Brooke (answering the door): Hello, Peyton. I have been expecting your arrival.
Peyton (entering the house with her suitcases): Lucas dropped me off here at your house. Lucas and I have been estranged. Our unborn baby's down syndrome hasn't sit well with him. He is keeping Sawyer in the meantime. I thank you for allowing me to stay with you.
Brooke (choked up): You are welcome. I will do anything for you and Lucky.
Peyton (touching Brooke's cheek): Why are you so emotional?
