Hey, I'm finally back! I had a long bout of writers block combined with the excitement of High school graduation. Sorry, but this chapter is mostly going to be backstory. the next one will have more to offer, I promise.
Now for reviews!
Gabrieloliveragurgel: I already have four stories that I need to work on. I might start more in the future, but I want to work on these for now. I'm glad to hear you love my stories so much though!
awesomenessomar5: Thanks! Glad you're enjoying!
K. God: I have a plan for the Terrarian and Yharim, but it's a loooooong way off from happening. Like, end of the story long way off.

Lunaris looked around the area as they flew.
"Why do you live in such a... dump?"
"It's nice and quiet around here. No one really lives here anymore because of monster attacks. Besides, the rent's cheap."
"I...see. And your friends live here with you?"
"Yeah. Genos lives here because I do, and Saitama because of the cheap rent."
Calamitas spotted their apartment complex and guided Lunaris down with her. She knocked on Saitama's door. After a minute, the bald hero opened it.
"Oh, hey Calamitas, and...blue robed dude?"
"My name is Lunaris. I come from the same land as your friend here."
"Oh, well come on in. Genos is already over filling out the paperwork for us."
Calamitas tilted her head. "Paperwork? For what?"
Saitama shrugged. "Apparently when we beat a monster or stop something like that meteor, we have to fill out some paperwork to get credit for it. Genos was nice enough to do it for all of us."
Calamitas hummed, before gasping. "Kombu! I forgot him in the streets! I'll be right back."
With that, Calamitas disappeared, leaving behind some embers that fizzled out on the floor.
Genos poked his head into the room. "Was Master Calamitas here? I wish to ask her how much credit I should give her."
Lunaris looked at Genos in confusion. "Master?"
"Sorry again for forgetting about you."
Kombu rolled their eyes. "So you've said. Three times. I told you I don't really care. There was that huge rock in the sky you had to take care of so it makes sense you would've gotten distracted."
"Yeah, but I still feel bad about it. And speaking of, I have something I need to discuss with my friends. You can either stay in my apartment while I do, or you can come with me. I'll probably need to convince Genos not to kill you, but that won't take too long."
"I think I'll just stay out of your way for now. I don't really mind waiting. I've been wandering around here for days anyway."
"Well, if you're sure..."
Calamitas Opened the door to her room to let Kombu in and then walked back into Saitama's.
"That is... quite surprising. If she truly took the time to save you, and then take you on as a disciple, maybe she has changed."
"Am I being talked about?"
Genos and Lunaris looked over to see the topic of discussion walking in.
"Yes, as a matter of a fact, you are. And I believe you had something you wished to discuss with your friends?"
Calamitas sighed. She had seen that coming. "Yes, I do. Saitama, Genos, you might want to take a seat, this will be quite the story."
Saitama sat down with a blank expression. "This isn't gonna be some super long monologue is it?"
Calamitas chuckled, a tiny bit of the nervousness ebbing away. "I'll try to keep it as short as possible, but it is a rather lengthy explanation.
Saitama groaned but stayed put out of respect.
"You see, before I came here, I was a much worse person. I was known as a harbinger of destruction, and I had slain millions."
Genos and Saitama's eyes widened. "But master, surely you had a reason for doing so?"
"My reasoning may not be as solid as you are hoping Genos. When I was a child, I was known by a name other than Calamitas. That name has since been lost to time, not even I can remember it. I lived a quiet life with my family. They taught me the art of magic, but to never use it for violence. One day, I awoke to find my parents and siblings impaled on stakes in front of me, killed by a rivalling faction."
Genos gasped. "Master, I did not realize you had lost your family as well! My sincere condolences."
Calamitas gave a soft smile. "I suppose that might be part of the reason I took you on as a disciple. I saw a lot of myself in you. A tortured soul out for revenge. I don't want you to go down the path I did."
At Genos' confused glance, Calamitas continued. "I forgot my parent's teachings and immediately headed to the faction's village and burned it to the ground. Men, Women, even children, no one survived. I took my revenge too far, and my grief caused me to change."
Saitama raised an eyebrow. "But you had your revenge. Why would you go around killing after that?"
"That's where HE comes in. Yharim. The man I hate more than anything in existence. He discovered me in a fragile mental state, and because of that, was able to manipulate me into joining his army waging war on the world. He made me believe it was 'for a good cause' or some bullshit."
"This guy sounds like bad news."
"Trust me, he IS. Before I continue, I feel like I should let you know That I am not of this world. I hail from another dimension, a land known as Terraria."
Genos widened his eyes and whipped out a notebook to write something down in, whereas Saitama simply raised and eyebrow with a 'huh'.
"In any case, my first mission from the tyrant was to evaporate the ocean where the sea king Amidas resided. He had refused to assist Yharim in reawakening an ancient god, and unfortunately paid the price. I was never told the reason for why I was to do such a thing, and it was foolish of me to blindly follow his orders. Only Amidas and a small amount of his subjects survived. The rest were burnt alive or killed by rampaging sea creatures."
Calamitas looked at her two friends reactions before continuing. "As Yharim ordered me to decimate more and more civilizations, I began to realize that his crusade was not as noble as he had let on. I tried to reason with him, but he would have none of it. After he cast me out of his throne room, I made the decision to revolt. I set one of the Golems loose to stall Yharim's army while I made my escape. After I left, I allied myself with two demigods, Braelor and Stasis.
Saitama raised a hand. "Well it seems like you made the right choice in the end, and that's what matters right?"
"I wish it were that simple. After the Golem was defeated, Yharim put a curse on me. Since I was so far away, it wasn't as effective, but it still managed to drive me slowly mad. Eventually Braelor and Stasis were captured and executed by Yharim, and due to the curse affecting me so heavily, I returned to Yharim's side. After that, I caused more untold destruction, ruining civilizations and slaughtering countless masses."
"After many years, I was ordered to go and combat a single Terrarian. An upstart that had managed to tear Yharim's army apart, even succeeding in killing his Jungle Dragon. During that fight, I finally managed to rid myself of the curse. Seeing someone who actually stood a chance against Yharim gave me enough hope and willpower to do so. I let the Terrarian strike me down. As I stood on the crossroads between Heaven and Hell, I was given another opportunity at life. A chance to right my wrongs. After accepting, I ended up here."
Calamitas sighed and hung her head. "So now you know. The person I truly am, the monster I try to hide from everyone else. I understand if you hate me."
A hand clasped onto Calamitas' shoulder. Looking up, she saw Saitama with a soft smile on his face. "Hey. What matters is that you're trying to improve. Besides, from what it sounds like, most of what you did wasn't even your fault. You said you were under a curse right? Then that wasn't really you, that was the curse doing that."
"Saitama is right Master Calamitas. You have improved as a person, and most of what you did was no fault of your own. I am proud to be your disciple, and I wish to continue to be so, despite your past."
Calamitas smiled and raised her head. "Thank you. You have no idea how much that means to me that despite my past, you still wish to be acquainted with me."
Lunaris took that moment to speak up. "Calamitas, after seeing that, I have no choice but to trust you. If you were still who I knew, you would not have divulged that information to your allies, and I could tell that you felt genuine remorse for your actions. I can say with confidence that I will be able to fight by your side comfortably should the time ever come."
Calamitas looked at Lunaris in shock. "You forgive me? Just like that?! Saitama and Genos I understand, but you've experienced my cruelty firsthand!"
"And that only reinforces my decision. You truly have changed, as strange as that feels to admit."
"I... Thank you!"
Lunaris gave a small laugh. "Now, I was talking to your disciple for a while, and I heard that you are all registered with this group known as the 'Hero Association'. Is there anywhere I could sign up?"
