Only, Frank brandished a pistol in time and pulled the trigger.
It was a direct headshot!
Tyler crumpled to the floor, dead, as Frank stood up, looking at her corpse, satisfied at having avenged Jerry, and walked off into the dark night, his trench coat swaying behind him.
