Danny's POV

Glenn follows Maggie through the door but this time it's not an emergency because Maggie's wearing a soft smile. Glenn steps past Maggie and looks directly at me.

"I've come to meet my new Niece or Nephew".

I grin at him but look at Daryl in question. "Has no one told them?"

"We all know", Maggie says before Daryl can, "but Daryl said that you had to tell Glenn so we've kept it to ourselves".

Glenn frowns, "You know the gender?"

Maggie chuckles, "And the name".

"You told me you didn't know". Glenn sounds a little offended.

Maggie grabs his hand, "Because if you knew that I knew you wouldn't stop askin'".

I move round to stand in front of him as Maggie walks past me to go and sit at the table with the others.

"This is Riley Dixon". I then gently pass him over to Glenn who is staring down at him with the cheesiest grin.

"It's a boy if the name didn't help work that out". Merle remarks from behind me, it's a followed by a slap sound and a painful grunt.

Glenn ignores him and puts his gaze on me. "I'm so happy for you, he's beautiful". He then wraps an arm around me to pull me in for a hug, being careful not to squash Riley.

Glenn keeps hold of Riley as we go back and sit with the others. When Glenn is comfortable he shares a glance with Maggie who nods her head the tiniest amount. Blinked and I would have missed it.

Glenn clears his throat nervously. "We actually came to talk to you guys about something to".

We all wait in silence.

"Maggie and I, we tried to be loyal, Rick he... The decisions he made over the winter brought us here, kept us alive but he's unravelling. Making dangerous decisions and putting us all at risk. We didn't want it to come to this but..." He looks at Maggie again likes he's double checking that he's still okay to say it. I don't say anything because I'm fairly certain I know what he's about to say and I honestly never thought it would get to this point.

When he puts his attention back on me I offer him a smile.

"We'd like to be apart of your group. You guys make decisions together and you don't take any unnecessary risks. If it hadn't been for Rick, Woodbury wouldn't know we existed and we wouldn't be in danger".

Maggie lays her hand on Glenn's arm, "You guys were doing great, you all looked fed and comfortable and as stress free as you could possibly get in the middle of an apocalypse when we met up with you all again and then you let us in and we ruined it".

I chuckle, "I wouldn't say that. No matter what it brought I'm so glad you appeared again. It's in the top five of the worst days I've ever had when we stopped looking for you".

"What about Herschel and Beth?" Daryl asks.

"They agree", Glenn says, "But Herschel's reluctant to leave Rick alone. He has a new born baby that he doesn't ever see and someone needs to take care of her".

Merle scoffs, "Well if he ain't bothered about her then bring her here. Ain't got no right havin' a child ya ain't gonna look after".

Now I completely agree, if he doesn't care about her and he's proven multiple times that he doesn't with his reckless behaviour, then he shouldn't have her but we can't just take someone else's child. "She's Carl's sister, the Sheriff's last thing he has connecting him to his wife. You honestly think he'll just let us take her without any problems."

"I guess" Merle agrees, " And Carl wouldn't bat an eyelid at shootin' one of us to stop us gettin' her".

"For now Herschel and Beth are gonna stay with them", Glenn says, "Beth isn't gonna let Judith out of her sights."

Oscar leans his elbows on the table, "We're ignoring the main problem".

Axel stares at him with his mouth agape and I swear you can see him trying to work out what Oscars getting at .

"Woodbury know where we live" Oscar carries on, to ease Axels mind, "they know roughly how many people we have here and they willingly killed one of their own to make it look like we did it, if what Michonne says is true".

"Yeah", Axel pipes in. "What do we do?"

Every single pair of eyes lands on me and Daryl. The logical answer is to leave, pack up our stuff load everyone into the cars and get as far away from here as we can but the Sheriff won't come and neither will Carl which means we can't take Judith, not without a huge fight and someone will get hurt.

I look at Daryl at the same time he looks at me and I know just by looking at him what he want's and that is to leave. Leaving protects his family from this new threat but we have two new born babies, one isn't even a day old yet. They can't be out there because we have no plan. Nowhere to go and we'd have to stop for supplies, fuel and rest. They would cry and they would be heard and each stop we make would be dangerous. I lean my elbow on the table and put my chin in my palm, my fingertips resting against my lips and then I move my head to the side once, in a barely visible shake. I don't know what to do.

Merle tuts, "This readin' each others mind is only supposed to happen between me and Daryl. Don't you start doin' it".

I tear my eyes away from Daryl, "What do you guys want to do, do we stay or go?"

When none of them start to speak Carol takes the initiative. "I can't say the same for everyone here but I don't know. We spent all Winter trying to find a place like this and it worked... Against Walkers. The cell doors are keeping the Walkers confined in the prison away from us, the fences outside are doing there job and if we can fix that gate out front then we'll be back to having this huge space to be able to grow our own food. We can live off the land but we've also found out today that it's not safe against people. Is it too big for us to protect?"

"I wanna stay and fight for what's ours", Merle adds next. "but not at the expense of my family."

I turn my attention to Sophia to make sure that she gets a chance to speak. "We have a home here. I know it hasn't exactly been a completely safe place to live but it's the place I've felt safest the most".

Glenn and Maggie whisper something to one another before Glenn turns his attention on me. "We barely made it here to begin with. If we left here with you guys it may be different but we can't know that. We don't have another 8 months in us out on the road".

"Man, we don't know nothin' we've been in here since the start," Axel starts, "We spent a couple days out there and we nearly died."

"We can help protect this place" Oscar offers. "We lived here and know the ins and outs of pretty much every room here. But to answer what you think we should do then I don't know."

Listening to them hasn't made this any clearer, when I think they're going one way they throw in something that leads a different way. No one knows what we should do.

"I know someone inside Woodbury". I turn in my seat as Michonne pipes up from behind me, I did not know she was inside. When she makes eye contact with me she jerks her thumb at the door. "Carl and Rick are on watch. She might be able to help". I shuffle a little in my seat, impatiently waiting for her to carry on. "I met her on the road nine months back, we got taken to Woodbury together but she believed in the gov'nor and ended up staying but if I can talk to her I can tell her what he's done. I know she'll help".

"What's her name?" Carol asks.

"Andrea, She'll..."

"Andrea?" A few people say at once.

They can't think it's the same Andrea surely. "What's her last name?" I ask.

Michonne raises an eyebrow at me, "Harrison".

I realise pretty quickly that I'm not sure why I asked because I never actually knew Andrea's last name. I look behind me at Carol to see if she can help. Her face says it all, her mouth is open and she just looks shocked. When she realises I'm looking at her for confirmation she nods her head.

"Oh".

"You know Andrea"? Michonne questions.

"Yeah, we lived together back at Herschel's farm" Daryl tells her.

"When the farm got overrun", Maggie starts, "We all got separated. We thought she died as she never turned up... She's alive?"

"She was struggling to outrun the dead when I found her", Michonne says, "She somehow convinced me to let her come with me but then about a month back she got sick and that's when the gov'nor found us. Gave her the medicine she needed. I think that's why she decided to stay".

She knows Andrea and Andrea's in Woodbury. Can this help us?

"If ya ask her," Daryl starts, "Ya think she'll help? Ya said he basically saved her, that can brainwash a lot of people. She don't know us anymore and as far as she's concerned she got abandoned back at the farm".

He's got a point, she doesn't know why she was left alone, and if she trusts this man then it would probably be extremely difficult to get her to change her mind on that gut feeling.

"Would you even be able to get to her, Rick got spotted and he didn't even get that close?" Carol asks the most important question, we can't have another incident like the Sheriff had.

"I looked around that place before I left, I know where they have guard posts, I know how to get inside without the using the main gates. I can get to her".

I chew on my bottom lip, "You think it will work? Its a huge risk and we can't have them come back at us like that again". I cast a glance at Daryl, he catches my eye and after a beat he puts his elbow up on the table and gestures at everyone. Okay, I turn around in my seat to look at everyone sat around. "You think this would work?"

Merle shrugs, "If you could get in to see her, what then? What could she do?"

"If I can convince her about what he's doing she can be our person on the inside. She might be able to get through to other people in there, she can give us information, anything she can offer us could help".

Merle nods is head with his lip jutted out a little. "Fair enough, then go for it. I'm in".

"I think we should at least try and get into contact with her. Even if it doesn't help with the governor situation it would nice to know that she's okay... but it's such a huge risk".

"I don't know if we'll get anythin' out of it," Glenn offers, "But we should at least try and get to her. It's Andrea. We've known her since the quarry."

"You got a plan in mind", Daryl asks Michonne, "You wanna do this we need a plan".
