Author: To give some context some context I was going upload this a couple weeks ago. But my sociology teacher gave us 20,000 word essay to do because some one was being a smart ass. If I was not in college I was fucking put the kid in a headlock. Anyways here we go.

*Markus's room*

"So anyways Yelena what kind of information do you got for me?", Markus questioned with a note pad in his hand and a recorder next to him.

"My father helped orchestrate the break out of Grace or rather Farlan to escape prison. Along with setting up the hit on Farlan sr.

The hit man was in the upper echelon of the titan gang and was the nephew of the leader.", Yelena rattled off while Markus wrote everything down on his notepad.

After clearing her voice she states, "Dad said they were planning an attack on Governor Reiss and his family. But they haven't talk much about it."

"I will tell Eren to tell Krista... I mean Historia.", Markus blurted out and continued to write his notes.

"They also mentioned something about tying up loose ends. Dad specifically said we need to take care of that Doctors boy. But, he went and told me that they couldn't do that because he was being watched by Mr. Ackerman and your father.", Yelena continued only to make Markus chuckle.

"Hahaha... That bastard can handle himself. Believe me that man can fold most people. Including me.", Markus joked which made Yelena laugh this time.

"You are right about that one. Even hour sister and Mikasa has his back.", Yelena added with Markus just nodding to the statement.

"Do you know where Farlan went?", Markus asked.

"I uh- have no idea. One day he was spamming me calls and then the next he was totally off the grid.", Yelena answered with her own sense of confusion.

Markus then put the notebook down and stopped the recorder. And walked over and hugged Yelena.

"Alright thank you for all the help. Also thank you for having the balls to come and apologize to me and Annie. If I were in your situation I probably would have bailed.", Markus commended the young woman who just simply smiled back.

"So what now?", Yelena inquired.

"I am going to have to call the cops and have you arrested so you can stand trial. And see if my mom would decide to press charges. I will talk to her about it so try not worry about it to much.", Markus explained to a now gloom looking Yelena.

"Alright... promise me you will come visit.", Yelena pleaded to Markus.

Rubbing the back of his neck nervously he said, " As soon as I can I will. Wait what about your father won't he know you ratted him out?"

"Oh no I have a scape goat for that. As it turns out there was a rat in his division who exposed them to the cops. So he would assume the police would have already know this.", Yelena corrected him.

"Oh gotcha. Well give me just a moment I am going to call the cop that I know.", Markus told Yelena who only nodded at him.

*Pieck's apartment 12 a.m.*

Ring Ring

"Who in the blazes could be calling this late?" Zeke asked himself as he checked Pieck's phone.

"Markus Leonhardt huh. What trouble has that kid gotten himself into now?", Zeke yet again asked himself and answered the phone.

"Hi this Zeke Jaeger the husband of Peick how can I help you today.", Zeke asked.

After Markus told him the situation Zeke shook his head and attempted to wake up his wife.

"Sweetie I need you to get up that Leonhardt boy has a suspect for you.", Zeke told her as he was rubbing her.

Pieck now stirring awake asked for the phone.

"Who is the suspect Markus?", Pieck groggily asked not in the mood for this stuff right now.

"Wait Yelena is in your house!? I am on the way.", Yelena alerted the young man before hanging up the phone.

"Do you wanted me to bring some Waffle House home when I am done Zeke?", Pieck asked.

"Uh sure why not. I won't be able to fall back to sleep for a couple of hours anyways.", Zeke answered before hoping on his phone and texting Eren that Pieck is coming to Markus's house.

*Back to Eren and Annie*

"My bro just texted me that Pieck will be here soon.", Eren alerted Annie.

"Ok cool. I need a break from Yelena.", Annie acknowledged coldly.

"Pffft... More like she needs a break from you. Tried to choke slam into the concrete.", Eren teased only to be playfully smacked on the head.

"Whatever Jaeger. And it wouldn't be first time.", Annie scoffed at him.

"And probably not the last.", Eren affirmed causing Annie to roll her eyes.

Markus then stepped out his room and filled in the two.

"They think I am loose end. I will show them what a loose end is on a end of rope.", Eren shouted in anger.

"How does that make any sense? Dumbass." Annie questioned his out burst.

"That is a fair question. It just felt right in the moment.", Eren shot back.

"Anyways what do you guys make of Yelena's claims?", Markus asked the group to shut down the argument.

"Good. We actually have a foot hold on this investigation.", Eren replied with a smile.

"I still have my suspicions but nothing to strong to call her out on.", Annie commented.

The group went to talk for a bit longer until they heard the door bell ring.
