Chapter 27: Preparations And Try And Trusts II
"And to quote Daniel now, 'look, nobody has the power of life over death, unless they're the ones causing it, now, can you promise me, no one else is going to die?'." Sarah asked and I crossed my arms. "Me that's a guaranteed yes, but the headmaster and these two thickheads, don't count on it." I said and Ron swallowed hard. "I'll handle this, but after Myrtle, nobody else is going to die this time, I promise you that, Minister." I said and he nodded sternly to me then.
"Well petrification is bad enough already now, but since nobody is dead, we're okay, but just kill the bloody snake. And get it over with, as our version of the mental stalker is Riddle himself and said so called conduit is a just turned 11 year old girl. But is this Daniel someone else rather then Colonel Jackson?" he said and I nodded. "Daniel is Daniel Roebuck, he plays an agent dealing in teenage felonies, and was investigating a plane crash." Billy said and they nodded.
"His other well known character is a federal cop called Bobby Biggs, Tommy's other more well known persona, the spin off series, that Tommy, that's Tommy Lee Jones, But he and his team got their own movie in a follow up, 5 years later, only this has a real leak. They just arrested a drug dealer and now their quarry is an M16 agent, and said is rumored to be the leak." Patrick said and the faculty and pureblood side of the ministry nodded in understanding to him then.
"Whoa, this is close to the Moors, we're right above it?" Frakes asked and I nodded. "You see the rocks up the hill from Hagrid's hut?" I asked and he nodded. "That's part of the Moors, we're like North York Shire, we shared the same thought, stick to the roads, beware the moon. So while we heard whoever in wolves running loose out there, we were in here safely watching now. So knowing the boys bent the rules, I'm letting it go, as Jamie and Sirius registered themselves."
"But the add on reason, for why Hagrid was trying to get the trio back indoors, was because his cycle was that night." she said and the duo went white, not realizing that news, they nearly committed suicide. "You…, you knew it was the night of his cycle?" she said, shaking and I nodded sternly. "Yes and I grew used to hearing his growls when himself, rather then being like Naughton, I heard, through those growls, 'go get out of here, cub run, run, get inside now'."
"With him going wolf and safely on his medicine every month now, we're okay, but being out there when he's not taking his medicine, it's reckless." I said and she swallowed hard at that. "You trying to kill us, but the car, the potion, and now this?" I asked and she started shaking in fear at that. "It's not his fault he'd gotten fired, or resigned, it's your's Hermione, you put us out there on a full moon, and he never had his potion." I said and Minerva nodded sternly at that.
"So that's what that chapter shows, the Dementor's kiss, she recklessly put you out there on the night of a full moon, was this to further keep his grip on you?" Whoopi said and Dumbledore went white then. "But because of this, we made strict rules here, after Remus started school, no one is going out of the castle at night during a full moon. If they're human, but because the boys and I are animagi, we can get away with it-it's safe, we have no chance of getting hurt."
"But when they never take that potion, they have a total black out, and could kill a student or a friend, so for us animagi, we go animal if they have forgotten the wolfbane potion." Minerva said and the cast nodded. "That's the problem, I never checked the date to realize it was a full moon, if this went that far, before realizing it, we're 13, and everyone right now here. And from school to the village thought this, stick to the roads and beware the moon, same thing here now."
"Only she never considered this, in getting his attention right now, we're human, that this is more then reckless, it's downright suicidal, we're not animagi." I said and they nodded sternly then. "I see, and you are so lucky Buckbeak stepped in that night, me with him, or you could have been killed, where is your common sense young lady, hmm, where?" Sirius said sternly and she started shaking in fear at that, realizing expulsion was the least of her problems at that
"The version you would create looks like a wild dingo hybrid, but our version of said matches the one that Naughton turned into, that's what they look like." I said and they nodded and the muggleborns shuddered at the imagery at that remark. "Then I see why no one left the house or the castle with him phased, during his phasing days, just animals. As animagi are not endanger to werewolves, but full human are." Patrick said sternly and I nodded as they nodded sternly.
"David's actually the husband of a friend of mine." Petunia said and they nodded in shock. "How long has it been, since you seen each other?" Minerva said in shock. "That's 2 months ago, next visit is supposed to be today, but then, Toppy can pick them up and bring them here." I said and she smiled and nodded gently as Petunia explained things to her then. "Lilly gave me some tips in her dealing with his condition I passed it to Alex and Hirsch at the time here now in truth."
"But as you know London is 90 minutes away from Little Whinging, so Harry met and grew attached to the Kesslers, their doctor and Jack himself." she said and I smiled sternly. "That's how I knew, I knew that for years." I said and Hermione swallowed hard at that shaking. "If you never been the relative, or in this case adoptive to a werewolf you never learn to live with this, which I did, and I honestly don't care, like I don't Remus." I said and the pro him all paled then.
As I wrapped my arms around her neck and she smiled as Minerva smiled at that response. "Never see this coming right now right now, mum knew this old fool is a fake and deluded man only loving his own popularity. But now that everyone is against him, he's one wondering why no one is showing him the respect he deserves. But why did they decided to get involved here now, well we had a visit by the Kesslers and Goodman." I said and the pro him went white at that.
"The wolves gave her-her way in and David's the key, by mum giving her tips to pass to the Kesslers, Goodman and their doctor. But said tutorials gave them enough to understand why this world is so dangerous, when having a wolf for an uncle. And in this case adoptive brother in law, Uncle Vernon didn't care David's a werewolf." I said and Ron paled at that. "When careful restrictions are set, to me this is in fine, isn't dangerous." I said and Dumbledore paled at that.
"I knew for 10 years so this is why it's so easy for me to manage with Remus, and again thanks guys, I needed that map back right now. But really if you guys hate werewolves, so why bother mix with the likes of you?" I asked and he went white, realizing his idea backfired in the worst way possible for him. "When I can be raised to be a wolf cub, free myself of this curse, this prophecy, one bite and I'm free." I said and they paled at that, realizing I did, they were done.
"No you're not serious, to be free of this, you're wanting to be like Remus?!" Ron said shaking and I nodded. "I grew up to hate wizards like yourself, so one bite and like Fenrir said, raise them away from the world they were meant to be in. I can stay muggle and be a werewolf, but Remus is me at 31, happy, healthy, and I got David and Remus, my papa wolves. So why, how can you trust me, I'm a wolf cub, and I can speak Parseltongue." I said and he swallowed then.
"You want a werewolf being your sister's husband?" I asked and he went white at that remark. "I'm a loner, but I should have let him scratch me, if this was how it's going to be, I can be free of the bloody prophecy, being a cub no bigger then a full size wolf." I said and Dumbledore started shaking, realizing I meant every word, if he kept this up. "And just so you know, they hate wizards like you, because of my mother." I said and he went white in fear at that remark.
"He, he considers us freaks, why!" Patterson asked and I nodded pointedly at Dumbledore and he went white at that reveal. "You cost my sister her life, and left us to raise her baby, without asking what we think of this. Well Harry was predispositioned to see Wizards like yourself as freaks, but the government as fine, simply because we know your beloved Dumbledore. He's a deluded old man, but werewolves are fine and he gets Ooney back." she said and Ron paled.
"Hedwig, send a message to the quartet, Alex's is at the hospital with Hirsch and the duo are working, be ready to have Toppy drop in to get them, they're meeting my parental friends and my boss at the ministry." I said and she gave a hoot and took off and I looked at them and Hermione paled, realizing I had it. "Some side effect hmm, you been following him ever since we met, but I hate wizards like yourself, because of my parents." I said and they went white then.
"Just like she did, and Uncle Vernon made that clear." I said and Vernon nodded sternly. "To repeat that after 9 years after spending 9 years raising Harry, I will not have this man. This crackpot old fool, teach him magic tricks, or take away the last piece to the rest of my family. So to me wolves are fine, but wizards pro this old fool are forbidden in my house, stay away from us." he said and Ron started shaking in fear, now realizing now that I knew, he was banished.
"That's not fair, he sees having a werewolf for a brother in law as fine, but he's seeing us as abnormal." he said shaking and I crossed my arms. "Well the wolves never cost my parents their lives, leaving her only relatives to raise me and I'm being raised with said's daughter." I said and he jerked and she winced and Petunia nodded sternly. "Thank you, that's it exactly, Dave's kind never cost my sister her life, but your's did young man, so back off." Vernon said sternly to him.
And he looked down sadly. "I never cared what Dave or Remus was, because I knew all my life, but then why not, I'm not prejudiced against my own uncles." I said and he flinched and Molly nodded sternly then as Vernon ran his hand through my hair then. "Remus call me by said nickname." I said and he nodded. "Cub." Minerva said and they got a purring growl. "So cub for real, your inner wolf cub responds to the nickname." Sirius said with a chuckle and she nodded.
"Blood to blood, my papa." I said and Remus smiled. "Like Griffin said, the werewolf's blood-line must be severed, so Remus cuts his hand, I cut mine, and we mix our blood. I become a cub wolf wizard, just Remus, like David, they're my papa wolves." I said and Remus looked down smiling. "Yeah my baby wolf, I could never let you go, you're my baby, and thanks David, I owe you big right now." he said and Petunia smiled, knowing a young werewolf was fine here then.
"With you this age, you're the size of a Saint Bernard if you do that that now." Vernon said and I nodded. "Yeah potion and I'm a docile wolf cub, but me this age, I'm a great dane in size, but high school, I'm a horse sized wolf, but hate, if they're prejudiced, who's fault is that. As you said, on Roga." I said and Patrick nodded. "They're brothers, your sons, and you turned your backs on them." he said sternly and the pro him flinched, realizing that was meant to sting.
"Indeed, you knew the truth here already by our nicknames, your baby version of our names and your calling Severus, Sev'." Remus said and I nodded in agreement. "Watch it with the nicknames or someone is going to wonder in why the hades Harry knows us that way. Or why he starts calling Minerva grandma." Severus said and Andy started laughing and nodded. "As for his remark on exposing Remus's secret, it's a wonder an altercation never broke out right now."
"Are you out of your mind or just plain stupid right now, you check the phase of the moon that week blast it, after Harry saw Severus pass him that potion?!" Sirius said sternly and she swallowed hard at that. "I knew about said potion, that's my first question after you alert us, he started phasing, before Severus gets out of the bloody tree here, to protect you!" he said and she started shaking and Remus crossed his arms then as he exchanged looks with Severus.
"And there's another reckless decision being put under the spotlight, you think Sirius, Severus and I would never rat you out for exposing my secret. When we catch you out of bounds young lady, hmm, you could have been killed, I forgot my potion that night." Remus said sternly and she started shaking even more in fear. "Harry stay in the castle, my 'ase is over with and you won the game, so all that's left is end of terms, it's 'ine." Hagrid said and I nodded to the orders.
"Thank gods I suggested we had Kingsley and Dora at the first class, before I leave, as this happens all the time." Kettleburn said and I nodded and Severus started laughing. "You thickheads, when are you going to learn, insult them, it's an injury waiting to happen." Kristine said bemused and I nodded. "But 52 citations, that's a record, Professor." I said and he chuckled and nodded. "I'll go first, but he's my mount, Hagrid." I said and he nodded smiling gently then.
"That's 'ine Harry, but remember after 'lass, unless for quidditch, no leaving the 'astle." he said and I nodded to the orders then "Yeah that right now and the fact we all know this, insult him and you're asking for an injury here, hey mate no worries, I'm having the fighter herd at the stables. You go free as they saw the whole thing." I said and he gave a happy squawk then as I stroked his feathers and he pressed his forehead to mine in response with a happy coo.
"But these new ones are made for your security, not so you can scare us to death." Severus said and I nodded. "We can go over that later, but the trio mentioned are the only ones known by the duo, the others are our's and our's alone." I said and he and Minerva nodded and Dumbledore paled, realizing I was making sure he can't find me whatsoever now. "Ladies, Percy, twins, Neville, Cedric, Lee." I said and they all nodded. "Got it." they all said together then sternly.
As I left my hand on the table, and Crookshanks put his paw on my hand, and I looked at him, and covered his paw with my finger and he looked at me with a smile in his eyes. As I stroked his head fur gently and he started purring. " Look, the way this looks to everyone is coercion, attempted cunning and instead of Gryffindor the man you're all listening to. In truth, could be a Slytherin, he's evil, as you said there is not a witch or wizard…." I said and Ron paled at that.
"Not true, you're lying!" He shouted and I shook my head. "Would a decent wizard leave baby on a doorstep on the coldest night of the year. After they been orphaned, would a decent wizard here in truth, try to kill a child, would he allow the abuse to last for 10 years without checking?" I asked, holding up the books and they went white at that remark. "You're blinded by hero worship, to his evil tendencies, but I'm not, you're with him, I'm ministry, we're enemies now."
"Grandma, year 3, separation if this means locking up the doors from the inside, then so be it, if I work myself, physically, into a stay in the infirmary." I said and she nodded. "Toppy, the girl playing Martha, her name is Laura Crossley, she is playing Master Jeffrey's girlfriend, Kristine. But tell her Mistress Maggie and Masters Peter and Arthur recalled her for the last piece, to their side of the cast okay, another book series turned movie, she's playing Mistress Kristine now."
"Permanent acting role starting next term now, it's the same for the trio, Mistress Kristine's entire name is Kristine Hutchinson. She's playing Master Jeffrey's fiancee, they get married next term, before the Chamber Of Secrets begins now. Name names, but Mistress Maggie Smith, Master Peter Moreton and Master Arthur Spreckley, she'll understand and come." I said and he popped out at that gently as Peter shook his head as he had a smile on his face at that news.
"Well there it is, me as head of one of the houses in the school, and not just any house, but the house he belongs to now. And the Deputy headmistress, and the boys as the medical staff, along with her now, she hears this, she'll understand immediately now." Maggie said smiling and they nodded with a chuckle. "Yeah and don't worry about it, but she's a year younger then me, but we both chose being medical assistants in the magical healing, we're nurses and medical aides."
"But we do children, pediatrics to 18 years old, we're a couple years younger then the trio, the Grangers and the Potters, and a year younger then Crouch Junior." Jeff said and Peter nodded gently. "So 'we' help Ben, Arthur, and she's helping Gemma, Poppy, with looking after our students here, only Daniel finally reached his limit. After over exercising till it finally, puts him in the need for said scene described here?" he asked and they both nodded as he came back then.
"Cast reunion here in the housing staff, regarding Heydon's character guys, Maggie?" she asked and Maggie nodded. "Hey honey." Peter said and she smiled as she hugged him then. "Eleven year age difference if our doubles are dating or better married, so chemical plastic surgery here?" she asked and he nodded. "It's the second Laura, we're engaged." Jeff said and she nodded. "I even want to know which class we are?" she asked and he smiled gently at that.
"That's 1987, in my case, 1988 in your's as you're playing us, but we're a couple years after the trio and the Potters." he said and she nodded. "We work as the younger assistants to Poppy and Ben here, but we do pediatrics from 10 to 19 years old. Unfortunately, Mr. Weasley and Ms. Grangers have finally pushed Master Potter into needing a serious break of separation. And from them, but that's what this is really about, your movie in reverse." Jeff said and she nodded then.
As she crossed her arms. "What happened exactly to make me beyond overly protective if we're taking on our personas in The Secret Garden. After Maggie saw his legs and they went to enforced separation, baby?" she asked me and I explained that. "What's your biggest concern when your patient is working so hard that you notice he's so exhausted. That he can't get himself off the floor?" I asked and her eyes narrowed in fury and the Ron backed away from her.
"Weight loss from over exercise." she said and I nodded. "I finally crossed the line between frustration to acting like Jason, before he was captured in the season's rewrite. Only instead of them badmouthing Amy, they're hounding him so much he's taking that anger. Now out on the punching bag and running 3 to 6 miles everyday on the track." I said and she nodded. "You lost sum number in pounds and frankly I'm scared out of mind, you're going to end up here, now."
"In the hospital, if separating you from them means my getting the weight you lost back on you, well then so be it, we're sending them home a week early here." she said and looked at Daniel as she ran her hand through his hair gently then and he smiled at her. "Maggie is taking on her persona as Sarah Medlock, you, Martha, while the duo John and Will. But I finally reached the limit where just to recover, Arthur, as his character of Dr. Benjamin Healey, reached Hirsch."
"Himself now as I admitted the real reason I finally crossed the limit of over exercising here now, said was burying the pain of loss, it's been 7 weeks. And since the anniversary of my family's murder, burying the pain, by doing this and with it now. I just barely lost my wife in the fight in the chamber, and then to top it off I had to kill in self defense. An animal that didn't know any better, but Ben said, repeatedly to leave me be on that, I also destroyed six now."
"Of the anchors one of them was Quirinis Quirrell, I destroyed 6, I want a peaceful year, no adventures, no excitement, just training, quidditch and the like. But it's like they're determined to keep this up, the faculty wanted a quiet year for once. Can I not be allowed to take a break from the dangers of my title, without being hounded by this old fool or them. But no, he's through the duo, trying to revoke my status, but no, not budging." I said and she nodded then.
"There are two Benjamins working this school, I'm a doctor, my counterpart works as the private tutor, for students, remember the man that was talking to Hermione in the court yard." he said and the cast nodded. "That's Benjamin Bentley, my name is Dr. Benjamin Healey, I'm a pediatrician, working the school, and Poppy is my head nurse. While Kristine and Jeff are my staff, this situation is a result of said trauma 6 months prior." he said and she nodded gently.
"Issues in the attachment and even your youngest grow so attached to you, that they never want to let go." I said and he chuckled and nodded. "Especially when said Doctor was the one that delivered you, it was me, son." he said and I smiled. "So I found my way back to you finally, grandpa." I said and he smiled at the title. "Just getting them in the locker room, Percy, along with the team, had me surrounded as I laid everything on the table they decided on this."
"Till I, just to be left alone here, decided to take up residence in your domain, if this scenario goes from theoretical to practical, blood circulation. Now, is causing charlie horse spasmings in both legs, and you decided, to separate us, 5 days bedrest, and heat/ice therapy. As you get the weight back on me, relief the muscle pains, to further then, I'm barricading myself. And in your domain, non violent protest, I'm boycotting adventures here." I said and she nodded sternly.
"And of all the rooms on campus it had to be, it had to be us, that you choose to boycott in." she said and Ben nodded gently with a paternal smile. "Adventures and friendship here, till they get the point, until they leave the subject alone. He doesn't want anything to do with them, but I said, I don't know how many times and since he destroyed the one in him. To but out of his relationship with Ginny, but he's not taking the hint, so estrangement." he said and she nodded.
"Now that I blame him or Minerva, Maggie, because though been 7 months, since this came to an end, you're still coming to terms with it right now. Does he, do they, expect you to just get over it just like that, no you need time, and don't ever. Ever, bring it up, you'll get over this if we give you time." she said and the quintet, my version, nodded in agreement to that. "That's our opinion as well, and Minerva finally crossed the line between a simple head of house here now."
"Physically you're our character's current ages here, but really, magically we live to be twice that age, Minerva physically, looks 60 years, Poppy with her, but reality she's 75." Ben said and Maggie nodded in shock. "So I'm magically 75, but I look 15 years younger then that, but year 3, I'm really going Sarah Medlock on these children now and Michael later. Because I know what this has done to you emotionally, baby." she said firmly and I nodded smiling gently then to her.
"But as I said, I had enough, but between that wretched girl and the dangers of those things on campus, heaven knows what's going to happen to you. She probably jinxed your broom, I won't stand for it, not anymore, I won't stand for any of it, come on Severus. Enforced separation between them, he's too exhausted to get out of bed, we're keeping them separated." she said and Alan nodded. "Point made Maggie, you made your point." Laura said to her gently to that.
"Like I said here right now, but year 3, we have him over do it, and the punchline just hit the table, of all of you taking on your personas of your characters in the movie. But Harry is our most frequent patient, with the dangers of his title, this had the tendency. And to start scaring us out of our wits, but the collapse off the broom scared us so badly. We decided bed rest in the infirmary till a month later this hit, after telling us what they were hounding him about did it."
"And to have her acting like Maggie in her portrayal of Sarah Medlock right now." Jeff told her and she nodded sternly. "I don't blame you at all Professor, Doctor, I really don't right now, so keep going, if it's chapter two, then we're…." she started to say and he nodded. "Harry's decided to go with the said option we did on the movie, her forcefully keeping them apart. He agrees with us, and only the team, this kid's oldest brother and Harry's girlfriend are allowed in here."
"But no one else right now." Peter said and she nodded sternly. "Currently oldest brother, actually, Ron is the youngest of the boys, but the quintet and his parents. They don't mind, Molly wanted only the best for Ginny, I am that in truth, but the lyrics to the Adams song. Is me in my entirety, falling in love with her had changed me forever, 2 years together. And I know the next attempt to break me is said false break up letter." I said and Dumbledore paled at that.
"But nice try, not falling for it here, but the truth here is, if it was Hermione instead, same thing, my falling in love is a big crimp in his plans." I said and she nodded. "Why?" She asked and I nodded. "The old fool doesn't want me to think for myself, that I should be protected even from myself here, that stupid prophecy is the core of this. He's convinced I have to die to destroy him completely, even if I get the one in me out of me, he's convinced himself I have to die here."
"So I'm doing a Jackson, switching schools, or departments." I said and she nodded. "Well that sounds eerily familiar, he's Mckenzie, he was convinced his side are sane and Jackson is mad. When it's the reverse, Jackson is sane and these men in NID are mad, but to repeat the agent that came to arrest Bond, sorry headmaster, you are a loose cannon on deck. I'm shipping you straight back to Scotland, so the academy's hailing from London." She said and we nodded.
As Dumbledore paled, realizing it was once again with the media. "Yeah that's right you old fool, it's once again with the media." I said in response to that look on his face. "Yeah I agree with that right now, so he agrees this is the only option, a non violent protest. He's emotionally very fragile, physically, he's so exhausted he need to be in bed and he possibly just got over a cold. The little boy in him needs big brother and sister, let alone grandma and grandpa, fair enough."
"We understand right now, but real life we're our current ages, for the media we're said ages, because this is wearing off the weight pretty fast, and if you don't know what I mean. Let me explain this, but directly after the trial his being in mourning resulted here. And in his losing his appetite, he started running into things, becoming even more scatter brained here. It wasn't till his teacher said if he came up with good semester theme, he would pass him with a C grade."
"A debate broke out and Rob ended up in the middle, again, till they got everything on the table, seeing the message inside the book that did it. His closure of this experience was writing a story within a story now, Harry never had to write it. In said traumatizing experience, as Joanne already did it for him, but it takes longer then just a few months. To get over something like this, but trust me if this means ending it now, we're sending them home a week early."
"Are we pure, half or muggleborn?" she asked and Jeff smiled. "We're muggleborns, as is Ben, so our muggle terming here, he's pediatrics, we're nurses and medical aides." he said and she nodded. "Great with a school this size and 70% is muggle borns, our patients are wanting their medical care like we had it before." she said and Gemma chuckled at that. "Yeah Harry is our constant, but our bond is beyond tight here, year 3." he said and she nodded gently to him.
"Okay so if this is a magical version to it, what's my context, Maggie, if we're, Peter and I, are muggleborn." she said to her. "It's in reverse, from when Katie arrived, his wanting out of bed, and hanging around with the duo, Harry's the son of a magical Earl, biologically and adoptive. But the castle belongs to his family, being directly descended from one of the creators of her, he's betrothed to the daughter of a member of another noble house, and as a result here now."
"He's changed, grew up, and decided to be everything he would be if his parents were still alive, only now he's reached falling in love, wanting to be seen as me. Rather then we, and the harder he tries to pull away, the more they cling to him not wanting things to change. And decided to go to extreme measures, then came the bedroom conversation, told us to lock every door. And passage, the castle updated it's passageways, and the one in the infirmary leads to the tower."
"The passageway into his bedroom, in this case, the hospital wing, after the crash into the tree, and his collapse, he's closest to you and Peter. As your characters, as the adopted big brother and sister/parents in medical staff, our relationship. Him and me, I'm playing his adopted grandmother, his real father is my godson, and Gary is away on business. "I'm working for the Magical military as was his biological father, Magical Law Enforcement here, but my ranking is I'm an Earl, the Weasleys are a Baron, but my counterpart. The Diggory clan, they work for the magical animal control, Amos is a count, while Bill Greengrass is his rank. And the Minister is an elected Grand Duke." he said and she nodded.
