Meanwhile, back on the surface, the others were still dealing with Vark who had managed to hold his own against the others.
"He's giving us… more trouble than… the others did," said Timmy who was winded along with the others.
"Master told me to hold all of you back, but you…," said Vark before another shockwave of magic cut him off by vibrating not only the ground but the entire air as well.
"Master… how?" asked Vark while turning toward the pyramid. Suddenly, he turned to dead stone before crumbling into dust.
"Does… does this mean that Bloom beat The Dark One?" asked Aisha.
"Something doesn't feel right about this," said Sky before rushing to the pyramid with the others behind him.
"Bloom!" called out Sky once he had reached the bottom of the stairs which was filled with smoke.
"There she is!" said Stella as she noticed the red-haired girl through the clearing smoke. Bloom was laying on the floor in her civilian form and looking worse for wear as she had many scratches and bruises covering her body.
"Bloom, are you al...right?" asked Sky as he ran over and went to grab her hand but found his hand to phase through her hand.
"I'm sorry, it was the only way," said Bloom as her whole body began to turn transparent.
"What… what did you do?" asked Stella.
"The spell I used… it was meant to not only… destroy the very existence of The… Dark One, but it also destroyed the… user and The Dragon's Flame," said Bloom.
"There… there has to be something we can do," said Flora as she and the others began to cry.
"It uses The Dragon's Flame as the… source so that nothing… can make it out," said Bloom.
"But I want you… to know that I… loved all of… you," she said before turning to Sky. By this point she was practically gone with only the slightest bit remaining.
"Especially you, Sky… I…. I wanted to spend the rest… of my life with you," said Bloom before fully vanishing.
"Me too, Bloom, I loved you too," said Sky as everyone began to uncontrollably sob, even Riven was unable to hold back his tears.
