The SVU Musical #1 – Grease

PG-13 For Language and Wackiness!

Couples: Munch/Fin and Elliot/Olivia

Summary:

What was Cragen thinking! The Special Victims Unit is going to host a musical! After auditions, who will get the parts?

"Hey guys, check this out!" Said Elliot, who held up a poster. "Auditions for the One Police Plaza Musical 'Grease'."

"Let's try out!" Olivia said, and Casey concurred. "That's one of my favorites!"

Fin grinned and walked to the break room. "I wonder if John knows-" As he opened the door he heard John's voice practicing his scales. He turned to his friends trying not to laugh. "He knows."

The next day, they all went down to One Police Plaza to try out. Oliva and Casey were nervous, while all the others were fairly confident. Oliva went first, trying out her lines, and got a smile from the judges. Munch was second, who played the perfect greaser.

"That's just because he was alive in that decade!" After giving the finger to Fin, Munch was hurried off the stage to make room for Elliot, who was perfect. After much clapping, they saw an unexpected face. "Doc Warner!" Fin said, surprised.

"You don't think I'd miss out on this, did you?" With a wink, she auditioned her voice, and was amazing.

Fin went next, and played alright, not as good as Munch or Elliot, but pretty close.

Then they saw more faces. Jack McCoy, Ed Green, and even Lennie Briscoe. (He's not dead in MY stories.) They all tried out and were excellent.

They were asked to come back the next day to find out who got what part.

The next day the cast list was posted, and it went as follows:

Danny Zuko ………. Elliot Stabler

Sandy Ollson ………. Olivia Benson

Casey Novak ………. Betty Rizzo

John Munch ……… Kenickie

Odafin Tutuola ….. Sonny

Jack McCoy …… Doody

Melinda Warner ……. Putzie

Melanie Rodgers …….. Frenchie

Ed Green …….. The Teen Angel

Lennie Briscoe ……… Coach Calhoun

The rest were cops that they had never heard of. "WOOOOOOO!" Elliot cried and dipped Olivia into a kiss. "Danny Zuko!"

Munch and Fin gave each other a high five and a hug, and there was much celebrating. The rehearsals were to start next week, and everyone was excited.

Until they learned that Cragen was the director.
