Shinigami Saiyan

"Damn, classes were a pain today." Deku groaned. "Especially when I kept getting distracted by the lingering sting of the tally that was added to my back. Plus my head is killing me from the hit I took this morning from that plank of wood."

"Oi, Deku."

The Saiyan in disguise turned back to see a rather tall teen with spiky orange hair, wearing the same uniform as him. He had a rather mean looking face, but Deku knew that's just how he looked, and that his classmate was actually a really nice guy.

"Hey you feeling alright man? You seemed kinda distracted today in class." He said.

"I'm fine Kurosaki. Really, I've just been distracted lately." Deku said. "Plus my head is hurting. Has been since I hit it this morning."

"C'mon man, I keep telling ya, no need to be so formal with me. Just call me Ichigo." The orange haired teen said. "An' if your head is hurting you should stop by my dad's clinic, let him take a look."

"Right sorry." Deku chuckled. 'Ichigo Kurosaki. He looks like a juvenile delinquent, but in reality, he's the kindest person you'd be lucky enough to meet. If he were to find out about my tallies, there's no way he'd let me go about alone.'

"So hey, wanna hang at the arcade?" Ichigo asked. "My treat this time."

"Can't. I'm busy. I've got some arrangements to take care of." Deku said. "The ghost of that boy who died right outside my house has taken refuge in my home. His parents will be coming by tomorrow. I've got a message for them from him."

"Ah, you're helping out another spirit to crossover to the next world." Ichigo smiled. "That's what I admire about you Deku. You're not looking to garner fame from your abilities to see the souls of the dead like some people, you're just wanting to help them crossover as peacefully as possible."

'Another thing… Ichigo apparently has the same abilities as me to see and make physical contact with the ghosts of the dead.'

"So has the boys killer been caught yet? Do you know?" Ichigo questioned.

"I've heard he was caught sometime around dawn this morning. Can't say much about his condition or the one who nabbed him, however." Deku said, as they rounded the street leading to Deku's home, pausing as five punks on skateboards road past them, and knocked over a vase of flowers.

"Tch, hey get back here punks." Ichigo said.

"Let them go." Deku said, putting a hand on Ichigo's shoulder. "There's no use beating a lesson into them they won't remember within a week. It's best we just take care of the memorial and move on."

"Deku…"

"Senseless violence is probably why this little girl died in the first place." Deku said, going and picking up the partially broken vase. "All we can really do to make amends for what those punks did, is bring a new vase and some fresh flowers for her in the morning. I'll handle the vase, you come by with the flowers. Does that sound like an agreeable plan to you Ichigo Kurosaki?"

Ichigo just looked at Deku as he picked up the shards of the broken vase, and straightened up the vase itself, before the orange haired teen sighed in defeat.

"You really know how to calm me down when I get all worked up and angry." Ichigo smiled. "Alright fine, I guess you win. But if I see them again, I'm gonna beat their asses, whether you're here to stop me or not."

"Fair enough." Deku said.

"Thank you for doing this."

Ichigo and Deku turned to the girl who's memorial this was, and saw the grateful smile on her face.

"No one tends to take care of my memorial, aside from my parents coming by and putting in fresh flowers every now and then." She said. "I think because of your kindness, I'll be able to rest easy now."

"I hope you can." Deku said. "I wish for you to rest in peace, so that you don't suffer from being tethered here anymore."

Deku looked at the girl, and wasn't surprised to find she had a severed chain connected to her like he once had, but it was shorter, which means she's been in the world of the living for quite a while after her death. Saying their goodbyes to the ghost, Ichigo and Deku went their separate directions.

'Lately, being able to see and interact with the souls of the dead have become more frequent than they used to be. Both for me and for Ichigo. It could be because we're in high school, but I doubt that's it.'

"Hey Deku, we're actually close to my house. You wanna come over for dinner?" Ichigo asked. "My dad can take a look at your head while we're there."

"You sure? I wouldn't want to impose." Deku said.

"It's fine. Besides, it's been a while since we've had a study session together." Ichigo said.

"Yeah. I guess you make a valid point. Alright sure, sounds great." Deku smiled.

"Awesome."

Following Ichigo to his house, Deku couldn't help but feel something was up, and the ghost girl wouldn't be able to find peace soon.

"I'm home." Ichigo called out. "An' I brought a guest."

Before Ichigo could step through the open door, he was pulled back, in time to avoid his dad's foot hitting his face, resulting in the old man just tumbling into the kitchen.

"Wow, those were some fast reflexes Ichigo my boy." The black haired man said.

"It wasn't me dad." Ichigo sighed in annoyance.

"Hi Mr. Kurosaki, Sir." Deku said coming into the room behind Ichigo.

"Ah, Deku. Here for another lesson in martial arts?" Isshin Kurosaki said.

"Actually Ichigo invited me over for dinner and a study session, if that's all right. I wouldn't want to impose." Deku said.

"Plus, I'm needing you to look at his head. He says it's been hurting all day, and he's just now revealing it's because he hit it against something." Ichigo said.

"I'll go get my emergency tools." Isshin said, grabbing Ichigo by his shirt. "Ichigo, you come to."

"Thanks again for having me. I seriously hope I'm not a bother."

"Oh you're fine. Ichigo actually called ahead telling me to make more for a guest." A girl with similar hair to Ichigo's said, putting rice in a bowl as a girl with black hair sat across from her, eating her serving of rice. "But why are you late?"

"We kinda got held up with fixing a wrecked memorial near here." Deku explained, as Ichigo and Isshin were brawling right behind him.

"So I gotta ask something." Karin, the black haired girl asked. "It's something I've wondered for a while. Why is your name Deku, is it short for something like Izuku?"

"Nope, Deku is my name. It's not short for anything." He said, sitting next to Karin, accepting the bowl of rice from Yuzu. "I'm just plain old Deku."

"That doesn't seem like a nice thing for your parents to name you." Yuzu said.

"Actually, Deku lives by himself." Ichigo said, knocking his father to the ground. "He's an orphan, has been since I first met him when we were kids in elementary school."

"Wait, seriously? This is the first I'm hearing of your personal life Deku." Isshin said. "If you're not well off because of this, we'd be more than happy to help you out."

"I appreciate it, but I've got a part time job as a secretary for the chief of police, so I'm doing just fine." Deku said.

"Oh, by the way Ichigo, you got another one." Karin said.

"What the? Hey buzz off." Ichigo said, noticing the ghost that was flying around next to him.

"Ichigo just let it be. The guy clearly sees you as someone he can talk to, so just ignore him." Deku said.

"Wow, it's so cool how the three of you can see ghosts and stuff like that. I can only sense them every now and then." Yuzu said.

"Quite frankly it's more annoying than cool. An' to be honest I don't really believe in ghosts." Karin said.

"Permanent denial?" Deku asked as Isshin knocked Ichigo down again.

"Yep." Karin said as Ichigo broke free of the hold Isshin had on him.

"C'mon Deku, let's get to studying. I'm not in the mood for dinner." Ichigo said.

"Alright." Deku said. "Yuzu dinner was very delicious, thank you for the food."

"No problem." Yuzu smiled.

~Later Middle of the Night~

"Thanks again for coming over." Ichigo said.

"It was my pleasure. I had fun studying with you." Deku said heading off. "Take care."

Following the streets back to his home, Deku stopped by the memorial of that ghost girl he'd seen earlier, and didn't detect her presence there. He could tell something was off, but he didn't know what. Looking around the street, Deku tried to see if he could find the girl, but wasn't able to sense her presence within the immediate area.

"I hope she's alright. I can't detect her, so she's probably passed on. But if she hasn't… I can't imagine what would happen to her." Deku sighed.

When Deku had managed to make it home. He could sense that there was more than just the boy's spirit in his home. An' the spirit he was feeling, wasn't one that seemed rotten or empty, it felt rather wholesome and kind.

Walking through his house, Deku spotted the spirit who'd infiltrated his home, and she was astonishing. She had orange hair, similar to Ichigo's, but in a bit of a lighter shade, wearing a black and white gi with a blade on her hip and…

'Holy Hooters, she's voluptuous…' Deku thought, before correcting himself. 'No, I'm not a perv. Just ask her what she's doing here.'

"Excuse me? Can I help you with something?" Deku questioned, coming out to confront her.

Either she didn't hear him, or she ignored him, as she kept looking around.

"I can sense the spirit, it's here." She said, speaking to herself.

"Excuse me?" Deku tried getting her attention again.

"Now where are you hiding spirit?"

"Hey." Deku said, snapping his fingers in her face, shocking her into acknowledging him. "It's rude to ignore someone when you're intruding in their home. I'm talking to ya, Soul Reaper."

The woman turned to look at Deku, and he could see shock was written all over her face. But she could see that he was annoyed, most likely at the fact that she had been ignoring him. In her defense, she honestly thought, he couldn't see her.

"You can see me?"

"See you? I can do more than that. I can hear you, talk to you, I can even make physical contact with you." Deku said, poking her forehead. "Now, mind telling me who you are and what you're doing in my house?"

"How do you know I'm a Soul Reaper?" She asked.

"I asked you first lady."

"My name's Rangiku. I'm here, because my superior is punishing me for slacking off on my duties, and I've been temporarily demoted. So I'm hunting down a spirit, to help him, pass on to the soul society." She said.

"Well, if you're looking for that boy who died outside my house, then you're free to finish your mission sometime tomorrow afternoon." Deku said. "In the meantime, feel free to crash on my couch for the night."

"Hold on, now you answer my question." Rangiku said.

"I do favors for a man named Kisuke Urahara, every now and then. He told me about the soul society, the reapers, all of it. Even about how he was banished from there." Deku explained. "Now shut your trap. I've got a long day ahead of me tomorrow."

~The Following Morning~

"The incident occurred just outside Katakura Station just after 7:30AM just as the morning commute was getting into full swing. Witnesses reported hearing a loud crash, and feeling the ground shake beneath their feet. The entire area has been courted off…"

"Damn it, it must have been a Hollow." Deku groaned, turning off the portable television in his room. I've been up all night, and I wasn't able to pick up on it? I'm losing my touch. I couldn't get a wink of sleep."

Deku groaned, marching into his kitchen, and grabbing a cup of coffee.

"I kept thinking about that Soul Reaper, and what she's doing here."

"I told you, I'm here, because I need to help a lost soul pass on to the other side." Rangiku said, leaning against the counter top.

"What the?" Deku questioned, his face turning red as he saw she was dressed in literally nothing but his bathrobe, which barely went past her ass, and did little to cover her large chest. "Why are you only wearing my bathrobe?"

"I took my clothes off to sleep, and this was the only thing I could find that actually fit me." Rangiku said. "Where is the boy's soul by the way?"

"I told you, you're gonna have to wait until sometime this afternoon. I gotta help him with saying something to his parents. They'll be by some time after I'm back from school, so until then, you're free to just sit around and watch television." Deku said, reaching into a cupboard, and pulling out a small vase from the 97Yen store. "An' by the way, if you have any more questions for me, here's the address for Mr. Urahara's Dagashi Shop. You can ask him all the questions you want about me." He stated, handing her a slip of paper with the shop's address on it. "You can even get yourself a descent Gigai for a reasonable price."

"What's with the vase?" Rangiku questioned, seeing Deku filling the ceramic item.

"A little girl's memorial was ruined yesterday by some punks with no respect for the dead. The vase there was broken, so me and a friend of mine, are replacing the vase and flowers." Deku explained.

"Why not teach the punks a lesson about respecting the dead?" Rangiku inquired.

"Senseless violence, breeds nothing but more violence. There would be no real reason to do that, other then putting a target on your back." Deku stated. "If you want results, then you have to go about it, a different way."

"Those scars on your back?" Rangiku asked.

"Tallies, for each time I broke my cardinal rule." Deku said, grabbing a protein shake from the fridge.

"One of them looks rather fresh."

"Yesterday." Deku stated. "I was hunting someone wanted by the authorities, the man responsible for the death of the boy you're looking for."

Rangiku was taken aback by this. She knew the boy hadn't been dead for longer then a week, but to hear that the young man who could see her, had hunted down the man responsible for the boys death in the first place.

"I found him, skulking around his next victim." Deku said. "They're a couple of kids with some pretty impressive spiritual powers, who work for Urahara, and happen to be two of the few people who actually like to be around me. So out of anger, I broke my cardinal rule, all because he made it personal."

"That doesn't sound like senseless violence to me." Rangiku said. "That sounds like being human."

"I'm the farthest thing from human." Deku said with a chuckle, unwrapping his tail from his waist. "I'm a proud Saiyan Warrior, from a nearly extinct race of world conquering beings."

"Still, I wouldn't call what you did senseless violence." Rangiku stated. "You fought to protect those you care about, something so few people can actually say they are willing to do when it comes down to it."

"It's something I failed to do, before I died." Deku said, the power he was letting off, shattering the mug in his hand.

Looking down at the mess he made, Deku sighed and cleaned up the spilt drink, before he stood up fully.

"There's food in the fridge, so feel free to have some food. I'll be back later today after school." Deku said, going to get ready for the day, all the while ignoring Rangiku's look of shock at feeling that spiritual pressure.

~On his way to School~

"Strange, she doesn't seem to be here anymore." Deku said, putting the vase with flowers down.

"Do you think she passed on finally?" Ichigo questioned.

"I hope that's what happened." Deku sighed. "This world has far more supernatural dangers then humans like to admit."

"You say that as if you're not human." Ichigo said.

"Of course I'm not. I can do more things with my spiritual abilities then any normal human, or you for that matter." Deku said.

"That doesn't define you as not being human, that just makes you special." Ichigo stated, heading off to school with Deku.

"Hold up." Deku said, stopping in his tracks.

"You feel it too?"

"Yeah. This might be one of those dangers I was talking about."

Both of them looked to one another, and took off sprinting down the street, before they made it to the main city, where it was more then crowded.

"Listen, do you hear that sound?" A woman questioned.

"What sound? I don't hear anything except for you…"

"Everyone get down." Deku called out, before a building began to fall apart, like something large had slammed through it.

As the crowd panicked and ran away, Ichigo and Deku went running towards it, before Ichigo stopped as they saw what was happening.

"What the hell is that thing?"

"A Hollow." Deku growled, grabbing at his jacket.

"A what?" Ichigo questioned.

Before Deku could answer his question, he felt something land on one of his shoulders, and jump from it, using him as a springboard. Looking towards who jumped on his shoulder, Deku and Ichigo both saw a young girl with black hair, and the body of a child, wearing what Deku recognized as the Soul Reaper's uniform, and used her katana to slice its head in two, turning it to dust.

"Whoa." Ichigo said, sounding impressed.

"Ichigo look, it's the girl." Deku said.

Ichigo looked past the Soul Reaper, and saw the little girl, lying on the ground after having fallen, right in front of where the Hollow had been.

"Come on, I believe we aren't needed here right now." Deku stated, turning Ichigo around and leading him to school.

~Deku's House~

"Man today was brutal. First a Hollow attacks, then another Soul Reaper appears, what is up with that?" Deku sighed, walking down the street to his house.

"Deku."

The Saiyan teen looked up to see Kotetsa, and a pair of adults next to him, both looking saddened to be there.

"Deku, these are the boys parents, as you requested." Kotetsa said.

"Please, tell us why we're here, why we're back at the place where we lost our precious baby boy." The mother questioned.

"First off, I wanna say I'm sorry for your loss, and that no parents should have to go through what you have." Deku said. "Secondly, I wanted to let you know, your son's killer has been captured, and put behind bars."

The boys parents gasped and looked up at him, before the father noticed the bandage patch covering part of his head.

"You were the one who brought him in, weren't you?" The father asked.

"Deku here happens to be a professional Bounty Hunter, and a good friend of mine since he was a child." Kotetsa stated. "Despite his name, and his status as a high school student, he's more of a man, then most of my officers. An' that statement is off the record."

"Also, my house is right there." Deku said, pointing to his house. "I wasn't able to do anything, I'd let my instincts dull and I didn't catch what was happening. I'm sorry." He stated, bowing to them. "If I'd been more aware, more acute to the area surrounding my house, your son would still be alive."

"No, it's not your fault, don't blame yourself for what happened young man." The father stated. "You brought that man in, and I'm eternally grateful to you."

"Thank you, for bringing us this closure." The mother said.

"There's… one more thing that needs to be done before you go." Deku stated. "As you probably know, there are people in this world who are, in tune, with the world of the supernatural. Don Kanoji being one such person."

"We are aware, and though we don't generally believe in the supernatural, we are open minded about some things." The mother stated.

"Then I suggest you keep an open mind with what comes next." Deku said.

Bringing up his hand, Deku rested it in the air like he'd put it on something, confusing the three adults, before he closed his eyes, and a bright blue light began to take shape under his hand, before it died down and the two adults saw their son.

"How is this possible?" The father questioned.

"Mommy, Daddy." The boy smiled, tears in his eyes. "I'm so happy you're here. I've wanted to tell you how sorry I was we had our argument. I didn't mean all those things I said, I love you, and I wish that I could be with you still, but I can't. I know this makes you sad, and it makes me sad too, but don't cry, because I'll always be looking down on you from heaven."

"My sweet baby boy." The mother gasped.

"I've been stuck here, and my shrine since I died. I wasn't ever able to crossover to the afterlife, but now that this nice man helped me to give you my message, I can crossover, and I'll be waiting to see you there. I love you, and I'll always be with you, in your hearts." The boy smiled as his body began to fade.

"No wait, don't go please."

"I'm sorry Mommy, but I can't stay any longer, my business here has been completed, and I'm going to the other side now. I love you, and I'll never forget you." The boy said, before he fully disappeared as the moon started to rise into the night sky.

"No." The mother cried, reaching out to the light particles.

Deku let out a breath as he stepped back, feeling dizzy before Kotetsa caught him.

"I got you Deku, I got you." Kotetsa stated. "What the hell was that?"

"I had… coursed some of my energy… through the boy's spirit, allowing for people like you and his parents to see and hear him once more." Deku explained, catching his breath. "Though, the longer I do it, the larger risk there is to me shortening my lifespan."

"Take it easy." Kotetsa stated.

"Young man." The boys father said, coming up to Deku with his wife at his side.

Deku was expecting to get punched and slapped, for toying with their hearts, but what he got instead was the boy's parents bowing to him.

"Thank you for what you did." They said together.

"Because of you, not only is the man who killed our son behind bars, but our boy has finally passed on to the after life, no longer being tormented with the guilt of the fight we had before his death." The boys mother said.

"We will never forget the kindness you did for us. You helped us heal farther more then you could ever know, and it's because of you, that we no longer have regrets about the argument." The father said.

"It was no problem." Deku sighed.

"Please, take this." The mother said, taking a bank envelope out of her purse. "We had come expecting to give some sort of payment for something. An' we feel this is owed."

"No, money won't be needed." Deku stated. "All I wanted, was to help your son pass on to the next life. An' I've done just that."

"Then please, accept it as a gift of our gratitude. We insist." The father said.

"It'd be kinda rude to refuse a gift." Kotetsa said.

"I've been put in a position where I can't refuse, haven't I?"

"Yep."

"Fine." Deku sighed. "I humbly accept your gift. But please, take some time for yourselves and relax. You just went through another ordeal involving your son."

"We will, thank you." The mother stated, before they left.

When they were gone, Kotetsa looked to Deku with a smirk.

"What was that, really?" He asked. "Fancy light trick? Mini projector from your sleeve?"

"Nope, nothing of the sort." Deku said, rolling up his sleeve for Kotetsa to see. "What you saw was the real deal."

"An' tracking down your bounties?"

"That's for me to know, and you to never know." Deku said, heading into his house. "Good night Kotetsa."

"Good night Deku." Kotetsa sighed.

After entering his house, Deku went straight to where his office was, where he did his homework and other bounty hunter stuff, and dropped the envelope into a drawer filled with other envelopes of different girths and banks.

"Again, it's as if the parents are actually told by someone to bring money to pay me with." Deku sighed sitting in his chair. "I'm starting to think Kotetsa's the one behind it."

"Wouldn't surprise me if he was." Rangiku said appearing next to him.

"GAH." Deku cried out, falling back in his chair on the ground. "Don't do that."

"Sorry." Rangiku snickered. "I saw what you did though."

"Yeah? An'?"

"Allowing the living to see the dead through what you did is a violation of the Soul Reaper conduct, rules and regulations."

"Well sorry to break it to ya, but I don't follow the Soul Societies conducts or whatever you said." Deku sighed.

"I know." Rangiku said. "But I'm still gonna have to take you in."

"You're not strong enough to do that." Deku stated. "Now if you're done here, buzz off. I've got homework to…"

Deku paused as he felt a sharp and dangerous Ki filling the air. Ever since the first Hollow attack, he's been on his guard for any others, and given the path this Hollow was following, there was one location that he realized it was going to.

"Where are you going?" Rangiku questioned as Deku got up from his desk, and went to a filing cabinet.

"I don't have time for your stupid rules." Deku declared, removing the lock on the filing cabinet, and opening the top drawer. "I've got a friend who needs my help."

~Ichigo's House~

It was dark out. The night sky had come and there wasn't a star in the sky. Ichigo laid on his bed, pondering what had happened, with plenty of questions on his mind.

"Who was she? I can't make any sense of what happened out there today. An' how did Deku know what that creature was called?" Ichigo questioned.

This thoughts were interrupted, when he saw a black butterfly come through his window.

"What the?" He questioned, as the girl from earlier came through his wall, and landed on his desk. "What the hell are you doing here?"

The girl didn't respond as she grabbed the hilt of her sword, causing Ichigo to back up in fear.

"Put that thing away. You're not slicing me up." He said, before she jumped off his desk. "Hey."

She continued to say nothing, as she looked around, before she spoke up.

"I feel it." She said, before she was kicked from behind, and sent to the ground.

"Who the hell are you, and what do you want?" Ichigo questioned before the lights turned on. "If you think you're a burglar, you're not a very good one. For starters, you shouldn't talk to yourself."

"You kicked me." The girl said, turning to look at him. "But I can't be seen by ordinary humans, are you saying you can see me?" She asked.

"I'm not the only one. My friend Deku can see you as well. We both saw you today when you sliced up that, Hollow, I think he called it." Ichigo said.

"How very strange, you look normal, but you must be defective in some way." She said, grabbing his face and moving it side to side. "Same with your friend. But if he knows what a Hollow is, then there's gotta be something else to his abilities of seeing me."

"I'll show you defective." Ichigo said, smacking her arm away, and kicking at her, only for the Soul Reaper to jump on his legs, then his head, and kick him to the ground. "Who are you?" He questioned, picking himself up off the ground and turning to look at her.

"You want to know, then I'll tell you." She said. "I'm a Soul Reaper."

~Deku~

"Damn it you bastard." Deku cried out, slamming his fist into the arm of the Hollow he was fighting. 'I'm still way too drained from projecting the boy's soul to his parents. I've gotta end this quickly and destroy his mask.' He thought, flying back a good distance. "Take this." He shouted, firing several Ki blasts at the Hollow, only for it to block them, and protect his face. "Damn it, this one's smart. He must have been a fighter when he was still alive. This is bad, we're almost at Ichigo's place."

Deku flew forward and swung his leg at the monster, hitting its head with a roundhouse kick, before being forced back by a swing of its arm.

"Mister."

Deku looked up from where he landed to see the girl from earlier, still there.

"Damn it. I thought that Soul Reaper would have sent your spirit to the other side already." Deku growled. "What are you still doing here? Does she not know how to do her job?"

"She left before I could do anything to say thank you." The girl said.

"Fine, I guess I gotta do it myself." Deku sighed, pulling a white glove from his top, and putting it on over his already gloved right hand. "This won't hurt at all, got it?"

Bopping the girl on the forehead, Deku left a mark that would normally only be left by the hilt of a Soul Reaper's sword, and the girl turned into a black butterfly, and went through a pair of gates that appeared out of nowhere.

"Now that I got that settled." Deku growled removing the white glove. "I'm gonna kill that Soul Reaper, Rukia Kuchiki, once I find her."

~Ichigo's House~

"Alright, so you're something called a Soul Reaper." Ichigo began, recalling all the girl told him.

"Mmhmm."

"An' you're telling me, that you were sent here on a mission, by something called, the Soul Society."

"Mmhmm."

"To deal with demons like we saw in the street today."

"Mmhmm."

"Which was chasing after that girl's soul."

"Mmhmm."

"That's all believable to me." Ichigo said, with a tic mark forming on his forehead. "Along with flying pigs and the tooth fairy." He stated angrily, flipping a table over.

"How dare you. Why wouldn't you admit you believe in Soul Reapers, when you just admitted that you can see spirits?"

"I've never seen or heard of Soul Reapers before, and frankly your whole story is just too incredible." Ichigo stated. "I don't believe in anything I can't see."

"Well you see me, don't you?"

"Well that's true, and I'd agree with the fact that you're not human. But why don't you go play your little Soul Reaper game somewhere else? Okay little brat? Now run along." Ichigo questioned.

"I'm a brat, am I?" She questioned, a vein bulging on her cheek.

Before Rukia could do anything, there was a loud crash as Deku came flying through Ichigo's window, and slammed into his wall.

As the dust settled, it revealed Deku as he got up, dressed in a black martial arts Gi, with a white undershirt, and matching martial arts slippers, with fingerless armored knuckled gloves on his hands, small blades protruding out from the wrists.

"What the?"

Before Ichigo could question what was going on, the entire building shook, as there was another loud crash, and the sound of girls screaming.

"Karin, Yuzu." Ichigo called out.

"Shit, I thought the Hollow was coming for you, but it's after your sisters." Deku cursed, jumping out the window and onto the ground to the streets bellow.

"DEKU." Ichigo called out, running to his window.

Looking out the window as Deku landed, he saw a large horrifying tar black monster with a white bone mask, roaring in anger as Deku, actually flew around its head like a bee, and began to shoot, Ki blasts at the Hollow, making it drop Ichigo's unconscious sisters, before he caught them and set them against the house.

"Deku look out." Ichigo called to him.

Deku quickly turned around, before bracing his arms and holding them up, as he stopped the Hollow from chomping down on his, along with Karin and Yuzu.

"Shit." Deku cursed. "This isn't good. This Hollow is far stronger then any I've faced in the past…" He said, before one of his hands slipped, and the Hollow bit down on his shoulder, causing him to cry out in pain, as his blood was spilt. "AAAAHHHHH."

"DEKU."

Ichigo, doing something stupid, jumped from the destroyed window, and landed on the Hollow's head, knocked the monster off guard, forcing it back away from Deku and his sisters.

"Deku, you're gonna be okay." Ichigo said.

"How do you know that?" Deku questioned with a cough.

"Because you owe me a shit ton of answers for what the hell is going on here." Ichigo stated angrily.

"Hehe, guess I do." Deku said, forcing himself to his feet, and letting his tail unfurl from around his waist. "Ichigo, this monster you see before you is known as a Hollow. It's a lost soul that remained in our world for too long, and must feed on spiritual energy to grow stronger. Essentially, it's attracted to strong Spiritual Energy, like the power you and your sisters give off."

"Wait a second, is that a tail? What the hell is going on?" Ichigo questioned.

"My name is Deku. I am one of the few remaining warriors of the once proud and noble Saiyan Race. I have sworn to use my power to protect the people of this world, from the dangers of Hollows." Deku stated. "I am the Soul Reaper Saiyan."

"Well… where do we start?" Ichigo questioned, stepping up to his side.

"Ichigo, no you can't do this." Deku said.

"Listen man, you're hurt. An' I don't know if you've noticed, but those are my sisters your risking your life on protecting." Ichigo said, pointing back to where Karin and Yuzu were lying unconsciously. "Besides, you're my best friend. I'm not just gonna let you throw your life away like this."

"Fine. Let's go." Deku sighed, before a blade was pressed to his throat.

"Hold it." Rukia said. "You're coming back to the Soul Society with me, Rogue Reaper. You will face justice for all the laws you've broken."

"Not this bullshit again." Deku groaned, hitting her on the head, and grabbing her sword as she fell to the ground unconscious. "Listen Ichigo, don't hate me for what I'm about to do."

"What are you…?"

Ichigo stopped, when Deku rammed Rukia's sword through him, his eyes widening as he was ran through, and felt a surge of energy course through his veins, before he was enveloped by a white light.

As the light died down, Deku stepped back as Ichigo stood there, dressed in the Soul Reapers uniform, with a giant sword, as big as his body strapped to his back.

"Damn, I didn't expect to give him all her power." Deku said, looking back to Rukia, who was in white robes, instead of the Soul Reaper Uniform she'd been in moments ago.

"The hell man. Why the fuck would you stab me with a sword?" Ichigo questioned. "Were you trying to murder me, and frame it on her?"

"It was the only way to give you Rukia's power. A normal human wouldn't stand a chance against a Hollow this big, or this powerful, so I did what I had to, since you weren't gonna back down. An' if I knocked you out, you'd have gotten pissed at me even more then this."

"Whatever." Ichigo glared, turning towards the Hollow. "As for you… PISS OFF." He shouted, grabbing his sword, and swinging it as hard as he could, cleaving the Hollow in two.

"Damn, didn't expect him to be this strong." Deku stated. "Ichigo."

"What?"

"Listen. When you wake up tomorrow, all of this is gonna feel like a fever dream. But come with me after class, I can introduce you to someone who will show you the ropes of being a Soul Reaper, far better then I ever could."

"Huh? You mean this is permanent?" Ichigo asked.

"So long as your Zanpakuto doesn't shatter or break, yes." Deku said, throwing Rukia over his shoulder. "I'm taking Rukia to who I told you about. There's a good chance we'll see her again tomorrow. I can answer all your questions during lunch at our usual meeting place."

"Wait hold on, what about…" Ichigo wasn't able to finish his question as Deku took off, flying through the air, and vanishing out of sight. "…my sisters and house?"

~Dagashi Shop~

The moon shined brilliantly as Kisuke Urahara was sitting on the front step to his shop, a smile on his face as Deku landed in front of the shop, carrying the unconscious Rukia.

"Oh my, what do we have here?" Urahara questioned.

"Rukia Kuchiki. Interfered in my battle with a Hollow, and so I gave her power to someone else. But you already knew that, didn't you?" Deku questioned.

"Now what makes you think I'd know something like that?" Urahara smirked.

"Because it's you." Deku said. "She's gonna need a Gigai while her power rejuvenates itself. Ichigo took every last drop she had."

"You do realize, when the Soul Society finds out about this, they're gonna come for both you and her, right?" Urahara inquired.

"I'm aware." Deku said.

"Alright." Urahara smirked. "I'll open up a tab for Ms. Kuchiki, in the meantime, I suggest you come inside and allow for Ururu to treat your injuries. You look like you're about to…"

Deku fell forward landing face first on the ground, unconsciousness taking over him before Urahara could finish what he was about to say.

"…pass out at any moment."

~A/N~

Heyo, the second chapter to this story. I hope you liked it.

Also, to Guest-Questioner, I'm aware that whenever you read Deku, you'll think of Midoriya, but this Deku is a hell of a lot different from that Deku, and unlike Midoriya it's not a nickname, it's his actual name. You gotta know that.
