Oliver sat at his desk in his room and opened his father's book to the page he was looking for. He picked up a pen and clicked it and found Matin Sommers name. He crossed it out. Martin Sommers wouldn't be an issue to anyone anymore. Oliver's computer went off. He looked at it and saw Steven Williams on it. He was across town right now. Oliver would have to pay him a visit later on that night. He had been tracking that man ever since he saw him talking to his mother the other night. He didn't trust him. He'd have to go off the list a little bit. He clicked the mouse on the computer and got out of the window. He looked on his desk and saw a photo of him and Felicity from their prom. He smiled at it. So much had changed but the one thing that never changed was how much he loved her. He knew he had to get better with opening up to her. She was being so patient with him. He really didn't deserve her. He looked at a photo of him and his father.

Oliver carried his father's body up the mountain panting as he went along. He put his father's body on the floor next to him and sat down trying to catch his breath. He straightened out his legs and saw something inside his father's pants pocket. He took it out of the pocket and saw that it was a book. He opened it and flipped through the pages. They were all blank. Oliver flipped to the front of the book and saw a weird symbol on the first page.
Present
Oliver walked to his father's gravestone holding the book. He knelt down and looked at his father's gravestone. "All that time on the island plotting my return I didn't realize how hard it would be to reconnect with Mom, Thea, Felicity. Okay, I didn't…I didn't know how painful it would be to keep my secrets. You asked me to save the city, to right your wrongs. I will. I swear but to do that I can't be the Oliver that everyone wants me to be which means that sometimes to honor your wishes I need to dishonor your memory. I'm sorry" Oliver said standing up. "Take it down" Oliver said to the two gravediggers standing behind him. He pointed behind him to his father's gravestone and walked to the limo where Felicity and Diggle were standing.
Felicity smiled at Oliver and took his hand. "I know that must have been hard for you. Are you OK" she asked.
Oliver nodded his head and turned to Diggle. "Take us to Felicity's apartment. We need some alone time" Oliver said. Diggle nodded.

Oliver lifted up a rock and put it on top of the other rocks where he buried his father. He looked down at the homemade grave as an arrow whooshed and went through his shoulder. He screamed as he fell to his knees. He looked down at the arrow sticking out of his shoulder. He fell to the floor and screamed out in pain again. He looked across the way and saw the man who shot him. He was dressed in a green hood and he was loading another arrow. The man aimed the bow as Oliver fell unconscious.
Present
That night, Oliver got suited up. He had to pay Steven Williams a visit. Felicity was asleep and he wanted to make this quick before she woke up and saw that he was missing. The day was good for them. They were able to talk about things and just spend some much needed alone time together without being interrupted. Oliver made his way to Steven's apartment. He had to get him to stop meeting with his mother. Steven was on the phone in his apartment talking to someone when Oliver jumped through the window and pointed his bow at him. "What the hell…" Steven started to ask but before he could finish asking Oliver shot two arrows at both his arms pinning him catching his sleeves pinning him to the wall. Steven looked at the archer scared.
"Whatever business you have going on with Moira Queen ends tonight? Is that understood" Oliver said. Steven nodded his head scared. Oliver jumped out the window and headed back towards Felicity's apartment.
Across the city Evelyn was in her mortuary. She connected the iv's to the dead bodies that were on the table. Her assistant Megan was one of the bodies. She put a strange substance in the iv's and started the machine. All of a sudden Megan shot up. She looked around confused. Evelyn ran over to her with tears in her eyes. She hugged her. "Megan thank god it worked. I was so scared. I thought you were gone forever" she said.
Megan looked at her boss confused. "What happened" she asked.
Evelyn pulled back from the hug and looked at Megan. "It was horrible. He came and attacked us and he shot you. He tried to shoot me but I was able to get away. Unfortunately so was he" Evelyn cried.
"Who" Megan asked.
Evelyn walked over to her desk and took a photo off her desk and handed it to Megan. She took it and looked at it. It was a photo of the hood. "The vigilante. He's been going around killing people and he almost killed me. I was lucky to escape with my life" Evelyn said.
Megan looked up at her and held up the photo. "This man shot me" she asked.
Evelyn nodded her head. "I was able to nurse you back to health just like I was all of these people he shot" she said. Megan looked next to her and saw about five other people waking up.
"What happened" one of the people asked.
"You were all shot and injured by this man" Evelyn said walking over to the desk and grabbing more photos of the hood and giving the photos to them. "He attacked the rally you guys were at but I was able to nurse you all back to health. You will all stay here tonight. He hunts at night and it's not safe for any of you" Evelyn said.
"It's not safe for you either. You should stay with us" Megan said.
Evelyn shook her head. "I appreciate your concern but I'll be fine. Malcolm is picking me up" she said. She put a loving hand on Megan's shoulder. "Rest. You're going to need it" Evelyn said. Megan nodded. She left the mortuary smiling. This was too easy.
Evelyn walked into her office. She had a meeting tonight that she couldn't miss. She sat behind her desk and waited for her guests to arrive. Ten minutes later they arrived. The two masked people who went up against the hood in Adam Hunt's office were standing in front of her. She smiled at them. "Ms. Lance, Ms. Sharpe their really is no reason for those masks. We're all friends here" she said. They looked at each other and took off the masks.
Sara and Ava stood there looking at the woman sitting behind the desk. "You wanted to see us" Sara said.
Evelyn nodded. "You will have new recruits tomorrow. I want you guys to train them" she said.
"Why? We do just fine on our own" Ava asked.
Evelyn got up from her seat and walked over to them. "Really because you didn't do well against the vigilante the other night. He's still on the streets terrorizing this city" Evelyn said. "He got lucky but he won't next time" Sara said.
"I know he won't because next time you guys will have new recruits to help you out" she said. Sara looked unsure. Evelyn turned to Sara. "What's wrong Ms. Lance" she asked.
"Felicity said he was trying to help her. She said Adam Hunt was trying to hurt her. What if he's not bad" Sara asked.
Evelyn sighed. "Ms. Lance this vigilante has killed people. You heard about the rally I take it" she said. Sara nodded her head. "That could have been your sister. After he killed Mr. Hunt he could have killed your sister too. Luckily you guys were there to stop him" Evelyn said.
Ava nodded. "Yea we were able to save Felicity and Mr. Hunt" Ava said.
Sara nodded. "I know. It's just that Felicity seems so sure that he's not bad and she's usually not wrong" she said.
Evelyn nodded. "Your sister is just confused. This man is not to be trusted. He's a murderer" Evelyn said.
Sara shook her head. "You guys are right. We will train the new recruits tomorrow" she said.
"Good now go get some sleep. I'll see you two tomorrow" Evelyn said.
Evelyn arrived home and walked up to her bedroom where Malcolm was sitting at a table looking at a chess board. He smiled and stood up when she walked in. He walked over and gave her a quick kiss. "I trust everything went well" he said.
Evelyn nodded. "Everything's falling into place exactly how we want it to. Attacking that rally was a nice touch I have to say" Evelyn said taking off her jewelry.
"It'll keep eyes off us and have all eyes on the vigilante. The city doesn't trust him and he's a wanted man. The SCPD is putting all of their resources into finding him. He's guilty for something he didn't even do" Malcolm said as Evelyn took off her earrings. "What about Ms. Lance and Ms. Sharpe" he asked.
Evelyn was wiping off her make up. "They'll stay in line. They believe the vigilante is a bad guy and they'll train our undead friends to go against him" Evelyn said.
"Are you sure bringing these people back from the dead was a good idea" Malcolm asked.
"They will work for us and I've supercharged them. They are more powerful now. The vigilante won't be able to go up against them and survive" Evelyn said. Malcolm walked over to his wife and smiled. "I'm worried about your son. He could be a real problem for us" Evelyn said.
Malcolm shook his head and kissed her. "Don't worry about Tommy. He will lose everything and once he does he'll have no place to go but to come to me" Malcolm said.
Evelyn nodded. "If he doesn't are you prepared to do what has to be done" she asked.
Malcolm smiled evilly. "Of course I am. Nothing will stand in our way not even my son" he said. Evelyn smiled at him. "How did your meeting with Oliver Queen go? Did he sign the papers" Malcolm asked.
Evelyn shook her head. "No. He's a wild card. I don't know if he'll cooperate" Evelyn said.
Malcolm walked over to the chess board. "Trust me. He'll cooperate" Malcolm said.
"How do you know" Evelyn asked.
Malcolm walked back over to his wife. "The way to get anyone to do what you want is to know their weakness and we know Oliver's" he said.
Evelyn looked at him confused. "What's that" she asked. Malcolm held up the queen piece he took from the board. Evelyn smiled. "Felicity Lance" she said taking the piece from her husband.
Malcolm nodded. "His queen. He loves her more than anything. He'd do anything to make sure she's safe including sign the papers" he said. Evelyn smiled and kissed her husband. They started to take each other's clothes off, got in bed together and had sex enjoying that all of the pieces were falling into place for their plan to work.
