Oliver made it to Jason Brodeur's office. He stood in front of Jason Brodeur aiming his arrow at him. "Jason Brodeur" Oliver yelled.

"What do you want" Jason Brodeur asked.

"You're going to confess that you arranged to have Peter Declan's wife murdered" Oliver said.

"What so I could take his place in prison" Jason Brodeur asked.

"So you can avoid the death penalty" Oliver answered.

"Except if I'm dead well then you got no one to pin Camille's murder on. You need me to exonerate Peter Declan. Maybe you could try to force me to sign a confession or something" Jason Brodeur said. At that Oliver shot an arrow at Jason's left hand pinning it to the wall. Jason yelled out in pain and Oliver lowered his bow.

"That might be difficult" Oliver said.

Jason's phone started ringing. "My hand" Jason cried in pain as Oliver walked over to him. He took Jason's phone out of the inside pocket of his blazer.

"Just answer it" Oliver ordered answering the phone putting it on speaker.

"What" Jason said into the phone.

"It's Ankov. It's going down in an hour" Ankov said on the other end of the phone.

Oliver hung up the phone. "What's going down in an hour" Oliver asked. Jason looked away from the vigilante and didn't answer. "What" Oliver yelled at him.

"Let's just say Peter Declan's execution is getting moved up" Jason answered. Jason grunted in pain as Oliver punched him in the face knocking him out. Oliver left the office. He had to get to the prison to make sure Peter Declan didn't get killed. He got on his motorcycle and headed over to the prison. Peter Declan wasn't going to die if he had anything to say about it. While Oliver was heading to the prison he started to think about what was going to happen when he told Felicity the truth. This was going to change everything for them. That scared him more than anything. He could handle people shooting at him and all of the dangers in this city but he didn't know if he could handle losing Felicity again.

At Felicity's apartment, Laurel and Sara had come over because Felicity called them. "What's wrong" Laurel asked.

"Is everything OK" Sara asked.

Felicity nodded. "Everything's fine. I just thought you guys might want to come over for a little bit. Oliver has this family thing so he couldn't come over so I thought we could maybe hang out for a little bit" Felicity said.

Sara looked at her shocked. "What family thing? Without Thea" she asked.

Felicity shook her head. "Well I would assume Thea would be included since she's his sister and is a part of that family" she said.

"That's funny because I just saw Thea before I came over here hanging out with her friends" Sara said.

Felicity looked at her surprised. "Are you sure it was Thea? Oliver told me he was hanging out with his family tonight and that's why he couldn't come over" Felicity asked.

Sara nodded her head. "I'm positive it was Thea" she said.

Laurel looked between her sisters. "What is Oliver doing that he feels the need to lie" Laurel asked.

Just then Laurel's phone rang. "Hello" she said into the phone walking away from Felicity and Sara while they continued to discuss the situation with Oliver.

"Laurel where are you" Tommy asked.

"At Felicity's. Is everything OK with Becca" she asked.

"Yea Becca's fine. She's asleep. When are you coming home" Tommy asked.

"Well after I leave Felicity's I have to head up to the prison to visit Peter Declan. I'll head home after that. Why" Laurel asked.

"Well I just wanted to apologize to you. I was a dick about the whole vigilante thing. I was just worried about you and Becca. We don't know anything about this vigilante and honestly I'm probably the last person who should be talking considering I was working with criminals for a long time. Anyway I'm sorry" Tommy said.

"I appreciate that. Thank you" she said.

"Have you proved this Peter Declan guy innocent yet" Tommy asked.

"Not yet but I will" Laurel said.

"I know you will. I love you and I'll see you when you get home" he said.

"I love you too" Laurel said hanging up.

Felicity and Sara were still talking when Felicity's phone rang. She walked over and saw that Bruce Wayne was facetiming her. She answered the phone. Bruce smiled when he saw her. "Felicity Lance it is so nice to see you again" he said.

Felicity nodded her head. "It's nice to see you too Mr. Wayne" she said. Laurel walked over to her sisters.

Bruce let out a little laugh. "We already went through this Felicity. You can call me Bruce" Bruce said.

Sara leaned over to Felicity. "You know Bruce Wayne" she whispered to her sister.

Felicity looked at Sara and nodded. She turned back to her phone and looked into it confused. It looked like Bruce was in a desert somewhere. "Where are you exactly" Felicity asked.

"Afghanistan retrieving the object we talked about" Bruce said. Laurel and Sara looked at each other confused.

"Did you get it" Felicity asked.

Bruce nodded. "I have it with me. You're going to have to come get it" he said.

"I can't fly out to Afghanistan" Felicity said.

"Why not" Bruce asked.

"I can't leave Starling city for a couple days. I have a business to run and other responsibilities" Felicity said.

Bruce shook his head. "It won't be for a couple days. It'll only be for a couple hours. I've sent my private jet to get you. Just come retrieve the object and then you can go back to Starling. There's not many people I would trust with it" Bruce said.

"Why can't you come here" Felicity asked.

"I still have some business to take care of here" Bruce said.

Felicity sighed. "It sounds like I have no choice. When will the jet be here" she asked.

"In a couple of hours" Bruce answered. Felicity nodded.

Laurel cleared her throat. "Felicity you can't just fly to Afghanistan to retrieve whatever he wants you to have" she said pointing at the phone.

"Bruce these are my sisters, Laurel and Sara" Felicity said.

"Laurel Lance, you're representing Peter Declan right" Bruce said.

"How do you know that" Laurel asked.

"Peter is a friend of mine. He worked at my company for about 5 years before moving to Starling with his wife. I offered to pay to have him represented but he refused. He said he already had a lawyer named Laurel Lance" Bruce explained. Just then there was a knock on Felicity's door. "That's probably two of my associates. They might have some information you might find helpful in proving Peter Declan's innocence" he said. Felicity walked over and opened the door. Standing on the other side of the door were a man and a woman in army attire holding an envelope. "These are my associates Melissa Leigh and Sean Andrews. They are army vets who served together in Afghanistan and know they work for Wayne enterprises" Bruce said.

"Is there a Laurel Lance here" Melissa asked.

Laurel walked over to the door. "I'm Laurel" she said.

Sean handed her the envelope. "We hope this helps you with your case" he said. Laurel took the envelope.

Melissa and Sean walked away. Felicity closed the door. Laurel opened the envelope and looked through the papers. "I had my best people dig up dirt on Jason Brodeur. Hopefully that helps clear Peter's name" Bruce said. "I'll see you in a few hours Felicity" Bruce said.

Felicity nodded. "I look forward to it Bruce" she said. He hung up the phone and Felicity looked over to Laurel. "What is it" Felicity asked.

"It's all of the dirty deals Jason Brodeur's company has been involved in and other illegal stuff he's personally been involved in but there's nothing that would help prove Peter Declan's innocence" Laurel said.

Sara took the envelope from Laurel and looked inside. "There's something else in here" Sara said pulling out a flash drive.

Felicity took it from her. "Let's see what's on it shall we" she said plugging the flash drive into her laptop. She started typing and a window opened up on her laptop. She turned to Laurel and smiled. "I think we have the proof you need to prove Peter Declan's innocence" she said.

Felicity, Laurel and Sara headed over to the jail. They sat waiting for Peter Declan to walk into the room. He came in and was surprised when he saw Felicity and Sara sitting there. "Who are they" Peter asked.

"These are my sisters Felicity and Sara. They've been helping me with your case. You need to listen to me. We have a shot at proving your innocence" Laurel said.

Felicity pulled out her laptop and plugged the flash drive into it. "Mr. Declan do you remember what happened after your fight with your wife" Felicity asked.

Peter rolled his eyes. "I already told Laurel I don't know what happened. Camille stayed in Izzy's room and I stayed in ours. When I woke up in the morning she was dead" Peter said.

Felicity nodded. "When did you have the camera's installed in your house" Felicity asked.

"A couple months ago. There's been a lot of robbery's in our neighborhood. I thought I should install them for my family's safety but they weren't on that night" Peter said.

"These cameras have a motion detector on them. If they sense unusual activity they will turn on by themselves. It's up to the owner to go into the system and look at the video" Felicity explained.

Peter looked at her confused. "How do you know that" he asked.

Felicity looked up at him. "I created them" she said.

"Where did you get the cameras from" Sara asked.

"They were a gift from Mr. Wayne. He said they were the best in security" Peter said.

"We believe we know what happened that night" Laurel said.

"It took quite a bit of work but I have hacked into the system. Mr. Declan I believe we have the proof Laurel needs to prove your innocent. We think someone came into your house while all of you were sleeping and murdered your wife" Felicity said. She turned the laptop to face Peter Declan and pressed play on the video. The video had someone in a black hood walking around the house. A couple minutes later the person walked out of the house. "I've already sent this video to the police. They'll be able to magnify it. It will prove that there was someone else in the house that night" Felicity said.

Outside the jail Oliver jumped quietly jumped off the wall behind a guard. He snuck up behind the guard and grabbed him from behind. The man grunted as Oliver knocked him out and dragged him away. Oliver pulled down his hood, took off his mask, unclipped his quiver and dropped it to the ground. He unzipped his jacket looking around making sure no one was around. He took it off and stole the unconscious guards clothes. He had to get into the jail without any question. He put the clothes on and put on a ski mask. He figured Laurel was probably talking to Peter Declan right now and he needed to make sure she didn't get hurt. Something was going down tonight and she had no idea about it. He took his gear and suit and hid them in a duffle bag and hid it behind a garbage bag so that he could go back get it after he was done. He walked into the jail. His goal was to make sure Laurel and Peter Declan were safe and didn't get hurt by whatever was about to happen.

Back inside the jail, Peter shook his head. "This isn't going to work. I told you Jason Brodeur is powerful. I've been here before. You lawyers holding out these little nuggets of hope" Jason said as the lights turned off all of a sudden. One of the guards ran out of the room. Felicity, Laurel and Sara all turned around. More guards ran from the room as the three sisters stood up and saw a guard looking out the window. Peter stood up surprised. The three sisters watched as the last guard ran from the room. They all looked at each other. What was going on out there? Whatever it was it couldn't be good. Something was happening in the jail and it definitely wasn't good.
