Hello, I updated twice today. There's this story and the one before.
I also like to say that this story is based on my experience with video games/anime/cartoon.
Warning: if your favourite games are not in this story, is because I hadn't play them at the time.
Disclaimer: the usually, I don't own any characters, just me and my OCs.
I was about 7-8 years old and was wearing cute dresses in this chapter. Also, I have my hair in ponytail in this chapter and onward.
I am in a world that is blue and the floor is green. I got attacked by small jumping robots and flying screw like robots that put themselves together. A blue guy runs in and shoots the robots with his hand. I stare at him as he walks to me.
"Are you okay?" he asked. I just stare at him. He looks around. "Where's your family?" Again I didn't answer. He carries me to a safe place. "Stay here, I need to do something important. I'll come back and take you home as soon as I finish." He left.
I follow him in. I watch as he shoots and defeats the robot that shoots out spinning tops. I follow him down the ladders and across dangerous place with spiked floor. The blue guy jumps onto the dog that comes in. The dog sends the guy up onto the top platform. The dog then disappears. I couldn't follow him as I can't jump that high. I run under the platform and run into a big machine that looks like it is use to build houses. I scream for a little while and then run away from the big machine. The big machine chases me. I jump up back onto the platform that I jumped off. The big machine is still coming closer to me until it is destroyed by the blue guy.
The blue guy looks at me. "What are you doing? It is dangerous in here! You need to stay in a safe place." He looks around and sees that there is nowhere safe for me to hide. "I can't leave you out here on your own. I got no choice but to take you with me. Just stay with me and stay out of danger. I'll try my best to protect you."
I follow the blue guy. I watch as he beats the big machine by shooting the robot at the top of the machine. We climb down and see two hats on the floor. The hats are actually little robots that shoot things at us. The blue guy shoots them when they out of their hats. We climb down and face off against a big cat robot that shoots balls at us. We dodge the balls and shoot the cat robot. When we beat him, we carry on through this place. Another big cat robot appears and attacks us with balls. He then attacks with jumping little robots. The little robots are very small. This place is very dangerous and we have to slide under to fit through some of the small gaps. We make it to a place with lot of big spinning tops that go up and down. We jump across it and went through a door.
We went into another door where a robot with a top head jumps in. He attacks us with spinning tops. We dodge it the spinning top. The blue robot shoots the top head robot. It hurts him until he spins around. He spins fast around the place, knocking us over. The blue guy gets back up and shoots him. It has no effect on him when he's spinning. When the top head robot stops, the blue robot shoots him which damages him. The top head robot throws more tops at us. We dodge it again. The top head robot spins again and spins around the place. We knew what was going to happen so we jump out of the way. We keep doing this until we beat the top head robot. The top head robot blows up and the blue guy jumps into the air. The things that came out of the top head robot went into the blue guy. We then went back to his home.
As soon as we got to his home, the dog from before jumps on me and licks me. I pet the dog. "Doggy!" I laugh as the dog licks me on my face.
"That's Rush," Megaman introduces his dog. "I'll get Dr. Light so that we can find your home."
"Dr. Right?" I asked.
The blue guy smiles at me. "No, his name is Dr. Light." He runs into the next room. "Dr. Light?! I need your help."
I follow him inside where I see two men and a girl.
"Megaman, you're back," the girl happily said. She runs to Megaman to check if he's okay. She looks over to me. "Who's this?"
"I found her on my way to Top Man," said Megaman. "We need to find her family."
"We don't have time for that! You can just leave her with the police, they'll handle it!" said one of the man who is annoyed.
"Dr. Wily, we need to find her family. We are here to help humanity," said the other man.
"Dr. Light is right! That includes helping lost little girl," said the girl.
"The longer we leave it, the more suffering there will be! We need to gather the remaining seven Gamma's power crystals now before this world get any worse!" shouted Wily.
"Roll, can you tend to our guest," said Dr. Light. He walks to me and pats me on my shoulder. "Don't worry little girl. This is Roll. She'll look after you till we find your family," he said to me.
"Let me get you something to eat." Roll runs into the kitchen. She comes out with a tray of cookies and milk.
I slowly eat the cookies. Roll notices that I'm not drinking the milk. She offers me the milk but I turn my head away from the milk.
"You don't like milk? I'll give you something else." Roll went back into the kitchen to get me a cup of water. When she offers it to me, I turn my head away. "You don't like water? But you need to drink it. It's good for you." When she sees that I'm not going to drink it, she went back to get another drink. She offers me fruit juice and I drink it. "There we go."
I finish eating the cookies and went over to where Megaman is. Megaman is looking at the computer with Dr. Light.
"Which one should I go to next?" asked Megaman.
"You have copy Top Man's ability. We need to find out which of these robot masters are weak to it," said Dr. Light.
"Copy?" I asked.
Dr. Light turns to me. "Megaman can copy robot masters ability by defeating them."
"Robot masters?"
"They are powerful robots that used to work for the better good until they gone berserk."
"Berserk?"
"They've gone crazy and out of control."
"I'll try Snake Man and see if it works on him," said Megaman.
I look at the computer screen. I see nine boxes in a square. Around the middle box are robot masters, each one are different. The box in the middle right is empty. I have a feeling that Top Man's ability is useful against Shadow Man. "Shadow Man, go for Shadow Man," I said to them.
Dr. Light happily laughs. "What a helpful little girl. You just leave this to us. You go and play with Roll."
I watch as Dr. Light set up the machine to take Megaman to where Snake Man is.
"Everything is ready Megaman, be careful," said Dr. Light.
I went behind Dr. Light and press the button to take Megaman to where Shadow Man is. I look to the right and see a machine. I went into the machine and press a button. It takes me out of the house and into a new place.
I am inside a big building with lots of red water. I look down to see how high up I am. I walk back, not knowing that I'm struck on a platform. I fall off the other end of the platform. The next thing I knew, someone catches me and takes me to a different place. I look at the person to see that he's red. I only see the bottom part of his face because he wears sunglasses and helmet. He also has a scarf around his neck. He kinda looks like Megaman.
"You should not be here. This place is too dangerous for a girl like you," the red guy said to me. He looks up. "They already know that you gone missing. He's coming to get you." He left me in an empty room.
As soon as he left, Megaman jumps down into the room I'm in and runs over to me.
"Are you okay?!" Megaman asked me.
Before I can answer, I hear music being played. The red guy shows up with a shield.
"Who are you?!" Megaman said to the red guy.
"You can just call me Breakman," the red guy replied. "You should take that girl to a safe place before she gets hurt." He attacks Megaman.
I watch as Megaman couldn't hit Breakman at the front because Breakman has his shield up. Breakman jumps at Megaman and keeps on shooting. Megaman jumps back to avoid his attacks. He takes some damages when Breakman shot him. Breakman keeps on attacking Megaman. I run in to help Megaman out.
Breakman pushes me to the side with his shield. "I wouldn't do that if I were you unless you want to get serious hurt."
"Stay there! I'll handle this!" Megaman said to me.
"You can do it Megaman!" I happily said.
Megaman smiles at me. He and Breakman carry on fighting. Breakman jumps at him again but this time Megaman slides under him. He shoots him from behind and hits him. Megaman keeps dodging his attacks and hits him from behind. Breakman escapes after taking several hits.
"Yeah, you did it!" I said.
Megaman walks over to me. "Did he hurt you?"
"No. Is he a bad guy?"
"I'm not sure. He might be another robot that went berserk." Megaman was about to said something to me but he stops. "I still don't know your name. You need to stay with me until we get back."
"Julie!"
"What?"
I playfully raise my hands up. "Julie!"
"Is that your name? Okay Julie, stay with me. I don't want you to get hurt."
"Okay!"
We jump down to the next part. Megaman shoots moving eye robots and jumping robots. We carry on until everything went very dark. I look around and see a dark lightbulb high up in the sky.
"There!" I point at the lightbulb.
"I can't reach it. We just have to be careful around here," said Megaman.
We carefully move through the area. A bomb robot comes running at us. Megaman shoots him which causes him to blow up. As soon as we are far away from the lightbulb, everything turns back to normal. More eye robots and bomb robots run toward us. Megaman shoots them and defeats them. Another lightbulb comes in which causes the whole room to become dark again. We quickly and carefully carry on through this area while defeating bad guys. We keep going down and then around the place. We jump up while beating the jumping robots that jump at us. We carefully jump from platform to platform across the red water. Falling bad guys with parachutes fall and block our way. Megaman shoots them and then we jump across. Another jumping robot gets in our way as we finish jumping across the red water. Two flying bugs quickly fly across. They fly low and then fly very fast at us. We jump over them to avoid getting hit. We make it to the door and went through the second door.
Shadow Man jumps in, ready to attack us. He keeps jumping around. Megaman shoots him with his weapon. Shadow Man dodges some of his attack. He then throws sharp things at Megaman. Megaman jumps out of the way. Shadow Man quickly jumps toward Megaman. Megaman shoots at Shadow Man. However, Shadow Man quickly slides, avoiding Megaman's attacks. He slides right at Megaman and hitting his legs which causes Megaman to fall down.
I shout, "Used Top Man's attack!"
Megaman changes colour. He is no longer blue. He is now grey. He jumps in the air at the same time as Shadow Man. He quickly spins. They both crash into each other so hard that they both get hurt by their attacks. Megaman keeps using the attack again. He defeats Shadow Man using Top Man's attack three times. Shadow Man blows up just like Top Man. Megaman takes Shadow Man's power. We return back to his home.
Roll quickly runs to me as soon as we make it back. "Are you okay?!" she asked me.
"Yeah!" I replied.
"Don't do that again, you could have got hurt!"
"I told you! You should have given her to the police!" said Dr. Wily.
"I want to save the world!" I said to them.
"What can a little girl like you do?! You will only cause more trouble for us!"
"That's not true Dr. Wily! Julie helped me beat Shadow Man," said Megaman.
"What, how can she do that?!" asked Wily.
"She knew Shadow Man's weakness!"
"That's impossible, how did she knows his weakness?!"
Dr. Light looks at me. He pats me on my shoulder and asks, "Julie, so that is your name? How did you know Shadow Man's weakness?"
"I just know," I replied.
We went to the back to the machine. The bottom right box where Shadow Man was is now empty.
"Where should we go?" asked Dr. Light.
I look at it and say, "Magnet Man!"
"Magnet Man? You're sure that's right?"
"Magnet Man!"
"Look how dirty you looked; let me clean you up." Roll clean me up using a brush. "It's good to finally know your name, Julie. I'm Roll; Megaman's sister."
"Sister?!" I smile at Roll.
Dr. Light says to Megaman, "Before you go Megaman, I have given Rush an upgrade. He can now change into Rush Marine. This will help you swim through the water." After that, Dr. Light set the machine to send Megaman to Magnet Man. I use the same machine as before and went to where Magnet Man is.
This place has lots of wires everywhere. Megaman comes in and runs toward me.
"Julie! You are supposed to stay back at the lab with Dr. Light and Roll," said Megaman.
"Save the world!" I said.
"You want to help save the world?"
"Yes!"
"Alright… but you must be very careful and stay with me."
"Okay!"
We run across until Megaman gets lift up into the sky.
"What's going on?" I asked. I look up to see a flying magnet above Megaman.
"The flying magnet is pulling me into the sky," Megaman replied.
Megaman shoots the flying magnet. He falls back down. We carry on only for Megaman to get lift back up again by more flying magnets. Megaman shoots them down and we run toward the ladder. We climb down into an empty room. The same music from before plays and Breakman jumps in.
"Bringing a little girl with you? I thought you supposed to help humanity, not drag them into danger," Breakman said to Megaman.
"Julie, stay over there, I'll handle Breakman!" said Megaman.
"Go Megaman!" I shouted.
The battle is the same as before. Megaman attacks Breakman from behind while dodging his attacks. Breakman uses his shield to block Megaman's attacks from the front while trying to shoot him. Breakman escapes again after taking several hits.
We jump down to the next room where we get pull in by machines. We jump over them and beat some robots that get in our way. We climb all the way down into an empty room… it was empty until some small platforms appear and disappear on the wall. We have to time it right or we'll fall back down on the floor. The platforms appear and disappear in a certain pattern. We find out what the pattern is and use the platforms to jump over the wall. More platforms appear and disappear only this time a machine is there to pull us in. We watch the platforms as they appear and disappear. Once we know the pattern, we jump onto them while avoiding getting pull in by the machine and jump over the next wall. This one is very dangerous. If we fall down, we'll fall into what looked like… I don't know what it is but it looked very dangerous if we fall in. Megaman carries me and we carefully jump across the platforms as they appear and disappear. The next part is also very dangerous as the machine tries to pull us off the platform. We quickly and carefully jump across the platforms. We make it and climb all the way up. We get attack by a robot that tries to shoot us. Megaman beats it and we carry on climbing up. A robot with a big face moves toward us. He shoots missile at us which moves slowly at us. Megaman shoots the missile down and shoots the robot. The robot fires another missile. Megaman beats the robot and then shoots the missile down. We enter the doors where we meet with Magnet Man.
Magnet Man jumps to the other side of the room. He jumps into the air and fires three of his magnet attack. The magnets move across the air and when it's on top of us, it goes straight down at us. We quickly move out of the way. Magnet Man then jumps to the other side of the room. He knocks me over. Once he reaches the other side, he uses his power to pull in Megaman. I watch as Megaman tries to run away from Magnet Man. Magnet Man stops and jumps to the over side again. He knocks Megaman over. He jumps into the air and fires more magnets.
"Beat him with Shadow Man's attack!" I shouted.
Megaman quickly dodges the magnets and changes colour to purple. He fires the attack at Magnet Man. Magnet Man jumps across to the other side. He tries to pull Megaman in again with his power. Megaman fires his weapon at him but it didn't hurt him. He waits for Magnet Man to finish using his magnet power. Magnet Man stops and jumps across. Megaman hits him with Shadow Man's attack. It took about five hits before Magnet Man is defeated. Megaman takes Magnet Man's power and we all went back to the lab.
"That did okay," said Megaman. "It was better than my buster."
"Buster?" I asked.
Megaman points to his buster on his arm. "This is a buster. I use this to stop any robots that are causing damage and endangering innocent people."
"Julie! I'm so glad you're okay!" said Dr. Light. "Why did you do that? That was very dangerous!"
"I want to save the world," I replied.
"You want to save the world?" Dr. Light smiles and pats me on my shoulder. "You're such a good girl but I don't want you to get hurt. Megaman will save the world."
"I want to help Megaman!"
"I don't think she'll stay here. She wants to help me save the world," said Megaman.
"Yes but she'll get into more danger if she goes with you," said Dr. Light.
Rush barks and runs to me.
I hug Rush. "Good doggy!"
"It seems Rush takes a liking to you," Dr. Light said to me.
"I will protect her," said Megaman said to Dr. Light.
"Let's beat the bad guys!" I said. I went over to the computer and look at each of the robot master. "Hard Man, we do Hard Man next!"
"Why Hard Man?" asked Dr. Light.
"Because he's very big and is made of lots of metals. The magnets will be able to hit him because he's made of metals."
Dr. Light smiles and pats me on my head. "What a clever girl! You know that magnets are attracted to metals."
Dr. Wily comes in. "Dr. Light, has he got another crystal?"
Megaman gives the crystal to Dr. Light.
"Good, now we need to work on Gamma while Megaman collects the remaining crystals."
"Megaman, Julie, I'll be busy working on Gamma with Dr. Wily. I want you to be careful and collect the crystals," said Dr. Light. He turns to Rush. "And I want you to help them in any way you can."
Rush happily barks. We all went to where Hard Man is.
We are outside in the mountains. We run toward one of the mountain. On the way, we are attacked by a big flying bee. He drops a thing full of little bees. They are very hard to hit because they are very small. We quickly run toward the mountain while beating the little bees that get thrown at us. We run over a green… thing? It was very dangerous as if you stand on it too long; something with sharp teeth will comes out and bites you. We run over it quickly and jump up to the ladder to avoid getting bitten by them. In the next room we use Rush to throw Megaman up over the big rock that is in the way. He defeats a green robot that throws things at him. Rush helps me get up and we carry on into the mountain. We are attacked by monkey like robots that jump at us. We run away from them as they are very hard to hit. We climb up the ladder and have to stop as a green robot is throwing things at us. Megaman waits for his eye to open before he shoots him. After beating him, we climb all the way up. A monkey robot is in our way as soon as we reach the top. We are very lucky as the monkey misses us and falls down the hole near the ladder. We climb up and slide under the small gap. The big machine that attacked me back on Top Man's stage is here doing the same thing. We beat it by shooting the robot on top of the machine. We carry on beating the big machines and climb up. We find a can with an 'E' on it.
"What's this?" I asked.
"It's an E-tank. 'E' stand for energy tank. When I am weak or taken damages, I can use the E-tank to fill me with energy and makes me all better," said Megaman.
We climb the ladders all the way up while beating the small robot. This looks very dangerous because there are lot of those green things in the floor. We quickly run across only to get attacked by the bees. We have to jump out of the way to avoid the bees and the machines with teeth. We climb down the ladder at the other end into an empty room. We hear the same music which means Breakman is here.
Breakman jumps in. "You still got the girl with you? What are you, a babysitter?" He gets himself ready to attack. "Don't blame me if she gets hurt."
The battle was the same as before. The only difference is that there's a hill in the middle of the room. Megaman has to be careful when moving over the hill. After beating Breakman, the hill blows up and we fall down. We climb down the ladder to get to where Hard Man is. The only problem is there a very big robot in our way. Megaman shoots it but his attacks bounce off it. The only way to defeat it is by shooting him when his eyes are showing. He slowly jumps toward us. We slide under him when he jumps at us. It took a lot of hits but Megaman beats it. We went through the door.
"Get the magnet ready!" I said.
Megaman changes colour to red. We went through the second door where we face with Hard Man. He attacks us with his fists that fly at us. We dodge it only for the fists to turn and fly at us. We dodge it again. Megaman fires magnets at Hard Man. It flies across and then straight at Hard Man. All of it hit him. Hard Man jumps into high in the air right over Megaman. Megaman quickly runs out of the way as Hard Man dives down very fast. He dives into the floor which causes the whole place to shake. I fall down because of that. Megaman fires more magnets at him. Hard Man fights back by throwing more fists at Megaman. He wasn't able to carry on fighting as he taken too much damage from the magnets. After beating him, Megaman takes his power. We return back home.
I set the computer to take us to Snake Man. This place is full of snakes. Bouncing robots and little snake head attack us. We beat them and went to the ladder. We climb up to face three more little snake heads. We beat them and climb up to face a big snake head. I was shocked to see it.
"Stay here while I defeat it," Megaman said to me.
"No, stay here and shoot him!" I said.
The big snake's head attacks us. Me and Megaman dodge his attacks. Megaman jumps and shoots the snake's head. He keeps his distance and stay off the snake's body. When Megaman beats him, the snake's head blows up and clear the way for us to go. A robot flies over us and drops his head at us. We jump out of the way. We jump down to another platform while shooting the snake heads. We run across, beating the flying robots and the snake head. We climb down the ladder, jump down to another platform and run the other way to continue our way to Snake Man. Weird looking robot, carrying… I think it's a stick, runs toward us. As soon as he is near us, he uses the stick to jump over us. He tries to run into us from behind but Megaman shoots him before he can get any closer. More flying robots and a weird robot block our way. We have to be careful as the flying robots drop their heads onto us while the weird robot tries to attack us from behind. We dodge their attacks and defeat the weird robot. We climb up the ladder, shooting any flying robots that come our way. We climb up beating green guys that throw things at us. We climb the first ladder we see. It leads us into a small room with two boxes with question mark on them.
"What's this?" I asked.
"Don't know but there might be something inside them," replied Megaman. He shoots them to reveal a small white and black circle and a big blue square.
"What are those? I see them everytime you beat those bad guys."
"This one-" Megaman points to the white and black circle. "Give me energy. This one-" He points at the blue square. "Helps refill my weapons. It takes energy to use these weapons. If I don't have any energy left for them then I can't use them."
We climb down the ladder and went to the other ladder. Another big snake's head is blocking our path. Megaman did the same thing as before and beats it. We carry on, jumping across the gap while beating the bad guys. We climb up ladder. We have to shoot the spider like robot on the ladder before we can carry on. We climb very high up. We jump across the small platform and onto a big platform. This big platform is different as cloud like platforms come out of it. We use these cloud platforms to jump to higher place. There're lots of big platforms that make cloud platforms. Cloud with eyes is floating toward us. We knew there's something wrong here so Megaman shoots it. We were right; the cloud disappears revealing a bullet robot. The bullet robot flies very fast at us. We jump over him to avoid getting hit. More of those flying cloud bullets come at us. We jump across the cloud platforms and small platforms toward a door. We enter the doors to face off with Snake Man.
"Use Hard Man's attack," I said to Megaman.
Megaman changes to a dark blue colour. He shoots the fist at Snake but it did little damage to him.
"Uh oh," I said, very worried.
Snake Man jumps across the place and shoots out snakes that crawl all over the floor and wall. Megaman uses all his weapons. He decides to use Shadow Man's attack as it causes the most damages out of all the weapons he had. It took a while but we defeated Snake Man. Again, Megaman takes his power and we collected another crystal for Gamma.
We went back to Megaman's home. I check the computer to see the robot masters. I have this feeling that we can defeat Gemini Man with snakes. I set the computer to send Megaman to where Gemini Man is.
"You think search snake will work on him or the hard knuckle," said Megaman.
I reply, "Snake!"
We went to a space place. It looks like we are in outer space. The sky is dark with lots of stars in the sky and the floor looks like blue crystals. Flying face robots fly down and shoot out fire at us. We dodge it and wait for the fire to disappear. Penguin robots throw egg at us. Megaman shoots the egg and the penguin robots. We jump over gaps and run to a weird machine in the floor. We heard music which means that Breakman is here. Breakman appears on the machine.
"You still have that girl with you?" Breakman asked. "You'll get yourself hurt if you're not careful."
Megaman points his buster at him. "Leave Julie alone, if you want a fight then fight me instead!"
"I'm not in the mood. Just be lucky that I'm opening this. Next time we meet, we'll be fighting each other." Breakman did something to the machine which causes it to open.
"Why did he do that?" I asked.
"I'm not sure. I don't understand what he wants," said Megaman.
We went down the hole that Breakman opened for us. The way is blocked by lots of round things. When Megaman shoots it, little blue thing with a face comes out of the round thing. Megaman shoots it before he can hurt us. We get rid of the round things that are blocking our way. We climb up the ladder where we find more round things blocking our way. We get rid of some of them and then climb up the ladder. Again, more round things are blocking our way but this time it high up in the air. We use Rush to jump us high up. We get rid of the round things and slide through the small gap. We get attacked by flying bugs and a big penguin machine that shoots out little penguins at us. To beat the big penguin machine we need to shoot it in the head. After beating it, we carry on only to face more flying bugs and another big penguin machine. After beating it, we jump down through a room and down again to a place with lots of water.
"This is the perfect place for the Rush Marine," said Megaman.
Megaman calls in Rush. Rush appears on top of the water. Luckily, I was small enough to fit into the Rush Marine with Megaman. We swim through the water to the other end. We have to be careful of flying bugs and big fishes. We collect some weapon energy and an E-tank. At the other end of the room is a ladder. We get out of the Rush Marine and climb up the ladder. We defeat the jumping robots and climb up another ladder. A very big robot like the one back in Hard Man stage is blocking our way. We defeat it by shooting him when he opens his face. We went through the first door. Megaman changes to a green colour.
"Gemini mean twin," I said to Megaman.
"You're saying that there's going to be two Gemini Men to fight?" Megaman asked.
"We're fighting two of them?!" I asked, surprised. "I didn't know we were going to fight two of them. My sister told me that Gemini mean twin."
"That might be his power. We better be careful."
We enter the second door. Gemini Man jumps in. Another Gemini Man jumps over us. He runs at us while the other Gemini Man jumps over us. Everytime Megaman shoots them, they shoot back at us. After hitting them with five snakes, one of them disappears. The remaining Gemini Man slowly jumps across the room. He didn't have time to use his attack as Megaman beats him with the snakes. We collect another crystal and Megaman gets a new power.
We give the crystal to Dr. Light and went to Needle Man stage. I have a feeling that Gemini Man's attack will work against Needle Man. We are outside in the city. There are buildings everywhere. Hedgehog like robots fire spikes at us. It is hard to beat them because they roll into a ball. When they do that, they won't get hurt by Megaman's attacks. We run to the ladder and climb down. We went to the bottom path and run into a small robot wearing a hat. We beat it and run to a wall. We pick up the weapon energy and went back. We take the middle path. A big cannon fires at us. We beat it by shooting it when it opens its cannon. There are more cannons and small robots wearing hats. Pink flying bugs fly at us. Megaman shoots them down. We run to the ladder and climb down inside the building. This place is very dangerous. There're spikes coming out from the top. We quickly run past them, jump over platforms, and climb up the ladder. We are back outside where we get attack by the hedgehog robot. We dodge him as he rolls down. Using Rush, Megaman jumps high up to a platform to collect the E-tank. He comes back down and we climb up the ladder. We beat two green robots as we make our way up. We also beat a big robot at the top. We went through the doors. Megaman changes his colour to a light blue.
Needle Man jumps in and we start fighting him. He jumps up and shoots needles at us. We dodge his attacks. Megaman fires a blue laser at Needle Man. Needle Man jumps over it. The laser hits the wall and bounces off it. It hits Needle Man from behind. Needle Man jumps over to us. He uses his head to try and hit us. The needles on his head pop out at us. We dodge it and Megaman fires more lasers at him. Everytime the lasers miss, it will bounces around the room until it disappear or hit Needle Man. It took four hits to defeat him. We collect another crystal and Megaman gets Needle Man's power.
We went back to give Dr. Light the crystal.
"Well done you two!" said Dr. Light. "I'll upgrade Rush. It'll take a few minutes." Dr. Light works on Rush. "Now Rush can turn into a jet and help you fly to higher places."
"Thanks Dr. Light. We'll be going to get the last crystal," said Megaman.
We went to the last robot master. This place is full of machines. The floor and walls look so shiny and bright. We climb up the ladder and beat the eye robot. We climb up again and I run across the floor until Megaman grabs me. He pulls me away.
"Julie, be careful!" Megaman points at the two little machines. One is on the top while the other is on the floor. The two machines move in the same direction. They move fast but they start to slow down. When they nearly stop, electricity appears between them which cause them to go fast again. They do the same thing again. We timed it so we jump over them safely. Weird flying robots come out of the top. When they hit their hands together, lots of electricity flies everywhere. We jump over the small machines and beat the flying robots. We climb up the ladder where we beat a green robot. We climb up another ladder into a room with small platforms with a triangle shape on it, and spikes on the top. Megaman jumps onto one of the platforms. The platform moves up toward the spikes. Megaman quickly jumps across the platforms.
When Megaman makes it, he shouts, "Julie, don't move!" He calls in Rush to help me out.
Rush turns into a jet and carries me across safely. We jump across platforms with those electricity machines and then climb up the ladder. We beat the robot that is driving a big machine and climb up more ladder. We jump up the floor while beating the eye robots and drop down the hole. I was luckily that Megaman catches me when we fall down; it was a long way down. Once we reach the bottom, we shoot the boxes of things but we couldn't get through because more boxes of things fall from the top. Megaman uses Hard Man's attack to quickly get rid of the things. He grabs me and we quickly run through before the boxes fall down. More boxes of things get in our way. We jump over them quickly before they block our path. We climb down the ladder and jump down where we have to slide through the low hole. We're in another room with platforms that move up and spikes on the top. Megaman calls in Rush and we ride on Rush through this dangerous place. The only difference is that the screw-like robots appear and make their way to us. We quickly dodge them and went through the doors. Spark Man jumps in and attacks us.
"Try Needle Man's attack," I said to Megaman.
Megaman changes to a brown colour. He shoots Spark Man but the weapon did little damage. Megaman tries each of the weapons and finds out that Shadow Man's weapon did the most damage and is easy to use against Spark Man. Spark Man jumps around the room and fires electricity at us. The room's floors are different just like in Snake Man's. Some floors are high while some are low. After beating Spark Man, we collect the last crystal and Megaman gets a new power.
We went back to Megaman's home and give the last crystal to Dr. Light.
"I knew you can do it Megaman. Now we can finish Gamma," said Dr. Light.
"Gamma?" I asked.
"Gamma is a robot that Wily and I are building to bring peace to the world. He is a peace keeping robot," Dr. Light explained to me. He smiles at me. "You did a great job helping Megaman." He pats me on the back.
Dr. Wily runs in. "Light, Megaman! This is terrible!"
"What is the matter, Wily?" asked Dr. Light.
"There're new robots going berserk!" Dr. Wily shows us the computer. It shows us that new robots are in the places where we beaten Shadow Man, Needle Man, Gemini Man and Spark Man. "I don't know who they are but they just as powerful as the robot masters that you defeated. Since we don't know their names, we should just call them doc robots."
"But where did they come from?!" asked Dr. Light.
"I don't know," said Dr. Wily.
"We'll stop them!" said Megaman.
We went back to Spark Man stage. Back at Spark Man place, things are a little different. The ladder is gone so we use Rush to jump us to the top.
"It changed," I said. I look around.
"I can't believe it changed this much," said Megaman.
We climb up the ladder only to get attack by a spider like robot. Megaman uses Shadow Man's attack to beat the spider robot. We climb all the way up. This place is so different from before. Some of those round machine things are popping out, new holes in the floor, and the things that were there before are not there anymore. It is even more dangerous than before. We have to use those round machine things to jump across the floor full of spikes in the next room. We beat big face robots that shoot missiles and then we slide under toward the doors.
"That was quick," I said.
"We better be prepare," said Megaman.
We went in to see a big ugly robot. The doc robot jumps in the air and shoots sharp round things at us. Megaman shoots him but it was hard to hit him because he jumps a lot.
The magnet will be perfect for this battle as it can hit the enemies by moving up or down. "Use the magnet!" I shouted.
Megaman turns red and fires the magnets. The doc robot jumps over it only for the magnet to move up toward him and hit him. We keep dodging and hitting him until he is defeated.
"We did it!" I happily said.
"He attacked like Metal Man," said Megaman.
"Who's Metal Man?"
"He's a robot master that I defeated before. He worked for Dr. Wily." I look at Megaman in confusion. Megaman looks around and notices a door. "I don't think this is over. We'll carry on searching this place."
We went through the door. We slide under and fall down. Megaman catches me again but this time he has to make sure to keep us away from the walls. The walls are now full of spikes.
Megaman continues his story. "Dr. Light and Dr. Wily used to work together in making robots to help the world. All that changed when Dr. Wily suddenly turned against Dr. Light and stolen the robots they built. He reprogramed them and used them to try to take over the world. I asked Dr. Light to turn me into a fighting robot so that I can stop Dr. Wily's evil plan. After I defeated him the first time, he came back with eight new robot masters. Metal Man was one of them. Again he wanted to take over the world. I defeated all of them and defeated Dr. Wily again. Now Dr. Wily told us that he changed, saying that he is good and that he seen the error of his way. He is helping Dr. Light to build Gamma to protect the world."
While listening to Megaman's story, I notice that this whole place is all broken. The blue fence-like things in the background are all broken, and there are more holes in the floor when we cross the boxes of things.
We went through the doors to see the same ugly robot. This robot moves different from the other one. He moves very quick and throws boomerangs at us.
"He attacked just like Quick Man!" said Megaman.
It was very hard to dodge him and his boomerangs. I told Megaman to use Shadow Man's weapon. It's not very useful against him. Megaman uses different weapons until he pick Snake Man's attack. Snakes seem to work best against him.
After beating him, we went over to where we fought Shadow Man. Again, this place has change into a dangerous place. The red water is gone and there're spikes on the walls. I'm sure there wasn't any when I first looked down from that place. We jump down and nearly fall into spikes on the floor. We luckily land to safety only to get attacked by the eye robots. We defeat them and move through this place. There're a lot of spikes on the walls. We climb down the ladder to a room that look familiar. A big robot is in our way. We didn't have enough time so Megaman grabs me and we quickly slide under the big robot just as he jumps. We jump down to the next room. Going through this room, I see waterfalls of red water. We carefully jump across the platforms. It was hard to see as the light bulb makes the room all dark.
We made it to the doors where we face with the same ugly robot. This time he attacks using leafs. Megaman couldn't hurt him because leafs are protecting the robot by going around him. He throws leafs into the air and they float down at us.
"It can't be!" shouted Megaman.
He places me in a safe place. He dodges the floating leafs from above and jumps over the other leafs that the robot thrown leaving him opened for attack. Megaman uses different weapon and uses Needle Man's weapon as it the one that cause the most damage.
After beating him, we carry on through this place. We climb up this small corridor while beating those green robots. The place where there're falling robots with parachutes looks very different. There're spikes on the top. We dodge the falling robots and jump across the platforms over the water. We beat the big face robot and went through the doors.
Another ugly robot and this one fight with fires. He throws fires at us. We dodge and Megaman attacks him. Everytime he attacks him, the ugly robot turns into fire and flies across the room. Megaman uses all the weapons to see which one will work well against him. He finishes it off using Shadow Man's attack.
"Same robot but he attacked with different… he attacked different," I said.
"No, they all looked the same but they're not the same robot. Each one of those doc robot have attacks from different robot masters that I defeated," said Megaman. "The one with the boomerangs is Quick Man, the one attacked with leafs is Wood Man, and the one we just defeated is Heat Man."
"Why do they all look the same?"
"They might not have time to build different features onto them. Someone must have programed these doc robots with data from the robot masters that I defeated. Remember I told you that Dr. Wily built eight robot masters and Metal Man is one of them?"
"Yes."
"Quick Man, Wood Man and Heat man are also built by Dr. Wily."
"So there're four more robots?"
"Yes and they could be Air Man, Bubble Man, Crash Man and Flash Man."
We went to the place where we fought Needle Man. The place is the same; the only differences are it is dark out here, there are spikes at some places, some places has changed, different enemy robots (especially the giant robots), we need Rush to help us get through certain parts of this place (we really need Rush to help us get through a very long gap where the floor used to be), and two doc robots to fight.
The first doc robot we face is Air Man. He blows us away and hurts us with his attacks. He sometimes jumps across to the other side of the room to blow us away again. Megaman uses different weapons. I thought snake will work well as it can avoid the wind attacks… all of it except for the ones that are near the floor. Megaman uses Spark Man's attack to beat him.
The other doc robot is Crash Man. He throws dangerous things that blow up while jumping around the room. Megaman beats him using Hard Man's attack.
We went to the last stage which is Gemini Man. The place looks the same… only some of the bad guys are different colours, different bad guys, lots of water, and the last two doc robots are in here. Did I forget to tell you that this place is even more dangerous than before? This place is very dangerous, especially the place with lots of water and that place full of those spider robots.
Halfway we face with Flash Man. He has the ability to stop time while shooting. The good thing is that it doesn't last long. He walks around the room while using his ability to hit Megaman. Megaman uses needles to beat him.
The last battle is underwater. I have to stay in Rush Marine as I can't swim. I watch as Megaman uses different weapons to fight Bubble Man. Bubble Man fights using bubbles while he swims around.
After beating the last one, a new bad guy appears. It is Break Man but he is wearing a mask over his face. We went out to face him. Music played and Break Man appears. He starts fighting without talking to us. The fight is the same as before. Break Man escapes before Megaman could beat him.
When we went back home, Dr. Light says, "Oh no, right after we received the last element… Wily ran off with Gamma!" I look at him in confusion. "Wily tricked us and now he has taken Gamma and using him to take over the world," he said to me.
"Stop him!" I shouted.
Dr. Light finds out where Dr. Wily is hiding. I went with Megaman to Dr. Wily's castle.
The castle looked very scary. We make it to the front and make our way inside. A spinning top robot is guarding the front. We grab an E-tank before going down into the water below. Megaman calls in Rush to help me swim underwater. We swim through the water and beating the robot penguins. We jump out of the water and climb all the way up. Megaman uses Hard Man's attack to break down walls so that he can get the power ups. In the next room are lots of green robots that throw things at us. We beat them and use Rush to reach the top. We carefully jump across the disappearing platforms over the spiked floor and make our way up the ladder. We went through the door only to fall into the water. Megaman calls in Rush again to help me swim. Above us is a machine. The machine spits out turtle robots one by one. We have to be careful as there are winds blowing around in the water filled room. The machine disappears when we beat all the turtle robots.
We move to the next area where we have to go up. We climb up until we are to the top. We slide across the dangerous floor and jump carefully across the spiked floor. We are then attacked by bees. We jump carefully across the platforms (using Rush Jet to keep us safe from the spikes below) and went through the doors.
Inside was a dark and empty room. There is no bad guy in here. Yellow things quickly fly at us out of nowhere. We dodge it by jumping over them and ducking under them. When I look behind, I see that the yellow things are all turning into a big yellow monster. When all the yellow things come together, the big yellow monster attacks us by shooting us with his one eye. We dodge his attacks and Megaman attacks his eye by shooting it with his buster. The monster closes his eye and bit by bit, the yellow things fly across to the other end of the room. We dodge it (and sometime we missed and ended up getting hurt) and wait for the monster to come together.
"This monster is like the Yellow Devil!" said Megaman.
When the monster is all together, he attacks again by shooting with his eye. Megaman uses his buster to attack the monster's eye. The monster closes his eye. Instead of flying across, he bounces across like a water waves. We dodge it by running under the monster as he bounces across. The monster shoots at us with his eye. Megaman shoots the monster's eye with his buster. The monster flies across the room again. Megaman is worried that I might not be able to dodge the monster's attacks anymore. He changes his weapon to Hard Man's and as soon as the monster comes together and opens his eye, Megaman fires the hard knuckle at the eye. He did it twice before finishing the monster up.
"Are you okay, Julie?" Megaman asked me.
"I'm fine," I replied while smiling at him.
We travel up with the help of Rush. More robots are here to stop us from getting to Dr. Wily. We find lots of power ups and use it to fill up Megaman's weapons. We collect a E-Tank and jump over the high wall using Rush. The whole room turns dark like space. We carefully walk across the area while beating the bad guys. When we reach the bottom, we slide under the big jumping robots and make it to the ladder. We climb up into a very dangerous room. There're spikes everywhere and lots of moving floors. We jump all the way up using the moving floors while being careful not to hit the spikes. We climb up the ladder into another dangerous room with more spikes and moving floors. We grab the power ups in the question mark boxes (we had to break down the wall using hard knuckle) and went through the doors. This time we face with three Megamen.
"What's going on?!" I asked, not understanding what is happening.
"He made copies of me," replied Megaman. He shoots the bottom one but didn't cause any damage. "Two of them are faked, only one of them is real!"
The fake Megamen shoot at Megaman. Megaman dodges it and jumps up to the middle platform. He shoots the fake Megaman, only for his attack to do nothing. He jumps to the top and quickly shoots the fake Megaman on the top. The fake Megaman took damage before escaping in the machine. The fake Megaman on the top appears again.
Megaman shoots him only for it to do nothing. "They swapped places!" Megaman jumps down and shoots the fake one in the middle. He took damage.
We keep doing this until we beat them.
We grab the power ups to fill Megaman's weapons and then we jump down where we fight big robots that throws box of metal at us. Megaman beats them by shooting them. We make it to a room full of machine. We went into one of them where we face off with Needle Man. He fights just like before. We beat him using Top Man's attack. We went into another machine where we face with Snake Man. Again, he fights just like before. We beat him using his weakness. I found out that the machines have all the eight robot masters we defeated. We went into each one, beating them with their weaknesses.
Once we beat them all, we went through the door and into a machine which takes us into a room full of more power ups. We fill up Megaman's weapons and jump down where we face with a very big machine. This machine looks like a sea fish-like machine. He has two eyes and he is slowly walking toward us. A gun is firing at us from under the big machine. Megaman shoots the gun while avoiding the gun's attacks. Once the gun is gone, the top of the machine changes to show Dr. Wily who is driving the machine. He fires his weapons from out of where the eyes used to be. He was too high for us to shoot so we use Rush Jet to fly up and shoot him. We destroy the machine and beat Dr. Wily. Dr. Wily falls down and bows up and down. We went toward him only for his head to bounce up and down.
"Huh?" I look at Dr. Wily as he bounces his head up and down.
"He's a fake! The real Wily must be hiding somewhere else!" said Megaman.
We got out and went into a room full of power ups. We went through the doors to see a very, very big machine with a small machine on the top of his head.
"It's Gamma!" Megaman shouted.
Using Rush, we jump up onto the high platform and fire at the small machine. The small machine looks like it is too strong to be damage by Megaman's buster.
"Use hard knuckle!" I shouted.
Megaman uses hard knuckle to damage the small machine. After beating the small machine, a big helmet drop onto the head. Inside the helmet is Dr. Wily.
I have a feeling I know what to do with that. "Use Top Man's attack!" I shouted at Megaman.
Megaman jumps to the top and changes to a grey colour. He jumps toward the helmet and spin attack it. He beat it in one attack. Dr. Wily falls down and bows up and down. Megaman just look at him.
I look at Megaman. "What's wrong?"
Before Megaman could answer me, a big box of metal fell right onto Megaman. I look around and saw that another box of metal has already fallen onto Dr. Wily. The whole place is coming down. I look around trying to figure out what to do.
Just then, someone jumps in and broke the box of metal that was on Megaman. "Where's Dr. Wily…? Oh no… too late," said the guy. He grabs me and Megaman, and takes us to a safe place.
The guy left us at Dr. Light's lab. Dr. Light comes in to see me with Megaman.
"Julie, Megaman! Are you okay?!" Dr. Light checks me to see if I am okay. He then checks Megaman. "What happened?!"
"A big box fell on Megaman and someone takes us to here," I explained to Dr. Light.
"Who took you here?"
"I can't see properly."
Megaman wakes up. I smile when I see that Megaman is okay.
"Megaman, you've regained consciousness. I found you two here when I arrived. I wonder who brought you here…" As soon as Dr. Light said that, we heard a music playing. It's the same one as Breakman. "This whistle… It must have been Protoman!"
Megaman left the lab as soon as he heard it.
I look at Dr. Light. "Who's Protoman?"
"Protoman is Megaman's brother and the first robot I ever built," Dr. Light replied.
Dr. Light shows me a book of robots that he and Dr. Wily built before Dr. Wily became evil. After that, it was time to say goodbye. Dr. Light, Megaman and Roll thank me for helping them. Rush jumps onto me and licks me on my face. I laugh and hug him. I hug everyone and said goodbye to them. I walk away and got caught in a portal that sends me back home.
During this adventure, I keep hearing different music. I like the music I heard on Spark Man's, Snake Man's and Hard Man's levels. The music I heard on Top Man's, Shadow Man's and Magnet Man's levels are very good to dance to. Again, I made up a song using random words.
As you can guess, this story is Megaman 3 on the NES. This is the first Megaman game I played and is my favourite. I love the music and characters. Funny story; me and my sister thought that we can play two players in this game. It was our first time playing it and we didn't know what Rush was for. We thought that we can control Rush with the second controller. Bet you know what happened next, we found out that it didn't work (laughing out loud).
