I do not own anything in these stories. All rights go to the creator Chris Savino and the current showrunner, Michael Rubiner. Lynn Sr. now works as a chef at Aloha Comrade starting with this chapter as it reveals that he has quit his IT office job.
It was an early morning on Friday, September 5, 1986. Everyone was in Vanzilla as Lori was driving to Lynn Sr.'s former office workplace and the other Louds including Bobby were with her.
"Hey, Lori! What's the holdup right now?" Leni asked with worry.
"This is very urgent! Our father must have been so caught up with making breakfast that he actually forgot his work stuff," Lori explained.
Inside the van, all of them were eating breakfast sandwiches while Lori holds up a satchel with an old laptop in it.
"Luna, when you get a minute, will you run Dad's laptop up to him?" Lori asked Luna in fear.
"And leave my breakfast sandwich with you animals? That's a neg, dude," Luna said as she shoves Lana and Lola away from her, who try to grab hold of her breakfast sandwich.
"I'll do it, guys! Because a responsible father like me has to do a job for his wife!" Bobby said before he turned to the girls, "Oh, and if any of you eat my sandwich, you will be punished! You got that?!"
The LKs nod in fear.
"Thank you," Bobby replied as he puts his breakfast sandwich down, as Lori gives him the laptop, and he heads off into the office.
With that, Leni and Luna decide to continue eating their breakfast sandwiches but Lana, and Lola on the other hand lay their eyes on Bobby's half-eaten breakfast sandwich. Lana and Lola attempt to grab it, but Leni swats their hands away, and grabs the sandwich.
"Hey, girls! Stop fighting! Lana, Lola, when will you both learn to share things with one another?!" Leni said sternly to the twins.
"Well, we just wanted a bite," Lana confessed.
"Yeah, Mom, we just wanted a bite," Lola agreed with Lana.
"Look, can't you girls just get along with one another? For once?!" Leni suggested but the twins shake their heads which reply "no."
"Mom, I've got a feeling that there's a big situation going on," Lincoln said to Lori.
"Yeah, I know it sounds rough, but at least Bobby and I were at least able to keep you safe," Lori said softly to Lincoln, "Speaking of Bobby, I wonder how he's doing in that office right now?"
Inside the office, Bobby was walking up to Lynn Sr.'s cubicle.
"Hey, sir, we saw you forgot your old laptop at home and..." Bobby prepared to explain but he notices that someone different is in Lynn Sr.'s cubicle, as he pulls out a photo of Lynn Sr. from his pants pocket and suddenly started getting firm with that person, "D'oh! I can't believe you get to have plastic surgery! But I can't get my..."
"Uh, you must be looking for Lynn Loud Sr." the employee replied.
"Yes! I am looking for him! Does he still work here?" Bobby asked in concern.
"I'm sorry, but he doesn't work here anymore. He's been gone for about a month," the employee replied.
"WHAT?!"
It then cuts to Vanzilla as Bobby got back in and was about to break the news to the siblings.
"Guys! I have some terrible news to tell you," Bobby said in worry.
"What is it, Bobby?" Leni said in fear.
"Honey, what is it you'd like to say to us?" Lori asked in concern.
"Guys... Our father... doesn't work here anymore," Bobby said in regret.
"What?!" They all replied in shock.
"Yes. He's been gone for the past month," Bobby said in fear.
"One month?!" They all replied in shock.
She nodded her head in agreement. On the outside, Lisa has done some calculations by writing equations on the dirty exterior of the van.
"Based on my calculations, it appears our father's employment was terminated immediately following the most recent Take Your Daughter to Work Day last August," Lisa explained.
"You don't think we had anything to do with it, do you?" Lincoln asked.
It then flashes back to the previous Take Your Kids to Work Day on August 24th, 1986. The siblings are creating complete chaos in the office. Leni and Lola were playing with water gun type toys, Luan and Lucy were tossing water balloons at each other, Luna and Lana were running around with swivel chairs, and Lynn was swinging around with toilet paper. As the flashback ends, all of the sisters become worried and start to chatter nervously.
"Yeah, I think you guys are kinda responsible," Lori explained sternly to her sisters, "It's a good thing Lincoln and I spent our day serving customers and wearing rollerskates during my job, but let's face it. It was worth both of our time."
"Man, we're literally the worst. Now I can't even eat that delicious sandwich our father made. I feel too guilty," Leni said sorrowfully.
Lori is seen eating Leni's remaining breakfast sandwich as she swallows her mouthful, "Yeah, I think so, too," Lori replied.
"Wait, if Daddy hasn't had a job for the past month, where's he even going when he leaves the house every morning?" Lola asked in fear.
"I believe I can locate him," Lisa explained before she pulls out a tracking radar, "Apparently, I have recently implanted a tracking chip in both our parental units."
They suddenly all looked at Lisa rather suspiciously.
"A tracking chip? You didn't put those in us, did you?" Lucy asked angrily.
Unbeknownst to them, there was a little blinking light emitting from them, indicating Lisa did indeed implant tracking devices on them. Lisa then looks at her tracking radar, and sees red dots (which represent her siblings) blinking on screen, prompting her to press a button to make the tracking chips stop beeping. She succeeds, and Lincoln scratches his chin.
"Wow. She put tracking chips in us, didn't she?" Lori said suspiciously.
The radar scan transitions as Lisa is reading her radar while Lori drives.
"Lori, turn due southeast," Lisa commanded and Lori does so as they arrive to the location, which appears to be a Hawaiian stylized building with Russian themed onion domes. Outside of the building are tikis and Hawaiian themed Russian nesting dolls, "We appear to have arrived at Father's location."
The location is question is called...
"The Aloha Comrade Hawaiian/Russian Fusion Restaurant? What's he doing here?" Lynn exclaimed.
"Poor guy must be drowning his sorrows in Humuhumunukunukuapua'a borscht," Luan explained sorrowfully.
"Whaaaaat?" they were all befuddled.
"Have you guys never really heard of borscht?" Luan asked them.
"Luan, I know I say this every day but, even though I am kind of tough and bossy and sometimes, I can get pretty grumpy too, we still love each other just the same," Leni explained softly to Luan.
Inside the kitchen of the restaurant, Lynn Sr. is seen washing the dishes. The siblings peek thought the window, and notice their father inside. When he comes back to the sink to toss in more dishes, they quickly duck they don't get caught. Leni is seen hiding her face with a single leaf.
"Dad's a dishwasher?" Lola asked with worry.
"But he hates doing dishes," Lucy replied, "So Lori does it every night after dinner while we're back home."
"Yeah, and now that's his job... and it's all because of us," Luan finished.
"This is worse than the time we ruined his 40th birthday party in November 1983, and Mom and Dad not only blamed Lincoln for it, but they also beat him up for it and put him in the hospital for three weeks, and they ruined our Thanksgiving that year," Lynn explained, "And as a result, I took a long break from sports after hearing that Lincoln was in the hospital because of it."
"And his college reunion in 1984, and Mom and Dad blamed Lincoln for it again and they beat him up and put him in the hospital for two and a half weeks," Leni added, "And I took a break from workouts because of that so I could help Lori pay for that hospital bill."
"And of course, we cannot forget Dad's roller dance competition. Only that time, Mom and Dad blamed Lincoln for it once more, and they beat him up again and put him in the hospital for two weeks," Luna added, "And I had to take a break from rock music at the time."
"And let's not forget the tragic Thanksgiving from 1984 that we screwed up, and Mom and Dad blamed Lincoln again, and they also beat him up so badly and he ended up in the hospital for two weeks," Lisa added, "And it caused Lori's anger towards her parents to go through the roof, and once Lily was born, caused Bobby to move in with us."
"And when Lincoln was hospitalized on Thanksgiving that year because Mom and Dad believed that he ruined Thanksgiving, we had to take a long break from our hobbies for a while," Luan added.
"You know, you're all actually right. You girls really do have a knack for ruining important events," Lori said in a stern tone to her sisters, "And each time Mom and Dad blamed Lincoln for it and beat him up for it to the point of putting him in the hospital, we all had to do a lot of chores around the house together to help pay for Lincoln's hospital bills."
"We know, Lori," they all replied.
"Guys, Dad does so much for us, and all we do is make his life worse," Leni said sorrowfully.
"Yeah, and every time it happens, he and Mom always blame it on Lincoln for no reason whatsoever! And you all just end up making it even worse and I keep having to take all you girls' stuff away just for doing that. Lincoln's an innocent child just like Lily!" Lori explained angrily to her sisters, "They both need to learn to grow up and be like me! They have to start respecting us more like they used to. We have to do something nice to them for once, make sure they try to get along with us like they used to in the past before Lily came along."
"It's true. We really need to fix this, and the three of us know how. We're gonna get him a new and better job," the sisters unanimously agree with Lincoln's idea.
"Lincoln's right. We all just need to work together to find him a job that will be perfect for him!" Lori agreed but the siblings quickly cover their mouths, and duck out of sight to make sure their father doesn't notice them.
As they sneakily head off, Lana pops out of the restaurant's dumpster.
"Oh, guys, someone threw out a perfectly good pineapple stroganoff," Lana explained as she eats said stroganoff but they were absolutely disgusted.
"Ew! Lana! That's disgusting!" Lori complained in disgust.
"Are you really eating out of a dumpster again?!" Bobby said in anger.
Suddenly, Lana looks at the pineapple stroganoff and when she found out that she was eating out of the dumpster, she then gagged and threw up in the dumpster.
"Euggggghhhhh..." Lincoln said in disgust.
"Aw man! I can't believe I ate out of a dumpster!" Lana complained sorrowfully while Leni came back.
"Lana! Come on out of the dumpster! I'm gonna have to clean you up when we get back!" Leni said angrily to Lana.
"Oh sorry," Lana replied sorrowfully.
With that, Leni and Lana headed off.
"I'm gonna have to get you cleaned up, Lana," Leni said sternly to Lana, "You really smell like a bunch of dog turds, smelly diapers and used bloody tampons mixed all together!"
"Really, Mommy?" Lana asked in fear.
"Yes, Lana. if you're gonna keep doing this dirty stuff, I'm gonna have to start having you keep yourself clean everyday," Lana demanded.
Later, everybody was back at the Loud House as the siblings were all thinking of what job to get for their father while Luna is banging her head against the fireplace.
"I've got the perfect job for Daddy: figure skater!" Lola exclaimed as she then fantasized Lynn Sr. being a figure skater but Lori and Bobby were not impressed.
"No, Lola! That's not going to work!" Lori denied.
"Hey, wait! How about soccer goalie!" Lynn suggested as she fantasized her father blocking Soccer balls every which way is shown, but the two were against that idea.
"No! Nothing related to sports!" Bobby denied, "That would possibly hurt his bones on occasion!"
"How about... beat poet," Lucy suggested.
A fantasy of Lynn Sr. dressed as a beatnik, playing bongos, and reciting poetry is shown, "Darkness, despair, lack of hair."
Back to reality, Lori was also against that idea.
"No! No! NO!" Lori and Bobby both shouted in anger, "This is ridiculous! None of these are going to work on our father!"
Luna is dazed from banging her head too much as Leni was laying her down on the couch.
"Need I remind you, Lori, our father has only one monetizable skill set: information technology, street name: IT," Lisa explained while...
"Oh! What about this? Computer expert needed to start-up a computer," Lincoln looked at the classified section.
"Hmmm... well, computers are currently in their prime days since the Windows Operating Software came out last November," Leni explained.
"Well. This is good," Lori then turned on the computer which appeared to be the original Microsoft Windows Operating Software 1.01, "All right. Let's fill out an application, print it out and send it in," With that, she filled out an application on the computer which took about five minutes, "Okay... and...done!" She then printed out the application and sent it to the office building.
Sometime later, a notification arrives through the front door from the mail. Lori opened it up and suddenly, everyone checks it with good results.
"Yes! They liked Dad's application and want him to come in for an interview," Lana exclaimed.
"Wait. What if he doesn't get the gig? Then we'll have gotten his hopes up for nothing," Luna explained.
"How about we get the job for him, then surprise him with it?" Lincoln suggested.
"So, you're saying we clone Dad while he's asleep and send the clone to the interview?" Lisa pondered, "Great idea! I underestimated you, Lincoln."
"Well, my son Lincoln means that one of us could just put on this wig and pretend to be your father," Lori then holds up the wig.
"Ah. So I overestimated you," Lisa replied.
"Honey, I think we know who should play our father," Lori said happily.
"You really think so, Lori?" Bobby said in surprise.
"Yeah, Leni should do the role," Lori said much to the surprise of Leni.
In the dining room, the kids have set up a practice interview, and Leni then comes in dressed as their father.
"So, Mr. Loud, why should we hire you?" Lucy interviewed.
"Because I've been mastering technology for a long time," Leni replied in a deep tone and all of her siblings were impressed. That was, until her phone rings and she answers and it appears that Leni's boyfriend, Chas, is calling, "Hi, Chas. How's it coming? Yeah, well, I'm doing something very important for my sisters and nephew right now! If you need to speak it out to me, do it immediately! Huh? Dana said what?!" She noticed her siblings, "Can I get some privacy?"
Her siblings then shake their heads no and Lori and Bobby both shrugged.
"NEXT!" Lori said in an annoyed tone.
Now Lincoln was playing as Lynn Sr.
"Let's see what you've got, my boy!" Bobby encouraged Lincoln, "We're counting on you!"
"So, Mr. Loud, why should we hire you?" Lucy interviewed.
"Because I'm responsible and mature," Lincoln explained with a deep voice before suddenly, he strains and takes off the tie and tosses it, "Dear god, this tie is strangling me! Oh, I'm sweating in this suit! These pants are giving me a rash!" he then strips down to his underwear much to the girls disgust, "Ah. Now, where were we?" He rocks back a bit and falls over.
Lori and Bobby both laughed at the sight of it, but some of the sisters were shocked upon the scene.
"Come on, guys. Lincoln was making some real comedy here," Lori said cheerfully as she laughed.
"Yeah! Well, why would he strip down to his underwear in the practice interview?" Leni asked in concern.
"Because he was having some trouble trying to imitate our own father," Lori explained.
"Yeah, and plus, he said that our father's tie was strangling him, and that the clothes were making him sweat and giving him a rash," Bobby added.
"It's because Bobby and I always put our kids first before everything! Don't you remember?!" Lori continued.
"Lori, it's a good thing Mom and Dad aren't here right now, because if they found out about this, they'll have us stay at Aunt Ruth's house unti..." but Lori suddenly covered Leni's mouth just before she could finish.
"Leni! Don't say that! You'll upset the kids!" Lori suggested before she released her hand from Leni's mouth, "NEXT!"
Now, Luan was playing Lynn Sr.
"Lynn Loud Sr., Pleased to meet you," Luan greeted in a very deep tone before she shakes hands with and shocks Lucy, meaning she had a joy buzzer in the palm of her hand, much to Lori and Bobby's anger, "What's the buzz around here?" she laughed but her siblings minus Lucy shake their heads again and Lori ad Bobby both growled in anger.
"Who are we kidding? None of us can pull this off," Lana complained.
"We cannot pull this off of our minds. There must be someone who can make a convincing father of ours," Bobby demanded before suddenly...
"Ooh, look at me! I'm Lynn Loud Sr.! I can leave my trash bins out as long as I want!" Mr. Grouse mocked Lynn Sr.
The kids overhear this, but suddenly, the two got an idea.
"Honey, I think I know who to get," Lori said to Bobby before she and Bobby both rushed outside to Mr. Grouse who is kicking their trash cans, "Hey! Mr. Grouse! Over here, sir!"
Suddenly, Grouse stopped and looked at them.
"What the...? Lori, Bobby, what are you doing?" Mr. Grouse asked in surprise.
"Look, could you do us a small favor?" Lori suggested.
"Dunno. Need to make up my mind right now," Mr. Grouse replied.
"Wait, would a tray of lasagna be enough change your mind?" Lori suggested.
"It could be enough to get you in the mood, sir," Bobby added.
"Oooooohhh... yeah, two of them please," Mr. Grouse replied.
With that, Lori and Bobby both rushed over to the kitchen, and prepared up two lasagna dishes. Sometime later, the two lasagna dishes were ready for Bud Grouse.
"Mmm-mmm!" Mr. Grouse gets ready to dig in, but suddenly, he sees the siblings watching him, "Excuse me. I'd like to be alone with my lasagna."
"Actually, these are for later. First, we need to get you trained so you'll fit into the world of information technology," Lori explained.
"Ah, you kids and your fancy abbreviations. In my day, we just said 'It," Mr. Grouse replied.
"Ah hah. IT as in information technology," Lori corrected.
"Okay, Mr. Grouse, here's a portable computer right here called a "laptop," Bobby explained as Lynn puts the laptop on the table, "Okay, sir. Boot it up."
Suddenly, Mr. Grouse holds up a shoe.
Will you settle for a penny loafer?" Mr. Grouse said as he gets ready to place the shoe right towards the computer screen but Lori stops him as she takes the shoe away.
"Whoa! Whoa! Whoa! Hey, keep your chill man, she means turn on the computer." Lori explained as she turned on the computer with the push of a button. As she turned the computer on, the computer is running the original Microsoft Windows Operating Software "Version 1.01".
"Okay, now open up a task for the computer," Luan explained.
"Eh...alright. How about a window," Mr. Grouse gets up and opens the blinds and opens a window in his house.
"Good one. But wrong," Luan sits him down, "You got to open up a task," and then opens a task on the laptop, "Like this."
"Now you need to empty the trash on your computer," Lisa explained.
"Eh, whatever you say," Mr. Grouse picks up a wastebasket and dumps garbage all over the keyboard, much to the kids' chagrin and Lori and Bobby's disgust.
"Ew! We gotta get that cleaned up!" Lori exclaimed in disgust.
"Yeah, I walked right into that one," Lisa agreed.
A montage begins with the kids showing Mr. Grouse how to use a computer. Lincoln shows him the basic designs. Lana holds up Bitey, a real mouse, and a computer mouse. In response, Mr. Grouse chooses the computer mouse, and Lana nods meaning he's correct. Luna holds up a musical keyboard and a computer keyboard. Mr. Grouse chooses the computer keyboard. Luna nods. Lisa holds up a microchip and a tortilla chip. Mr. Grouse chooses the microchip. Lisa nods and eats the tortilla chip. With that, the montage ends as Luna enters dressed as an IT customer.
"How are you, sir? My computer's totally broken. So, yeah, can you fix it?" Luna suggested.
"Well, let's see," Mr. Grouse checks the computer, "Have you rebooted?" Luna nods, "Have you checked your floppy disk drive?" Luna nods, "Uh...ah, it's clear as daylight. You need to update your drives," and updates the hard drives.
"I think he's ready," Lincoln said to himself.
"Well... Almost ready," Bobby said as he holds up the wig.
Later, the kids are waiting for Mr. Grouse to get back from the interview as Lori was checking the clock on her watch located on her wrist.
"Jesus, it's been three hours. Where the hell is he?" Lori asked nervously.
"Passing the Cluverius residence, about to make a right onto Franklin," Lisa explained as it appears that it is the exact coordinate that he is on.
"Wait, Lisa, how did you know where he was?" Lana asked in surprise.
"Just a wild guess," Lisa replied.
Mr. Grouse parks, gets out of his car, and takes the wig off with a sad look on his face.
"Oh, sorry, kids," Mr. Grouse apologized politely, but they were a little upset looking.
"Well, we tried," Bobby said in regret but...
"Not to worry, everybody! I got the job!" Mr. Grouse announced in happiness, causing them to burst into cheering as they proudly surround him, "Now, if you do not mind at all, I've got myself a date with two hot dishes! Of lasagna!"
They then cheer up, knowing that tomorrow was gonna be a brighter day for them.
Saturday, September 6, 1986
Early that morning, Lynn Sr. was getting up and heading to Vanzilla to go to work, but out of nowhere, the siblings suddenly open the door from the inside, surprising him and making him spill his coffee on his shirt.
"GOOD MORNING, DAD/POPS/BUCKO/SPANKY!" They all shouted in happiness.
"What the...?! What's going on, kids?" Lynn Sr. shouted in surprise.
"Come on, get in! We're driving you to work," Lori suggested.
"Uh...okay," Lynn Sr got in shotgun, "But there's something I have to tell you. I have a new job now."
"Yes, you do," Lenifist bumped the twins at the same time but Lynn Sr. shrugs and Lori puts Vanzilla in gear, making Lynn Sr. spill his coffee again.
"Not my coffee again!" Lynn Sr. replied in fear.
"Come on everyone, time for Papa to get motivated today!" Lori commanded.
With that, they arrive at his new office, which confused him.
"Wait just a minute! This is not the Aloha Comrade!" Lynn Sr. said in confusion.
"We know! Say hello to your new office," Leni explained.
"We felt bad about getting you fired from your old IT job, so we got you a new one," Lucy added.
"Listen, guys. You didn't get me fired from my old job," Lynn Sr. said in concern, "The thing is, guys... I actually quit that job," the kids were suddenly surprised by what he said.
"Why? So you could wash icky dishes?" Lola asked.
"Lola, do not mention that!" Bobby growled at Lola.
"Mmm, not exactly. I'm training to become a chef, my dream job! And washing dishes is how you start," Lynn Sr. explained, "I didn't wanna tell you guys until I passed my training period."
"Oh, jeez," Lisa replied.
"It-it's okay, kids. You meant well. And now that you know, you can just take me back to the restaurant," Lynn Sr. suggested.
"Uh, we kind of already quit for you," Lincoln replied.
"What?!" he suddenly asked in shock.
Flashback back to the previous night, which was Thursday, September 4, 1986. Lola is talking to the restaurant owner over the phone in a rather enraged manner.
"ALL RIGHT! NOW YOU LISTEN TO ME, BUB! NO ONE MAKES MY DADDY WASH DISHES! HE'S DONE WITH YOUR STINKY JOB IN YOUR STINKY RESTAURANT! OH, AND ANOTHER THING..." Lola takes a deep breath, and yells out something so horrific over the phone, that it's obscured by the loud whirring of a hair dryer Leni is using.
End flashback, and Lynn Sr. is horrified at what he has been told.
"Oh, dear. Such a big disaster," Lynn Sr. replied in distraught.
"Don't worry, Pop. We'll talk your boss into rehiring you," Leni got an idea and everyone else agrees in doing so.
"And once you're rehired, you'll do great as a chef," Luna replied.
"Floor it, babe!" Bobby commanded.
"With pleasure, honey!" Lori agreed.
Before Lori can put her foot on the accelerator...
"Wait, Lori!" Lynn Sr. then chugs down his coffee and signals Lori to drive which she does, "Ooh, that was hot!"
With that, Vanzilla arrives at the Aloha Comrade. Inside, the chef is struggling to get an order ready.
"Oh, this is just great! This is my last clean plate!" Sergei said as he puts the order on it. Suddenly, the Louds enter the kitchen as they all spoke out.
"Sir, please give your best chef his job back," Lincoln confessed.
"Yeah, sir! Please give Dad his job back!" Lori agreed.
Yeah, Sergei! Please, this was all a misunderstanding," Bobby agreed.
"What is there to misunderstanding? First, I get the rudest call of my life. Then I have no one to help with the breakfast rush!" Sergei yelled furiously, "So, my answer is nyet!"
"WHAT?! You have absolutely got to be kidding me!" Leni complained angrily towards Sergei.
"Please don't punish our dad. This was our fault," Lynn added.
"Yeah. We're always messing up," Luna added.
"This is not good at all!" Lisa said in fear.
Lori then started speaking with her sisters in a stern voice, "Well girls, you should have known better than to make such a rude call to Chef Sergei and make such a mess in the kitchen and dining areas!"
"What?!" they all said in shock.
"Listen to us, and listen good! I know that you girls sometime make our father's life worse, but it's our mother and father who both make my life and my children's lives worse since they both constantly beat down on me and the kids whenever things go wrong!" Lori continued in a very stern manner towards the girls, "And if they keep this up, I'll have no other option but to call Child Protection Services, and Bobby and I are gonna end up being in charge of the family as your legal guardians. So I'm suggesting that our parents really need to start shaping up and start acting better! Oh, and if Ronnie Anne saw what they were doing to us earlier, like last year, she would immediately side with us siblings and against our parents!"
"Whoa, whoa, kids, what are you talking about?" Lynn Sr. confessed, "You make my life better everyday. This is just a job. Don't worry. I can find another one."
Suddenly, the kids smile and hug their dad, while Lori, Bobby, Lincoln and Lily just hugged each other.
"Not to worry. Lincoln and Lily are part of our special family, Bobby, because they're our son and daughter. And they're just as great as my sisters," Lori added.
Sergei gets tears in his eyes, touched by their love, "I can't say nyet to a man with such a nice family. You got your job back."
"YES! MY DADDY'S GONNA WASH THE DISHES!" Lola exclaimed.
The words "dishes" start echoing in Sergei's mind, for he recognizes that voice. He is terrified at first, but then he gets angry.
"Ah! You!" Sergei yelled as he points at Lola with a now scared look on her face, "SABOTEUR!" he then leaps in anger and suddenly dives onto a dish and catapults onto a pile of dirty ones, "Ooh! Ow, my cooking arm."
"Chef Sergei!" Lynn Sr. called.
"Hmm. Appears to be a hairline fracture," Lisa said as she checked the arm, "You'll need to keep that immobilized for at least three weeks."
With that, the siblings help Sergei up.
"I'm sorry, Lynn. I know I just gave you your job back, but I'm afraid I'm going to have to shut down for a while," Sergei replied in despair.
Lynn Sr. sighs with despair. Suddenly, Lincoln notices the dirty dishes and they suddenly get an idea.
"Maybe not! You thinking what I'm thinking, Mom?" Lincoln asked her.
"Oh yeah," Lori agreed.
Later, Lynn Sr. and the kids are working in the kitchen while Sergei rests his arm as Leni dressed as a waitress came to the dining room along with Lori and Luna.
"Wow. I have to say, this dining room sure is packed with visitors from all over the town," Leni replied happily.
"I gotta say, everybody sure loves our father's Kona caviar breakfast sandwiches," Lori agreed.
"Yeah, they love them so much, they'll definitely want seconds, bro," Luna agreed.
"Mmm. Lynn, you don't need to train to be a chef. You already are one!" Sergei exclaimed.
"What? Really?! I'm a chef already?!" Lynn Sr. exclaimed.
"Yes, yes. Of course, Lynn. Forget about the dishwashing. I'm making you my co-chef," Sergei finished happily and Lynn Sr. smiles with joy and the siblings cheer.
"Ha ha! Way to go, Idaho!" Leni shouted happily.
"Golly Bob Howdy!" Lana cheered.
"Come with me. I want the customers to know who made this delicious meal," Sergei suggested happily.
"Ooh! Sergei didn't finish his breakfast sandwich!" Lola exclaimed, "DIBS!"
With that, they all lunge at the sandwich in a freeze frame.
"Ha ha ha. Such a fun experience. It looks like we finally got our father a real job as a chef," Lori said to herself, "With that said, let's see how Mr. Grouse is doing with his new job at the old smelly IT office building."
At the new office, Mr. Grouse, wearing the Lynn Sr. wig, is helping a customer with his computer.
"There you go. All fixed. It should be ready to go now," Mr. Grouse finished.
"Uh, great. Thanks. Could you log out for me?" a customer asked.
"Sure," Mr. Grouse exited out of the computer by logging out, ready to be used by someone else, "There you go buckaroo. It's all set up for ya."
"Thanks, buddy," a customer replied.
"No problem," Mr. Grouse replied politely.
Back at Aloha Comrade where the real Lynn Sr. was now working, Lori and Bobby were both helping him serve the food there with real perfection and Lincoln was helping out. Suddenly, Ronnie Anne and Maria entered.
"Aloha, my dear fellow comrades," Ronnie Anne greeted.
Suddenly, this attracted Lori, Bobby and Lincoln by the presence of Maria and Ronnie Anne as they both ran up to them in excitement.
"Ronnie Anne! What a surprise!" Lori said happily.
"Grandma, you're here!" Lincoln said happily.
"Oh, fellas. I'm so enlightened to see you!" Bobby said happily as he hugged Maria and Ronnie Anne.
"Wow, guys. You don't have to be all excited right now," Ronnie Anne explained happily.
"Guess what, Ronnie Anne? My own father now works as a chef here at Aloha Comrade!" Lori exclaimed
"Yeah, and the food here is just... mmm... mmm... mmm.. irresistible!" Bobby added in delight.
"Say, we were about to get us some nice fresh dishes of pineapple stroganoff with some cob salads," Ronnie Anne suggested.
"No problem, fellas. We are right at your service!" Lori said happily before she ran to the kitchen to prepare two meals of pineapple stroganoff with some cob salad.
Some time later, the stroganoff dishes were served at Maria and Ronnie Anne's table and they were enjoying the meals.
"Mmmm-mmmm. This is absolutely delicious!" Maria said happily.
"Right! I can't imagine what makes them taste so good!" Ronnie Anne said happily before she takes another bite of the stroganoff and Lori, Bobby, Lincoln and Lily all sat down with them as one whole family.
"Well, fellas. It looks like my father finally has a better job. He's now a chef here at Aloha Comrade, and it looks like things are gonna be back to normal soon now that's he gonna fulfill his dream," Lori said happily as they all started sharing and enjoying the pineapple stroganoff dishes with one another.
