A day later
Isobel apartment
Ethan walked into Isobel vacant apartment in the evening, he arrived around 9pm, before he left work this evening Isobel text him earlier in the afternoon when she decided to take everyone advice and go home sick, so when she went home Ethan thought it would be the same agent as before Maggie and he knew they both respected each other but they were friends to, so Ethan expected to find Maggie in the living room like this morning but when he opened the door he didn't.
Instead he found the apartment empty, he drops his things he wonders around looking for Isobel, once he finished wondering her realised that she may have lied to him about coming home, but then he recognises Isobel handbag beside the couch with her off duty side arm still in its holster, he then sees her keys on the table facing the front door, to Ethan something was off he decides to look further and that's when he sees it in the corner of his eye, on the floor was a small droplet of blood, Ethan's heart started to race, he knew he needed help but he didn't know who he could trust or what, he grabbed his personal affects and keys and left the apartment he locked the door making sure it was secure before he left, then he went to his car and drove to 26 fed like a mad man.

After Isobel left for the day and went home but no one realised she went home.
Jubal left work along with oa and the rest of the team including Maggie, and no one questioned her why she wasn't with Isobel, everyone went home but Jubal went to the hospital because he heard that Rina had managed to talk her way into getting discharged early so he went to the hospital to pick her up, he picked her up and then they went back to his house since she couldn't go back to her brownstone since the shooting.

Ethan drives the car to the car park and parks up he rushes through the reception and to the desk he asks for Jubal, but the women on the desk told him that Jubal had gone home for the day and the on-duty FBI agent can speak to him instead, Ethan was having none of it he demanded to see Jubal and only Jubal, the receptionist gave in and told Ethan if he wanted to speak to Jubal then she would have to call him in from home, Ethan agreed.
She makes the call to Jubal.

Jubal house
Jubal and Rina sat on the couch trying to get comfortable since it is Rina first night out of the hospital and he doesn't know how she will be, he tries to get comfortable and when he does his phone goes off, he looks to the caller id he sees its work.
"Who is that calling you" asks Rina?
"The office, I told them to call me if it was urgent since Isobel is sick and she went home I decided to not let them burden her so I told them to call me" says Jubal.
"Hey if they need Isobel then they should call her not you, she is the special agent in charge" explains Rina.
"I know but you and her are both going through things at the moment and I wanted her to rest, and you to and you both helped me when Tyler was sick, now it's my turn to help you two" explains Jubal.
"I didn't know Isobel was sick" asks Rina?
"She is at the moment but the Vargas situation is stressing her out and she has more to lose than me and you, you are lucky to be alive but when Vargas finds out he will go after Isobel directly and she may lose something bigger" explains Jubal trying not to reveal Isobel secret.
"Okay Jubal I love you, and I know your loyal to Isobel, but you need to tell me what she could lose bigger than me getting shot" asks Rina?
"Fine but don't tell anyone, and once I tell you I have to go because work is telling me there is a fragile man in reception at headquarters wanting to speak to me" answers Jubal.
"Fine just tell me so I can understand" asks Rina?
"Fine Isobel is pregnant, and Vargas wants us dead because we got his family killed so if he finds out about Isobel being pregnant then he may go after her and kill her baby" explains Jubal.
"Okay let's go I will go with you don't tell Isobel about the call out from headquarters" says Rina getting off the couch and getting ready and her coat on.
"Where you going" asks Jubal?
"With you to FBI headquarters if the guy needs to see a hire up, he can speak to me but don't tell Isobel let her rest know let's go" says Rina pulling rank.
"Yes, boss lets go" says Jubal doing the same they head off to the FBI headquarters.

Jubal and Rina pull up in front of the building they get out and walk in the building, Jubal is shocked to see Ethan pacing the waiting area, he walks straight up to him when he sees the receptionist memo that Ethan is the man demanding to see him, Rina follows behind unaware of who the man is.
"Ethan sorry I took so long but why the urgency" asks Jubal?
"I need help and I don't know who to trust" says Ethan.
"Okay well let's go up to the offices there is a briefing room where we can talk" says Jubal.
"Before we go sorry if I dragged you away from your evening" says Ethan seeing Rina earwigging behind Jubal.
"Oh, she is my girlfriend but she also happens to be my boss" explains Jubal.
"Wait I thought that Isobel is your boss" asks Ethan?
"She is but Rina here is Isobel's boss" answers Jubal.
"So, you're the one who got shot two weeks ago, are you supposed to be on sick leave" asks Ethan?
"I am but your call sounded desperate and we didn't want to worry Isobel so I can make any executive decisions if need be" answers Rina.
"Okay show me to the briefing room" says Ethan.
Jubal walks to the lift with Ethan behind him and Rina following soon they get in the lift and head to the briefing room.

Briefing room
Jubal opens the door and lets himself in and Ethan and Rina.
"Okay so what is it that couldn't wait till tomorrow" asks Jubal?
"it's about Isobel" answers Ethan.
"Okay don't tell me she kicked you out for coming home late" says Jubal jokingly.
"No but I need to know what time she left the office today roughly" asks Ethan?
"Err it was around four pm someone said they seen a young agent drive her home, why you asking" asks Jubal?
"Well, when I got home about an hour ago the place was empty and there was no agent outside guarding her so if she is not here then where is my girlfriend" asks Ethan?
"Are you sure she didn't go out for some food or supplies" asks Rina?
"That thought crossed my mind first until I seen her handbag, and the things she would take with her if she was nipping out to the shop for milk" explains Ethan.
"What stuff did she leave behind" asks Jubal?
"Her handbag and in her handbag, her works id, her purse her off duty weapon and her phone, she also didn't take her keys they were left on the hall side" answers Ethan.
"Ethan when you were in the apartment did you notice anything else that could help us" asks Rina?
"Err yeah near the couch I found a small pool of blood on the floor, and before you ask it was fresh, Isobel is meticulous about the carpet and spillages they need to be cleaned up straight away, so when I see that I knew something had to have happened" says Ethan.
"Okay we need you to stay here from now on and we will call the team in and meet here I think we should tell them together" explains Rina.
"Okay I will send a text to all agent asking them to come back into work urgent case all hands-on deck" explains Jubal.
"Great you meet them and talk to them I will use Isobel's office and stay out of the way unless needed" says Rina.
"okay" answers Jubal.

Joc
Twenty minutes later Maggie, oa, tiffany, Scola and the rest of the agents who work in the Joc arrived all of them wondering what is the new VIP case, they assemble in the Joc, Jubal stood at the front all the screens behind him were blank ready for his shocking reveal, everyone looked around trying to read each other seeing if someone knew what the new case was but then they see Rina sat in Jubal seat, if she is here then something bad has happened.
"Morning guys sorry I called you back late but we got a knew case and it's going to be an all Knighter, so I will cut to the chase we have a missing persons case" says Jubal.
"So, if this is a knew case why isn't Isobel here" asks Oa?
"Okay as of tonight our missing persons case is of our special agent in charge Isobel Castille, she failed to return home or she did and then she was ambushed and the agent protecting her is nowhere to be seen" explains Jubal.
In the room gasps could be heard, and most of the people in the room felt like killing someone because of the Vargas situation.
"Hey everyone listen I am back in the building for this one case because we are looking for one of our own, know I know we all like Isobel and she has made an impact on us all and we want to find her, know Jubal will be running point but any decision needs to be made from hire up I will be here to make the decisions" says Rina reassuring the team.
"Okay thank you Rina for the pep talk it helped, but assignments, Maggie and Oa go to Isobel's apartment with crime scene and gather evidence from inside try and find the guy who took her, tiffany and Scola canvass Isobel's building look for witnesses, and get camera footage, everyone scrubbed cameras near the area looking for someone that looks out of place" explains Jubal.
"Hey Jubal do you think we should tell them about Isobel being pregnant" asks Rina?
"No, I will speak to Maggie, ask her to tell the relevant since she already knows, the less people know Vargas won't find out, it needs to be on a needs to know basis, just us and the four main agents" says Jubal
"okay" says Rina sitting back in the chair getting comfortable.
"Hey Maggie come here for a minute" shouts Jubal.
Maggie walks to Jubal.
"what's up" asks Maggie?
"Err I need you to tell the other three about Isobel other sickness, the information is on a needs to know so you four need to know no one else" asks Jubal?
"Sure, we all better be going" says Maggie rushing off to the crime scene.
All four agents rush off to the assignments leaving Jubal waiting for information as it comes in.

Isobel apartment building
All four agents pull up in the cars outside the building but before they exit the cars, Maggie texts tiff and Scola to come to their car, they get out of their car and walk to Maggie and Oa car they get in the car.
"So, what's the secret" asks Scola?
"Okay Jubal spoke to me before we left 26 fed, he asked me to fill you in on some missing information that is relevant to the case, but it is on a needs to know so us four are the only agent that need to know the information" explains Maggie.
"Okay so get on with it I don't think Isobel would want us sitting around chatting whilst she is missing" says Oa.
"I know but the information can't be told to you outside of the car in case we are being watched, know the information is that Isobel is pregnant" says Maggie.
"Wow wonder who the dad is" asks Scola suggesting Isobel had an affair.
"Hey Isobel is our boss and we need to find her because it's not just her life that depends on it, and she hasn't had an affair the father is her secret boyfriend Ethan" says Maggie.
"i agree with Maggie, we put our thoughts to the side and do our jobs for our boss, know let's go and find our boss" says Tiffany.
The four agents nod their heads and exit the vehicle, Maggie and oa head inside with the crime scene techs to gather evidence inside the apartment, whilst they did that tiffany and Scola walked the perimeter of the building looking for things out of place, but then they hear a scream coming from a person a few yards away, they run to the scream they find a homeless women rummaging through bins and then they see her stood back in shock, tiff and Scola go to the bin they open it thoroughly and they look inside and they discover their agent dead in the bin.
Scola text Maggie telling her of their findings, then he rings the Joc and tells Jubal that they found the agent dead, dumped in the bin shot in the chest twice.

Inside the building
Maggie and Oa walk to the front door and they open it, the two agents walk in with the crime scene techs following behind soon they get to work, the techs try to lift prints but the perp wore gloves, the only good piece of evidence was from the blood on the floor, they swabbed it and followed protocol, soon the techs were done and so was the team they couldn't find a single witness who was in and there was not a lot of camera coverage around the perimeter, Maggie took Isobel badge and weapon from the scene for safe keeping, once they were done the techs left to take the blood back to the lab for testing, and all four agents return to 26 fed.

Jubal just got off the phone with Scola who told him that they found the missing agent, he walks out of the offices and heads to Isobel office where Rina parked herself instead of making the trek to her own office, he walks into the office and Rina looks up to see her boyfriend stood at the door with a face like thunder.
"what's happened" asks Rina?
"Err the teams at Isobel's apartment building found something in the bin outside the building it is the body of our missing agent but Isobel is nowhere to be found, but the lab put a rush on the blood found in her apartment it's a match to Isobel" explains Jubal.
"Thank you for letting me know have we found where they might be keeping Isobel" asks Rina?
"No and there was no witness but the canvass outside came up with a man in a dark van acting strange he was near the building for twenty minutes, but no descriptions, there is a possibility that the man in the dark van is our guy" says Jubal.
"Okay keep me informed of new developments" says Rina.
Jubal walks back to the Joc hoping to find his friend and boss soon.
