Merry Christmas Everyone. I hope you all have a great and safe Christmas/holiday. Have fun and enjoy yourselves. But take time to think of those who can't be with you by distance, by illness, unable to travel or those that have past on. But also take time to think about the less fortunate.

And on a personal note to my Nan who passed this year. I'll miss you at Christmas the most. I love you and I hope you have quite the celebration in Heaven with the rest of our family and friends that have gone before you. I hope you know we will be thinking about you and everyone else at Christmas.

Chapter .2.
The Rogues had packed their things eager to go home and sort out all this mess and make sure Tony didn't think he was off the hook for some of what he had done. But only a couple actually wanted to apologies.
Clint and Scott wanted to finally see their kids. As they didn't know where they were now. According to T'Challa he hadn't been able to find a trace of them. So yes they were worried.
Steve was going to badger Tony didn't helping Bucky and make sure he was still the Leader of the Avengers.
Sam and Rhodey wanted to apologies to Tony. Sam for not knowing him well to make a decision on him, and all he had was Steve's word on it which he wasn't too sure about. And Rhodey for the stuff he said.
Natasha was indifferent was glad to be going home. But she wanted to see just how much Stark had stuffed everything up since they had been gone.
And Wanda still was furious with him for locking her in the Compound as well as for the people at the Raft for putting that collar on her.
So now they waited in one of the conference rooms. T'Challa didn't say why, just that they had too with their bags in the corner.
A few minutes later T'Challa arrives with three people. They recognised as Captain Carol Danvers, Hope van Dyne and Daisy Johnson.
"Hope?!" Scott exclaims.
She glares at him, "Lang"
Captain Danvers looks them all over. Who face was blank.
"Captain Danvers I am Captain Rogers a pleasure to met you", Steve says stepping forward and holding out his hand.
The Captain just looks at it but doesn't take it. And they could see behind her blank mask she was apparently not happy to see them.
Steve frowns but drops his hand. Thinking just how rude she was being.
"These are my collages and fellow Avengers Hope van Dyne aka the Wasp and Daisy Johnson aka Quake", Carol says with a nod to each woman.
"Are you here to take us home, to the Avengers Compound?" Rhodey asks them.
"I don't know if it will be your permeant home. And no to the Compound. The Avengers are not at the Compound anymore", Carol replies.
"What do you mean not at the Compound? Do we have to find our own places to live?!" Natasha exclaims.
"No you won't. The Avengers are now settled at the newly named Avengers Tower Complex. As there are now to many Avengers for the former Compound to handle", Carol tells them.
"You have more Avengers?" Sam asks.
"Yes. Any Avengers that want to stay at this new Complex are quite welcome too. But not all stay, but they are on the roster. There are also room for the Fantastic Four and the Defenders if they like to stay", Carol replies.
"Or any Inhumans who would like a safe place or want to train with their new powers. They are also welcome at the housing for Inhumans at the old Compound. As some parents are not that accepting of their children's new powers", Daisy adds.
"You shouldn't call them Inhumans", Steve scolds.
Daisy laughs at him, "That is what we ARE called Rogers. Inhumans are a species. Like Mutants and Mutante. How ignorant you are of the outside world"
"Why are you here?" Steve asks.
"To tell you some rules", Carol replies taking a seat, "Have a seat"
"What rules? We already read the Pardons and signed them. Or was that all a joke?" Clint asks eyes narrowing.
"No it wasn't a joke. There are a few personal rules with you going to more into the Complex for the next 6 months you'll need to follow these rules. Otherwise things will get ugly", Carol replies.
"Are you threatening us?" Wanda growls her hands flickering with power.
"It is not a threat. It is a fact. Now SIT. Down! And get control of yourself", Carol orders in her Captain's voice.
Wanda growls but Clint puts a hand on her shoulder and pushes her into a seat next to him.
"Now rules are you NOT allowed in Tony's workshop without permission or his floor. And the only others that can give you access are Stephen, Bruce, Loki, Betty, Ororo, two others and me. Under NO circumstances other then with their permission are you allowed up there", Carol states firmly.
"Loki! Stark is letting that murdering psychopath walk around free!" Clint yells standing up.
"Loki had been proven innocent Barton. He was in as much control of his actions as YOU were. So sit back down and show some restraint", Hope snaps at him.
Clint snorts, "Whatever he said he had to be lying"
"That is not your decision to make. It was the Council's and they have. So sit down", Carol orders.
The settle down.
"You are to respect the boundaries of ALL members of the Avengers and everyone working for us. So NOT snooping around other peoples things. No badgering them about things you don't understand or ordering your weapons and suits to be upgraded straight away. There are more people to cater for. And through there are more people helping make the weapons and so on. It will still be time and you are to wait your turn. Do you understand?" Carol asks them sternly.
They nod.
Stark would surely give them priority access.
"Another rule we will go over now is that you MUST NOT approach Tony first thing in the morning unless you want his soulmates to kill you. You can only approach him when JARVIS or them say it is safe to do so", Carol tells them.
"So precious Stark gets spiecal treatment for him not sleeping at night?" Clint snorts.
"It is a lot more serious than that. But if you don't follow it you'll find yourself hurt or sent back here faster then you can blink", Hope replies firmly.
What was that all about?
Not seeing Tony in the morning just because he didn't sleep was a bit extreme.
Why did Stark need special treatment?
For goodness sake it is Stark!
"No after things can go over at the Complex. We are going now. Daisy have you made the call?" Carol asks the Inhuman.
"I have. Stephen said two minutes tops", Daisy replies.
"Ok everyone get your gear. We are using a portal to the Complex", Carol orders.
"What does that mean?" Steve asks suspiciously.
"It means you will be at the Complex in minutes instead of flying. Stephen is making a portal it is how we got here", Hope replies.
"So get your stuff. We only have a minute left", Daisy replies checking her phone.
They grab their gear a little hesitant about that this portal thing meant. When an orange ring with sparks forms in the room. They tense as a man appears.
He had a goatee, black hair and strange clothes and a cloak that was moving on its own.
"Ready?" he asks glaring at the Rogues.
"Yes. All set?" Carol asks him.
"Yes and everyone is ready to see they. A few are still not happy about it. But they will do it", he replies.
"Everyone this is Doctor Stephen Strange, Sorcerer Supreme of Earth and soulmate of Tony's and mine", Carol introduces them.
They had seen him on tv but seeing him here was a bit different.
"Pleasure to met you", Steve says holding out his hand.
"Rogers", Stephen replies coldly ignoring the hand too.
"Captain", Steve corrects not happy he too was ignoring his hand.
"You never completely basic training. Your title was only honorary. A fact that everyone including you seems to have forgotten", Stephen replies coolly.
"We better get going", Daisy butts in.
"Thank you King T'Challa", Carol says with a bow of her head.
"My pleasure and tell Tony I will be visiting soon", T'Challa replies, "And express my gratitude that he is allowing Shuri stay with him while she attends school in America"
"Shuri isn't here? What about Bucky?" Steve asks.
"I think you'll find yourself surprised Steve when you go through. Not you better all go before they leave you here", T'Challa replies with amusement and exasperation.
The Rogues hesitantly follow Carol, Hope and Daisy through the portal to a elegant room. As soon as the last one was through the portal closes. They could see out the windows they were very high up.
"This is the portal room. For any time, Stephen opens one or more", Hope explains.
"Now we are running behind so come with us", Carol replies.
They leave the portal room and were given a bit of a tour as they were lead to the accommodations. People that walked around gave them looks, between anger, hate, suspicion and curiosity.
Steve was going to have to talk to Tony about what he had been saying about them as many didn't seem to like the fact they were here.
"JARVIS runs this place. So you can ask him for directions and so on. But he might be a little vicious about what he tells you", Hope tells them grinning.
"That is true Miss Hope. Sir might have told me not to go over the top but he didn't outright forbid it", a familiar voice to some says.
"JARVIS?" Rhodey asks eyes widen.
"Yes Mr Rhodes. A pleasure it is to see you again", JARVIS replies.
Rhodey winces he could tell JARVIS was being sarcastic.
"What did Stark do to Vision if you are back?" Wanda demands.
"He didn't do anything to my 'son' so Vision is currently waiting in the conference room with others. And Miss Maximoff be careful what you do. I am not happy with how you treated Sir and Vision while they were just trying to protect you", JARVIS replies.
Wanda scoffs at that. What could he do?
Stephen, Carol, Hope and Daisy hide grins at the looks the Rogues had thinking JARVIS had no power to make their lives hell. If only they remembered that JARVIS ran the Tower before his first death and could do a whole lot.
But they were not going to remind them of that.
Their rooms were very spacious and seemed to have all the stuff they left behind moved into them.
"Tony didn't touch your belongings. Others did pack up your stuff and move it here. This is your floor for now. And you are to keep your areas tidy. Even through we have a House Keeping Division they shouldn't have to do everything", Carol replies.
What was this Division stuff?
Before they could ask after they put their bags down they were whisked right into a huge conference room.
Where people were already seated. And some they recognised from the TV.
Vision was sitting there staring at them.
Hank Pym was glaring at Scott.
Thor was watching them closely with a hard look on his face with Lady Sif next to him and Jane Foster, Darcy Lewis and Erik Selvig near them too.
A woman was drinking with another women while glaring at the Rogues.
Bruce was obviously trying not to go Hulk on them. With a woman next to him and another who looked similar to him to near him.
Sharon and a man sat near Agent Coulson who they were shocked to see alive and well. Maria Hill was also near them.
A few teenagers were sitting with Shuri watching them between curiously and angrily.
A woman dark skinned was sitting with a winged man. They had seen on TV as Queen/Princess/Priestess Ororo Munroe a mutant and Warren Worthington III aka Angel. Both Mutants of the X-Men.
A group of five were sitting together with a man that looked to be blind. With three men and three women.
Wade Wilson was near the teens throwing popcorn into his mouth.
Pepper Potts was glaring at them with Happy next to her. On her StarkPad typing furiously.
There were a few other people scattered around the seats.
Nick Fury himself was standing in front his arms crossed angry looking at them with his one eye.
They saw Loki who was giving them a death glare and next to him was Tony Stark who was not looking at them and was on his StarkPad and on the other side of him.
Was Bucky Barnes who didn't appear as happy as he should be.
"Bucky?" Steve gasps seeing his best friend out of Cyro and sitting next to the man who tried to kill him.
"It's James and we have to talk!"
