Hello everybody and happy new year! Hope you all have a great time! Here is another chapter.
In some of my previous chapters (and stories), I think I misuse the words said, say, ask and asked. I have been using mix of these since I did not know how to properly use it. I think I figured it out. I thought that you should use the past tense after the person speaks, and the present tense before the person speaks. Now I rethink it and figure that you should use the past tense ones when you are talking in the past, and the present tense ones when you are talking in the present. I also misuse the word went as I didn't know that was a past tense (go being the present tense). I'm sorry for the bad grammars.

I find myself inside a plane. I look in front to see a guy wearing a helmet. There is something on my mouth; I didn't know what it was. I look outside the window to see we are in the sky and we are flying over the green land. We are being attack by red things. It looks like they are shooting…diamonds? Why are they shooting diamonds? The guy in the plane shoots the red things and avoids the diamonds. I look down below to see a black circle under the plane. I wonder what that is. The black circle moves up close to the plane when we are over some high lands. Would we crash if this black circle touches the plane?
We stop at a weird looking thing on the floor. It has four round things around it and there are…tubes? The tubes are connecting the round things together. It's in the shape of a square and in the middle of the square is a weird looking thing with something red spinning inside it. I watch as the guy shoots the round things while dodging the diamonds that the things shoot. He keeps shooting them until he broke the four round things. Next, he shoots the middle weird thing until it is broken. After that, we fly off.
We fly over the water and shoot down planes. The planes are all different colours and are coming in from different places. When he beats them, we fly up into space where I see a big blue thing. There's an opening in the middle but it is spinning around and around. The guy flies the plane into the blue thing by making the plane go round and round.
Inside, the guy gets out of the plane and asks the other guys to fix his plane. The guys walk to the plane and see me.
"Hey Skyhawk, who's the little girl?!" one of the guys asks.
Skyhawk, the guy I watched flying the plane, looks at the guys. "Girl?!" He walks over to me. "How did you got in there?!" He asks me.
"Wait, you didn't know she was in there?!" asks one of the guys.
"No, I had no idea!" says Skyhawk. "Take that girl to security; we don't know what she is!"
"She's just a little girl! Maybe someone who works in this space station accidentally let their little girl wandered off." says one of the guys.
"Or maybe she is an alien being sent by the enemy to infiltrate us!" says Skyhawk.
The guys take me out of the plane and into a room. Then people come in; men and women. They are using machines on me. I didn't understand what is going on. I hear one of the men saying that I am just a normal little girl. One of the women walks up to me and asks, "Do you know where your home is, sweetie?"
I just stare at her. They take me out and left me inside a room. I walk around without them noticing me. I walk back to the plane and look inside. I fall in when I heard a loud noise. Skyhawk gets in the plane and flies us out of the space station.
We fly over yellow land. Again, we get attack by bad guys. I can see trees on the ground. The pyramids in this place blow out rocks into the sky. We fly to where there's a hole in the ground. Skyhawk drops something inside.
"Is that bomb? Are you blowing that up?" I ask.
Skyhawk looks at me. "How did you got in here?!"
I point forward. "Look out for bad guys!"
He goes back to flying and shooting down the bad guys. We carry on flying over the place until we find another hole in the ground. Skyhawk drops something down there. We fly off and over the orange land where we shoot down more planes. This time, the planes shoot what look like a bag with smoke coming out of it.
"What's that bag with smoke?" I ask.
Skyhawk sees the thing and flies away from it. "That's a missile," he says to me.
"Missile?"
"It's a dangerous explosive weapon that can destroy anything."
"Anything… Like this plane?" I didn't like the sound of that.
"Not if I fly us away from it."
Skyhawk carries on shooting down the planes and flying away from the dangerous missiles. After that, we go back to the blue space station. Back inside, Skyhawk takes me out of the plane.
"Taking the little girl out with you?" says one of the guys.
"She snuck into my plane. I thought I asked you to take her to the others so that they can check on her."
"And they did, she is just an ordinary girl."
"Then how did she got into my plane in the first place?!"
"You didn't land the plane on one of your missions?"
"No."
"It could be that her parents work in this space station and she wandered off without them knowing. You didn't notice her in the plane when you came back from that other mission."
"Yeah, it could be that."
The guys fix the plane after they finish talking with Skyhawk. I go into the plane without them knowing. Skyhawk comes back in and flies the plane out. We are flying over the blue land now. It looks cold out there. I see a red plane flying across us.
"Is that plane a friend?" I ask him.
He quickly looks at me before he goes back to flying. "No, he's an enemy. How did you got in here?!"
"I went into your plane," I replied.
"I need to get someone to look after you when I get back."
I watch as he shoots down the red plane and the other bad guys. We are going very fast. We make it to the weird looking thing. It was the same as the one I saw when I first came into the plane but the weird thing is blue, not green.
"What's that?" I ask.
"That's the enemy's base that I must destroy in order to save our world."
I watch as he beats the weird thing in the same way he beaten the first one. It is hard to beat because the red plane keeps coming at us and shoots us. We had to shoot him down and destroy the weird thing.
After beating it, we go over the bright blue land to shoot down more bad guys. We then return to the space station. We get out of the plane so that the guys can fix it.
"That girl is like your very own mascot," says one of the guys.
"Can you get someone to look after her? I don't want her to get hurt," says Skyhawk.
After fixing the plane, I go back in without them knowing. Skyhawk flies us out.
"Are we shooting more bad guys?" I ask him.
Skyhawk quickly looks at me before he goes back to flying. "I thought someone was looking after you!"
"I got lost and went into plane," I say to him.
"You seem to like this plane."
"I want to save world!"
"That's what we are going to do."
"Yeah! Beat bad guys!"
"Thanks kid."
We fly over a place with lots of water. We get attack by boats and planes. I watch as Skyhawk shoots them down. It is different when we make it to the end. There are four triangle-like things in front of us. On the floor in the middle is a man who is inside…something. The man can't get out.
"Who's that?" I ask.
"He is a scientist. I was sent here to pick him up but it seems that the enemies has captured and imprisoned him."
"Let's get him!" I point at the four triangle things. "Shoot it down, shoot it down!"
"Roger that."
He shoots the triangle things. The triangle things shoot back. We dodge them and keep shooting them till they are broken.
"Yeah! Now you save him," I say.
Skyhawk shoots the thing that keeps the man inside. It breaks and the man is free. We land the plane and the man gets in. He sits next to me. We fly off where we shoot more bad guys down. When we go back to the space station, the man we saved fix up the plane. I watch him work on the plane.
Skyhawk walks over to me and says, "He is installing the secret weapon onto the plane."
"Installing? Secret…weapon?" I didn't understand.
"He is putting in the weapon that will help us beat the aliens. Don't tell anyone, it's a secret."
I nod my head. I won't tell anyone about it.
The man walks over to us. "Thank you for saving me. I installed it but that is only half of it. There's another scientist who can finish installing the rest of the weapon. You need to find him."
"Understood," says Skyhawk.
The man wishes us luck before he goes. I go into the plane and Skyhawk flies us out. We are flying over purple land.
"Are you in here, kid?" Skyhawk asks.
"Yeah," I say to him.
"I thought you might be in here. We are going to destroy another enemy's base."
We fly through the place, shooting down the bad guys. There are more bad guys and they are shooting a lot. Again, the enemy's base looks like the other two things we destroyed. This one is purple. Skyhawk beats it the same way he did with the other two. We shoot more bad guys down and then we go back to the space station.
We fly back out and into an orange land. We face more bad guys and pyramids that blow out rocks. I watch him shoots down the bad guys and dodging the rocks. He drops something in the hole.
"Is that a bomb? Are you blowing that up?" I ask.
Skyhawk says to me, "No, I dropped supplies into that hole."
"Supp…lies?"
"Things that will help people, I'm dropping them down to help them survive."
He keeps on flying and shooting down the bad guys. He drops more supplies into the hole and then we fly off to shoot more bad guys. We go back to the space station to fix the plane and then go back out.
We go to the pink land to destroy another enemy's base. It is just like the blue cold land; we fly very fast and get attacked by a red plane. We destroy the enemy's base which is the same as the others only in pink. We shoot down more bad guys and then go back to the space station.
We fly out, through another place with lots of water and lots of bad guys. At the end of this place, we find a man trapped just like the other man. We save him the same way we did with the other man. We didn't go back to the space station. We go to a safe place where the other people lived. The man we saved finished installing the secret weapon. We fly off to fight more bad guys. We fly up into space where I expect to see the space station. It isn't the blue space station, it's the bad guy. This big and scary thing shoots at us. Skyhawk dodges it and shoots the bad guy. After destroying the little things that are everywhere on this bad guy, the big eye in the middle opens and shoots at us. Skyhawk keeps shooting the big eye and dodging it. He keeps doing it until the thing is broken.
After beating it, all the bad guys leave the planet. Skyhawk goes back to the space station where everybody is happy. I decide to go back home.
Skyhawk looks at me. "Are you going back to your mum and dad?"
"Yes."
Skyhawk pats me on my head. "You take care now, kid."
I say goodbye to him and go through the space station. The portal shows up and takes me back home.
Can you guess what game I was in? It was a NES game called Captain Skyhawk. I enjoyed playing that game. I thought those attacks that the enemies fired were diamonds, they were shaped like diamonds...or am I the only one to think that? And I did not know that the black circle was the plane's shadow. I thought I could fly across to the other side over the high land by avoiding touching the black circle. Bet you can imagine what happened, I crashed the plane a lot of time trying to cross to the other side by avoiding the shadow. And those missiles on the other stages really did look like a white paper bag with smoke coming out of it...well to me it does.
