Oliver was in the lair working out, shirtless, lifting heavy concrete bricks on a chain. He was thinking about his mission. Bringing justice to the city. No one could ever know what he was doing especially not the people he loved. As hard as it was for him to lie to everyone he had no choice. If they found out it would be dangerous for them. He was going after dangerous and corrupt men and women. They were a cancer to the city. If they ever found out who he was they would retaliate and the people he loved would pay the price. He wasn't going to let that happen. Oliver let go of the chain and the concrete bricks crashed to the floor smashing into a thousand pieces. Oliver put on a shirt and sat down at his computer. He started looking up information on James Holder. His corporation put defective smoke detectors in low-income housing in the glades. There were many fires and many people died. Too many. Oliver looked through his book and found James Holder's name.

Oliver opened the crate which held his bow. He took out his bow and looked at it. He was going to fight and conquer James Holder. This was his mission and he knew just how to accomplish it. Oliver heard his phone go off. He had gotten a text message from Felicity. Sorry going to have to miss our date. Have an important meeting tonight. Love you. The text message read. Oliver sighed a little disappointed. He was looking forward to their date. It was a chance for him to be normal. Being with Felicity made him feel normal and he loved that. He loved her so much. He needed to keep his two lives separate. His vigilante life and his Oliver Queen life. The two couldn't mix. Him and Felicity were just starting to get back on the right track and he couldn't lose her because of the mission he was on. He wouldn't. Oliver kissed her photo like he did every night, put it away and left to go pay James Holder a visit.

James Holder was on the roof of his apartment. "Mr. Holder, Ms. Lance is here to see you" his assistant said.

He smiled. "Good send her in" he said. His assistant left and then a couple seconds later Felicity walked onto the roof. "Ms. Lance hello it's good to see you" James Holder said holding out his hand.

Felicity shook it. She looked around. "I thought we would be meeting in your office Mr. Holder" she said.

James smiled at her creepily. "I thought we'd be more comfortable up here under the beautiful night sky" he said.

Felicity shook her head. "So what could I do for you" she asked.

"I'm going to need you to send more of your amazing smoke detectors to these families" he said handing her a piece of paper. "My legal team will handle everything. Honestly I'm feeling pretty good about our partnership. My lawsuits have been settled so we can get back into business together. Your company is doing amazing things Ms. Lance " James said.

"I don't think so. I found out what you were doing with my smoke detectors and I want no part of it. You're not getting anymore from me" Felicity said.

James chuckled and shook his head. He walked closer to Felicity. "Now Ms. Lance, don't be like that. We make a good team. Come to my office first thing and I'm sure we can come up with some sort of agreement" James said.

Felicity shook her head. "That's not going to work for me Mr. Holder" she said. Before James could respond and arrow flew through the beer bottle he was holding shattering it. Both Felicity and James screamed. James looked behind Felicity and looked scared. Felicity noticed this and turned around and was shocked by what she saw. The vigilante was standing in front of her. Oliver was surprised to see Felicity there and stared at her. They just stared at each other. Felicity didn't know why but she trusted this man whoever he was.

"I have armed security inside. All I have to do is call out" James said snapping them back into reality.

"Go ahead. They can't hear you" Oliver said turning to James. Oliver threw a gun on the floor. Felicity looked at it then at the vigilante standing in front of her.

"What the hell do you want" James asked.

"How many people died in those fires" Oliver asked. Felicity looked away feeling guilty about the small part she played in that even though it wasn't her intention and she didn't know about it. "How many" Oliver yelled when James didn't answer. Across the way someone was on another building with a sniper. "The courts say you don't owe your victims anything. I disagree" Oliver said as the person on the other building continued to watch the scene unfold on the building across the way. They zoomed in on their target, James Holder. "James Holder, you…" Oliver started to say when all of a sudden a gunshot was heard and James was shot. Felicity looked at James shocked. Oliver turned around and shot an arrow hoping to hit whoever shot James Holder. He shot another arrow when he didn't see anyone.

James Holder fell into the pool dead. Felicity gasped shocked. She put her hand to her mouth. Oliver grabbed Felicity and pulled her down behind a wall. The shooter shot their sniper again. They kept on shooting as Oliver and Felicity hid. Oliver looked over at James Holder's dead body in the pool. Oliver felt a pain in his arm. "Oh my god, you've been shot" Felicity said to him. Oliver looked down at his arm and grabbed it. "Here let me help you" Felicity said reaching for his arm. Oliver moved his arm away from her. Felicity looked at him shocked.

"I'm fine. Are you OK" he asked disguising his voice so she wouldn't know it was him. Felicity nodded her head.

"Yes I'm fine. Thank you" she said. Oliver nodded and looked back over to James Holder's dead body which was floating in the pool. Felicity looked at him curiously.

Oliver turned back to Felicity. "Wait here" he said. He slowly got up and searched around the building. He walked back to Felicity. 'You're good to go Ms. Lance. Get out of here" he said as he left.

Felicity had called the cops and they were there questioning her. Laurel and Sara ran up to her and hugged her. "Oh my god are you OK" Laurel asked.

Felicity nodded her head. "Yea I'm fine just a little shaken" she said.

"What the hell were you doing here anyway" Sara asked.

"I had a business meeting with James Holder" Felicity said. On the other side of the building, the cops were having a meeting.

"We have to find this man" Quentin said giving all of the officers a photo of the vigilante. "He is spreading fear throughout the city. It is of the utmost importance that he is found along with whoever did this. That's all I wanted" Quentin said as the cops dispersed.

Abara turned to his coworker Sean. "It's going to be hard to find him. He just appears places and by the time we arrive he's already done his damage. We need someone on the inside to lure him into a meeting with us" Abara said looking at the photo in his hand of the vigilante.

"Well whatever you do, don't go to Lance until you have this guy in custody" Sean said walking away.

Abara looked across the way and saw the Lance sisters standing there. He walked over to them. "Hello my name is Abara and I work with your father" he said holding out his hand for them to shake.

Felicity shook his hand. "What can I do for you Mr. …" Felicity asked waiting for a name.

"You can call me Abara. I just wanted to ask you a few questions about what happened here" he said.

"Well I had a meeting with James Holder and then in the middle of it he was shot and ended up dead in the pool. That's really all I know. I don't know who shot him" she said. Abara looked at her curiously.

"Is that all? As you can see our sister is very shaken after what happened" Laurel said.

Abara nodded his head. "Just one more question if you don't mind" he said.

"Seriously you need to leave" Sara said.

Felicity shook her head. "It's OK. You can ask your question" Felicity said.

"Were you alone up here? Was there anyone else who might have seen what happened" Abara asked.

Felicity shook her head. "I was alone" she lied. She knew the cops were after the vigilante but he just saved her life. She couldn't sell him out.

"What's going on here" Quentin asked as he walked up to the group.

"I was just asking your daughter if she saw what happened as she was the last person to see him alive" Abara said.

"Not right now. Felicity's been through quite the ordeal" Quentin said.

Abara nodded his head. "Of course. My apologizes" he said walking away.

Quentin hugged Felicity. "Are you OK honey" he asked.

Felicity nodded her head. "I'm just a little shaken" she said. Quentin pulled back from his daughter.

"No more meeting with criminals" he said.

Suddenly Sara's phone rang. She looked at it and saw that it was Ava. "It's Ava. Excuse me for a second" Sara said walking away from her family. "Hello" she answered.

"What happened" Ava asked.

"James Holder's been killed" Sara said.

"Crap we were supposed to protect him from the vigilante" Ava said.

"It wasn't the vigilante. It was someone else" Sara said.

"Well we have to find out who did it otherwise they are going to be pissed" Ava said.

"I know. I'll see what I can find out. I love you" Sara said.

"I love you too" Ava said as Sara hung up and walked back over to her family. Felicity looked at James Holder's dead body thinking. She couldn't believe he died but she also couldn't believe the vigilante saved her. She always knew he wasn't as bad as everyone said he was. This was just proof to her that she was right. Someone had killed James Holder and tried to kill her and the vigilante. She was going to find out who did it before they tried again.
