The cops arrived at Laurel's apartment. She had just gotten Becca back to bed. Oliver was holding Felicity close rubbing her arm when Quentin walked in. Laurel walked up to him first and hugged him. "Daddy" she said as she hugged him. He looked over at Felicity and Sara who both ran up to him and hugged him too.

"Thank god. Are you guys alright" he said.

They all nodded. "We're fine dad" Sara said.

Quentin looked over to Laurel. "What about Becca" he asked.

Laurel nodded. "I just got her back to bed. She wasn't hurt thank god" she said.

"What happened to those cops you put on us" Sara asked.

He looked at Sara and sighed. He shook his head. "They…" Quentin started to say but Diggle answered for him instead.

"I went outside to ask for a light and they were both dead in the squad car" he said.

"It's all right. You guys are Ok now" Quentin said to his daughters. Quentin moved past his daughters and walked over to Diggle.

"Mr. Diggle, thank you. Feel free to run as many red lights in the city as you want" Quentin said.

"I was just doing my job sir" Diggle said.

"No your job is protecting him" Quentin said walking over to Oliver. Oliver just stared at him, intimidated. Ever since he was in high school Mr. Lance always scared him a little bit. That hadn't changed even though he could seriously hurt or kill him now, Oliver was still kind of scared of Mr. Lance. He would never admit that to anyone though. "Mr. Queen are you Ok" he asked.

Oliver nodded his head. "I'm fine sir. Thanks for the concern" he said.

Quentin shook his head. "My concern is not for you. I've seen what losing you has done to Felicity and I don't want to see her go through that again. My advice to you would be whatever you guys have going on end it" he said.

"Dad" Felicity called out.

"No Felicity" Quentin said.

"It's Ok. I understand but with all due respect that's mine and Felicity's decision not yours" Oliver said. Quentin rolled his eyes and walked away.

At the Queen mansion, Oliver had just told Tommy what happened. Tommy put his coat on. "Where are you going" Oliver asked.

"I'm going to check on Laurel and Becca. I need to make sure their OK" Tommy said.

"They're fine Tommy. I promise. I was just over there with them" he said.

Tommy walked closer to Oliver and put a hand on Oliver's shoulder. "I appreciate it man. I'm glad you were there. Are Felicity and Sara alright" he asked.

Oliver nodded his head. "They're all a little shook up but over all they're fine" he said.

Tommy nodded. "That's good. I think it's time I go home and see my wife and daughter" he said.

Oliver smiled at Tommy. "I think they would appreciate that" he said.

Tommy left the mansion and got into his car. His phone started to ring. He saw that it was Laurel. He denied the call. He pulled out the to go phone he bought before he came to stay with the Queens and dialed a number. "We have to talk" Tommy said into the phone driving away.

Diggle was sitting in the hallway. He bandaged up his had as it had been stabbed during his fight with that woman. Oliver walked out in the hallway and threw an icepack to Diggle which he caught. "I'd say thank you but I don't think that'd cover it" Oliver said walking sown the hall not even acknowledging Diggle.

Diggle stood up. "Well like I told you're cop friend I was just doing my job. Besides I think it should be you that I'm thanking" Diggle said shaking his hand trying to get feeling back into it.

Oliver stopped walking, turned to Diggle and started walking toward him. "What for" Oliver asked pretending he didn't know what Diggle was talking about.

"The knife" Diggle said.

Oliver nodded his head in understanding. "The knife. I got lucky" he said.

"That was a kitchen knife. It wasn't even weighted properly yet you threw it for accuracy across a ten-foot room" Diggle said.

"Exactly. I got lucky" Oliver said.

"I'm not the kind of man you want to take for a fool Mr. Queen. You understand me" Diggle asked.

"Yes" Oliver said.

"I think I'm just beginning to understand the kind of man you are" Diggle said.

"It shouldn't take you very long. I'm shallow. Your very tired so goodnight" Oliver said walking away.

"Goodnight sir" Diggle said.

Oliver's phone rang. He looked at it and saw that it was Felicity calling. He smiled and answered the phone. "Felicity, hi. Is everything OK" he asked.

"Yea everything's fine. I got home safely and wanted to call you to apologize" she said.

"For what" Oliver asked.

"The way my father acted. It was completely uncalled for and it wasn't fair to you. I'm sorry" she said.

"Don't be. It's OK. I've dealt with your father's anger before. If anyone should be apologizing it should be me" he said.

"Why" she asked.

"For being so closed off to you and everyone really. I promise I'm working on it" he said.

"I know you are. I love you" she said.

"I love you too" he said and hung up the phone.

Oliver was in the liar getting ready to go after Martin Sommers. He was in his arrow suit and he was putting on his gloves. He tried to be nice and give Martin Sommers the chance to confess and face the court's justice but all bets were off. He went after Felicity, Laurel and Sara. He crossed the line. Oliver put his belt on. He put on his quiver. He grabbed his mask and put it on. He put his hood up. Martin Sommers was going to face justice. His kind of justice and this time China White wasn't going to be able to help him. He was prepared for her now. He opened a crate and took his bow out of it. He walked over to the desk and picked up the photo of Felicity like he did every night and kissed it. He took it and put it in a crate to hide it like he did every night. His computer went off. He got a message saying Martin Sommers was going to be at a rally tonight. The message was anonymous. Who sent him this message? Whoever it was it didn't matter. He was going to deal with Sommers once and for all.

Oliver arrived at where the rally was being held. He stood on a rooftop watching the people down below him. It looked more like a riot rather than a rally. The cops were trying to hold people back and people were angry shouting things about how they didn't feel safe and the SCPD wasn't doing anything about it. Oliver scanned the crowd for Martin Sommers. He didn't see him. He was sure he was going to be here. That was what the message said. On the ground, the police were having a hard time holding people back. They were right outside the mayor's office. These people were scared. People had been going missing and the SCPD was doing nothing about it. "Everyone needs to go home. This gathering is illegal. If you don't leave there will be consequences" one of the cops, Abara, said into a blowhorn. He was a military man who joined the SCPD to try to make his home a safer place. No one listened to him.

Back on the rooftop, Oliver was going to leave and head over to the docks to see if Martin Sommers was there when a scream stopped him from moving. Oliver looked down and saw that someone had fallen to the floor with an arrow in their chest. All of a sudden Oliver saw another arrow hit someone else. Oliver looked around where were those arrows coming from? On the ground, Abara watched as another arrow flew into a man's chest. It had come from the rooftop. Another arrow came and flew into a woman's chest. He looked up at the roof and saw someone standing up there. He took out his binoculars. He saw the vigilante standing on a rooftop looking down at the people with a bow in his hand. "The vigilante" he said under his breath. Everyone started to run away screaming. Abara looked at the people and another arrow flew and it another one of them. He glared up at the vigilante, pulled out his gun and started shooting at the vigilante. The vigilante moved out of sight.

At the docks, Martin was getting ready to leave the city. He was taking all of his money out his desk drawer and packing it in a briefcase. "That triad bitch screwed up the hit on Lance. Now the triad is going to erase every ounce evidence of the smuggling operation including me. Except that's not going to happen" Martin Sommers said.

Just then Tommy came barging in. "What the hell is wrong with you? You put out a hit on my wife" Tommy yelled at Martin. Martin's security man walked up to Tommy and grabbed him. "Let go of me" Tommy said struggling in his grasp.

"Let him go" Martin said. The man let Tommy go.

Tommy walked up to Martin and saw that he was packing. "Are you going somewhere" Tommy asked.

Martin nodded. "I'm getting out of the city before the triad comes to erase me. If you were smart you would too" Martin said.

Tommy shook his head. "I can't leave. My family's here" he said.

"Well then it's you're funeral" Martin said.

"What will you send you're assassin friend after me" Tommy asked.

Martin Sommers shook his head. "No but they will come after you" he said.

"Who" Tommy asked.

"The triad. Their going to want to get rid of any loose ends and seeing as how you've done business with me they're going to come after you and your family" Martin said.

Tommy grabbed Martin. "This is your fault. You're the one who sent them after Laurel" he said.

Martin pulled himself out of Tommy's grasp. "You were supposed to get your wife to drop the case against me. Since she didn't I had to do something" Martin said turning to his security man. "Tell Wallis to get the boat ready. I'm leaving tonight" Martin said closing his briefcase.

"Wallis" the security man said into the walkie. "Wallis you copy" he said into the walkie after he didn't get an answer. "Wallis" he called into the walkie.

Tommy looked at Martin. "What's going on" he asked. Martin looked deep in thought. He knew what was happening.

"Wallis isn't here but I am" they all heard the voice say on the walkie.

"We need to move. Now" Martin said going to leave the room.

Tommy grabbed his arm. "We're not done talking about the hit you put on my wife" he said.

"You help me get away from that psycho and I will leave you and your family alone forever. You'll never hear from me again" Martin said to Tommy. Tommy thought about it. Martin leaving town would drop the case and hopefully get the target off Laurel's back. If he helped Martin escape he'd be helping a criminal escape which didn't sit right with him. "I have even more information on your father that will help you take him down for good" Martin said. Tommy looked Martin in the eyes. That was all he wanted. A way to get his father out of his life forever. After a moment of thinking, Tommy let him go. "Smart move now let's go" Martin said walking past Tommy. "Move" Martin said to his security man when he was just standing there. His security man started to move and Tommy followed after them.

"Sir, we've got six men out there" the security man said.

"That's not enough. Move it" Martin said as him, his security man and Tommy all ran out of the building. Outside the men shot at Oliver. Oliver shot an arrow at one of the men. He jumped along the high metal beams. Then he jumped to the ground. He shot an arrow at another man who was about to shoot at him. A man rounded the corner with a machine gun and Oliver ran and jumped off the edge landing on some scaffolding. The man came up behind Oliver and Oliver shot the man. Oliver ran further down the scaffolding as another man above him started shooting at him. Oliver shot the man and he fell down the stairs. Oliver ran down the stairs and loaded his bow. Another man shot at him from above. Oliver stopped running and shot the man above him with an arrow. The man fell off the ledge. Oliver continued running further down the scaffolding. Oliver ended up on the roof of a warehouse. He watched as Martin Sommers and Tommy ran into a different warehouse. What the hell was Tommy doing here?

"Sommers" Oliver called out. Sommers and Tommy ignored him and ran into the warehouse. Oliver jumped off the rooftop. There was nowhere Martin Sommers could run. He had him right where he wanted him.
