"I can't breathe.", Markus thought as he was dog piled by the other students.
"Damn Markus when did you stop looking like such an asshole and actually helped people?", Jean said as he helped Markus of the floor.
"Damn ain't that kettle calling the pot black? Huh horseface?", Eren teased Jean with a wide grin on his face.
"Yeah, funny coming from your suicidal bastard. Getting shot, you dunce.", Jean shot back with a click of his tongue.
"How are you feeling cousin?", Armin asked with a concerned look.

"Pretty well why did you not come visit me?", Markus asked confused at his cousin's lack of concern for him earlier.
"Grandpa was having some medical issues regarding to a heart problem. So, I was also out of school for a couple of weeks.", Armin replied with a sigh.
"Why did you not tell us that papa was not doing well?", Annie questioned the young Artlert.
"Y'all dealing with Auntie and Mark getting his as beat on multiple occasions I thought it would be wise to keep that quiet.", Armin replied with a pleading look in his eyes.
"Fucking Papa that is just so weird coming out of Annie's mouth.", Reiner snickered only to be cut short from be kicked in the gut.
"Reiner I can still fold you like a lawn chair so shut the fuck up gorilla boi.", Annie replied after lowering her leg.
"So, what is the real story of what happened? Without all the extra bull shit from the media.",
Historia asked with curiosity in her eyes.
"Uhh... so basically as y'all may have figured out what may have happened at the Farlan household. But I was jumped by a senior at this school.", Markus commented.
"Wait a senior here? Who?", Bertholdt asked scanning the room to see if someone was listening.
"That is the age-old question Bertholdt. Who? And we are here to find whoever did this.", Eren stated looking off into the distance.
"But why us isn't this a problem for the police? Why would we need to help them?", Marco said puzzled at the fact that the police are using freshman to find a criminal.
"The police is not really allowed to investigate school and be concealed about it. It would be easier for students to find them due to us being able to seem like a narc.", Eren stated matter-o-factly.
"To explain it better than this dumbass it would be less suspicious for us to it than the force.", Annie corrected only to get her bun ruffled by Eren.
Eren directed his attention to Mikasa and asked, "Hey are you doing alright? You seem less motherly. Which do not get me wrong I like that a lot but, you seem so out of it."
"Well, a friend gave me some advice about that, and it helped me out with the "mothering issue". However, I will help you as a friend and support your investigation.", Mikasa said with a slight smile.
"Oh, thank you Mikasa that is really sweet.", Eren replied with his ears were red.
Annie simply glared at Mikasa in jealousy and Historia gave a passive aggressive smile.
"Hey are you alright Krista?", Reiner asked.
"Oh yeah just peachy.", Historia replied stone face.
Mikasa had a huge smirk on her face and snickered underneath the veil of her scarf.
"So, any who we can discuss tomorrow we got to go to class.", Armin said noticing the impending danger from Annie.
"You are right Armin see ya later.", Eren said running off.
