Merry Christmas Everyone. I hope you all have a great and safe Christmas/holiday. Have fun and enjoy yourselves. But take time to think of those who can't be with you by distance, by illness, unable to travel or those that have past on. But also take time to think about the less fortunate.

And on a personal note to my Nan who passed this year. I'll miss you at Christmas the most. I love you and I hope you have quite the celebration in Heaven with the rest of our family and friends that have gone before you. I hope you know we will be thinking about you and everyone else at Christmas.

Chapter .4.
Alexandrina looked at her husband and she was shocked. He looked so hurt and angry and so much more just at once. She was worried about him.
Even as he cuddled their Great Grandchildren close. Their Grandchildren and some of their children watching him. They all knew Tony was very affectionate. But he just seemed…off to them and it hurt to see the man who has always done everything for others like this.
Alexandrina pulls him to the couch and looks in him the eyes.
"What happened love?" Alex asks him softly.
Tony sighs running his hands through his hair. It wouldn't still amaze him after all these decades of marriage that Alex knew him so well. But over 58 years of marriage and through many wars and basically a whole lifetime of knowing each other it should be expected.
"I think this isn't a conversation for little ears", he says looking at the Great Grandchildren who pouted.
"Poppy we are big!" 4-year-old Nina says pouting.
Tony chuckles, "Off to your rooms"
The children pouted but their parents told them to leave and they left relucently.
"So Dad what's going on?" the 56-year-old Adrian asks.
"My fri…the Avengers found out", Tony replies wincing at nearly saying friends.
"They found out?" his daughter the 55-year-old Astoria O'Brian asks.
"They know my age. And I told them I was in the Army", Tony clarifies.
Shouting comes from around the room. And Tony was thankful not ALL his family was here.
"So they didn't accept you", the 26-year-old Jarred says to his Grandfather.
"No. They believe I am so fragile being that needs to be in a retirement home", Tony scowls.
"Did they say that?" Alexandrina asks him.
"It was implied", Tony says heavily.
"So you left", Adrian states.
"Yes", Tony replies, "After jumping off the tower roof giving them a heart attacked"
Some snickers come from around the room and Alexandrina rolls her eyes but smiles at her husband.
"So how did they find out?" his 52-year-old son Joseph asks, he was the Father of Jarrod.
Tony explains his tale and many scowl. Don't they know the meaning of the word privacy?
"They said I'll need a physical and a mental assessment", Tony adds.
"Bastards", many say.
"Bastards don't know privacy", Ellie, Jared's wife growls.
"Language", Tony jokes at her even through it hurts.
"I'm pregnant and allowed to swear", she replies.
Many laugh defusing the tension.
"They don't know you that well do they?" Alex asks him.
"It would seem so. Even when I told the I was a Brigadier General in the Army and that I was a Doctor who had doctorates in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Physics, Physics, Science, Maths, Nuclear Physics, Electrical Engineering and more they didn't believe it. I told them to address me from now on as Doctor Stark or Brigadier General but I don't know if anything like that sunk in", Tony adds staring out the window.
"It hurts", Alex states touching his arm.
"Yes it does. People who can't get the fact me body is physically different from theirs. And Rogers should know since he has serum in his veins too", Tony confirms.
"You would think that he would know", Adrian's wife Rosemarie states.
"He never grow up. He was frozen before he could", Adrian points out to his wife.
"Then HE should have been asked for a mental assessment and been made to catch up on the times", Rosemarie retorts.
"My husband would agree and so do I", Astoria confirms, her husband not being with her at the moment.
Astoria and her husband were therapists. And were quite good at their jobs.
"Romanoff needs one for being the Black Widow, Barton too for being controlled by Loki, Bruce to get him to accept who he is, Thor needs to learn about our culture and Rhodes and properly Potts need to see one to accept that you are you and can't be changed"
Tony snorts in amusement, "They would NEVER do that. They believe they are right and always will be"
"That's what they need to work on. To learn they are not always right and to not control others", Astoria replies, "If they were my patients, I would have them in multiple sessions a week"
Tony laughs, "I would pay to see that"
Many smile see their Father/Grandfather cheer up.
"So what happens now?" Alex asks him.
He takes her hand, "How would you like me home FULL time? Besides when people need saving"
Alex's face lights up, "I would love that love. I have missed you"
"What about the Tower and the Avengers?" Adrian asks.
"Richard will be serving them with papers for the Tower and NDA's and whatever else he thinks is appropriate and Miss Potts is going to not be CEO anymore", Tony tells them.
"Who is?" Adrian asks.
Tony smirks, "A person who is just as stubborn as me"
"And which one?" Alex asks.
"I am giving this job to…"
The Avengers were trying not to panic. Well trying wasn't the word many would use if they saw them. They were searching for Tony. Tony was not at an age he could just jump off the tower and fly off without any words to them or telling them where he was going.
And it had been 2 days!
No matter who and where they looked he wasn't to be found and JARVIS was no longer answering in the Tower and a new AI named JACOSTA was talking to them and won't disclose Tony's location to them even when they told him it was important to his health and that his life would be in danger if he did.
But no. JACOSTA said they didn't have a valid reason to do so.
But they had told Nick who was shocked that Stark was older then him and had lived through WWII and that he was an army man. That's if he was too believed but they still couldn't find records of it.
Nick told them to keep this discreet. As if anyone found out Ironman was a 76-year-old man then there would be unrest and calling for someone to do something about Stark having the Ironman armour.
They were talking about their next more and Pepper had turned up saying how she rang Tony and he basically told her she was fired.
Fury and Maria Hill were at this meeting and their seemed to be no sittings of Ironman either. When JACOSTA talks to them.
"You have visitors/owners" she says coolly.
"Who?" Steve asks.
"Tony's back?" Rhodey asks hearing the word owner.
The elevators open to see two people a man and a woman. The woman had brown hair with a few highlights with dark eyes and she had a proud air about her. The man had black hair and blue eyes. They didn't know them. But they looked familiar.
"Who are you to burst in here?" Fury asks them.
"We are here for business. Director Fury. I am a Lawyer in the employment of Tony Stark. I am hear on his business", the man states.
"And so am I and you have no authority over where we go and as I see it this building is our property", the woman states her eyes hard.
"Who are you?" Steve asks.
"Who are you to threaten us?" Fury asks his eyes narrowing.
"I am Destiny McCloud the new CEO of Stark Industries", Destiny smirks as the shouts of denial started to happen.
"I am CEO!" Pepper shouts.
"Not according to the Owner of Stark Industries or the written clauses hidden in the bylaws of the company", the man states.
"Hidden clauses?" many asks confused.
The man smirks, "Yes. The company was made by Howard Stark and he put into the hidden clauses that only a Stark can run the company. And if someone isn't a Stark then he or she must be overseen by a Stark or be replaced by the correct Stark Owner"
Jaws drop and silence reins.
"Do you have proof?" Maria Hill asks.
The man smirks and pulls out a heavy document and puts it in front of them and points at one of the bylaws clauses of the company. And it was exactly as the man said. Only a Stark could be CEO or overseen by a Stark or to be replaced by the current Stark Owner to only a Stark of blood.
"But Obadiah?" Pepper stutters.
"Never officially", Destiny tells them.
"Then who are you? You can't be CEO either", Natasha points out, "As your not a Stark"
Destiny smirks at their triumph expressions. She was about to ruin their days.
"But I am", Destiny confirms.
"No you said your last name is McCloud", Clint points out.
"My married name", Destiny states.
Their eyes widen at what that means.
"I was born Destiny Faith Stark. I am the third youngest child of Brigadier General Doctor Anthony Edward Stark and Alexandrina Mary Stark nee Kingston!" Destiny announces.
Silence met her. Now they know why she looked familiar she had Tony's features. But if her features were familiar then that meant the man was…
The man smirks, "I am Richard Philip Stark the fifth child of Anthony and Alexandrina Stark"
"I am here to take over from Miss Potts by the bylaws of Stark Industries", Destiny tells them.
"And I am here as you have clearly been telling my Father/Clients secrets", Richard states looking at Fury and Hill, "So by orders of my client I have papers for you to sign"
He puts out NDA's in front of them and also to the Avengers a notice that they would have to start paying board in the Tower. Also to Miss Potts her notice of termination.
"What is this?" they ask outraged.
"What does it look like? Please tell me you are ALL not illiterate and so full of yourselves that you really think your entitled to divulge Doctor Stark's secrets, like in his Tower with no contribution to the household, use Doctor Stark's money and have him fix and make ALL your weapons without compensation. As well as believe that he won't follow the bylaws of his family. Really are you all that dense and I have to explain every little think to you?"
"Paying?" they splutter.
"But…"
"He can't do this!"
"He has the right. Or your going to be thrown out", Richard tells them.
"WHAT?"
"Do I really have to explain the meaning of paying board and actually NOT sponging of my Father?"
The splutter and look horrified, confused and indignant.
But the looks he was going to have too.
He sighs but also took pleasure out of their shocked and horror at what he was implying.
Maybe explaining what was going to happen for no one would be enjoyable for him and when he played JACOSTA's recording of this for his Father and the rest of his family too…
A phone call later that day…
"Father you wouldn't believe how well this went down and how they took it. I believe I can still hear the indignation, horror and cries of outrage from outside the Tower…"
