OMG SO SORRY I TOOK THIS LONG! Please enjoy this chapter!

"Elsa!" came the call. A cool hand swept her hair aside.

Hmmm? What's happening...

Elsa thought semiconsciously. She heard running footsteps, followed by a clip-clop sound. Wherever she was started to jiggle up and down. She tried opening her eyes, but it felt like something was weighing her eyelids down. Her voice didn't seem to be working either. A small gust of wind brought chills through her body, then a scalding heat enveloped her.

Am I meant to be warm?

Elsa wondered, opening her eyes a little. She was in a sled of some kind. Kristoff was at the front, concentrating on what was in front of him. "Kristoff!" Elsa rasped, but barely anything came out and her chest burned even more. She tried to wriggle a little but her aching muscles protested and she collapsed back. Suddenly she remembered the paperwork on her desk. She forced her eyes open, only to find that she was in a sled covered in ice.

Where am I? Did I do this? No. No! I-

Stop, Elsa. Relax. You have more important things to do. Like the paperwork. You are FINE, just tired... you're seeing things.

As if in response, dizziness flooded through her mind, throwing her off balance. The world reeled and Elsa squeezed her eyes shut, trying not to throw up. The world blacked out around her. Strong arms lifted her and deposited her somewhere soft. Comfortable. Elsa let out a small sigh of relief as she floated away into a peaceful slumber.

"Elsa?" came a voice and although it was a mere whisper to its speaker, it was so loud to Elsa that she awakened from her sleep. Her headache woke with her, thudding so loud it blocked out her heartbeat.

Is that Anna? Actually, I'l think about that later...

A hand squeezed her hand tightly, then shook her shoulder. Anything that hadn't ached now ached. Elsa tried to speak but all that came out was a small moan. "...unconscious..."

"..burning..."

What? Burning? I can't have made fire... I'm the ice queen...

This was all too much for Elsa, and she blacked out again.

When she woke again, she felt no better. She tried to sit up but a sharp stabbing pain in her ankle made her squawk and flop back onto the pillows, where she coughed and coughed, wishing she had a glass of water.

I'm the queen of Arendelle! I have things to do! I'm perfectly fine thank you very much. Also, why do I hurt all over? Maybe I'll ask a maid to change the matress.

A blur of red entered the room, then there was a loud thunk. Elsa craned her head, trying to see what was going on. Anna was sprawled across the floor, which was covered in ice. "Oh, Anna! I am so sorry! I didn't mean it..." Elsa choked, sending herself into another coughing fit.

"It's okay... urghhhhhh!" Anna replied, managing to stand up before her legs slipped all over again. It was like freezing Anna all over again. Pictures flashed before her eyes. Anna freezing...

No! Anna...

"Elsa?" came Anna's voice, pulling her back into the real world.

"I'm fine," Elsa wheezed. Anna slipped and slid until she was finally at the foot of Elsa's bed, then she heaved herself up and sat down heavily with a loud noise of triumph. Elsa on the other hand was not so pleased. Anna had sat on her ankle and she let out a yelp of pain. "I'm so sorry Elsa! Are you okay? What did I do?" came Anna's voice meekly.

"Ankle... hurts..." Elsa muttered between gritted teeth, her eyes squeezed shut, willing the pain to go away. She took a few slow breaths as the pain slowly ebbed. "Just... let... me... sleep..." she rasped, adding 'please' as an afterthought.

"You have to eat a little something-y-you've been unconscious since the afternoon! Come on Elsa, just a little dinner!" Anna exclaims.

"Okay..." Elsa conceded. Anna immediately got up and 'ice skated' to the door.

"I'll be back soon!" she says. Elsa tries to speak but nothing comes out. The room ripples into darkness and Elsa can just make out a tiny red dot whip around before... darkness.

"ELSA!"
