Crazy Motorcycle Chase
As you headed out from the tunnel
The world around you was a mere blur
And time was only an essence
Surely you would find out what caused such luck
For I know it wasn't
There are things that can be determined by skill
And those that use the action of prayer for hope
Coming into the city you cross paths with innocent lives
With very little space to deal with
You dodge every thing that disturbs your path
Not many people realize they won't make it out
I hated to tell you that
Though I can not hide the truth any longer
For we make up lies to in order to get to the truth
I say that with a straight face
While others may laugh that I have no dignity
They are considered below me
And surely they shall end up dead like the others
As my speed increases, so do my thoughts on you
Each one on the edge of being lost
Should I lose even two?
I will have no memory of you when we meet
Those who pass me are in slow motion
All their faces focused on me
It's as if they know my purpose in life
To get your attention
And fill in the missing piece of my life
They're catching up to me
And I'm still so far behind you
Take your time in waiting
And do not cry
I have had my shares of fate
