Disgraceful titles
"It's wonderful that Kagome is back." Rin smiled and kicked her feet back and forth like a child from the high branch she sat on.
"Yeah, I'm sure Inuyasha is most happy. Hey are you still gonna leave all your stuff there?" Kohaku asked as he carved something unknown into a thick piece of wood.
"Huh? I never thought about that. I guess I should move everything?" Rin pondered innocently.
"Kagome is not the kind of person who'd say anything about that. I'm sure if I remember Kagome she'd tell you to leave your stuff." Shippo said with a smile as he leaned against the tree Rin sat on.
"Yeah she always seemed really nice." Kohaku responded with his gaze still focused on his task.
"Yeah but it's not about her being bothered by it. Maybe she'll need the space.? In any case I'll pick everything up tomorrow. And lady Kaede will just have to get use to Ah-Un living with us." Rin smiled and spoke confidently.
"Your really sweet Rin! I think you might actually be nicer than Kagome." Shippo chuckled and teased.
Rin smiled while giggling quietly. It brang smiles to the two boys that stood with her. "Not to sweet!" Rin winked jokingly as she jumped from the branch. "Well I guess you guys should get going? Be careful! Come back soon!" Rin waved and hugged her friends goodbye.
She pat Kirara on her head and watched them fly off to their next demon slaying job.
Be safe Shippo. Be safe Kirara. Please be safe Kohaku. Come back to me safely.
Rin silently prayed for her friends well being.
Walking back to Kaedes hut through the dark forest Rin kept her calm and happy spirit. Her mind drifting off to the happiness on one of her best friends faces.
Inuyasha seemed so happy! He must have really missed his friend! I wonder if Kagome missed Inuyasha as much? She seemed pretty happy? Rins thoughts were broken at the snap of a twig in the distance.
"Huh? Hello?" Rin looked curiously to the wall of trees.
"Well well well? Look what we got here men? A fair maiden to keep us company tonight! And look we already got a friend for you." A fiendish man appeared through the shadows. He wore armor that was stolen from soldiers and had an eye patch over his right eye. He had hair only to the sides of his head and a long black mustache. His voice was like a cracking fiends.
The rest of his group emerged in similar stolen armor with dried blood. They dangled a captured young girl bound by her wrist with a gag around her mouth. She was beaten and bruised and had dried blood all over her clothes which were dirty and torn.
"You are all bandits..." Rin gulped in fear watching fifteen men come from behind the shrubs.
She gathered her confidence and pushed aside her fear. Rin immediately began attacking the way she was taught. She tackled and knocked out the two guys that held the young girl.
"Hurry run!! Get out of here! I'll handle these guys!" Rin assures the young girl who looked at her with widened eyes of gratitude and fear.
Rin began to fight two other men and was winning! Until one pulled out a sword against her neck.
Damnit! Of all nights for me to have listened to lady Kaede and keep lord Sesshomarus gift hidden! Why do I bother listening to her! Lord Sesshomaru said to always keep it with me!
"You three! Get up and go after the girl! You my little firecracker! You and I are gonna have a little fun!" The man said with greedy eyes as he licked his lips and gave a malicious cackle.
He reached out his hands to fondle Rin as she was restrained by two men who were now holding her arms.
Rin waited till the man stepped closer. Raising her legs to go around his neck and bring him down. She than kicked the men holding her in the face hard enough to break their noses.
Rin pleased with how she was handling her difficult situation began taking bandits out one by one.
Rin felt fearless and was sharply focused on the bandits around her. Just before she could counter strike a bandits sloppy punch to her face her attention was diverted to the three men who appeared from the dark forest.
"Look who we caught!?" The bandit laughed as he raised the unconscious girl by her hair.
"You monsters! Leave her alone!" Rin screamed as she lunged to steal back the unconscious girl.
Before she could close the distance between her and the battered young woman Rin was caught again.
This time they threw her back against the ground. With two men holding down her feet immediately. Another two restraining her wrist. The captain of these cruel and greedy men sat on top of Rin making sure she couldn't move, all the while giving himself access to Rins large and perky breast.
"Now I'll teach you a lesson!" The man squeezed Rins sides hard enough to leave a bruise. He slapped her once so hard Rin was immediately thrown back into the horrors of her past.
The man pulled out a small dagger and held it to Rins throat. He ripped her kimono just slightly by tugging to roughly upon the delicate fabric to expose one of her breast. "No! Don't! Lord Sesshomaru bought this for me! Don't rip it!" Rin begged with tears in her eyes for the already ripped piece of fabric she treasured so dearly.
"Lord Sesshomaru aye? Never heard of him! I'll make sure this lord of yours knows who you belong to!" The man squeezed Rin and lowered his face to kiss her sloppyingly.
Rin kept her eyes tightly closed and head butt the man in anger. Uncarrying to the dagger at her throat. Her master Burus words echoing through her being.
"If your gonna die! Than die in battle with pride! Not curling into some pathetic ball crying!" Rin had determination in her soul to winning and freeing the battered girl as her lord Sesshomaru had freed her.
Rin struggled to free herself with no success. Feeling the man rip more of her kimono engulfed her in fear and sadness.
"You little wench!" The man began beating on her. "I'll make sure this is the most painful experience of your life!" The man yelled as he tried to undo his pants.
Rin finally realized the trouble she was in. She couldn't focus her mind and the fear would not just shake away this time. She did the one thing she had become dependent on in times of life threatening situations.
"LORD SESSHOMARU!! HELP ME!!" Rin screamed out and began to wiggle intensely still feeling the other men holding her down.
She shook her head and began crying begging for her savior to hear her.
Just before Kagome and Inuyasha could close the distance between them with the long awaited kiss they both desired. A cry could be heard from the distance. The screams broke Inuyashas thought.
"Rin!" Inuyasha looked in the direction the screams came from. "Kagome..I" Inuyasha was cut off.
"Come on! We gotta help her? Let's go!" Kagome hopped on his back like she had done many times before.
"Right." Inuyasha took off leaping large distances to get to the screaming Rin.
Rin continued to fight the best she could. The man was only able to finally strip her naked from her excessive fighting.
"That's it! I've had it with your trouble! Move one more time and I'll kill the bitch!" The man said grabbing the shivering now awake girl.
Rin stopped immediately. Her tears fell around her bruised and muddied face. "Fine...just leave her alone.." Rin choked out. She had finally accepted her cruel fate.
The man stood over her with a greedy and evil grin. With his putrid saliva spilling out from the corners of his mouth. "Good. It's about damn time!" The man loosened his pants and allowed them to drop to his ankles. He walked over back to Rin and grabbed a fistful of hair. Pulling on it roughly as she was still held by the other four men, he whispered to her with cruelty lacing his tone. "I'm gonna enjoy these stubborn lips you got wench!" He let go of her hair throwing her head harshly to the ground.
Just as he did a bright white light struck one of the men in the side of his head. Burning it to a crisp. Leaving the man to let go of one of Rins hands screaming and thrashing about on the dirt ground beneath him like a fish out of water.
"Ah-Un! Thank you for coming!" Rin exclaimed excitedly.
The two headed dragon made quick work of the men holding down the girl they loved. They blasted and killed the bandits in front of them. Leaving only their putrid leader who shivered at the base of a large tree with his pants around his ankles.
Ah-Un shot their final blast killing the man who begged and pleaded for his life.
"Are you ok?" Rin asked the young girl walking over to her. She couldn't have been any older than Rin was her self. She had dark hair and bright eyes. Had it not been for all her beatings she would have been very beautiful.
Rin removed the gag from her mouth. And grabbed a nearby dagger from one of the corpses to cut loose the ropes.
"Th...ank...you...they...cou-" The girl trembled when speaking. Apparent that she was dehydrated and starved Rin stopped her from talking.
"It's ok. Don't worry. Their is a priestess in a village not very far. Let me take you to her. She can help. Trust me." Rin offered a warm smile. Even though moving any feature on her face was painful in of its own, but her main focus was to comfort this girl.
Rin helped her to sit up on Ah-Un. She pet and hugged her two headed friend tightly. With tears of gratitude and pain falling from her cheeks. "Ah-Un I can not thank yous enough! Yous are the greatest! I love yous!!" Rin said through trembles of pain. "Oh..? I'm naked..my kimono.." Rin slumped to the floor. Grasping into her hands the very last kimono Sesshomaru had bought for her. It was the only one that fit her as she had grown out of the others.
"Lord Sesshomaru...please forgive me my lord... I...I...I wasn't strong enough.. I am undeserving my lord..please forgive me!!" Rin cried out balling into herself and sobbing.
"Rin!" Kagome shouted. Inuyasha set her down observing the scene before him. Scorched corpses sprawled across the forest floor.
Inuyasha balled his fist and tightened his eyes closed. His low growls could be heard from his chest.
A quick death was to good for these bastards! Inuyasha thought seeing the naked girl he watched grow so happy and innocent.
He could scent in the air the violation the other girl had gone through. He could see the marks and bruises upon Rins body and it made him sick. Inuyasha removed his red haori and wrapped it over her shoulders causing a trembling Rin to jump up for a minute.
"You ok kid? Here cover yourself with this." Inuyasha stood and his anger was apparent.
"I got a few good hits on them. I broke several of their noses. Ah-Un just finished them off for me." Rin said while offering Inuyasha her smile of thanks.
Inuyasha could see the pain it caused Rin to offer her comforting smile. It made the half demon shake with furry.
"Yeah? Well good! Those bastards deserved worse. I knew you'd come out all right. Your real strong kid." Inuyasha said with his back turned.
Rin nodded her appreciation even though he couldn't see it. "Kagome I'm fine really. Can you help me take her to lady Kaede?" Rin tried to stand but her exhaustion got the better of her.
She collapsed into Kagomes embrace.
"Of course. Come on, both of you need some rest." Kagome helped walk her to Inuyasha and climb on top his back.
"This isn't necessary really I'm fine." Rin said being stubborn.
"Shut up and get on! I ain't interested in waiting on you all night!" Inuyasha said aggressively.
Rin smiled. She was thankful that her longtime friend wasn't treating her like some wounded child. "Thank you." Rin whispered and settled to lay down on his back.
Kagome mounted the two headed dragon fearlessly and held the young girl who had again passed out only this time from exhaustion.
Rin..I hope your ok. Why didn't you call out to us sooner? Why try and handle all these bandits on your own? Sesshomaru where are you? Rin needs you..
Kagome sighed into the night.
