AN: So I'm just updating as I write it because why not if I'm on a rollish haha. Seriously though its 4am and this is my second day of no sleep. I'm hoping this will knock me out soon. Wish me luck haha. This might be the last chapter for the night I'm not entirely sure yet.

Emily's stomach was churning. She was sat outside the house still in Morgan's car. She wanted to see everyone but she was scared she was about to be rejected. She had packed her stuff while no one was home so it had been a long six weeks since she last saw them. She knew she would feel guilty when looking at the twins. She couldn't believe she had forgotten their 5th birthday. She could only hope they would forget.

She saw Garcia come over to the car. "Gumdrop I'm so happy you're here." The bubbly woman exclaimed. "I just want to let you know JJ's about to have a seizure and Derek your better at them than me so I'm going to head over to the park with the kiddies. Emily do you want to come with or come later?"

Emily looked between the bus and the house. She had to make sure JJ would allow her to see the kids. She hadn't disappeared on them so at the moment it was her choice whether she wanted her in the kids lives or if she wanted her gone. "I need to see Jayje first. It's up to her if I see the kids."

Garcia nodded slowly. But she walked away taking the kids to the park promising their moms would meet them later.

ejejejejejejejejeje

Morgan led Emily inside quickly seeing if JJ was still sensing the seizure or if she was in the middle of one. Luckily when they walked in JJ didn't seem to be seizing. So Emily sat herself by JJ's head and took her hand. She was flashed a small lob sided smile before JJ's back began to arch and her limbs shook uncontrollably.

The brunette agent felt the tears rise as she watch her wife suffer. She caught Morgan pressing the timer on his phone before sitting back slightly. He kept and eye on JJ and Emily but from a small distance, not wanting to get in the way. "I love you." Emily whispered looking to her the smaller woman who lay next to her. "How long do we leave her to do this before you phone an ambulance?"

"Well, we give her 6 minutes. 5 of those is her coming out of the seizure herself but if at the 5 minute mark she hasn't come out of it we give her the rescue medication, she keeps some of it in her purse, we wait a minute and if she's still fitting like this we phone an ambulance." He could tell this was tough on his friend already. He would see the tears fill at her waterline.

"And does she usually have them every couple of days or are they more regular?"

"She's currently been having between three and five a day, but she's got an appointment with the neurologist next week, she's going to ask if she can change medication to see if that eases them."

"What the fuck." Emily muttered. She couldn't believe she was having that many seizures a day. How was she supposed to cope with it. Could nothing be done to stop what was happening. She knew before Ian Doyle would be stuck forever with her. But seeing this she was sure she would never forget him and the 5 days the couple had spent with him. It too make her feel guilty that she had been so selfish and left JJ and the kids to deal with this alone. She hadn't been there to support them at all. This wasn't about her anymore this was about her family and taking care of them. "So she knows they are happening then?"

Morgan nodded. "Most of the time. If she knows she'll get herself to the floor as soon as possible. She'll try tell whoever's here if she has the time. She hates the kids seeing so she'll usually start the fit alone while we take the kids somewhere and keep them busy."

"What about when she doesn't know?"

"They are the more dangerous ones. When Rossi she dropped at the top of the stairs. Luckily he was going up the use the restroom or she would have fell all the way down. She had one at Walmart too. She just dropped again, she bumped her head so we ended up in the ER with that one." He checked his phone, only one minute had passed.

Emily had more questions. "What's she like afterwards?"

Morgan sighed. "Tired, bit of a headache and she said to me that she feels weak, but she'll still try get up and do things. A short nap can usually fix things and she's more or less back to normal. If she has the rescue medication she'll sleep for a lot longer and those are the days she'll have less seizures. She's tried lorazepam but it did nothing for her and her first two weeks home she was back in there every other day over night with a seizure. They know her by name now by the way." He lightly laughed knowing he wanted to keep the air light. "The diazepam works much better for her, you squeeze the tube into her cheek and try massage it in. Your supposed to take her if she has the rescue medication but the doctor said just to phone the ward and someone will assess whether she needs to come in."

Emily nodded and watched JJ for another couple of minutes. She noticed a couple of signs the seizure was slowing. All her limbs slowed before stopping completely and she lay still. Emily didn't realise until JJ had stopped, but she had been holding her own breath. She finally felt like she could breathe now that episode was over. She planted a soft kiss on top for JJ's forehead and took her now still hand. It was only another couple of minutes before JJ stirred.

"Hey there beautiful." Emily smiled shyly. Morgan sensed alone time was needed so her helped JJ to the sofa and left the two alone.

"Hi." JJ smiled once Morgan had left. "I'm glad your home." She had been desperate for this day. She still had nightmares and she new Emily would be having them too. Neither of them would get over the nightmares until they helped each other. Maybe some normality could return to their lives.

"I'm sorry I was such a horrible wife and left you to deal with this and children alone. I just… It was all my fault and I didn't want to see you suffering like this." Emily brought one hand to her mouth about the bite it, but JJ brought it to her lips, she kissed it before keeping a tight hold of it.

"You weren't a horrible wife. You had stuff to deal with yourself. Guaranteed I didn't think it would last this long but you had stuff to do. That's okay. But you know if you need alone time you could still do it from here. I don't mind. If you wanted to go away, you can just say. None of this was your fault. It was Ian Doyle's and if the bastard wasn't dead I'd kill him because he fucked me over and I'm pissed at him. But I love you. You saved me." JJ could feel herself tearing up. She hadn't really spoken to anyone about what happened those days with Emily. Both kept it quiet and neither felt ready enough to start therapy yet. So talking about it now was flashing some images into both their minds. But holding on to each other helped show them where reality was.

"Did I ever tell you how amazing you are?"

JJ smirked. "Erm not yet. I don't think I've heard it come from you."

Emily smiled and leaned in slowly. "Your amazing." She whispered seductively to her wife, who gulped seeing how close they had suddenly become. She leaned in placing a soft kiss on JJ's lips. Letting the mouths hover together before slight tongue was introduced. Soon the kisses got a little more heated.

Morgan obviously the champion of good timing walked in. He was happy that Emily was home and they were both able to have a couple of minutes to themselves. "Sorry to interrupt." He said, trying to hold back the laughter as both blushed from the heat and embarrassment. "We have a park to get to, so JJ what you doing? Do you want to nap, and I come and get you later on or are you coming with?"

"I'll come with, I'll just nap on the way. I really wanna see the kids when they see Em. They've missed you. The younger 3 weren't my friend because you weren't here." JJ pouted at the thought of the younger through rejecting her because she wasn't mommy. The three of them climbed in the car, catching up to the others and JJ catching a good 10 minutes of rest before they got to the park where everyone was waiting.
