Chapter 4: Antares and freedom
Enyo Flashback:
On the top of a hill, 9 years old human boy was sitting with his back on the body of a bear he killed looking at the sunrise.
The boy had white hair with the color of virgin snow and his eyes were as red as the blood. He was wiping the blood from his white and black sword. He was waiting for his friends.
He was closing his eyes when he heard the voice of an eagle. When he opened his eyes slowly he saw a firebird that was burning with a red body and blue flame feather on the edge of the tail and the wings and between them a beautiful light yellow color. It was a phoenix. When the phoenix begins to land, his flame begins to die out, and when it all disappeared, what came out of it was a beautiful 12 years old girl with red hair who has a rose-red right eye and a watery-blue left eye.
"Hi there, Enyo-Sama. It's I, Saphire Ruby." She said that with a smile on her face while putting her finger up to the sky.
She was my servant and best friend and one of the people that will help me achieve my goal. I kept my cool and simply waved at her with my hand which made her smile.
Then three people came as normal people would do. They were my big twin brother Astra, our elf butler, Syn Alf, and my brother's best friend the amazon Mina Zohael.
"Hey there. So, It is time to end this corrupted pathetic excuse of a country." Enyo said that which made them nod.
"We are the best warriors this kingdom ever made and we're going to end it. This is what my mother told me about that 'Fate has a sick sense of humor '." Mino said that with a little laugh and a sarcastic voice.
"So, now little brother is the time for your speech," Astra said that with a smile which made Enyo jump and land on his feet and say.
"Today marks the end of this kingdom that decided to rule this world by the excuse of superiority. People of the kingdom of 'Sin', we shall end your lives. Promise me this, that you'll never forgive me. Today's Sunrise will be the last you'll see and all of you won't see the end of its Sunset. Follow me to the end of this journey, my friends. I, Enyo Obsidian the fifth prince of 'Sin' the only 'Owner' of 'Rule' and the one who made 'The Bloodlust Festival', promise you that we shall end his filth and erase it from history itself. Now, announce the names that they gave us one last time." Enyo said that with a voice filled with charisma.
"I'm 'The Wizard of Ragnarok' Syn Alf the third Prince of 'Abies', the second 'Prince' of 'Fall', and the first 'Prince' of 'Vanitas'. The 'Owner' of 'Luxiria'."
"I'm 'The Phoenix of Fire and Ice' Saphire Ruby, the seventh 'Prince' of 'Ifrit', and the fifth 'Prince' of 'Hermit'. The 'Owner' of 'Phoenix'."
"I'm 'The Personification of Hercules'. Mina Zohael, the tenth 'Prince' of 'Nemean', the ninth 'Prince' of 'Hydra', and the first 'Prince' of 'Cerberus'. The 'Owner' of 'Labor'."
"I'm 'The Conqueror' Astra Obsidian, the fourth 'Prince' of 'War', the fourth 'Prince' of 'Conquest', the fourth 'Prince' of 'Famine'. The 'Owner' of 'Apocalypse'."
"I'm 'Rule' Enyo obsidian, the 'King' of 'Rule'. The 'Emporer' of 'Rule'."
When we said that we heard laughter nearby.
"Hahahahahaha." It was a woman with silvery-golden hair and shining yellow eyes.
"You guys need to stop this show. I mean we all know what are we going to do and Enyo-Sama since this is likely going to be our last mission together and probably our last meeting ever, why not tell us what is the ability of 'Rule'." She said that with made Astra, Syn, Mina, and Saphire say.
"She's right, you have to tell us now. I mean none of us knows what 'Rule' do."
"Yes, no one in our kingdom knows it, and you didn't tell anyone about it."
"Enyo-Kun, we are helping you to destroy an entire city which is a kingdom, and that include woman, children, elders, and our friends and families."
"Everyone's right. How come you trust to do this insane hellish mission and with your life and not trust with the secret of your power, Enyo-Sama?"
"Hahahaha." Enyo laughed innocently then he said.
"Sorry, but that is the one thing I might never tell anyone about and you know that. I mean I kept it hidden for three years."
Slap.
"You know girl you should stop making things hard for our Master." Yelled a girl with red hair and black eyes.
"Okay, guys we should be going now. Ascalon, Azrael. this will be the last time anyone uses you and you will disappear forever. If you don't want to be a part of it I understand."
The silvery-golden-haired girl Ascalon and the red-haired girl Azrael smiled then white and red light emitted from their bodies respectively.
Ascalon turned into a sliver and golden sword and Azrael into a red and black scythe.
"Well, that answers my question. " Enyo said which made the other nod. Then he looked back to the hooded woman who was sitting on a bolder there smiling at them.
"Well now, thank you for the help you've given us also the operation has succeeded and you can bear children sometime in the future and with the help of 'The Bloodlust Festival', that time will be around 200 years."
She only smiled at him and waved.
"Who knows maybe in my next life I would be a friend with a child of yours maybe even a husband if I remain a boy and the child is a girl." After saying that they all begin laughing until the woman said.
"That would be nice." Then Enyo said with a bit of sadness in his voice.
"Farewell, Aria-Sensei."
Then she removed her hod which revealed a pair of golden eyes and golden hair. That woman was the great spirit of wind Aria.
End of Enyo Flashback.
I opened my eyes after the sleep I got before facing Antares.
'That was a very pleasant memory.' I thought as he woke up near the Elsus Ruin.
"Well, time to slay Antares and burn this entire ruin."
I entered the ruin and quickly reached the Antares and it was sleeping.
'Good, I will this with one strike.'
As I took one step, I suddenly felt movement and the next instant I jumped while saying "Awaken Tempest". Spikes came from the ground and I noticed there was a boysenberry violet liquid that could I recognize as an over-powerful poison.
'That is color of...the three-headed violet Cambrian Hydra's poison from Floor 64. How did Antares have that ability? 'I thought as fear finally enters my heart.
Then I looked at Antares, its eye was open and one of its arms transformed into a red dragon's mouth and red fire begin manifesting in it then I chanted an elven spell I just got at the same second the dragon's mouth appeared.
"Shield me with almighty water. Perfect my shield, chilling cold wind. Icicle Shield." The next instant a fireblast come out from the dragon's mouth-looking arm while a shield of ice was made in front of me then I chanted another spell that I don't what its effect is.
"Fireless." When I said that some kind of ash-looking smoke came out from my hand and enveloped my whole body and my body became somewhat gray. The next instant the fire attack hit my shield and crushed it in a second and hit me after weakening a bit from the ice barrier and I was impaled in the wall from the blast.
I felt the pain of the impact but there saw no sign of a noticeable burn on my body or my equipment but I could only remain there for a second until needles, some of them have a glowing seaweed green slime-like liquid on them, rained at me along with snake-looking lightning and beams of light which I noticed and I moved my body while saying "Albert. Awaken Tempest." Which made my hair become black as the wind enveloped my body and then I said "Gospel" unleashing Alfia's magic which made most of the attacks get repealed in mid-air and I dodged the rest of them swiftly and charge Argonaut for a few seconds and chant "Blade Tempest. Heal Tempest." which healed my wounds and unleashed a blade of green wind from my right hand at the magic stone of the monster but a black shield came from the ground and stopped it.
I looked at the wall where one green spike has hit and found it the spot was degenerated by the green slime liquid and it was familiar.
'What the hell? That is the Acid Slime Serpent from Floor 62. ' As I thought that a black sword, a black bow, and a black spear come out of the ground as well and less than a second later four skeleton arms come out of Antares' body and each hand got hold of one the black equipment. The higher hand on the right holds the bow. The lower hand on the right holds the sword. The higher hand on the left holds the spear. The lower hand on the left holds the shield. Antares looked like a knight with form arms or maybe a king of knights. Then Antares' skeleton arms which hold the spear moved to the back a little as it was about to stab something, the sword was lifted to the air as if it was about to cut something in half, and the bow' string moved as if an arrow was about to be fired from it. when I noticed that I begin chanting Alfia's most powerful magic.
"Blessing of the root of evil, curse of birth. My original sin that devoured half of my body. Not hard." While I was chanting the first verse and was dodging the attacks from the ground by the poisoned spikes and the needles from the front, the red gems of Antares' weapons begin shining in the color of blood.
"There is no purification. There is no salvation. The resonance of this heavenly sound is my sin. The trumpet of gods, the lyre of spirits. Melody of light, the seal of the sin." As I was saying the next piece of the chant an ominous dark light begin enveloping the spear and the sword, and an arrow of dark fire was made in the bow.
"Loved by the miniature garden, my destiny is shattered. I hate you. The compensation is here. Destroy everything with a proof of my sin. Cry, holy bell tower." As I finished the rest of the chant the Antares fired his attack at me but I was able to say the two last words that will determine my fate.
"Genos Angelus." When I said that, the air itself was being destroyed by the shockwave of destruction and white and blue flames unleashed by my spell, and when collided with the attacks of the Antares the impact caused by those floor-destroying attacks made an explosion of fire, soundwaves, and waves of destruction but I was able to chant "Firecurse. Fireless. Ataraxia. Awaken Tempest." which enveloped my body with wind, the fire protecting armor and Alfia's magic negating armor and it also made Antares' skin became a bit red which mean the fire will affect him more now.
When I was hit I felt pain in all my body with a lot of feeling of burns on my legs and arms but not only from the fire but from red and green acid that come out from some tentacles that fall down from the sky and it made me feel dizzy because there might be some of that poison that could affect me.
When I hit the wall, I felt an unbearable pain from my right hand and when looked at it, I found it was cut off by some kind of skeleton month with the form of the Juggernaut's head. I pick up the special healing potion that Chloe made me yesterday from my blood and the resistance one made from hers and this one is the one I asked her to be made from a concentrated that it should be able to regenerate internal orgasm.
I used my left feet powered by Argonaut and pushed my body while drinking the resistance potion which made me feel better and some of my acid and burn healed a bit, then I caught my arm and put half the healing potion on the two sides of my cut-off arm and when it all got attached I drink what is left. After doing that all of my wounds got healed and I felt like I regained almost all of my mind. Then I began chanting three new eleven spells that I just got.
"Blades of destruction. Bearer Twins of magic. The unbreakable metal mixed with our eleven blood. I order you to materialize from into my hands that shall accept my bond with the spirit. Duo Orichalcos." When I said that two white eleven swords were formed throw a green magic circle, which were made of orichalcum and Mythril. Then I chanted the other two spells.
"Queen of flame. I beg of thee. Answer my prayers. Enchant my blade. Ifrit's Lighting."
"Emporer of Ice. I beg of thee. Answer my prayers. Enchant my blade. Kuraokami's Wind."
When I finished those chants, the sword on the right was enveloped in a red and yellow magic circle and the grip of the blade became yellow and the blade become red and yellow while remaining a bit white while releasing red lighting and flame and the sword on the left was enveloped in a blue and green magic circle and the grip of the blade became golden and green and the blade becomes watery blue and green while remaining a bit white while releasing a chilling cold wind.
When I looked at Antares, it was bleeding on its own and regenerating like the blood was mermaid blood and it was eating its lost part. It was devastated by the blast. Most of its arms were broken except for those whose holding the weapons except the shield that was destroyed. I took a breath.
'I have to analyze the situation quickly since I can't attack right now because Antares is building magic to launch a counter-attack at me when I attack him. One the sword reminded me of the Udaeus' sword I used against the Black Goliath and all the other weapons look like they are the same as it, also, it attacked like it by using spikes from the ground. Also, it used Light Quartz's light attack, Mermaid Blood, Peluda's poison, Thunder Snake's lighting, Valgang Dragon's fire attack, also this acid is like the one I encountered on the 18th floor with Lefiya but more powerful also I think Lunoire's new skill 'Hercules Protection' is affecting me now which will be very helpful if it does that to every member or maybe it just affects me because of our mutual emotion. Antares' attacks were very precise and one hit kill attacks also it realized that it has to take down right away which mean it not just a Xeno but a highly intelligent one.' When I was thinking about my situation, I noticed its magic stone which was blue not like I saw it before but there was the image of two people inside and when I looked at it I noticed who was on it and it made me very angry. It was a beautiful silver-haired woman and a dark-brown-haired man. They were Alfia and Zald. Then I said with a voice filled with anger and darkness.
"Now, this has become personal. I have no idea whatever you understand me or not or even feel pain at all and I don't care. I'm going to end this with a Magic that I will make right now. Then, I will try to return you to normal and if you're aware, you'll wish that I'd killed you." After saying that, I felt a burn on my back, and light emitted from it and I chanted.
"Evil Birth. Spawn of Darkness. The Saint of Death. The Cure of Life. The one that cannot be chained. The one that defeated even Hell. The Killer of Time. The Destroyer of Earth. The Breaker of Fate. The Prideful Sin. Curse the world that abanded us. Bless the Kingdom that made us. The one whose path is 'Rule'. The one whose path was 'Cure'. The one whose path became 'Destroy'. My fate has fallen into that of blood. I shall heal as I should have done. I shall break this world's order. The one who shall end this world is Me. The who shall give birth to the new era is Me. This world has named me its end for I spill blood to protect it, for I sacrificed everything to save it. Destroy all that disobey you. Enyo." When I finished my chant, most of Antares' body got destroyed, and along with it, the magic stone without putting a scratch on its prisoners who were naked like the day they were born and I felt so weak like my body was destroyed a few hundred of times. Antares was barely alive and it was disappearing into dust but I won't let that ever happen and I chanted "Show me the curse breaker. Eye of Syn." Which made my right eye become emerald and I saw that my hand has an aura that was white and the Antares' aura was red and blue and when they met they became one white aura that was brighter than the one that I have.
I begin chanting.
"The ring of life. The demon ruler. The curse of death. The ruler of the wind. The protector of life. I shall lift the curse that your life has given you."After I said that two emerald magic circles appeared under my feet and above me which was the circle of life.
"The prison of souls. The eternal curse. The blood oath. The longing of light. The wish of death. The desire to kill. The merit of freedom. The chant of Elf. The magic of Syn." The magic circle color became red and blue in pace like a heartbeat of a human.
"The power of a mirror. The blessing of a god. The reset of what should be shall be by the hand of a saint and the protector of the holy tree. The chance shall be given by the hand of the seal's seed." Then, the body of Antares got enveloped by a cage made of Crystals.
"I'm the one who once ruled the curse of demon shall break your prison and will allow you to choose what path to take. I'm the lost Alf. Eye of Syn: Show me the curse breaker." On the cage, a door was formed and then I said without thinking "Firebolt" which instead of fire coming out of my hand a golden key was formed and a Lock was formed on the door. Then I said the name of the Magic.
"Solomon Key." Then the key opened the Lock and light emitted from the cage that I had to cover up my eyes to protect it.
When the light died out, a beautiful girl about 17 years old with red hair who has a rose-red right eye and a watery-blue left eye then she looked at me with a smile, then she was about to faint but I was able to catch her before she falls and faints. Then I said.
"Welcome back. Saphire." Then, blood comes out of my mouth and I felt so weak like my life was drained away. Then, I took what's left of the potion that Chloe made and drank all of them which helped me calm my pain a lot until it was gone. Then, I laughed.
"Hahahaha. Really now Syn. You've made your descendant her very own unique Magic. Go to hell." I said that to myself
'In this 30 minutes. Using Olna, I've died 13687 times. Also, I gained 4 powerful eleven spells that are older than the current elves don't even know they exist. I've saved Alfia, Zald, and as a bonus Saphire. Also, there are many drop items. I can store them using my 'Black Hole' Magic using 'Bloodlust Festival'.'
"Bloodlust Festival. Black Hole." Then the white of my eyes became red and the red became black and a black hole appeared on the ground and the drop items fell into it. Then, I said.
"Bloodlust Festival. Saint Operation." Which made my eyes become all green and my internal organs were fixed from the inside out but the scar on my right hand was still there. Then I put blankets that I prepared on them to save what's left of their honor.
Bloodlust Festival is a doctor's skill of operation, gathering materials, and keeping information.
Enyo was going to become a doctor until he suddenly got an unknown 'Blessing' called 'Rule'
Blessing is the name of a power a person from 'Sin' gains during birth or when entering 'Sin'. (except 'Rule')
'Emporer' and 'Owner' represent the person's level of control over his 'Blessing'.
'Apocalypse' and the likes are 'Archives' of a 'Blessing'.
The "rank" 'Prince' of 'Archive' is given to an 'Owner' who mastered his 'Archive' and also represents the number of people who did it and his time rank among them.
I will reveal a few things about Ryuu.
Haruhime, Tione, Amid, and Mikoto will be joining Bell's harem.
