Attacked-Ch 36
After breakfast Penelope and the others decided to enjoy some time out on the patio and of course Clooney and Mudgie were right on Penelope's heels as they all headed outside. They had only been out there a few minutes when their conversations stopped when they all heard somebody ringing the doorbell, Desi said, "I'll get it" and got up and headed inside.
It was only a matter of a few minutes before Desiree came back with Hotch and Emily behind her, they smiled and said good morning to everybody as they sat down across from Penelope and Derek. Emily said, "how are you doing today PG"?, Penelope smiled and said, "better Em, better" and Emily smiled and said, "that's great to hear, I'm so glad that you are doing better today, I have to admit that I was a little worried that you would take a backset after what happened yesterday".
Penelope said, "I can't let what happened yesterday keep me from moving on with my life, he's in jail where he belongs, he can't hurt me or any of the other women ever again and that is cause to celebrate" and everybody nodded their heads yes in agreement. Dave looked at Hotch and said, "so what's happening this morning"?, Hotch said, "well, something has happened, that's the reason that Em and I are here so early".
Derek said, "what happened, Bryan didn't escape or get out on bail did he"?, Hotch said, "oh no, nothing like that, nothing like that", Penelope said, "well then what happened"?, Hotch said, "he's adamant about seeing you Garcia". Derek intertwined fingers with her and said, "absolutely not, I don't want him even breathing the same air as her much less getting to see her, no way" and Penelope gently squeezed his hand and sighed.
He looked at her and said, "sweetness, are you okay, what do you want to do"?, she said, "well I don't want to see him but I need to, I need to confront him Derek, I need to let him see that he didn't break me, that I am a survivor". He smiled at her and said, "are you sure"?, she kissed his cheek and said, "I'm positive and I'll do it on one condition" and he said, "what's the one condition"?, she said, "I'll do it as long as you are by my side the entire time hotstuff".
Derek said, "of course I'll be there by your side beautiful", Penelope looked at Hotch and said, "I'll do it Hotch, set it up for us", Hotch nodded his head and said, "alright I'll call and make the arrangements right now" and he stood up and walked into the room with Derek and Dave right behind him.
Once it was just the girls outside Emily leaned in and said, "sooooooo why are you glowing this morning PG, is there anything you want to share with the class"?, she blushed and said, "wemadelovelastnight" really fast and everybody looked at each other and said, "huh, what did you say"?, she looked up at her family and said, "we made love last night".
Emily put her hand on Penelope's and said, "how do you feel about it"?, Penelope said, "it was amazing, he was so loving, kind and gentle with me, it was totally amazeballs Em, it's better than I ever could have dreamed of". The women sat there listening as she continued by saying, "last night Derek took away all of the bad memories of Bryan and left only good memories of him and it feels sooooooo good to be able to feel this good again".
Fran smiled at her and said, "that's great honey, I'm so glad that you are doing so much better and might I say that it's about time that you and my son pull your heads out of your butts and get together" and the women were all laughing as the men came back outside to rejoin them on the patio.
Derek said, "what's so funny out here ladies"?, Emily looked up at her friend and said, "ohhhhh nothing, just talking about girl stuff" and Derek said, "girl stuff huh" and looked down at a now blushing Penelope. Penelope grinned at Derek and then looked at Hotch and said, "were you able to set it up for us"?, Hotch nodded his head and said, "I was, you can go anytime that you want this morning".
She blew out a deep breath and said, "well on that note I think I'll go take a quick shower and get changed before we go, is that okay with you handsome"?, she said, "sure, sure sweetness, sounds good, sounds good" as he watched her walk back into the house, he waited about a minute before he soon followed.
Penelope was all smiles as Derek walked into her room, she said, "what took you so long"? he walked over to her and kissed her passionately and said, "I didn't know if you wanted to" and she kissed him passionately and said, "come on handsome, let's get a little dirty before we get clean" and he laughed and said, "I think I've created a monster", she giggled as she pulled him toward her in room bathroom.
As the door closed you could still hear her laughing and giggling and that was something that Derek was more than happy to hear after everything she had been through. They made love in the shower twice before cleaning each other up and getting dressed so they could head to the jail to confront Bryan and finally put an end to any hold he thought he had on Penelope.
