A/N: Ten! Ten! Ten! Hello there! This is tendaysromeo and welcome to the fifth chapter of DreamTheater Intermix: The World Within! Nothing much to say, so let's start this chapter!

10... 9... 8... 7... 6... 5... 4... 3... 2... 1... Countdown is over, so let's get this chapter on the go!

After a few minutes of walking, Pinkie Pie, Tenma Daytona Romeoford and the Cul-de-Sac Kids arrives at a colorful 5-Star hotel-like dormitory that consists of ten towers and features 230, 567 rooms.

"Welcome to the Corona House!" Pinkie expressed with a big smile on her face, "And this is where you guys are going to live!" she declared.

Tenma, Eddy Skipper McGee, Edwin "Ed" Horace Hall, Eddward "Edd & Double D" Marion Vicente, Kevin Dorscherr, Nazz Van Bartonschmeer, Jimmy Tweetums, Sarah Hall, Rolf Von Olsson, Lee Kanker, Marie Kanker, May Kanker, Jonny 2x4 & Plank looks up at their living quarters in utter shock and awe.

"You call this a house?" Eddy questioned, "This is a fuckin' hotel!" he exclaimed.

Pinkie chuckled in response, "You see..." she uttered, "... the Corona House was originally a wooden 2 story apartment complex with each room consists of six tatami mats, a kitchen, bath and toilet." she explained, "However... over the years... the Corona House would become successful, getting expanded every time a new tenant joins in which led to the apartment complex to become a large hotel." she furthered, "The owners never bothered changing its name, so the name Corona House stuck." she concluded.

"I don't know if I should be amazed or be bewildered of the success of this place." Tenma admitted.

Then a teenage girl with a broom in hand walked towards them, "Ah! Pinkie-san." she called out, "Good afternoon." she greeted.

Pinkie, Tenma and the Cul-de-Sac Kids turns to the girl, "Hiya, Shizuka!" the pink-haired party girl greeted back before turning towards the newcomers, "This is Shizuka Kasagi and she is currently the landlady of the Corona House." she introduced with a hand gestured at the girl.

Shizuka smiled in response, "You must be the new students." she assumed, "Please to meet you all." she greeted with a bow, "I was informed of your arrival, so I had your rooms ready just in case." she stated.

"Thank you very much, Miss Kasagi." Double D said in gratitude.

Pinkie then checks the time on her phone, "Welp! I need to get going." she announced, "My task of showing the new kids around is over..." she reasoned before turning Shizuka, "... so, I'm handing them to you." she said.

Shizuka nodded, "Leave them to me." she accepted.

"See you around guys!" Pinkie expressed before merrily skipping towards the streets.

"Thank you very much for showing us around, Miss Pinkie Pie!" Double D called out in gratitude.

"Yeah! We owe ya big time!" Kevin said in agreement.

"Bye-bye!" Jimmy said while waving his hand.

"Catch you later!" Nazz expressed.

"We'll see you in FaceBook!" Lee declared.

Shizuka chuckled, "Shall we head inside?" she beckoned.

A minute later, Shizuka led Tenma and the cul-de-sac kids inside the main entrance hall while handing each of them the number of their respective rooms.

"Each of you will get a room of your own." Shizuka shared, "Each room had a bed, a dresser and a work desk." she listed off, "You are all free to decorate your room the way you want it." she advised, "However... I do advise not to make a mess in your rooms and please avoid damaging it." she added, "This place is very important to me, so it be nice to keep each room in tact at all cost." she stated.

Double D nodded in response, "Will do, Miss Kasagi." he complied.

Everyone then turns to Ed with narrowed expressions, "What?" the lump questioned in confusion.

"Ed..." Tenma spoke, "... out of all of us, you had the messiest room back in the cul-de-sac." he reminded, "So we appreciate if you follow Miss Shizuka's advise." he stated.

Ed stares at him for a few minutes before bringing out a pickle in hand, "Pickles?" he offered.

Tenma smacked a hand on his face, "Ugh!" he groaned in dismay, "All right..." he grumbled, "... I'll do the cleaning." he conceded.

"I'll provide you assistance." Double D volunteered.

"Me, too." Sarah added.

Shizuka then brought out a clipboard, "Let's see..." she uttered, "Kevin Dorscherr, Nazz Van Bartonschmeer, Jimmy Tweetums, Sarah Hall, Lee Kanker, Marie Kanker, May Kanker and Jonny 2x4..." she listed off, "... your rooms are located here on the first floor while the rests' rooms are located on the seventh floor." she informed.

"But what about Plank?" Jonny asked while presenting the piece of wood in front of her.

Shizuka raised an eyebrow in utter disbelief but decided to play along, "The wood rooms with you." she replied.

"Oh? Okay!" Jonny accepted with a smile.

"I think you should all head towards your respective rooms and make yourselves at home." Shizuka advised, "And if you need anything, please feel free to call me." she added with a smile.

Tenma nodded, "Thank you very much, Miss Shizuka." he said in gratitude.

After that, Tenma and the cul-de-sac kids left the main entrance hall and made their way towards their respective floors with Tenma, Eddy, Double D, Ed and Rolf separating themselves from the others and then using an elevator to reach the seventh floor.

The boys then proceeds to walk across the halls and found Ed's room first.

The tall lump then opened the door before entering the room with Eddy and Double D following him from behind while Rolf and Tenma proceeds to find their own rooms, Ed looks around and noticed how empty the room is, save for a bed, a dresser and a desk.

"Hmm..." Ed murmured, "My room needs a makeover." he declared before pulling out a large green-colored luggage wrapped in belt straps from his jacket, "Hey guys! Help me with this!" he called out.

"Sure, Ed." Double D agreed before proceeding to open the latch.

"Don't break a nail, Double D." Eddy advised.

Back in the hallways, we see Tenma and Rolf coming back towards Ed's room after setting their things aside in their respective rooms when all of a sudden they heard a mild explosion that shook the place a bit, they then notice dust coming out from the lump's room.

Tenma and Rolf quickly ran inside, "What's going on?!" the former asked in concern.

And to the boys' surprise, Ed's room is now filled with posters, toys hanging in the ceiling by strings, a shelve filled with comic books and a diving helmet-shaped television is set in a corner.

"Hi guys!" Ed greeted while lying down his bed.

"What in the world?" Tenma uttered in disbelief.

"This reminds Rolf of the time the Ed-boy made himself at home in the son of shepherd's shed." Rolf shared.

Double then climbs out from a chair while gasping for air at the same time, "It looks just like your old room, Ed." the sock-wearing Ed-boy commented.

"Yeah." Eddy uttered while stuck behind a totem mask on the wall, "Home sweet home." he grumbled sarcastically.

Tenma sighed, "What am I gonna do with you guys?" he uttered while rubbing the back of his head.

"Is everything okay?" a voice asked, "We heard an explosion." it pointed out.

Tenma and Rolf then turns around to see two boys and a girl approaching them, and these are Naruto Uzumaki, Ichigo Kurosaki and Ryuuko Matoi.

Tenma shook his head, "Everything is fine." he reassured, "The mild explosion you heard just came from my friend's luggage." he stated.

Naruto, Ichigo and Ryuuko then looks inside Ed's room to see the lump reading a comic book on his bed, Double D dusting himself and Eddy getting himself off of the wall.

"I see." Ichigo uttered.

"I don't recognized any of you." Ryuuko mentioned, "Are you guys new?" she asked.

Rolf nodded, "Yes." he confirmed, "Rolf and friends are undergraduates that switched to this municipality-like dungeon of education." he stated.

"Cool! I'm Naruto Uzumaki." Naruto introduced himself, "And these are my friends, Ichigo Kurosaki and Ryuuko Matoi." he presented.

Ichigo nodded, "Please to meet you all." he greeted.

"Sup!" Ryuuko saluted.

"Nice to meet you, too." Tenma greeted back, "I'm Tenma Daytona Romeoford." he introduced himself.

"Thee name is Rolf Von Olsson." Rolf introduced himself next.

Tenma then gestured a hand at the Eds, "And these guys are Eddy Skipper McGee, Edwin Horace Hall also known as Ed and Eddward Marion Vicente also known as Edd & Double D." he presented.

"Please to meet your acquaintance." Double D greeted.

"Sup!" Eddy followed while winking at Ryuuko, whom raised an eyebrow in response.

"Hello! My name is Ed!" Ed cheered.

Naruto chuckled before sharing a fistbump with the lump, "So? How are you guys liking this city so far?" he asked.

"Well... putting aside the absurd discovery of a city located inside a factory-like building, we really had a pleasant first day." Double D admitted.

"And we even got a cool girl named Pinkie Pie to show us around." Eddy added.

Naruto chuckled in response, "Nice!" he expressed, "Pinkie is one of the best guides here, so I bet you really had a good time with her around." he stated.

Ichigo nodded, "Indeed." he said in agreement, "If you guys got stuck with a grumpy guide, I'm pretty sure that you're first day in this place would have ended in a sour note." he assumed.

"Really?" Tenma uttered in surprise, "Then I'm really grateful that we got Miss Pinkie Pie as our guide." he said in relief.

"Yeah." Eddy said in agreement.

Ryuuko then turns to Naruto and Ichigo, "Say... since they're new here, we should invite them for tonight..." she mentioned.

Ichigo's eyes widen in realization, "Oh? I see!" he quipped.

"What? What is it?" Eddy asked in confusion.

Naruto then spoke, "You see... we're holding a party tonight at the rooftop of this place." he answered, "It's not a grand party or anything, it's a just regular get-together party." he clarified, "And since you guys are new here, I think it's best that you attend this party and get yourself acquainted with everyone." he stated before raising an eyebrow when a thought came to mind, "Actually... not everyone since I'm pretty sure that some people won't attend." he admitted.

Double D thought about it, "Well... social gatherings is a good way for me and my friends to introduce ourselves to everyone while making acquaintances at the same time." he admitted before turning to his friends, "What do you guys think?" he asked.

"If it's a party then I'm in!" Eddy declared.

"Ed, too!" Ed cheered in agreement.

Tenma shrugged his shoulders in response, "Well... I've got nothing to do tonight, so I'm in." he accepted.

"Rolf shall partake as well in this social event called party." Rolf said with one finger up.

Naruto nodded, "Okay! Then we'll see you guys on the rooftop tonight at six!" he exclaimed with a thumbs-up.

"You don't need to worry about what to wear because everyone is going in casual." Ichigo reassured.

Double D nodded, "Much appreciated." he replied in gratitude.

"Guess we'll see you guys later." Ryuuko expressed.

Naruto, Ichigo and Ryuuko then left, leaving the boys by themselves, wondering how many people are they going to meet in the party.

Tenma then turns to Eddy and Double D, "I think you two should head towards your rooms and unpack your stuffs before going to the party." he advised, "In the meantime, Rolf and I will go around and familiarize ourselves in this place." he mentioned.

"And me?" Ed asked.

Tenma facefaulted, "You go back inside your room and just read comics until it's time for the party." he replied.

Ed saluted in response, "Roger-wilco, Ten!" he agreed.

"Then we'll see each other at the party." Double D concluded, "Let's go, Eddy!" he beckoned, "Onwards to our rooms and get ourselves ready!" he declared.

"Whatever." Eddy replied.

Eddy and Double D then proceeds to make their way towards their respective rooms while Tenma and Rolf went towards the next floor, and Ed went back inside his room to read comics.

A few minutes later, Double D stops in front of a certain door while Eddy kept walking ahead, it seems like the ex-scam artist's room is far ahead.

"Make sure to keep your things neat and tidy, Eddy!" Double D advised.

Eddy waves a hand, "Yeah, yeah..." he replied in a dismissal tone, "You're worse than my mother..." he grumbled.

Double D sighed, "What am I going to do with guy?" he uttered with a weary expression, "Better get my-" he was saying when heard the door next to his room opening alongside a loud 'eep', Double D then turns around to see a girl at the doorway looking at him with a scared expression, much to his confusion.

The girl - Koyomi Hare Nanaka - began to shake life a leaf as her eyes slowly morphs into utter horror, "EEEKK! A BOY!" she shrieked in fright before going back inside her room, slamming the door shut with an accompanying clicking sound of the lock and loud thuds of the door getting barricaded from the inside.

Double D raised an eyebrow, "That's..." he uttered, "... a rather concerning encounter." he commented before opening the door of his room, "Then again... I am new here and a complete stranger, so her reaction towards me - over the top as it is - is pretty justifiable." he reasoned before going inside his room and then closing the door shut.

Meanwhile, Eddy finally arrives at his designated room, he smiled wickedly while rubbing his hands together.

"I love my room back at home..." Eddy admitted, "... but that ain't stoppin' me from turning this room into something cool." he declared.

Eddy was about to grab the doorknob when suddenly something hard is smashed at the back of his head, much to his shock. The boy felt blacking out but kept his ground, he was about to turn around when he felt another painful blow at the back of his head which caused him to lean forward and hit his face on the door, dazing him further before sliding down to the floor unconscious.

Eddy's unconscious form then gets dragged away off-screen by his unseen assailant.

The scene then changes at the very back of the Corona House where Eddy and his luggage are seen being tossed inside a large green-colored dumpster, his assailant then closed the lid shut before walking off.

Shizuka Kasagi - Shizuka had an average stature and slim frame, she had neck-length brown hair kept in a ponytail by a large orange ribbon with framing bangs on both sides of her face with an ahoge on top of her head and she had a golden-yellow eyes. She wears a white long-sleeve sailor uniform jacket with a white, orange lined collar and a blue neckerchief with white lines, orange plaid skirt, white socks and brown shoes. She also wears a light-brown apron.

Naruto

Naruto Uzumaki - Naruto is a young man with a slightly tall stature and a lean build, he had a blonde spiky hair, he had blue-colored eyes and had whisker-marks on each cheek. He wears a black elastic forehead protector around his head. He wears a black uniform jacket with an orange zipper & buttons around the waist & sleeves, he wears an orange pants with black pouch wrapped on his right thigh over white bandage and he wears black-colored sandals. His right hand is covered in bandages.

Bleach

Ichigo Kurosaki - Ichigo is a young man with a handsome appearance, a tall stature and a lean build, he had a spiky orange-colored hair and he had brown-colored eyes. He wears a gray-colored blazer jacket uniform over a blue t-shirt with a white collar line, gray-colored trousers and brown shoes.

Kill la Kill

Ryuuko Matoi - Ryuuko had a fair complexion and a slim frame, she had a mid-length black hair with a single left-swept red highlight on her bangs and she had blue-colored eyes with a peculiar gear-shaped pupils with eight grooves around the edges. She wears a simple white shirt with a red ribbon tie, a black miniskirt, white sneakers, and a black & white jacket with rolled up sleeves.

Girls Bravo

Koyomi Hare Nanaka - Koyomi had a slender appearance and a fair complexion, she had a shoulder-length purple-colored hair tied in a sidetail by a large-white ribbon and she had blue-colored eyes. She wears a blue high-collared cropped dress with long-sleeves, puffy shoulders and white ribbon tie over a white long-sleeved shirt and a dark-purple knee-length skirt and black boots.
