Chapter 32: The Bonesborough Brawl

At Bonesborough.
Luz, Christa, Amity, King and Eda were walking through town in hopes to find Scourge since it occured he must have been to the Unknown Isles.
King: UGH! We've been searching for like five hours.
Luz: King we've been searching for minutes.
King: Well it's five hours in demon time.
Eda: There's no such thing as demon time King.
King: You don't know that. You don't know nothing about me.
Christa: I know your ticklish on the neck.
Christa tickles King on his right neck making him squirm.
King: Hehehehe, stop it!
Amity: Wait there he is over there.
They saw Scourge at a not dog stand buying a not dog.
Scourge: What you want a tip? Here's a tip. Your real job!
Scourge began laughing hysterically as he walked away and stealing money from the tip jar.
Luz: He just stole from the tip jar. That is so uncool!
Scourge continued laughing with his mouth full, but then he started chocking. He dropped his not dog as he held his neck chocking.
King: Whoa he's chocking.
Eda: Serves him right. Even I know stealing tip jar is messed up and I steal things all the time.
Luz: Guys we need him alive if we want to know how he got to the Unknown Isles.
Eda: ( groans) Fine. You sound just like Lily.
Eda goes over to him and performs the heimlich maneuver, making him cough out the not dog chunk.
Scourge: ( breathing heavily) Phew, thanks man that was a close...AAAH!
Scourge turned and saw who it was that saved him and freaked out when he saw the group.
Eda: Hello Scourge.
Scourge: Aw great not you lame brains again. What do you want now?
Luz: Let's just cut to the chase.
Christa: Yeah where did you find my pod?
Scourge: Uh, what pod?
Luz: The one from the Unknown Isles.
Scourge looked at her confused.
Luz: The one you stole from those pirates?
Scourge still looked at her confused.
Luz: The one Christa was in?
Scourge still looked at her confused.
Luz: The one you had when we came and turned you and your friends in?
Scourge: Oh! That pod. Forgot about that.
Luz and Christa: You forgot?!
King: How can you forget that?
Scourge: Hey I don't remember every little thing that happens in my life.
Eda: You call that a little...okay whatever. You know what we're talking about so how did you get to the Unknown Isles?
Scourge: Oh well, I got there by discovering the power of nonya.
Luz: What's nonya?
Scourge: Nonya business. Pffft, hahahaha! Get it? Hahahaha whoo! Anyway I gotta go.
Scourge turns around and leaves, but Eda grabs him from the back collar and pulls him in.
Scourge: Whoa! What the?
Eda: Listen you! We've been searching over a month for this girls home and her family is probably worried sick about her missing because you practically kidnapped her.
Scourge: Oh boo hoo. Let me play you a song on the world's smallest violin.
Eda now looked frustrated and formed her arm into her harpy arm about to punch him with it.
Eda: Either start talking or else I'll...
Scourge: Na ah ah, I wouldn't do that if I were you.
Scourge motioned to a few coven scouts looking at the group.
Scourge: See I'm like part of the Emperor's Coven now so you attack me right here right now things are going to get ugly for you all.
Eda reluctantly lets him go. She wouldn't care about taking them head on, but didn't want to endanger the kids with her.
Scourge: That's what I thought. Besides I want to look good for the Bonesborough Brawl tomorrow.
Amity: He's entering the brawl?
Luz: Just tell us where the Unknown Isles is and we'll leave you alone!
Scourge: Yeah, like I'd tell you losers. You're just three little girls, a powerless witch and a mutt.
King: Why you...
Amity: You don't know how powerful we are.
Scourge: Oh, is that a challenge?
Amity: It is actually. Tomorrow at the brawl.
Luz: What?
Scourge: Pffft, I don't think you know but I'm the five time champion of the brawl. I'm practically unbeatable.
King: Says the guy who's butt I kicked twice, the first time I didn't even discover my powers.
Scourge: Shut up! I wasn't ready that's all.
Amity: So how about it? If any of us beat you and take your title away, you have to tell us everything you know.
Scourge: Ha, I'd love to see you try. Alright deal. If any of you can beat me I'll tell you everything. But if you lose, you're coming with me, to the conformatorium.
Amity: Deal.
Scourge: Alright, see you guys tomorrow. But I understand if you can't make it I understand. I mean I am pretty intimidating.
Scrouge began laughing again as he left.
Christa: Uh Amity, what did you just do?
Amity: Well I've been meaning to tell you guys, but I was planning on participating the Bonesborough Brawl.
Luz: The Bonesborough Brawl?
Amity handed her the flyer for it.
Amity: It's the annual brawl where witches fight one another and put their skills to the ultimate test. My dad and Alice entered when they were young and Alice won.
Eda: Oh I remember those. I didn't know that was your aunt who won that day. Man she was a baddie. Still is. Actually next time I see her, I need to give her a one of my t-shirts.
Amity: I've always wanted to enter myself and I'm improving on my magic. But now that I'm finally of age to enter I can. Now knowing Scourge is the champion, we can really put him in his place. Of course, I'd have to fight through other contestants before getting to him and if you guys don't want to enter I get it. But if we beat him, he'd have to tell us everything.
Luz: Hey, I'll be there to back you up Hermosa. I'll enter so you won't have to fight all those contestants all by yourself.
Christa: If this will really help us get answers than I'll help as well. Can we Eda?
Eda: Well, it is supposed to be a competition with no death involved. And comparing Scourge to the Five and all the Choju we face, eh I guess it's fine.
Luz: Alright, we meet up tomorrow.
The next day.
The group were near the ring getting ready, also meeting them were Alice, Edric and Emira.
Edric and Emira: Hey Mittens!
Amity: Ugh, what now?
Edric: We just want to wish you all luck on this.
Eda: And you're okay with this?
Alice: Amity is a strong girl. I think she can handle something like this. I should be asking you about your girls.
Eda: Hey my girls are bad girls. Each of them both encountered Belos.
Alice: Oh. That's...that's something. Amity you remember what I told you.
Amity: I know, I won't let you down. I'll make you proud.
Alice: ( places her hand on her head) I'm already proud of you. Just remember not to rush in. Think and for the right moment to strike.
Amity: I know. I got it.
Emira: Wait, maybe you should look more, dazzling. Ed give me your concealment stone.
Edric: I don't know what your talking about.
Emira: Come on Ed, I saw you take one.
Edric: Well you saw wrong.
Emira grabbed Edric as the two struggled.
Amity: This won't take long.
Edric: Wait, what's that supposed to mean?
Emira: Found it!
Emira found Edric's concealment stone as a bracelet under his sleeve. She takes it and Edric shows his true appearance. He wore a yellow t shirt with a campfire on it, gray sweatpants, brown flat shoes and wore black-rimmed glasses. His hair was pulled back and had signs of a mustache growing on him.
Edric: Aw come on.
Emira: Here you go sis.
Emira hands Amity his concealment stone. She puts it on and Amity's appearance changes. She was now wearing an abomination-themed dress, boots, with golden earrings and pink shades, and her hair is tied up in a bun.
Amity: Whoa, not bad.
Luz runs over to Amity then starts to hug and spin her around.
Luz: Ooh, so pretty!
Christa: Wow, wait what just...
Emira: Concealment stones. Used to change the users appearance. Mom always had us where them to look cool. But anyway.
Emira takes her off and shows her true appearance. Though she wasn't that much different, her hair was just not braided and a little messy and had some signs of acne on her face.
Emira: I'd give each of you one, but we only have one each.
Luz: It's okay, Christa you can have it.
Christa: You sure.
Luz: Positive. I got my own look.
Luz showed her look. She wore appeared to be Eda's old school jacket, gloves and her hair was combed down.
Amity: Very stylish Batata.
Emira: Alright, here.
Emira hands her stone to Christa as her appearance changes. She wore what looked like a sailor guardian uniform with the white leotard with a red skirt, long white gloves, red sailor collar, a blue ribbon on her chest and back and red strap on shoes as well as red shades. She looked at her new appearance amazed as well as everyone else.
Luz: Whoa, someone really got a new make over.
Christa: Oh, wow I look so adorable.
King: And pretty!
Amity: You look great.
Christa: Aw thanks.
As they kept showing off their new looks, Eda looked over and saw the Terrible Trio from the distance. She saw Scourge with his champion belt, showing it off to Babalou, Karasniper and Selene was there as well. Eda reached into her hair and pulled out a book of potions.
Alice: Something the matter?
Eda: Just getting a back up plan ready. Not that I doubt those three, they're great really. But just in case things go south and if Scourge backs away from his deal, I'm making sure he tells us whether we win or lose.
Eda showed her the page for the blabber serum.
Eda: This may take a while though. I could use the help.
Alice: I would, but I really want to see Amity fight. But I might have an alternative. Edric.
Edric went over to her.
Edric: Yeah Aunt Alice.
Alice: Edric here experiments with potions. Not to mention some of these ingredients you need might involve some beast keeping.
Eda: Wait you know beast keeping and potion magic?
Edric: Well a little. I mean it's more a hobby really but I don't know. I'll probably screw it up.
Alice: Don't think that way. This will be good practice for you.
Eda: Hey come on Blight Brother, I could use the help. I need information from Scourge over there. But I'm having trouble getting some of these more lively ingredients. Your beast keeping know-how could really help. What do you say?
Edric: You really need my help. Wow, no one's ever came to me for help. Seriously I'm like the last person people would come to. Okay I'll do it.
Eda: That's the spirit. I didn't even have to pay you for it.
Edric: Yeah, wait I was going to get paid?
Meanwhile.
We cut to the Terrible Trio and Selene as Scourge was showing them off his champion belt.
Scourge: Look at this beauty. Can't wait to take it home and shine it again. You guys see this?
Babalou: ( groans) Yes we see.
Karasniper: Your most prized possession as you always say it is.
Scourge: Well it is. Hey boss, you gonna stay and watch the fight.
Selene: Please, I have important business to attend to than watch a barbaric fight that hardly leads to any major accomplishments.
Scourge: Hey that's not true, you get fans, fame and bragging rights!
Selene: Not interested.
Scourge: Oh but when I win, I get those brats and the Owl Lady over there.
Selene looked over and saw the group.
Selene: So you made a deal with them. What did you agree on?
Scourge: Oh well nothing big. I win they go to jail but if they win I tell them something about an unknown isles or something. But it's nothing big really.
Selene: Indeed. I must go. Return to the castle as soon as your done.
Selene got onto her staff and flew off. Once she was far away, she took out a raven phone and contacted the castle.
Selene: Get me the Emperor.
Back on the ground.
The brawl finally began as in the fighting ring entered the announcer. He was tall and slender demon that wore black pants and a silver jacket and a tie. His head was a blackish green color and the only other thing on his face was one yellow eye with red iris and brown hair combed in a fancy style. He got onto the ring with a microphone.
Zetto: Witches and Demons! Welcome to the Bonesborough Brawl. I am this years host and announcer, Zetto Kemur!
The audience cheers in excitement.
Zetto: You all know the rules. Contestants will fight one-on-one. Not for honor, not for glory, but for the ultimate bragging rights as the toughest dueler on the Isles! Last one standing will get the chance to snag the coveted Brawler's Belt from our reigning champion, Scourge!
Scourge was on the stage with him showing off his belt yelling as the crowd cheered for him until he got off to join with Babalou and Karasniper.
Zetto: For our first round we have, Katan Iron Beak...
The demon Katan appeared. He had brown body with a skeletal pattern on it. He had one hand regular and the other a crab like claw. His head was three tendrils on the top, red eyes and and a silver beak, looking like it was iron hence his title name.
Zetto: ...versus the Mighty Mittens!
Next Amity appeared ready to fight as Luz, Christa, Emira and Alice looked excited and cheered for her.
Luz: ( blushes) Such an amazing entrance.
Emira and Christa: Whoo!
Alice: Go get him Amity!
Katan: ( chuckles) This? I'm supposed to fight a little girl.
Zetto: And begin!
Katan: Pathetic. Iron shock!
Katan raised his claw hand and fired an electric shock at Amity. She caught the attack in orb of abomination goo as she formed her hand into an abomination fist and reached out punching him.
Katan: Damn it! Iron spear!
Katan got back up and formed the tendrils on his head into a pointed spear and launched him self at Amity. Before he could come at her, she formed an abomination and he ended up going through it's body, with his head stuck at the other end.
Katan: What?! I'm stuck! Huh?
Katan looked at Amity as she formed some more abomination goo and formed it into a water glyph. She snapped her fingers as it began to glow.
Katan: Oh no.
A wave of water hit Katan sending him flying out of the ring.
Luz: Yay Ami!
Katan: I can't lose. Not like this!
Zetto: Katan is out of the ring. Winner, Mighty Mittens!
The crowd cheered for Amity as she got off the stage and met up with the others as Luz ran and hugged her.
Luz: Yeah whoo! That's my awesome girlfriend!
Christa: Whoo! Go Amity!
Emira: Way to go Sis!
Alice: Great going Amity.
Amity: Thanks, though he wasn't that hard, but I know there will be more fighters up next.
Zetto: Next round.
Luz: That's my queue. Wish me luck guys.
Zetto: In this corner we have, Keel the Phantasm...
The next opponent appeared. He was a tall and thin arthropod bug like demon. His shell was blue and green with large grey pincers for hands. His face had yellow bug eyes, a grasshopper chewing mouth and the top of his head had a scissor shape pattern. He entered the ring with illusion magic and laughed ( stock Baltan laugh).
Luz entered the ring with her glyphs. She placed an ice glyph and ground that launched her up and then used a new glyph combo she made which she called the levitation glyph which allowed her to land saftley to the ground. She looked at Keel ready to fight with her glyphs.
Zetto: ...verses the Spellraiser!
Amity: ( blushes) Wow. I've never seen her this cool before.
Christa: Go Luz, go!
Emira: Show him what your made of!
Alice: Surprise me with your skills!
Zetto: And begin!
Luz placed an ice glyph on the ground as a floor of ice spikes was coming at Keel. Once it him however he vanished. Luz looked over and saw him at the other end laughing. She used a plant glyph as and a few thorny vines emerged to wrap him, but he vanished. Luz looked around confused as he appeared behind her and hit her from the back of her head. Luz was knocked down as Keel aimed his pincers at her as a ray of red projectiles fired at her. She blocked the attack with a earth glyph she placed on the ground as it formed a rock pillar. Keel appeared behind her laughing. She used a wind glyph and blew him off the ring, but he turned out to be an illusion as well. Then multiple Keels appeared circling around laughing at Luz as she looked around confused. She couldn't tell which was the real one. Then she got an idea. She got two glyphs out. She placed one down which was an ice glyph and had her fly up in the air. Once up she got the other glyph which was a combo and created pile of snow. She threw it down at all the Keels, all disappearing except for one which was the real one. As he was wiping the snow off his face, Luz landed back on the ground and placed a fire glyph on his back, sending him rocketing out of the ring.
Zetto: Keel is out of the ring. Winner, the Spellraiser!
The audience cheers.
Amity: Yeah way to go Batata!
Christa: Awesome sis!
Emira: Whoo, go Luz!
Alice: Amazing!
Luz got off the stage to meet up with the others as Amity rushed over and placed a kiss on her cheek.
Amity: You okay, that one looked tricky.
Luz: I'm fine. I still got him.
Alice: Eda told me you were skilled with magic even though you lack a bile sack.
Luz: ( showing her glyphs) That's the power of glyphs. Each one contains elemental magic. Some I discovered, others were from Christa.
Alice: Incredible. This something probably from the savage ages.
Zetto: Next round!
Christa: ( sighs) That's me guys.
Luz: You got this Christa. Be brave.
Amity: You're a strong witch. Show them what you go.
Alice: Just remember, think before you act. Wait for the moment to strike.
Emira: We'll be rooting for you.
Christa nods and goes up stage.
Zetto: For our third fight we have in this corner, the rolling thunder, Pega...
The next opponent entered, but at first it looked like a large silver steel ball rolling in. It stopped and spikes formed around it and parts of it began to open up revealing Pega. He was a large round demon. His whole body was the spiked ball armor but formed legs with spiked knee caps, arms with large shields with spikes on the wrists and the head was peaking out from the top with a spike on his head. His face couldn't be seen and all you could see were his yellow glowing eyes.
Zetto: ...versus, the Charm Caster!
A ring of fire formed where Christa was supposed to be and in a firey blast she appeared.
Amity: Go Christa!
Luz: You can do it!
Pega: Nice entrance. But this is where you will lose.
Zetto: And begin!
Christa went first and fired a ray of ice spikes at Pega. He protected his face with his shield hands as the ice did nothing to harm him. Then she tried to use fire but he still shielded himself
Pega: Hahahaha! Was that all?
Pega formed his arms together as they began to glow yellow and fired a yellow beam at Christa. She blocked the attack with a stone pillar from the ground, but when she did that, Pega jumped up in the air and retracted into his shell into a spike ball about to fall on Christa.
Luz: Christa look out!
Amity: Get out of the way!
Christa heard them and dodged as Pega nearly crushed her in his spike ball. He emerged out and fired the spikes from his shell that kept regenerating after each shot. Christa uses water and forms a wall of water, once the spikes were coming in she froze it, freezing the spikes.
Pega: Wrong move.
Pega's arms glowed again and fired the yellow beam at the ice. The explosion pushed Christa as she was nearly off the ring.
Pega: Hahaha! This hardly a challenge. Little girls like you shouldn't be fighting.
Christa: Excuse me?
Pega: Now I'll finish this!
Pega placed his hands on the ground and stone walls were forming around the ring. It blocked the audiences view but Zetto projected what was going on with his magic from up in the sky. Christa looked around confused.
Pega: Now, prepare for my ultimate attack. Roller crusher!
Pega retracted into his shell as he began to roll around in his spike ball form. He kept bouncing off the walls until he'd hit Christa.
Emira: Oh no she's having trouble. There's no way out of this.
Alice: Give her a moment. There's always a way.
Luz: Come on Christa. Come on.
She kept dodging his attacks and there was no way she could attack with him in his protected shell. After dodging his next attack, she noticed a crack on one of the stone walls. This gave her an idea. She formed her arm into a stone fist and punched the wall, breaking only the upper half, but that's all she needed. Pega was rolling towards her, she placed her hand on the ground turning into ice. Pega was slipping as she formed the ice into a ramp, making him roll off high out of the ring and finally landing out of it, stuck on his back.
Pega: But how? There's no way. I'm stuck!
Zetto: Pega is out of the ring! Winner, Charm Caster!
The audience cheers for her as she waved.
Luz: Yeah way to go hermana!
Amity: Awesome thinking!
Emira: Go Christa go!
Alice: Yeah get some!
The three of them looked at Alice awkwardly.
Alice: Uh, sorry. Got a bit excited there.
We begin a montage of the three of them each taking on fighters. Each one tagging out to fight while the other would be healed by Emira if they got hurt. As this happens Edric continues helping Eda and King make the blabber serum finding the creatures necessary to find them. But it was almost done and the final round was almost here.
Eda: Okay, it's almost ready.
Edric: So you want to use this to get information from him about Christa from this Unknown Isles?
Eda: Knowing people like him he might go back on his word but I promised that girl I'd get her home and we finally have a lead to where she's from. Hold I got to get this fire hotter. You keep stirring while I find more fuel.
Eda leaves Edric and King alone.
King: You're enjoying this aren't you Blight Brother.
Edric: Yeah I guess I am. I mean no ever takes me seriously.
King: Eh I know what that's like sometimes. I used to think I was an all powerful tyrant and most people didn't take me seriously.
Edric: Yeah, wait, wait! I got an idea.
Edric looked through the bag looking for something.
King: What are you doing?
Edric: No, no, ah ha!
Edric pulls out a jar of fire bee honey.
King: Fire bee honey?
Edric: Yeah. The serum needs heat in order to finish right? I just add a drop of this in and should be ready instantly.
King: Are you sure that's a good idea?
Edric: Of course. I mean what could possibly go wrong?
Meanwhile.
Zetto: The finals are here as our remaining contestants one by one will be challenging our champion Scourge. If one of them wins they will take home the belt. Will they be any match for our five time champion? Only one way to find out. Match begins in five minutes.
Amity: Well guys this is it.
Christa: I can't believe we made it this far.
Luz: I know, so you got this Amity? I'd go but...
Luz was motioning to her leg still being healed by Emira.
Amity: It's fine. This is my chance.
Alice: Amity I'm proud of what your doing. All of you really. Even if you don't win it's okay.
Amity: I know Alice. But I don't plan on losing either.
Alice: Just be careful.
Amity: Right...wait is that Ed over there?
We cut to Scourge emerging out of the porta potty.
Scourge: Whoa, man I should not have had those burritos for breakfast. Well time to win.
Scourge was about to leave as Edric and King were hiding behind a bush.
King: Shouldn't we wait for Eda?
Edric: It's fine. This info is important for Christa and we want to get it as soon as possible.
Edric emerges out of the bush with the bottle of the potion.
Edric: ( bad acting) Oh look at this blabber serum I made. Gee it would be very bad if something happened to it. Whoops!
Edric pretends to trip and gets the serum on Scourge's face.
Scourge: Blah! Ugh! Ah, what the heck is wrong with you man?
Edric: Question. When was the last time you changed your underwear?
Scourge: What kind of question...oh.
Scourge didn't feel right and held his stomach.
Scourge: Oh I don't feel so good. Ugh!
Scourge fell to the ground.
King: Is that supposed to happen?
Edric: I don't think. Hey are you okay?
Scourge replied with a deep distorted moan.
Edric: Okay I guess not.
Then Scourge began to transform into a giant monster. He was a large bipedal monster. His clothes has seem to have mutated with his body with them still intact and his shoes becoming his feet. He had purple scales, a tail with spikes, hands with long claws and a head while looking like he normally does is more monstrous showing off his sharp teeth and fangs. He roared ( stock Gorosaurus roar) as his presence frightened everyone as they ran away except for the group.
Edric: Oh, this is not good.
Everyone else along with Eda met up with the two.
Luz: Geez Louise! What is that?!
Amity: Is that Scourge?
Eda: Holy crud kid. What the heck did you do?
Edric: I-I just added a little fire bee honey and...
Alice: Hold it. You did what?!
Edric: I was just trying to speed up the process.
Alice: Fire bee honey is a really powerful ingredient. Only few selected brews can use that.
Eda: Not only that but...
Scourge spat out lava at the group, which they all managed to dodge.
Eda: Gives them fire powers.
Scourge kept roaring and was about to attack again, but Alice formed a large Abomination to hold him down. He was however strong and was breaking free, but Amity joined in and helped her hold him down. They got hold of him but it wouldn't last long.
Christa: So is there any way of stopping this thing?
Edric: Well if fire bee honey caused him to mutate, maybe if we had something cold he'll turn back to normal.
Eda: But we don't have time to make another serum.
Luz: We don't need to.
Luz showed her glyphs as Christa showed ice and snow on her hands.
Luz: Eda can you give me a lift?
Eda turns into her harpy form.
Harpy Eda: You know I can.
Babalou: Not so fast!
They looked and saw Babalou, Karasniper and ten Dorodoros with weapons drawn.
Karasniper: You've really dug your own graves this time.
Luz: We're trying to help turn your friend back.
Babalou: You've done enough damage to him! So you couldn't accept the fact you were going to lose so you decided to sabotage his match.
Harpy Eda: That's not what we were trying to do.
Karasniper: Not another word out of you!
Karasniper forms his rifle and pumps it.
Karasniper: But I guess this will give us a perfect excuse when we turn you in to the Emperor. Attack!
The Dorodoros charge at the group.
Harpy Eda: Can you two just give five minutes tops.
Alice: Maybe but make it quick.
Luz: We'll be done in three.
As Alice and Amity held onto Scourge, the others took on the rest. Luz, Christa and King took down half of the Dorodoros as Edric and Emira took on the other half. The three of them faced off Karasniper and Eda took on Babalou.
Karasniper fired his rifle at the three who were running at him. He was locked on Christa but she shielded herself with an ice shield as Luz and King got behind her. King went up and let out a sonic wave at him, pushing him back. He got back up and was about to fire his rifle at him, but Christa using a vine whipped his hand making him drop his weapon. She was about to punch him with a stone fist, but he dodged and kicked her to the ground. He got his rifle about to fire at her. Luz formed an ice spike and stuck it into the barrel of his gun. It blew up hurting his hand. He took out a machete and tried to cut Luz, but she used a plant glyph and caught his hand with it. As he tried to rip it off, King let out another sonic wave at him, knocking him back and before he could get up, Christa froze him with her ice powers.
We cut to Eda fighting Babalou. He formed his saber arm tried to slash her. She caught his arm before the blade got to her and kicked him to the ground. She tried to swipe him with her claw hand, but he dodged it with a back flip. He fired a yellow beam at her but she flew up in the sky. He aimed his arm at her and this arm guard opened up and shot a chain harpoon at Eda, wrapping it around her neck. Eda tried to take it off but he began to pull her towards him. Then he yanked the chain down which caused Eda to fall to the ground. He was about to strike her with his saber arm, but she thought fast and took the chain and had him cut that instead, freeing her. Eda began punching him in the face multiple times until finally she picked him up, flew him up and pile drives him to the ground, knocking him out.
Harpy Eda: Well that takes care of that.
Amity: Guys hurry!
They looked over and saw Alice and Amity were struggling and couldn't hold Scourge down much longer.
Harpy Eda: Luz, Chrissy come on!
Eda got Luz and flew her up as Christa got on her staff. They flew up as Luz threw out what ice glyphs or glyph combos she had and Eda activated them by spinning her wings around as the glyphs made snow as Christa formed her hands together to make snow. They made a huge pile that it buried Scourge in it. They landed back down as things settled down.
Christa: Did that do it?
They saw something come out of the snow and it was Scourge turned back to normal.
Harpy Eda: It did. Now for answers.
Eda went up to Scourge as everyone followed.
Scourge: Ugh, oh man what happened?
Then he looked up and saw everyone looking down at hm.
Scourge: You! What did you do!?
But Eda just grabbed him by his shirt and pulled him up to her face.
Harpy Eda: Alright enough games Scourge. Where's the Unknown Isles?
Scourge: I don't have to tell you nothing. You guys didn't technically beat me in the ring and you ruined this whole match with your crazy plan. So you lose!
Eda brought him closer to her face with a dark look.
Eda: Listen you obnoxious thief. You're going to tell us what you know or else.
Scourge: Am I supposed to be scared.
Then Alice joined and formed her arm into an abomination scythe and brought it to his neck.
Scourge: AAAH! Stop, stop! I don't know! I don't know okay!
Eda: What?
Scourge: I don't know anything about this Unknown Isles place. I stowed away in a pirate ship so I'd snag their treasure whatever it would be. But the thing is, I get sea sick very easy and lay low the whole time. So when they landed I stayed behind hidden as I tried to recover and way back didn't make it any better.
Luz: So you mean to tell us, you don't know where the Unknown Isles is?
Scourge: Not a clue.
Christa: ( frowns) So then, this was all for nothing?
Christa frowned as Eda saw the sad look on her face. This couldn't be it.
Harpy Eda: That can't be it. What else is there?
Scourge: There's nothing else, end of story.
Harpy Eda growls at him.
Scourge: Seriously, there's nothing else. I hid, they went. None of them are alive and...oh wait, wait the map.
Harpy Eda: What map?
Scourge: I did over hear where they got a copy of the map there. They said they got it from someone named uh... uh...
Harpy Eda: Spill it!
Scourge: I'm trying to remember, this is really not helping. It was uh...er Tempera, Temperature, uh...Temperor! They got the map from someone named Temperor!
Luz: Temperor?
Scourge: Yeah I heard he's a hidden seller in the night market.
Amity: The night market.
Harpy Eda: How do we find him?
Scourge: Well...wait how did they...ARGH!
Suddenly a magic beam shot through Scourge's head, killing him instantly. Everyone yelled as Eda dropped him as a pool of blood formed on the ground. Everyone looked up to where it came from but couldn't tell.
Alice: He's dead.
Luz: Who did that?
Harpy Eda: I don't know, but someone who thought he was speaking too much.
Karasniper: Scourge!
They turned and saw Babalou and Karasniper with horrified looks. They ran and kneeled down to Scourge's body.
Karasniper: Scourge...he was our friend.
Babalou: YOU! You did this!
Harpy Eda: It's not what you think.
Babalou: I knew you were lying! First you turned him into a monster and then you killed him! You lowlife rats you...
Karasniper: Babalou.
Karasniper wraps Scourge's head and carried his body.
Karasniper: We must go. ( to the group) As for you. What you did was unforgivable killing our commrade. The next we meet, we will be sending you to Hell where you belong!
Karasniper and Babalou warp away with Scourge's body.
King: But we didn't kill them.
Harpy Eda: You can't reason with them.
Eda turns back to normal.
Eda: But wished they did.
Edric: Well at least that's over.
Alice: Ahem.
Edric looked over at Alice looking at him.
Edric: Oh geez. I'm in trouble aren't I?
Alice: Oh, you think?
Edric: I'm sorry Aunt Alice I thought I was trying to help, but I screwed things up like I always do. Miss Eda I am so sorry for all this.
Eda: Now hold on Alice. So he didn't make a blabber serum. But he made a horrifying transformation serum. This is something new and I can definitly sell this. Go easy on him, he's got skill in wild magic.
Alice: Well...well I guess and no one got hurt. Just please be more careful next time.
Edric: I will. That's a promise
Alice: But no penstagram for one week.
Edric: ( frowns) Fair enough.
Eda: Oh and here. You're one of us now.
Eda hands him a Bad Girl Coven t-shirt.
Edric: Oh thanks.
Eda: Oh and I was meant to give you this before Alice. You were so cool fighting with and loved your fight here several years ago.
Eda hands her a t shirt as well.
Alice: Oh, um thank you.
Emira: Wait I want one too!
King: Well this was all for nothing.
Amity: I wouldn't say that. Scourge may not have known, but we at least have another lead.
Christa: Yeah, so I guess we have to find this Temperor guy if we want to find this place.
Luz: Just hang on Christa. I promise we'll get you home soon.
Christa: I know. I know we'll find it soon. All is not lost.
Meanwhile.
We cut to where the shot was made, from a cliff far away. Selene stood there with the Choju Battra.
Selene: Excellent shot Battra. It was nothing personal Scourge, but Emperor Belos doesn't tolerate those giving away important information. But he was quite annoying. I would have killed him myself sooner or later. But let's see if Babalou or Karasniper are still willing to follow me.
Selene chuckles as Kaa wraps around her neck hissing as Battra roared flapping his wings.

Author's Note: That's it for this chapter and I'm back. Sorry it took long but I finally got a new laptop and immediately began this chapter. But this was probably a good thing because not only is this new computer very smooth but this time of waiting gave me the idea on how to make this. I know I said I wasn't going to retell " Reaching Out" but I didn't want to drop it completely and wanted to use some plot elements, mainly the brawl and I brought it here and added some new characters. You might say it was unnecessary but I wanted to be creative and add my own monsters to this. I'm constantly making them and trying to find every opportunity to use them, whether minor or major.
