Author's Notes; Pre-Day of Sigma AU. Shounen Ai. R18 at the end (Blowjobs). X gives Zero a tour of Light's old house and then the backyard and Light's lab. Please enjoy.
X admired the sight of Zero flying in the air high over the car Dr. Cain was driving. He was riding in the passenger seat, sighing contently. He was excited that Zero was getting to spend the weekend with him and Dr. Cain. He had plenty to show and tell the blond. Zero kept himself in the air near the grounded car. He grinned a little when he noticed X was watching him.
Dr. Cain stopped the car in front of a two story house with a red mailbox with an L insignia on it and just above the doorbell. Zero gently touched down on top of Dr. Cain's car and looked at the house. "This is your house?" X chuckled. "Correction. This is my father's house. Dr. Cain found the house and its underground laboratory. He bought it and let me live with him so I wouldn't end up on the streets of the city." He looked to Dr. Cain. "I can't thank you enough for that." Dr. Cain smiled. "It wouldn't be right. You were here before me after all. Hop off the car, Zero." Zero gently hopped off Cain's car, walking towards X. Dr. Cain unlocked the house for them. X insisted Dr. Cain to go in first. Dr. Cain chuckled and retired to the living room. Zero folded his wings as he followed X inside the house. "I'll give you a tour of the house." X smiled, walking past the living room. Zero followed close behind. "What about your father's lab?" X paused in the kitchen. "I wouldn't usually allow anyone else in the lab. I'll make an exception in your case, I suppose. I just ask that you not touch anything." Zero nodded. "I can handle that."
The living room and kitchen were large with a small area for laundry and bathrooms. All the bedrooms were upstairs. X's bedroom had a picture of Dr. Light and his family, robots included. X was just a small child in his father's arms, perhaps only 7 or 8 years old. Two of Light's robots looked like actual humans. The dog and bird were a little more robotic and two others, a big green one and a small red one looked far more mechanical. X showed Zero the picture with a sad smile. Zero looked at the picture and then back at X. "You had a brother, a sister, and two pets?" X giggled. "I'm Light's sole child. Those two are robots, Rock and Roll, respectively. The dog is Rush. The bird is Beat. The green robot is Auto. The red one is called Fliptop or Eddie Fliptop." Zero spotted another red human figure with a helmet, sunglasses, and a shield. "Wait, what's this one?" X looked at the picture. "Oh, that's Blues, or Protoman. He was the precursor to Rock and Roll. The very first of all of Light's robots. Though, Wily also worked with him on that one. He was made back when they still got along." Zero looked thoughtfully at Protoman. "Together, hmm? If Wily was my creator, then maybe Dr. Cain and you are onto something." X tilted his head. "Hmm? What do you mean?" Zero passed the picture back to X. "If such a rift formed between your father and my creator back then..." X caught on. "Then, maybe here in the future.." Zero spoke as X did. "Perhaps we are to repair the rift." X broke into tears touched as he put the picture back in its place on the nightstand by his bed. Zero came closer and hugged X tightly. X hugged Zero tightly back, sniffling. "I don't know how Wily would feel, but my father would adore you for thinking such." Zero grinned. "I wouldn't care about Wily's reaction. It feels like the right thing to do." X sniffled looking at Zero. "I don't mean to pry, but can I ask why you would think and feel that way?" Zero smirked. "Robots, at least creating and utilizing them, ruined their relationship, correct? I feel its only natural that their creations should try and patch the old rift. Besides that, I have hope and faith in your dream of humans and reploids living in harmony. It may seem far-fetched in some cases, but its truly not that unrealistic." X was moved to more tears. "Father wanted me to never fight, but did provide me with armor, should the need arise. But...I hate conflict...I can't stand it. It makes me feel terrible just imagining it." Zero chuckled. "That's why I wanted to be your soldier. I wanted to fight on your behalf. I want to direct that fighting programming towards fight for you. For your cause and your cause alone." X had almost no words left. "I'm nearly speechless, Zero. What would Wily even say to that? I bet he wouldn't like it." Zero giggled. "I couldn't give a damn about what he would think. I don't care if he would even call it stupid. I see value in it and I'm going for it. My mind is set, Xavier." X smiled and blushed more, very flattered. "So, were Sigma to enlist you as a Hunter?" Zero cackled a little. "He can try all he wants. Count me out. I'm your Hunter, if you prefer it to soldier." X nodded. "It does sound a little nicer. Soldier makes it sound like you're a slave to me." Zero laughed. "Personally, I wouldn't mind even that. That's what I wanted to be originally, your soldier, catering to your every whim." X tilted his head. "A strange sense of humor on you. Though, I find it endearing. Let me ask then; What if I wanted you to be my bodyguard? I guess I'm technically an important figure because of my father." Zero purred loudly. "If heaven exists, then I would find it as your bodyguard. Realistically, however, how would I be able to do that if you have sent me out to fight somewhere? Dr. Cain can't defend you, can he?" X shook his head. "Dr. Cain is old and frail. He has to be careful. And I often have to help him around the house. He hates going up the stairs so he often sleeps on the couch. Though, while you're here, that means you're free to use my father's room." He noticed how dark it was getting from a glance out the window close to them. "Shall we go before it gets too dark?" Zero smirked, releasing X. "This should be interesting. In addition, I've never used this armor in the dark before." X nodded. "We only had a glance at that armor's effects and abilities. We didn't have time to see all of them. I guess we can also consider this a field test."
Dr. Cain was trying to figure out what to make for their dinner as X and Zero went outside into the backyard. X had a clipboard, pen, and paper with him, intending to make use of the dwindling sunlight to record any new effects of the Absolute armor for the sake of research. Zero stepped out of the house and looked around. "How well can humans normally see in this lighting?" X shook his head. "Not so good. I'm just lucky paper is white and my pen, arm and hand obscure it enough for me to make out a shadow. How's your vision?" Zero came closer to him. "I'm registering the change in daylight, but I can still see everything as though it were a cloudless day." X paused, staring at Zero. "Uh..I think I see why..The whites of your eyes are yellow now..meaning this armor allows for night vision. What can you see?" Zero looked back to X. "My master, light scribbles on his paper, his blue pen and his fair skin." He looked around them. "The laboratory exterior, the fence, the mountains beyond us, comets, asteroids, stars, and even spacecraft and planets." X blushed. His human eyesight wouldn't let him see half of what Zero could see in the dark. It was already too dark for him to try to write now. "Then, can you see the lab door?" Zero smirked and stood behind X. "Allow me." Zero's large demonic hands gently grabbed X's sides and eased him towards the front door of Dr. Light's lab. X couldn't help but utter a moan. "Your hands might be a little rough, but your touch is amazing." Zero smirked. "I'm glad you enjoy my touch."
Inside the lab, the first thing Zero saw was a large computer screen and console. Then, next to it, capsules with all the robots from X's family picture in their own seperate capsules. "The robots..." X flicked on the light switch. "Yeah. They're all here. Their operation periods have all expired. Father sealed them in case Wily tried to steal them for further study or reprogramming. Wily had stolen father's robots once before and reprogrammed them." X pointed to another row of capsules. "Those robot masters were past their operation period far before these ones." Zero looked at the robot master capsules. "Do reploids have a set operation period?" X shook his head. "No. Technically, reploids can last maybe hundreds of years, provided no accidents happen and there is a supply of spare parts. Parts do age." Zero grew more curious. "What about me?" X smiled. "Your blueprints showed that you were created when I was just a child of 5 years. That was well over a century ago." Zero paused. "A century? Then...that means...you have to be older than Dr. Cain." X shyly scratched the back of his head. "Sharp as a whip." Zero turned and walked slowly to X. "That means..master is older than me by 5 years...How old is master?" X blushed. "Dr. Cain found me and terminated the hyperbolic sleep 10 years ago. That sleep was started when I was only 7. Father's health was getting so bad..."
X began to cry at the memory, having to take off his glasses. "I'm so sorry." Zero stepped closer, pulling X into his arms. The AI unit in the lab powered up behind them. X hugged Zero tight before catching a glimpse of the hologram of his father. The hologram gave them a sad smile. "I was a smoker in life. It shortened my lifespan and gave me numerous complications. I hope to never see either of you take up smoking. I'm sorry I went when you were so young, Xavier." X shook his head, shaking tears from his face. "You can't control when you pass. None of us can." Zero wasn't fond of seeing X so sad. He gently kissed X's tears away. "It seems you've brought him into the lab with you, hmm? I do hope my work helps you understand why your creator and I ended up clashing. I don't know if he ever realized it, but I was always eager to collaborate with him again and patch the rift between us." The hologram told them. X managed to smile. "Father..regarding that..we have something we want to tell you." The hologram looked curious. "What might that be?" X started. "I love him, father..We've done some talking.." Zero took over. "We want to mend that old rift, doctor. I know your son doesn't like fighting. If I'm programmed to destroy, then I want to destroy those who stand in the way of Xavier's dream of a world of humans and reploids at peace. I want to be his soldier."
The hologram smiled. "You are indeed very like your predecessor, Zero. Bass was pretty rebellious too. I admire your courage and assertiveness, Zero. However, you do realize it will take a lot of work, correct? Not just fighting for Xavier's dream, but also working with Xavier to grow a deep loving relationship. Wily was my best friend. I wish things between us hadn't taken the course they did. I must admit, your devotion to Xavier gives me much hope. I can entrust you with my Xavier's heart, I pressume?" Zero nodded. "Yes. I..I hope he wants my heart..as much as I want his." X smiled, moved to tears again as he took Zero's hand. "Of course I do." Both found each other talking in unison. "We will do this together. No matter how long it may take." The hologram smiled again. "You already seem to have been united in spirit. You are off to an excellent start."
After a dinner of chicken and rice, X and Zero retired to X's bedroom. Zero sat down carefully on the bed. "Surely, this house is too old to have recharger pods." X nodded, removing his lab coat and glasses. "Yeah. You'll have to deal with a bed. Kinda old fashioned. Though you're capable of recharging from food, just like a human, so I doubt a human bed will hurt you." Zero nodded. "Guess we'll find out." X nodded back, removing his shirt and pants before putting his glasses back on. Zero watched him lie down on the bed before lying down too, folding his wings as he turned towards him. X smiled, petting Zero's cheek. Zero purred, enjoying the petting. He noticed X's other hand reach and cover his boxers. X gently reached and kissed Zero's lips deeply. Zero kissed X deeply back before looking down at X's boxers. "Hmm, what are you hiding?" X blushed brightly as he moved his hand, showing Zero a growing length with a visible bulge in his boxers. Zero leaned down and snuggled X's bulge, smelling him before licking X's boxers. X gasped a little, watching him. Zero gave X's bulge gentle licks contently, watching X passionately. X panted gently, blushing brightly for the sight of Zero exciting him more. Zero purred as he kept licking X's bulge, keeping his icy blue eyes on X's face. X leaned his head back and covered his mouth, so as not to alert Dr. Cain, as he muffled a few moans. Zero kept licking X's boxers until X's hardness rose boldly from his boxers, twitching a little. The blond gently pulled X's boxers down with his teeth, letting his fullness and testes out. He carefully took X's testes into his mouth, sucking them gently. X gripped the bedspread and his mouth, moaning more. Zero sucked X's testes for a while before giving X's shaft long licks as he worked his way up. X moaned something into his hand. Zero could tell his master was calling him as he lovingly cleaned just under X's foreskin before taking him into his mouth. X's hips gently thrust, pushing his length deep inside Zero's mouth. Zero sucked X passionately, reaching a hand out and holding X's chest. He could feel the racing of X's heart, which made him purr more, sucking X more and taking him further. X thrusted his hips again and grabbed Zero's hand on his chest, moaning Zero's name more frequently. He quickly came, shooting a large load into Zero's mouth and throat. Zero swallowed X's cum before letting go and pulling X's boxers back up. He then pulled himself back up to level himself with X. Green eyes full of love and passion watched the black clad irregular as he carefully peeled X's hand from his mouth. X panted deeply, pulling Zero tight against him. "Beautiful Zero...Be my soldier..Be my Hunter..but most importantly, be my love..My irregular love." Zero smirked. "You hold the mechanical heart of an irregular in your hands..and he will do as you command, heed your every command, and love you when he does not have to fight." X smiled, pulling Zero over and under him. "Then..this is shaping up to be a beautiful relationship." Zero smiled back, wrapping X in his wings as X settled on top of him. He carefully removed X's glasses and folded them before putting them aside. He watched X nod off to sleep before joining him happily.
