Disclaimer: I don't own Avengers or any other Marvel characters. I only own my OCs.

A/N: I just want to say that this one-shot was weirdly inspired by the show Killing Eve. For those who watch it, you'll see why once you read this one-shot. I also want to clarify that this one-shot takes place after the events of Spider-Man: Homecoming. So the character of Felicia Hardy and Grace Stark by then already have history. This will be when Peter meets Felicia officially, and it's their POV.

Once Infinite heads in that direction we'll get Grace's POV for this specific moment. I mentioned before but I'll say it again that Felicia Hardy's face-claim for this story is Ella Balinska and regarding what Grace helped Felicia with...well, you guys will just have to wait to find out. Just know that it deals with a difficult matter and I will have to put a warning at the top for when that time comes. Felicia's tends to downplay it but she's really thankful Grace was there to help/offer support.

Now for the next one-shot I'm thinking it should include Loki. Let me know what you guys think! Enjoy this short one-shot!

Post: Spider-Man: Homecoming

When the boyfriend meets the frenemy (Aka when Spider-Man meets Black Cat)

"You like her, don't you?"

Peter was quite shocked at himself for being so blunt but he couldn't take it anymore.

From the moment Felicia Hardy entered the ice-cream shop, Peter had seen the way she looked at Grace. Her stare was almost similar to the way he would look at Grace. The only difference was that Felicia's stare seemed to be more guarded. Then there was also the casual touching from Felicia's end. She kept finding ways to bump shoulders with Grace, or touch her hand as they each conversed while waiting for their ice-cream order.

Grace hadn't seen an issue with any of that but Peter couldn't help the jealousy that was building inside him. What really annoyed him was that he had a feeling that Felicia knew exactly what she was doing to him, and that she was taking joy in his silent annoyance from watching her flirt with his girlfriend.

At first he had no idea how Grace wasn't able to see how flirtatious Felicia was being. Then he remembered Grace telling him about how Felicia was as a person, and that being flirtatious was just in her nature. Except something told Peter this went far beyond everyday flirting. No...Felicia liked Grace and his assumption proved to be correct when Felicia slowly turned to look at him.

He was expecting a glare or a blank look from her but that wasn't what he saw. Felicia was instead smiling. Peter couldn't deny that she had a very beautiful smile.

Actually, Felicia was just a very beautiful person. Her mocha color skin didn't show any imperfections, and her brown eyes were very striking.

However, her smile did not at all compare to Grace's. The more Peter studied Felicia's smile the more he started to see that it seemed more smug than genuine. He certainly did not like that.

Peter stayed silent, waiting for her to answer. She didn't, and that made him release a huff.

"You're not even gonna try to deny it?"

Felicia's smile remained as she casually flipped a curly portion of her dark brown hair over her shoulder. Peter didn't know, but she had stylized it just for Grace. "I have no reason to."

Peter didn't break eye contact with her. "Look, I don't know what happened between you two"

"She helped me." Felicia interrupted, taking a more serious tone. "I needed help and she was there for me." Her flirtatious demeanor changed so abruptly that it staggered Peter for a moment there. Now that he met her he could honestly say that Felicia confused him as a person, and he seriously had no idea how Grace was able to handle being near her for long periods of time. He knew that if he spent as much time with her as Grace had he'd have a migraine for hours from just trying to understand her.

"Yeah, that's because she's a good person." Peter finally answered after pushing back his puzzlement.

Felicia's gaze wandered to where Grace was talking to the ice-cream worker behind the counter. They looked to be having a nice conversation as she waited for their order. She hummed, her lips wanting to tug upwards from just looking at the Stark girl. "Disgustingly so...but yeah she is." Shen switched over to look at Peter, not at all hiding how unimpressed she was of him. He was wearing one of those supposed funny science logo t-shirts. It was just dorky to her, not at all amusing. "I guess that's something we both like about her. That and her incredible good looks. I mean...you gotta love that mouth of hers." She said it so casually that she almost laughed at Peter's reaction.

Peter immediately started glaring at Felicia. He didn't appreciate the way Felicia was talking about Grace, but what he especially did not appreciate was how she just assumed he was with Grace for her looks. "I'm not with Grace just because of her looks."

He was so easy to mess with that it almost wasn't funny...almost. Felicia rolled her eyes. "Yeah, I already know that, Brown Eyes. You're with her because you love her for who she is on the inside...blah blah blah." She let out an exaggerated sigh. "God, you're boring. I really have no idea why she's still with you."

Peter's response was quick with no slip-ups. "Because she loves me too."

Much to his satisfaction he saw Felicia's eyes hardening a bit. For a second there he even saw what looked like disappointment in those brown guarded eyes of hers. Quickly enough neither anger or disappointment were there. Instead joy replaced the gleam in her eyes. It had Peter worrying, and he silently hoped Grace would come back soon.

Felicia sensed Peter's discomfort and she was heavily amused. She welcomed that amusement because it helped distract her from the ache she felt at thinking about Grace loving Peter. Stupid feelings. She swore inwardly before deciding to mess with Peter even more. She leaned forward as she gave him a mischievous smile.

"For now she does."

Felicia only needed to whisper that to him in order for that to have a full effect on him. She then went on to look at her nails, as if they were far more interesting than the irked teenage boy that was sitting across from her.

After hearing her say that, Peter really wanted to yell at her but he stopped himself from doing so. He was never one to outright hate someone from just the first meet up, but Felicia Hardy was making it really difficult not to hate her. She was worse than Harry. When he first met Harry, Peter didn't feel as irritated as he was now with Felicia. The Osborn boy was also flirty with Grace, but at least he never said Grace was going to stop loving him. Because that's what Peter got out of what Felicia said.

This sucked. Peter wanted to get along with Felicia. The same way he was able to get along with Harry. The Osborn boy now was beginning to look like a complete saint compared to Felicia. Though to be fair, maybe there really wasn't a chance of him befriending Felicia.

Peter did automatically start to dislike Felicia the second Grace told him about how she had pulled a knife out on her all that while ago. Grace did go on to say that Felicia had apologized for doing that (in her own way) but that didn't change Peter's opinion on her.

In his opinion, Felicia Hardy wasn't a good enough person for Grace to be around, and he doubted she ever would be. She was a thief for crying out loud. And a violent one according to what Grace told him. But Grace was still trying to make the best of whatever odd friendship they had.

It was confusing but he figured it had to do with whatever Grace helped Felicia out with. All he knew was that it had been important and that it needed to be done. That Felicia needed her help. Woman business, from what he was told. So out of respect, Peter didn't ask anymore questions but he'd be lying if he said he wasn't curious to know the truth. He didn't want to ask Grace though, and he doubted Felicia would tell him.

No, it seemed that whatever happened was going to stay a secret between the two girls. That made Peter frown, and it was right away noticed by Felicia.

"Jealousy isn't a good look on you, Petey."

Peter kept silent but her mocking tone of voice had him glaring at her. Much to his annoyance it didn't do anything to waver Felicia's behavior.

"You should probably stop glaring at me. Unless you want to explain to your girlfriend why you're doing that." Felicia winked at him. The sound of oncoming footsteps then had her changing back to the way she was before Grace had left them to get their ice-cream order. Peter's glare fell apart and he was left astounded by her quick change of appearance.

Peter knew right then and there that Felicia Hardy was definitely someone he needed to watch out for.
