Chapter 1

The day was nice and sunny. Yumi was walking to school with Ulrich. They had been going out for almost a month. Sissy was furious. ( of course ) They turned the corner to the school and were pleased to see Odd, Jeremy, and Aelita waiting for them at the bench. When they reached the bench Odd was writing a song for his band, Jeremy was working on his laptop, ( again, of course ) and Aelita was sitting next to him reading over his shoulder. They had been going out for about a week now.

" So, Jeremy. What are you working on?" asked Yumi.

" Oh, I'm designing my on petrographic Polorizing Microscope." he said.

Odd, Ulrich, and Yumi stared at him.

"And that is?" said Ulrich, raising an eyebrow.

He's so cute when he does that. Thought Yumi.

"We speak english Jeremy." said Odd.

" I'm designing a microscope that can figure out the diferent kinds of metals in a rock." he responed.

"Oh, that's cool." said Yumi.

"C'mon Yumi, lets go eat." said Ulrich pulling her along.

On their way to the cafeteria they passed Sissy. Sissy glared daggers at Yumi. Ulrich glarre daggers at Sissy. Yumi was just gazing a Ulrich at this time.
