This is my first story on fanfiction. I hope you criticize whatever mistakes I do so I can fix them. I don't own Star Wars Rebels and its Characters (which belong to Disney and Lucasfilms). I take responsibility for my and my friend's characters in this story.
Ghost Division exists as a Star-SIM unit (Star Wars Simulator in Game ARMA3). Every character has been created by the unit's members.

Star Wars:
The Haunted Spectre
In the blackness of space a massive triangular ship floated, most of its lights barely visible and its hangars closed. On the ship's main bridge stood a humanoid figure who wore black armour, his helmet with a green T like visor, and a white skull emblem. He leaned on the makeshift holo table which was connected with wires to the ship's main power grid. In front of him, three similar figures stood in their armours with similar white lines and symbols. Suddenly the turbolifts door opened and two more enter the room with slightly different armours. One had a rebreather on his chest connected to his helmet that hanged on his side. The other had a radically different helmet than the rest with three "eyes", his armour has been modified with additional plating.
"Finally. Took you long enough." One of the men with a red patch on his shoulder asked while looking at the arrivals.
"Sorry about that Bat. Had to help Sky with one of the pylons on his LAAT… again." Man with the different helmet gestured at the man he came with him.
"Get in line Wreck. We're about to start the briefing." Another one of the men said.
"Okay gentleman, listen up. Some of you probably know our problematic situation but I'll repeat it so we're on the same line. With our last few engagements with the Empire, the division lead and I have discussed our situation and decided that GD is going low for some time. Our supplies aren't in their greatest state, most of our equipment is stolen or heavily modified. Half of the Haunter is in a state that some pirate ships would look better. Most of the Division is going to stay on the Haunter. You get a special job." Commander said to the five men in front of him. Then he started to turn on the holo table. Several screens appeared surrounding a space sector map.
"While GD will lay low I need you five to search for anyone willing to fight the empire in any way possible. Supplies, weapons, manpower, fuel, anything. More importantly, is to find a rebel cell or someone connected to one. We got hazy intel about a small cell that was operating in the area some time ago." Commander said as a map area was highlighted.
"That's a lot of ground to cover Commander." Another one stated.
"The intel is old so I'm sending you five undercover." Commander said.
"Why only five of us?" Sky asked while shrugging.
"The less we send the less attention you get. But also you five because out of everyone in this Division, you are the most adaptable to any situation. Bat you're the best medic from Devil, I hope you'll keep them alive. Crossfyre I hope you can refrain from charging head-on and be their RTO. Dew try to get any targets of opportunity while out there, you're in command of this team. Wreck you're responsible for the supplies, do try to take some new starfighters for Casper since their Z-95's are going to be scrapped for spare parts. Sky you're their pilot. You only get one LAAT which was modified with hyperdrive at the cost of some space." Commander said as he tapped the holo table again.
"The sector of Lothal and its surrounding planets are important in Imperial shipbuilding capabilities. Mostly fighters, frigates, and light cruisers. Years ago Lothal was the centre of a rebel cell that tapped into imperial holonet and sent out calls for rebellion and other similar statements. Eight years ago their massages stopped and ever since the sector was quiet on rebel activity. Until recently…" Commander paused as he opened an audio file.
"-squadron -oving to Lothal -arget is -cion of Im- -ghters." The audio played with garbled sound in between recognizable words.
"A few weeks later the Imperial Net reported an 'incident' in one of its fighter production plants on Lothal and the production had to be stopped. There was also an increase in the local garrison. We got some rumours about imperial spook being moved to that area as well. Empire has already taken the first steps to find this cell. We need to get to them first." Commander said.
"I'll leave the rest in your hands brothers. We're counting on you ghosts… Haunt and Hunt!" Commander finished.
"Haunt and Hunt." Five men echoed as they stood in attention.

"Ok, then boys… here's the plan. We're going to split ourselves into those areas." Dew said as he pointed at planets on the hologram.
"Bat you get the trade station on this moon. If you can try to set up a medical spot just in case. Crossfyre you're going here, there's a bounty hunter guild so try to get inside you're going to be our main credit maker. Wreck you're going to directly harras imperial supply network on Lothal. Sky you're getting this place, it's a fuel refinery so you can get fuel for the LAAT. When you're free try to explore a bit find places where we can store anything we get. I'm going here, there's an imperial listening post on the planet so I'll try to get you intel. Everyone got that." Dew explained while the hologram expanded on the individual planets. Four of the clones nodded their heads.
"Pack up. Leave your armour here, we don't need attention so grab cloaks." Dew said as he opened an empty crate. Each of them packed most of their armour leaving only comlinks, some parts of armour strapped on their cloaks. They placed the crate in the back of the LAAT and prepared for departure.
"So what do you think about this?" Crossfyre asked as he grabbed one of the crates they prepared.
Bat was standing next to a small medical locker where he counted every supply that was in there. Wreck was currently tampering with a computer which was probably bolted into the structure of the ship. Dew and Sky were some distance away discussing their first destinations.
"Well, I can confirm that Haunter could be in a better state. Sure all those droids that were salvaged make for a good service crew but what this baby needs is a shipyard." Wreck said as he kicked the floor twice.
"With last two ops, we had a lot of our medical supplies used. Sure we can get parts and other things from a few places but they aren't exactly top-shelf." Bat said as he took out some bandages from a crate.
"Not that I mean the whole Rebel Cell objective. You think someone is fighting out there?" Crossfyre asked again as he dropped the crate inside the ship.
"Well if there are any Jedi left out there then it is very possible." Wreck said while typing some commands on a console connected to the ships' computer.
"It depends really. Core worlds were pretty much giving away whole platoons' worth of drinks for the army when the Jedi were killed. Out there beyond the Mid rim, now that's a different story." Bat commented. Sky approached Wreck and Dew loaded the last crate.
"It's a matter of time before someone says they're done with the empire. Or before the great emperor dies of age." Dew said as he sat down on the same crate he brought.
"Yeah, you saw how he looked in the senate when he did the speech? He looks like some grandpa who sat too long in a cave." Sky commented before entering the cockpit.
"Sky computer is already calculating our route." Wreck said as he turned to the console on which lines of code could be seen.
"Copy that. Enjoy your flight brothers." Sky said as the LAAT's engines boomed with noise.
"Just don't do barrel rolls." Wreck commented. The LAAT left the hangar before accelerating into hyperspace.

A few Days Later
\_ \_ \_ \_ \_ \_ \_ \_ \_ \_ \_ \_ \_ \_ \_ \_ \_ \_ \_ \_ \_ \_ \_ \_ \_ \_ \_ \_ \_ \_ \_ \_ \_ \_ \_ \_ \_ \_ \_
As the lines of stars dissipated outside the LAAT a planet with mainly savannah terrains floated in space with two moons in its orbit. In some distance, you could notice Imperial patrol fleets composed of Arquitens class cruisers escorted with TIE fighters.
"Wreck wake up. I'm dropping you off at the capitol." Sky said as he descended their ship down. The inside of the LAAT was heavily modified as one of the cockpits was removed, side doors were removed and replaced with airtight armour, and a small collection of cargo boxes on the small corridor. Few of those boxes were rearranged into bed-like positions on which two of the men slept.
"I'm up. Let me get my stuff so I can get started." Wreck said as he stood up from his box. He grabbed his backpack inside which there was his toolkit, some basic medical supplies, energy cells, and some detonators. He wore a cloak on top of which he placed his Engineers armour plates which were salvaged clone ARC armour with a big plate on his torso and two on his legs. On his arm, you could see the standard com-link attached to another part of clone armour. His face was covered in bandages only allowing a small gap between his eyes to be open. On top of the bandages, he wore a set of goggles that were removed from his helmet which contained a set of three visors designed for different types of vision including night vision and thermal vision. On his back laid an E-5 blaster rifle although it looked modified with parts from DC-15s such as the stock which was currently folded.
The LAAT landed with a thud in the spaceport. The ramp lowered on the back of the ship through which Wreck exited.
"I'll see you in some time vod." Wreck said as he noticed a duo of storm troopers a few meters away. He pulled his hood and hid behind some crates while Sky departed. After a moment the stormtroopers left and he could finally explore the capital of Lothal.
"Maybe I could steal a speeder." Wreck mumbled to himself already thinking of transport.

Three hours later Wreck was walking through a street not too far from a nearby Imperial police station. He figured that the Police would have a speeder he could take without as much as a blaster shot. The capital so far was pretty much another example of Imperial 'No Pay High Gain'.
As Wreck approached the outpost he noticed a kid on the top of a building observing the police outpost. He wondered about it seeing a kid no older than fourteen or fifteen lying on top of the building. He chuckled to himself reminding that he trained for the same thing eighteen years ago.
The kid moved and sneaked towards the storage entrance of the outpost he kneeled next to a droid access point. Wreck could hear some grunting and curses coming from the kids' direction. He shook his head and approached the kid.
"Oh good evening sir. I hope the night is treating you well sir." The moment kid noticed him tried to lie about not trying to break into the Imperial outpost. I knelt next to the access point and got my slice.
"It's all about the clicks and kicks, ad." Wreck said as he turned his slice slowly hearing the clicking noise waiting for the specific kick in the lock mechanism. The kid stood there dumbfounded not knowing if he wants to run away or to listen to him. He heard the kick-in mechanism and pushed the slice all the way in and sharply turned it left. The storage door opened and the kid looked as if he just discovered a Jedi Temple.
"Go on ad. I'm stealing from those idiots." Wreck said as he gestured inside. The kid went inside and dived in the storage crates seemingly searching for something specific. He shook his head not questioning whatever the kid wanted. Now that he was close to him he could pick out some details. The kid has dark blue hair that wasn't cut in some time, his jumpsuit was orange with a light brown leather jacket. On the kid's back, there was a backpack from which he could notice some tools hanging.
'Not the time to study local thief.' Wreck thought to himself as he went towards the garage.
Inside the garage, there was a Transport vehicle that reminded him of Polstian stones, 'crude but tough'. There were two pairs of speeders next to it just waiting to be snitched. As he sat on the speeder he noticed it didn't have any security pad.
'Idiots didn't even secure their vehicles.' He thought as he looked around the garage just waiting for some Trooper of Officer to appear out of nowhere… Suddenly through the same doors, he came through shouts and blaster fire. As he turned he could see the same kid running through the door with blaster shots hitting the door frame. Wreck turned on the speeder in an instant and looked at the kid who took the opportunity and jumped on the back of the speeder. He pushed the control switches to accelerate the speeder using nearby crates to sharply turn.
"They're behind us!" Kid yelled as he nudged Wrecks shoulder.
"Ad what did you do to anger them." Wreck asked as he drove between some buildings.
"Hey, you're the one who took the entire speeder I only went there to retrieve my stuff." Kid stated as he ducked when a red blaster charge buzzed next to his arm.
"Any weapons?" Wreck asked as he turned into another street getting a moment to see two speeders with stormtroopers on them.
"No!… Well yes." Kid shouted before realizing something. Then he took out some device from his backpack and strapped it to his arm. Kid shot two yellow bolts of energy at one of the chasing speeders, both hitting the hull of the speeder not giving any results.
"An energy slingshot. Won't do much against the speeders. Try hitting the drivers." Wreck said as he noticed a few ramps placed in front of him. The kid behind him listened and tried to shoot towards the troopers. He managed to hit twice one of the troopers in the head which kicked him out of the speeder.
"Good shot ad. Now hang on we're going high." Wreck said as he accelerated towards the ramp. The speeders front slightly scratched on the surface of the metal. The speeder in dangerous speeds launched off the ramp and landed on one of the roofs. Luckily for them, the buildings were relatively the same height. As they drove away the chasing trooper was stopped by a wall. Moments later the trooper cursed under his breath and reported the failed chase.

The speeder now sat at a nearby hill far from the capital which stood on the horizon as the sun rose.
"Who are you?" Kid asked as he sat on the ground quite exhausted from the adrenaline.
"Just a simple guy searching for a place to call home. Say who are you ad?" Wreck asked as he looked at the kid and grabbed his goggles. The kid sat there looking conflicted between telling truth or lie.
"Names Ezra... Ezra Bridger... You?" Ezra asked after a moment. Wreck attached his goggles to his plate and looked at the kid. Ezra was slightly taken back by the visible wound that was visible through the small gap in his bandages.
"I'm Wreck. Never had a name beside a set of numbers." Wreck said as he helped the kid to stand up.
"Numbers? Why would anyone name you with numbers?" Ezra asked confused.
"First time hearing about a clone ad?" Wreck asked as sat on the speeder. Ezra followed him and sat on the back of the speeder.
"As in clone from the Clone Wars?" Ezra asked with slightly wide eyes.
"Yeah. I don't suppose you know any spots I could stay in?" Wreck asked as he turned to Ezra.
"Well… you could crash at my place… at a price of course," Ezra said slowly before quickly adding the last part.
"Name your price ad. From there we can negotiate." Wreck responded.
"What's ad?" Ezra asked while looking at the blaster hanging on Wrecks back.
"That's your price?" Wreck asked shocked. He expected to give him credits, or some kind of lifelong favour or something but this…
"What? No! I'm just asking because you keep calling me that." Ezra crossed his arms while shaking his head. Wreck laughed for a moment before looking at him with grinning eyes.
"Might tell you one-day ad. Now, what do you need?" Wreck asked again. Ezra thought for a moment before looking at the horizon.
"Mind if you teach me how to slice as you did at the outpost?" Ezra asked before slapping himself mentally.
"I mean… not to steal or anything just was wondering." Ezra quickly added.
"Ad you got yourself a good deal. Besides no need to hide your intentions. Not like I could stop you." Wreck said before activating the speeder.
"So… Where to?" He asked.
"The old radio tower. You could probably see it from here." Ezra said slightly fidgeting his fingers. Wreck frowned for a moment before realizing something.
"We sat under your place the whole time… You little clever chakaar." Wreck said as he just parked next to another speeder probably kids.

The day was already in full swing, Wreck already placed the few items he took with himself and now stood on top of a tower. On his arm the Com-link was active.
"Found a place to stay. As well an interesting host." Wreck said. For a moment nothing but some garbled radio waves went through the device until a voice responded.
"Can you trust him?" Bat's voice asked.
"It's a kid Bat. No older than fourteen. He just asked me if I could teach him a few things. So yeah I say we can trust him. Besides…" Wreck paused as he looked at the capital city in the distance.
"Who said we can't start with small friends." Wreck smiled as he saw Ezra run around with a Loth-cat, laugh coming from their direction.
