Inko's screams echo throughout the Saki estate as medical foot ninja try to help dull her pain as she was giving birth to her son, "Where is Oroku," she asked one of the Elite Foot Ninja in the room," where is my husband?" The Foot Elite knelt before his mistress, the woman once known as the Telekinetic Assassin: Bladedancer now the wife of his master The Shredder leader of the Foot Ninja, lowering his head in respect, "He is currently on his way mistress," the elite ninja said keeping his eyes on the floor, "His business in Kyoto had finished just as you went into labor. Your watcher had informed him of such." Inko slammed her fist into the floor from the pain her quirk lifting several small items around her, one of her blades flying right up to the Elite Ninja's face. If she could see any emotion on the man's face, he would have been displaying absolute fear as the nurse tried to keep her calm, "He better not be late," Inko said letting the knife drop to the floor as she began to push.

It did not take long for Oroku Saki to rush into the maternity room as soon as his chopper landed at his estate, "Inko," Saki yelled out as he ran into the room, he would admit that Inko was no Tang Shen by any stretch of the word. She was beautiful but Inko could never replace the woman that Hamato Yoshi stole from him, looking down at the woman that he called his wife he saw the bundle she held in her arms. Her smile beamed down at the baby in her arms before she turned her gaze to her husband, "It's a boy Oroku," she said as he knelt beside her running a hand along the sleeping boy's cheek a small smile spreading across his face staring at his son, "Our little Izuku," Inko added handing Izuku over to Oroku. With great care Oroku Saki held his son in his arms, Izuku Saki was the newest member of the Foot Clan and Oroku will make sure that his son will be one of the greatest ninja in the clan. As he looked at his son thinking of his future Izuku stirred in his arms waking up and staring at his father with a pair of green eyes, just like his mothers, "Welcome to the world Izuku," Oroku said walking outside holding Izuku looking out at the courtyard, the sounds of the Foot Ninja training echoing around the estate, "soon I will mold you into the greatest ninja of our clan."

Izuku turned his small head to face the courtyard just as the ninja ceased their training, as soon as his eyes looked right at them each ninja gave a bow towards him and his father, The Shredder.

10 years later…

Izuku shakily returned to his feet, he dared not cry, he had learned that lesson swiftly from the last time, "Your movements have improved young master," his tutor said still holding his bokken, "but you still have much to learn." Izuku stared at his tutor with a glare that matched his fathers, he did not hesitate and charged right at his opponent and spin kicked him as hard as he could. With a groan, his tutor hit the ground hard and bokken clattered to the floor the sound echoing throughout the dojo, it may have reverberated in the dojo for a good three to five minutes until the sound of clapping resounded in the room making Izuku turn his gaze towards his father, "Impressive," Oroku Saki said walking towards his son, "Most impressive." Izuku bows to his father before feeling a hand on his shoulder, "Rise my son. There is no need for such pleasantries between us," Oroku said lifting his son's head and motioning him to follow, Izuku followed his father out of the dojo.

Izuku walked beside his father throughout the estate, passing the rows of foot ninja training outside, "I have been monitoring your progress my son," Oroku Saki spoke breaking the silence, "It is time that I train you myself." Hearing those words sent a wave of excitement throughout Izuku, he always wanted to learn what his father knew and now he has his chance, "As my successor, you will need to know everything about our clan and our business," his father's words sent shockwaves down Izuku's spine as they entered his father's dojo, on the far side of the room he could see it. The suit of armor that struck fear into his father's enemies in this hero society, the armor of the Shredder, "I brought you here when you were an infant to show you what awaited you when you were ready," Saki said smiling at his son taking the gauntlet off the rack and slipping it on his arm, "Prepare yourself, my son." Izuku could hear the knuckles crack in his father's fingers as he raised the blades, he had to act fast looking around the room for a weapon to defend himself and on the tea table he saw Oroku's spare blades laying on the rack, he knew that run straight for them would be a pointless endeavor as he knew that Oroku would sweep him onto the floor, Izuku had seen that move before when new recruits tried to run. It was pointless and stupid, Izuku smirked and charged at his father narrowly dodging the blades being swung in his direction, sliding under his dad and landing a side blade kick to his back. Oroku Saki grunted from the kick turning to face Izuku only to see him leap into the air and deliver another kick forcing him to block and move back from each strike ranging from Dragon fists and sweep kicks. He had learned well from his tutor, Izuku had definitely grown since he was that scared, crying, young boy Hun had brought home.

Allowing Izuku to attend that preschool was Inko's suggestion, it was to "keep him humble" in Inko's own words, the only thing it did was allow Izuku to be bullied by an explosive child in Izuku's class, all because he was a quirkless child, Izuku was wise enough to not say what his real name was but Hun coming to collect him from school did not help, nor did it help when Hun attacked the boy who they later learned was named Katsuki Bakugo for bullying the young master. It was only but random luck that no charges were pressed and Hun was allowed to return to New York in America, Oroku returned his focus to the fight at hand. Izuku was pushing him into a corner and his attacks were ruthless, Oroku knew exactly what his son was doing; attempting to push close enough to go for the spare set of blades on his table, his son's tactical mind impressed him but it would take a lot more than just brute strength and tactical brilliance to defeat him, "Your skills are most impressive my son," Oroku said grabbing Izuku's fist and knocking him to the floor, "But you still have much to learn if you are to beat me."

"I will do everything to make you proud father," Izuku grunted before kicking his father off and getting back to his feet, "I will not yield." Oroku Saki smiled at his son's tenacity and takes an offensive stance, "Good then you are ready for what I have in store for your training," with a yell Saki charged at Izuku swiping at him with his Tekko-Kagi claws, Izuku was lucky to have dodged in time with only his training Gi being cut. Izuku knew that it would not be easy getting the blades, he had to improvise and fast. Scanning the room with his eyes he spotted the sword rack and jumped towards it grabbing a katana off the rack, unsheathing the sword, and turning to face his father, "I hope you are prepared to yield father," Izuku said ready to defend and make for the claws staring dead into Oroku Saki's eyes with the determination to win. Oroku Saki cracked his neck and readied his blades looking back at Izuku, "Fight to win Izuku," he said charging at him, and Izuku charged at his father slashing each other.

Izuku looked down to see he was in front of the table now with the blades well within reach before seeing the shards of the sword in his hands fall to the floor and the strap on his ponytail snapping letting his long, dark-green hair fall to his shoulders, "I recommend seeing your mother to get your hair cut son," he heard his father say into his ear his eyes widening feeling the blade tips on his back, "You have the skill and with my training, you will be ready for anything." Izuku felt the blades leave his back and then felt his father ruffle his long locks, training was over now he had to get clean for dinner, "Also," he heard his father say turning to face him to pay attention to his words, "Never think that you do not make me proud Izuku. I am proud every time you stand back up after being knocked down, you uphold the strengths of the clan, and you are bound to succeed me." Oroku Saki put a hand on his son's shoulder and smiled at him, "You will become the next Shredder."

5 months later, New York City…

Izuku Saki sat in his seat in the limousine next to his father fixing the collar on his shirt, "Relax son," his father said not turning his head to look at him, "We are here to look over the affairs of the New York branch of the foot. It is important that our operations in this country go smoothly." Izuku looked at his father and then back to the Foot Tower, seeing Hun in front of the building waiting for them. Izuku could not help but be amazed by the behemoth of a human being Hun was; his right shoulder bore the Foot Clan's dragon foot emblem as a tattoo and his left armor bore the tattoo of the Purple Dragon gang, Izuku knew how valuable Hun was to the clan and how much influence he had over the local street gangs in Manhattan.

The limo stopped in front of the building with Hun opening the door for them, "Welcome back Master, I hope your flight was not a bother," Hun said to Oroku. His groveling to Izuku's father was almost amusing to Inko but Izuku did not share her amusement at times like his father, Hun turned to look at Izuku and helped him out of the Limo, "Hello young master enjoying your visit to New York? If you want to see the sights, I can get a couple of my boys to escort you around."

"My son and I will be handling things here at the tower Hun. We are not here to waste time," Oroku Saki growled looking at Hun.

"Of course, master, I was just letting the young master know."

"And the offer is much appreciated, now report," Oroku was not in the mood for games and it was very evident in his voice. It sent chills down Izuku's spine, more than the fits of rage from his mom, it was not her fault after all being pregnant will lead to many fits as he was told. Izuku hoped to have a little sister or a brother. It did not matter to him, as long as he could have a sparring partner during training with his father down the line.

"Baxter Stockman has finished working on the new suit as instructed, thus far the so-called Hero Killer: Stain has not been a massive issue. All for One on the other hand has continued to demand an audience with you, looks like he is still wanted to take the Foot into his ever-growing empire," Hun said the last part of his report not sitting well for him, "I gotta tell you master trusting All for One will be a bad move for our operations here and abroad."

Oroku Saki nodded his head knowing all too well about All for One's big promises, he continued to pursue taking the Foot Clan into his plans, and every time Oroku gladly rejected the crime boss. Even without quirks the Foot Clan was the strongest in all of Japan and now they had a foothold in America with their headquarters in New York, they did not need the help from a man like All for One if anything All for One needed the Foot to make himself powerful and Oroku would not let that happen. He had worked hard to bring the Foot out of the ashes during the early years of the Hero Society and he had fought tooth and nail to bring the local yakuza gangs and mob bosses of America under his heal, The Shredder may have been quirkless but he was still a force to be feared and Saki gladly reminded them of that fact. Saki turned his attention to his son as they entered the elevator, he was readjusting the tightness on his Tekko-Kagi band on his hand, "Still slipping Izuku," he asked his son as he finished his tweaking brandishing the blades and looking them over.

"I noticed a bit of a roll during training making them move from the back of my hand to the palm," Izuku said flexing his hand, "I will need to see if the adjustment worked." Oroku pat his son's shoulder and nodded, "There will be plenty of time to work on that later for now we have business to attend to here."

"Kids a spitting image of you, master," Hun said with a laugh as they entered what passed for a throne room, it reminded Izuku of home. Izuku sat next to his father as he listened and learned the ins and outs of his father's empire; it was no secret to Izuku that his father ran a massive criminal empire after all having someone with the likes of Hun can be a dead giveaway, but such details mattered little to him as no hero could practically touch his father with the connections he had, it was speculated that not even the Symbol of Peace, All Might himself, could take Oroku Saki in on criminal charges. Izuku chuckled at that thought, All Might the number one hero in all of Japan could be brought low by a quirkless ninjutsu master, his focus was brought back to the present moment as he saw the sniveling wreck of a man that is Baxter Stockman as his father brought his fist to the table, "What do you mean Stockman," his father growled, Izuku knew his father when he was angry and it was only want someone failed him and judging from his tone Stockman had failed him one time too many, "You said that the armor was ready."

"It is master," Stockman said trying to remain as calm as possible but Izuku could see that the man was sweating, "It's just that the technology you supplied from the artifact found at the bottom of the river seems very unresponsive to anyone who tested it." Stockman stumbled on his words trying to explain as Izuku watched his father stand on his feet and clenched his fist, "I will test it," Izuku blurted out his father looking at him, "I will test out the prototype suit."

Stockman fidgeted with his hands nervously, sweating bullets, "I do not think that is necessary, I just need more time to tweak the suit," he started to say before Izuku cut in, "You created the Foot Tech Ninja whilst using the sample from the artifact unless you had ulterior motives then it should not be a problem." Oroku Saki looked at his son and smiled before turning to look at Stockman placing a hand on his son's shoulder, "I expect to see my son unharmed and intact otherwise you will pay the price for his demise."

Six years later…

"Master Izuku, we do not need to do this if you feel unprepared for it," Izuku heard one of his ninjas say to him, it had been three years since his father's death at the hands of All for One and his pitiful League of Villains leading to Izuku and his little sister Karai both taking up the mantle of the Shredder in their own ways. Izuku looked down at his helmet, it looked exactly like his fathers that still hung on an armor rack back at the estate, or at least what remained of it after All for One's League raided the compound putting Izuku's and Karai's mother into a coma, the attack came without warning just like the attack on the USJ and without mercy. Both had wanted revenge and both sought it out until Izuku had wised up and tried to stop his sister, his efforts were in vain leading to a schism in the Foot Clan with Karai taking over operations in America and Izuku taking over operations in Japan. He hoped to reunite the Foot under a new banner along with his sister to ultimately avenge their father, their clan, and their mother, but first, he needed to tend to the task at hand.

"I do not wish to," Izuku said before putting on his helmet, the eyes glowing red and the voice changer coming online, "But we must. Foot Ninja advance."

Class 1A sat at their desks listening to a rather mundane lesson from Eraser Head before the perimeter alarm went off, "What is going on," Hagakure asked panic in her voice as Aizawa looked down the hallway seeing only nothing. At first, he thought it was a malfunction with the security alarm or maybe the press found a way to get in again until he felt something kick him back into the room, "What the," Aizawa groaned holding his side when three Foot Tech Ninja decloaked in the classroom startling his students.

"WHAT THE FUCK," Bakugo yells out small explosions going off in his hands.

"What is the Foot Clan doing here," Iida asked preparing to fight.

"I thought they disbanded after their leader passed away," Uraraka said looking around at the three enhanced ninjas.

"Looks like they are still kicking," Jirou said starting to get out of her desk only to be forced back down by one of the Ninjas. Aizawa stared at all three Ninjas his anger bubbling up to the surface, how dare these people come into UA and assault his students. He was about to jump into action when a Foot Elite appeared in a puff of smoke standing in front of the underground Pro Hero, "Master Saki wishes to speak before the UA staff to offer a deal." Those words stunned Aizawa, he had heard of the Foot Clan for a good long time and he knew that they never went to the Hero's even to offer a deal, "How do I know that this is not a trap," Aizawa asked staring down the Elite Foot Ninja.

"That is for you to determine," the ninja said looking out the window and seeing the shadow of his master outside. Aizawa and his class stared out the window, Aizawa's eyes widened in shock seeing the Shredder outside standing right inside the school grounds with an army of Foot Ninja behind him, he had no other option Aizawa walked out of the classroom joined the rest of the staff in the courtyard as the press gathered at the gate and choppers flying overhead.

All Might glared at the Shredder tensing his muscles remembering the multiple times he tried to bring the Shredder in only to be stopped by the Chairman and now here stood the leader of the most influential clan in Japan's history in the most prominent Hero Academy with what looked like his entire clan, "The time for games is over Hero's," All Might heard the voice of the Shredder ring out across the courtyard he knew the press were streaming this all over Japan, "Today we make history."

"What do you mean by that," All Might asked, "As far as we know Oroku Saki died years ago." His words earned a laugh from the person in the Shredder armor, his voice sounding exactly like Oroku Saki's, "All for One merely killed one man, a mistake I will not let him make again," the Shredder said putting his hands on his helmet, "As mentioned the time for Games is over, no more charades." Heroes and citizens all across Japan watched as the Shredder took off his helmet revealing who lay beneath the armor, the reveal was more shocking than anyone realized, back in the classroom Bakugo's eyes widen in both rage and fear as he saw Izuku, the boy he bullied back in preschool standing before the staff of UA as the most powerful Quirkless Villain to ever exist, "Who are you," he heard All Might ask Izuku as the Green-haired boy looked up at the class, "My name is Izuku Saki. One of the new leaders of the Foot Clan along with my sister Karai. And I've come to give you all an offer you cannot refuse."

"What can you offer," Nezu asked the young master of the Foot, his voice more curious than angry. Izuku smiled looking straight at the staff of UA academy and extending out a hand, "I wish to reform the Foot for the side of good, I wish to join the Heroes."
