A couple of hours after The Dark One's warning, Bloom and the others were in the medical wing of the castle where Bloom was readying to leave
"Are you sure you're alright?" asked Samara.
"That was a major hit that you took out there," she said while Bloom fixed her hair into a ponytail.
"Thanks for worrying about me," said Bloom as she turned to look at Sky mom.
"Thing is I've taken worse hits than that before, but now I have to call the girls to meet on Earth so we can stop The Dark One," said Bloom.
"And I'll do the same with the guys," said Sky.
"Looks like the wedding will have to be put on hold for a while, at least until this Dark One is dealt with," said Erendor.
"I'm sorry that all of your hard work will go to waste," said Bloom.
"No, it won't, because you two will be back here sooner than you think and standing at the altar, I just know it," said Samara.
"She's right Bloom, we have faced many of bad guys before and this will be just another one who fails," said Sky while grabbing hold of her hand.
"You're right," said Bloom with a confident smile. Meanwhile, under the Aztec Pyramids in a secret room that was hidden behind a magical barrier.
"The time that I have been away from my body has drained it of too much power, it will take far longer to reclaim it than I thought," said The Dark One from inside a gold sarcophagus which had a dark red aura pouring from.
"If I want to speed up the process then I'll need more energy which will be easy for you, my servant," he said. Suddenly, a statue in the corner of the room then started to walk toward the sarcophagus.
"Go and lay waste to the humans, remind them of the fear that the Dark Ages once held, Valk," said The Dark One.
"As you command, my lord," said Valk as he bowed before The Dark One before turning and walking to a ledge that overlooked an army of statues standing down in a large cavern.
"Rise warriors of darkness, it is time to lay waste to the mortal realm!" said Valk as the statues began to glow with the same aura as the sarcophagus before moving toward a door that opened before them.
