Every Night That's Where I Go

A/N: College is killing me.

Sandy stepped further away from Holly, feeling flames lick at her skin as the image of Nightwell in ruins appeared in her vision. Sandy shuddered, thankful the veil was covering her face.

"Yes," she eventually answered, running a shaky hand against Rune's chin. She saw so much bloodshed. The royal guard decimated by the Elden sentry and the king and queen's heads posted in front of the walkway to the castle.

Sandy had to get them out of here. "I," she looked at Holly, really looked into the woman's too blue eyes, and saw nothing but a fire brimming underneath. "You. . .your future will be very prosperous," Sandy said after a moment.

"And what of my marriage?" Holly asked, intertwining her arms with SpongeBob's. He surprisingly looked ill.

Sandy was quiet for a moment, trying to come up with something so Princess Holly wouldn't suspect her of lying or anything like that. "If you'll excuse me," Sandy said, "it's too near in the future to make out. I have to speak with the King and Queen."

She left the ballroom, feeling as if a weight was lifted off her shoulders as she headed to the throne room and bowed before King Harold and Queen Margaret.

"Your Majesties," Sandy breathed, lifting her veil so they could see her face. "the Prince is in danger."
