Self inserted. Story is centred on my point of view. Watch me travel to different worlds, meeting new friends and enemies. What start off as playing video games and watching cartoons, movies and anime turns into an adventure where I have to help the heroes beat the villains and save the worlds. Mainly video games but it has a bit of cartoons and anime crossover in it.

50. Mavericks Attack

Hey there readers, got a chapter that I hope you will like. Also, I just updated/changed something on my characters' profiles chapter 6 yet again.

Disclaimer: I don't own anything except my OCs and my ideas for this story.

Warning: Tried my best proofreading, might still be some mistakes that I might have missed. Also, spoilers for anyone who hasn't play this game that I am describing. Can you guess which game I am in? Also, big warning for very sad moment... A character death and how I described it (maybe I should check the rating).

I am with Dr. Cain who is talking with me about Megaman. I tell him I know him when we fought the bad robots. Megaman tells me that his name is not Megaman. He tells me his name is X. I don't know why he said that. He also tells me that he doesn't know me. I tell him about what we did when we fought the bad robots. Megaman tells me that he doesn't know what I am talking about. Why is Megaman saying that? He knows me. I am really sad that Megaman said that. Something bad is happening and Megaman goes off. I follow him to a road. Cars come toward me. Something grabs me and gets me out of the way. I look and see Sonic. I am very happy to see him.

"Julie, you must never go on the road like that. It's very dangerous," Darkwing says to me. I turn and see Darkwing with Crystal, Amy and Tails. I am so happy to see them.

"What is going on here?" Amy asks.

As soon as Sonic puts me down, I run over to Megaman. "Hey Julie, don't go running down the road without looking both ways!" Darkwing shouts to me.

Megaman turns around when he hears that. "What are you doing here? This is very dangerous for humans," Megaman says to me.

"What is happening?" I ask.

"Mavericks attack. You need to go back home where it's safe." A wheel bad guy rolls toward us. Megaman shoots him down with his weapon.

"Bad guys!" I say.

"So that's a Maverick. Are they all robots?" Darkwing asks.

"Reploids that gone rogue," says Megaman.

"Reploids?"

"Robot who can think and act like humans. That's what Dr. Cain said."

"Yeah… I know how dangerous that can be."

"What are you? You don't look like normal humans."

"You never heard of me?!"

"Darkwing, I think we are in another different world," says Amy.

"As I said before, there is never a dull moment when I am with all of you," says Crystal.

"Annnd you have problems with that?" Darkwing says to Crystal.

"Not at all, I find all our adventures together really entertaining. I really enjoyed it all, saving the day and beating the villains."

"It's in our families, we're all great heroes fighting crimes and saving the innocents."

"Wow, you can think for yourself," Tails says to Megaman. Tails looks at Megaman. "Just like Bomberman."

"I don't know who this Bomberman is," says Megaman.

"He's a friend," I say.

"He's a robot who can think too," says Tails. "He has the ability to make bombs and blows up things."

"I don't think I met him," says Megaman.

"He is from another world."

"Another world?"

"We are all from different worlds to yours. My name is Miles Prower but everybody called me Tails. I'm a fox with two tails." Tails points to Sonic. "This is Sonic the Hedgehog. He's the fastest hedgehog and my best friend. He's a hero in our world."

"And I'm Amy Rose. I'm Sonic's girlfriend."

"Princess Crystal Royalfeather. I am from a different world from them."

"I am the terror that flaps in the night! I am the upgrades that are hiding in the most hard to reach places! I am Darkwing Duck!" Darkwing uses his blue smoke when he does that.

"I'm Julie, you know me," I say.

"I really don't know you," says Megaman.

I am about to cry. Megaman keeps saying that he doesn't know me.

"Julie, you're sure you know him? You're not mistaken him for someone else are you?" Darkwing says to me.

"Yes, he's Megaman," I say. I am crying a bit.

I see Darkwing pulling Megaman over to him and saying something to him. They turn to us. "Okay Megaman, do you got something to say to Julie?"

"…You can call me whatever you want. Right now I need to stop the Mavericks."

We follow Megaman as he shoots down a blue robot that fires electricity at us. We jump over the electricity that goes across the floor. We beat the robot and go forward. The roads are broken and there are broken cars on the road. Flying robots try to hit us by dropping spikes on us. Sonic and Tails beats them by spin jumping on them. The flying robots drop spikes that fall down on the road. I look down and see that it makes a hole in the road. More flying robots come at us as we go forward. Megaman shoots them down. We find another blue robot. He shoots missiles at us. Amy pulls me to safety. Darkwing and Crystal jump over them and kick the blue robot. They beat him and we carry on forward. More bad guys on the road, we dodge their attacks and beat them. We jump over the holes in the road. A big flying robot flies in and shoots at us. We move back to avoid his attack. The big flying robot drops round robots with big legs. The round robots with big legs walk toward us. We beat them when they get too close to us. Megaman shoots down the big flying robot. The big flying robot breaks and falls down on the road. The road breaks when the flying robot fell and we all fall down with the road. We stop falling and are in a big hole.

"Is everyone okay?" Darkwing asks us.

"Yeah, I think so," says Amy.

"I am unharmed," says Crystal.

"We are doing okay," says Tails. He is looking after me to make sure I didn't get hurt. "I'll fly us out of here." Tails flies me out of the hole. He goes back down to get Amy.

"I can easily get out with-" Darkwing is looking behind his cape. "Where is it? Don't tell me I left it at home again!" Tails already got Amy, Sonic and Crystal out. "Uhhh… A little help please," Darkwing quietly says to Tails. Tails gets Darkwing out of the hole.

"I never see anything like that," says Megaman. He gets out of the hole by jumping up the wall.

"Foxes are supposed to have only one tail but I was born with two. I can rotate my tails like a helicopter and fly around. I can only fly for a short time before I get tired."

"Don't look now but there are more Mavericks destroying this place," says Darkwing. He points over to where there are more broken roads and more round robots with big legs. We go forward, beating the bad guys. Another big flying robot flies in. "Not another one!" Darkwing shouts.

Again, we fight them and beat them. We fall down again when we beat the big flying robot. Tails flies us out of the big hole and Megaman jumps up the wall. We carry on forward beating the wheel bad guys and flying small bad guys. Some of the roads fall down when we step on them. I nearly fall down but Megaman saves me by quickly jumping to me and then jumps up the wall while carrying me. Darkwing, Crystal, Sonic, Amy and Tails protect us by beating the bad guys that come in. There are bad guys in car trying to run us over. Megaman shoots down the bad guys which leave the car with a broken top that keeps going. It does not stop. We can ride on the broken top car to the end. We shoot down more bad guys as we ride forward. A very big flying ship flies over us and drops more bad guys in cars. We beat them all.

A big robot comes out of the very big flying ship. Megaman shoots him but the big robot runs straight at Megaman and punches him. Sonic and Tails spin jumps at the big robot. The big robot punches Sonic and Tails away. Darkwing and Crystal jump kicks the big robot. The big robot punches Crystal away and squashes Darkwing. Megaman shoots at the big robot. He shoots out a big shot at the big robot. It looks like he is hurting the big robot but the big robot keeps fighting. He walks up to Megaman and punches him. Sonic and Tails try again but get knock out. Crystal is helping Darkwing get up. The big robot keeps on punching Megaman. Megaman is not looking too good. He looks hurt. The big robot jumps back and shoots out a round ball. The round ball hits Megaman and traps him. The big robot goes over to Megaman and grabs him.

"You worthless piece of scrap metal, did you think you could defeat me?" says the big robot.

I do not like that. "Let him go!" I shout at the big robot.

"And you got pathetically weak humans with you. You are even worthless than I thought."

"Julie, get out of the way!" Amy shouts at me. She is looking after Sonic who is trying to get up.

I hear something and before the big robot can hurt us, a big shot hits the big robot. The big robot loses his arm. Megaman got out of the big robot's broken arm. A red robot with yellow hair comes in and goes in front of Megaman and me. He gets his weapon ready and shoots the big robot. The big robot jumps up to avoid the attack and goes into the very big flying ship. They fly away.

"I guess I'm not powerful enough to defeat him…" says Megaman.

I go over to Megaman to check to see if he's okay. "You can beat him!" I say to Megaman.

"Darkwing, Sonic and Tails are back up. "Never say never, we'll find a way to beat him," says Darkwing.

"That's right, he's not invincible," says Tails.

"Yes, if he can do it then you can do it too," I say to Megaman.

"These humans believe in you and they are not wrong. X, you shouldn't expect to defeat him, he is designed to be a war machine. Remember, you have not reached full power yet. If you use all the abilities you were designed with, you should become stronger… You may even become as powerful as I am."

"Thank you for saving us," Amy says to the red robot. "I'm Amy. This is Sonic, Tails, Julie, Darkwing and Crystal," Amy says as she points to each one of us.

"My name is Zero, I'm a Maverick hunter like X," says the red robot. So this red robot is not a bad guy, he's a good guy. "I'll scout ahead and collect as much information on Sigma's fortress as I can. I'll meet up with you when you get there. See you later! X, I know you can do it!" Zero goes off.

We go with Megaman back to the place with Dr. Cain. "While Zero scouts ahead and collect information on Sigma… Who's Sigma?" Darkwing asks.

"He is the one leading the Mavericks. We need to find him and stop him. But right now, there are Mavericks on the loose," says Megaman. Megaman shows us the computer with eight different robots.

"We should go to the bird stage," I say.

"You are going home, all of you," says Megaman.

"What and let you hog all the glory, I don't think so," says Darkwing.

Sonic shakes his head and runs on the spot. He then spins around and then stops and pretends to hugs something. "I think you mean hog all the fun, that's what Sonic is saying," says Amy.

"And that too," says Darkwing. "For a minute there I thought he needed to go." Sonic gives Darkwing a look.

"It has nothing to do with that. As a Maverick Hunter, my duties are to take down the Mavericks, and save and protect humans," says Megaman.

"We're heroes, we used to beating the villains and saving the day," Darkwing says to Megaman.

"You're all still humans and are putting yourself in danger if you go with me. Go home where it's safe. I'll go and beat the Mavericks and being peace to everybody." Megaman goes off.

"Great, now what are we going to do? Should we just go home like he said?" Darkwing asks us.

"No, we go with him," I say.

"But he said that we should go home and let him handle those Mavericks," says Tails.

"We need to help him beat them!"

"Julie's right! We're heroes and we don't let other heroes go into danger," says Darkwing.

"So we are going to help him if he asks for it or not," says Amy.

"Exactly, he may not ask for help but he actually does need it." Darkwing then whispers, "I should know, it happened to me once."

I check the computer and find out that Megaman gone to the bird stage. We all go there. We quickly go to the moving small platforms. I get grab by a flying machine. Sonic beats the flying machine and Tails catches me. He flies me to the top. Darkwing, Crystal, Sonic and Amy use the moving platforms to get to the top. Sonic is carrying Amy to make sure she doesn't fall down. We go forward where we find a green machine on a moving metal platform that moves up and down. The green machine shoots in different directions. We can't go through the moving metal platform. We wait for him to go down and then we beat him. The metal platform goes down into the floor when we beat him. We go forward where there are flying small platforms that move up and down. On some of those platforms are machines that shoot out fire. We beat the machines before we jump onto the flying small platform. We go up to where we find broken glass. There is nothing here.

"Looks like X has been busy," says Darkwing.

We go back to the flying small platforms and go to the other way. We carefully jump across the flying small platforms while beating the machines on them. We make it across and climb up the wired tower. More flying machines trying to grab us, we dodge them and then beat them. There are more bad guys as we carry on forward. These bad guys are the same ones that I faced.

Darkwing kicks one of the bad guys with the hard hat. "Ouch!" he shouts as he holds his feet and jumps up and down.

Sonic and Tails try to beat them but couldn't. "These robots are indestructible," says Tails.

"Wait for them to come out and then you can beat them," I say.

"I would appreciate it if you told me that sooner," says Darkwing.

We wait for the bad guys to come out from their hard hats. We beat them as soon as they get out. We go forward where we beat more bad guys. We quickly jump across the flying platforms. The flying platforms fall down as soon as we jump on them. We make it across to the flying ship where we find Megaman shooting down the bad guys. We follow him into the room below.

"What are you doing here?! It's too dangerous for you to be here!" Megaman says to us.

"We're here to help you beat the Mavericks," says Tails.

"I-"

"You think you don't need help but you do," says Darkwing.

The whole room starts shaking. "We need to get to safety," says Megaman. We follow him onto a platform which takes us up. The whole top of the flying ship blows up. Storm Eagle flies in. "You go to a safe spot while I fight Storm Eagle."

"Wasn't you listening to us, we-" Before Darkwing can finish, Storm Eagle uses his wings to blow us away.

Sonic and Tails run through the wind with no trouble. Me, Amy, Darkwing, Crystal and Megaman are being blown away. We are nearly blown off the flying ship. Storm Eagle flies all the way up. He then flies right at us. We jump out of the way. Megaman keeps shooting at Storm Eagle every time he flies at us. Storm Eagle flies back down and shoots wind at Megaman. Megaman falls off the flying ship. Tails quickly flies over and catches Megaman. He flies Megaman back onto the flying ship.

"Thank you for helping me," says Megaman.

"Don't…worry…about it. We're…here to…help," says Tails. He is a bit tired from carrying Megaman.

Sonic, Darkwing and Crystal are attacking Storm Eagle. Storm Eagle flies up and spits out an egg. The egg breaks onto the floor and four little bad robot eagles come out. They fly right at Sonic, Darkwing and Crystal. Sonic, Darkwing and Crystal get knock down by the little bad robot eagles. We go after Storm Eagle. Storm Eagle flies to the other side of the flying ship. He uses his wings again to blow us away. This time we all get blow off the flying ship. We all fall down. Tails flies and tries to get us to fall slowly. He tries to carry all of us but it is too much.

"Sonic, catch and put it on!" Darkwing shouts. He takes something out of his cape and throws it at Sonic. Sonic puts it on and carries Amy. "Great Sonic, use the parachute! Tails, you try to help X! Crystal, hold onto me!" Crystal holds onto Darkwing.

Darkwing grabs me and holds me with one arm to his body. He uses his cape to make us slowly fall down. Sonic uses the parachute and is slowly falling down with Amy. Tails helps Megaman to slowly fall down. We all safety fall onto the floor.

"Darkwing, why did you have a parachute in there?" Amy asks.

"Just in case LP crashed the plane, he is actually a really good pilot…as long as he doesn't crash," says Darkwing.

"Isn't it because he was attacked?" Megaman says to Darkwing.

"Sometime yes, most of the time he just crashed it for no reason, he even told me that he crashed a submarine and a space rocket once."

"Is he okay?" Amy asks.

"LP? Yeah he's fine. He used to it."

"I would like to meet your friend LP," says Crystal.

"I'm sure he'll like you. LP will be very surprised about you."

"And why is that?"

"Because he's a big fan of my and he doesn't know that I have a princess as my long distance cousin."

"Let us get back to base, I should be able to get back there," says Megaman.

"Wouldn't we just get blow off again?" says Darkwing.

"…That might happen again...and without you all, I would have fallen-"

Before Megaman can finish what he is saying, Darkwing says to him, "Let's find another way, like the saying goes, when there's a will; there's a way."

"What does that mean?"

"It means that if we try our best, we will overcome any problem," Amy says to Megaman.

"Then I agree with you. There is a way to beat him, to beat the Mavericks."

"First thing we need to do, find a way to stop him from blowing us away," says Darkwing. "Or we could go after another Maverick." We are now back at the base. Darkwing looks at the computer. "Why don't we go after Launch Octopus?"

We go to a place full of water. There is a robot running on top of the water and a big bad guy that shoots out bombs from the top. The big bad guy takes lots of hits to beat. We find more bad guys as we go forward. Megaman keeps going and goes into the water.

"Hey X, you're going to drown in there!" Darkwing shouts.

"I don't think he will. He's a robot so he might not need to breathe air," says Tails.

"I forgot about that. X looks like a human wearing armour." Darkwing looks at us. "You guys learnt to swim right?"

"I don't know how to swim," I say. Sonic shakes his head up and down. He agrees with me.

"It would seem we will need to help them to swim again," says Crystal.

Darkwing, Crystal, Tails and Amy help me and Sonic swim through this place. We swim across the top of the water.

"I wonder how X is doing?" says Tails.

"Let me take a look," says Darkwing. Darkwing gives me to Crystal and swims into the water. After a while, he comes back up. "He just shot down a big fish robot. Also, aren't robots supposed to be weak to water?"

"It seems these robots are made specially for underwater."

We swim over and find a big ship. We go on the ship to rest up after swimming. We then get attack by the bad guys. We beat them but more bad guys come at us. There is a blue thing near the place where the bad guys are coming out of. We attack the blue thing to stop the bad guys from coming out. Once the blue thing is destroy, everything starts to blow up. The ship then falls down into the water. Crystal helps me to swim.

"Where's Sonic?!" Amy asks. We look around but couldn't find him.

Darkwing quickly swims into the water. After a few minutes, he comes back up with Sonic. "That ship we were on was actually a whale robot. It crashed straight down to the ocean floor. There is a secret room there, X just gone in to check it out," says Darkwing.

We carry on swimming on top of the water. Darkwing and Sonic suddenly go into the water.

"Sonic! Darkwing!" Amy shouts.

Crystal takes a quick look in the water. "There is a long fish robot under us. It took Darkwing and Sonic with it."

Tails goes in the water to help Sonic and Darkwing. I can hear lots of shooting in the water. I look down into the water. I think I see Megaman down there. After a while, we feel the whole place shaking. Sonic, Tails and Darkwing come back up.

"That was a close one," says Darkwing. We swim forward and find a wall. "Dead end, where do we go?"

"It looks like the only entrance is underwater," says Crystal. She points down to where there is a door in the water.

"This may be a problem. We can only hold our breath for so long. Wait a second! I think I got something for that." Darkwing looks behind his cape. He gets out two round things that have something wired to them. "Oxygen tanks with scuba diving masks. I only got two though."

"Darkwing, why do you have that?" Amy asks.

"Just in case I need to go underwater, the only thing I don't got is my gas gun. I could of use my gas gun to stop us from falling off the plane. We'll give one of these to Julie and we all share the other one." Darkwing puts the thing on me. "We'll take turn breathing in air when we need to."

We go underwater. I still can't see properly but I can breathe fine. We go through the doors with Megaman. Launch Octopus comes down. He fires things at us. We all get hit by them. We move away from Launch Octopus as he jumps over to us. Launch Octopus spins around which causes us to get pull in toward Launch Octopus. As soon as we get pull in, Launch Octopus hits us with his arms. We fall onto the floor. Launch Octopus fires more things at Megaman. He quickly jumps over to Megaman and spins around. Megaman tries to run away from him but couldn't run fast enough. He gets pull in. Launch Octopus grabs Megaman with his arms. He is hurting Megaman. Crystal and Amy grab me and swim me out of there. I look behind and see Darkwing, Sonic and Tails hitting Launch Octopus off of Megaman. Tails swims Sonic out while Darkwing swims Megaman out. We go back to the base.

"Just…let me…catch…my breath," says Darkwing. He sounds really tired.

"I'm still unable to defeat them," says Megaman.

"Third time the charm."

"What?"

"Darkwing means that we should be lucky on our third try," says Tails.

"We should pick something easy like…" Darkwing looks at the computer.

"You thought Launch Octopus was easy?" Amy asks.

"Yes… That was before I knew he was an energy sucking vampire!" Darkwing looks at each of the bad guys. "Let's try Flame Mammoth."

We go to a very hot place. There are moving floors that move broken machines into the lava at the bottom. One of the broken machines still tries to fight us even though he is broken. He can shoot lasers at us. We beat the bad guys and carefully jump over the lava to a safe floor. We jump down the hole and carry on forward where we get attack by robot bad guys that throw sharp things at us. I think they are digging robots. I saw a heart under a platform but we can't get to it because it is in the lava. How are we supposed to get that? We climb all the way up and keep going where we find more moving floors and lava. We have to carefully run across as there are big things that will crush us if we go under them. Those big things are supposed to crush the broken machines into flat machine. After getting past them and Darkwing nearly got crush by the big thing, we carry on forward where we carefully walk across the pipes. The pipes are over the lava and there are lavas dropping from the pipes. We carefully move past them. We get really hurt here. There are these bad guys with shields. We can't hurt them when their shields are up. We have to wait for them to put their shields down. Once they put their shields down, they attack by throwing their balls with spikes at us. We have to dodge while attacking them. They put their shields back up when they finish their attacks. One of these bad guys is standing on the pipe near the dripping lava. And there is a hole in the pipes where there is lava in the hole. We have to dodge the bad guy while dodging the dripping lava and jumping over the lava on the floor. Darkwing accidentally falls in the hole and burns his bottom and cape. Tails and Crystal get burn by the dripping lava while Sonic and Megaman get hit by the bad guy. After several tries, we beat the bad guy and carry on forward. There are more of those bad guys. There are also moving spiked machines that go around the pipes. There is nothing we can do about the spiked machines so we just avoid them. There are two ways we can go, we take the top pipe to avoid the lava at the bottom.

We make it to the end where we go through the door to fight Flame Mammoth. As soon as we get out the door, the moving floor moves us toward Flame Mammoth. We quickly run away as Flame Mammoth jumps at us. As soon as he jumps onto the floor, the whole room shakes and we all fall down. The moving floor is moving us toward Flame Mammoth. It takes a while for us to get up. We quickly move away as Flame Mammoth spits out some red stuffs on the floor. I don't know what that is. Flame Mammoth shouts which causes the floor to move the other way. I fall down as I didn't know that the floor will move the other way. I get back up and run away from Flame Mammoth as he jumps toward us. Again, we fall down when he hits the floor. I am having problem moving, the red stuff on the floor is slowing me down. Sonic quickly grabs me and takes me away from Flame Mammoth. I watch as Flame Mammoth spits out fires. Darkwing is struck on one of the red stuff. As soon as the fire hits the red stuff, the red stuff gets caught on fire. Darkwing runs around on fire. The red stuffs are oils. We don't do so well against Flame Mammoth. We are still hurt from going across the lavas and getting attack by bad guys. We get out of there and back to base.

Darkwing is cooling down in a big bucket of water. "Phew, that's much better."

"That didn't go well," says Tails.

"How about we go after something small like…" Darkwing looks at the computer. "Chill Penguin…? Penguins are easy."

"Let's go," I say. We go to the place full of snow.

"Brrrrrr! It's freezing here!" Darkwing shouts. He gets out coats from his cape. He gives me and Crystal coats to put on. "Going from a hot place to a cold place, that's not good for our skins."

There're rabbit robot bad guys and robots that hit these metal things at us. The metal things grow back up so that the robots can hit the metal things at us. We beat them and go forward. Flying robots drop bombs at us. We run away from the bombs and Megaman shoots them down. We keep going forward and go into the cave. More flying bad guys attack us as we go down the cave. Wheel bad guys attack us as we run across. Next we need to make our way up. We get up only to run back down as a wheel bad guy comes down on us. We beat him and go back up. Megaman beats the wheel bad guys before they can get to us. We move across to the other side so that we can carry on going up. We keep going until we make it to the top. There is a blue machine in front of us. As soon as Megaman goes close to it, the blue machine opens and a blue man shows up.

I look closely and see who it is. "Dr. Light!"

"So you've come…" says Dr. Light.

I run over and say, "Hi, Dr. Light.

"X, I gave you the ability to choose your own path in life, and I hoped the world would allow you to choose a peaceful one. But now it seems that you are destined to fight. Because I thought the world might need a new champion. I have hidden capsules like this one. If you find and use them you will be able to increase your powers beyond anything the world has ever known. Step into this capsule and receive an acceleration system to boost your speed. Good luck, X!" says Dr. Light before he disappears.

"Dr. Light!" I shout.

"Julie, I think that was just a recorded hologram message," says Tails.

"A message?"

"He must have recorded it into that capsule for X."

"You do know Dr. Light," Megaman says to me.

"So that's Dr. Light. Who is he again?" says Darkwing.

"He's the one who make Megaman. He also make Roll and Rush. Megaman can shoot bad guys and copy the main bad guys' powers."

"Julie, how did you know I can do that?" Megaman asks me.

"Because you did it before when we fight those bad robots."

"You can copy your enemies' power? Why didn't you do that in the first place?" Darkwing says.

"Because Megaman needs to beat the main bad guys before he can get the power," I say to Darkwing.

"It is what Julie has said. I need to beat the Mavericks before I can copy their abilities," says Megaman.

Megaman goes into the blue machine. There are lots of lights as the blue machine shines. Something happens and then Megaman comes out with new shoes. They are blue and white.

Darkwing does a whistle. "Those are some shiny new parts. Are they just for show?" Megaman quickly moves across the floor. "Nope, they make you go faster."

"It looks like the leg part enables you to dash with incredible speed," says Tails.

"Which means…" Darkwing thinks about it. "Anybody wants a rematch with Storm Eagle and Launch Octopus?"

"Did we not just lost to them?" Crystal says to Darkwing.

"Yeah but with his leg upgrade…"

Crystal thinks about what Darkwing is saying. "Oh, I see what you mean. We should have no problem dealing with Storm Eagle wind attacks and Launch Octopus whirlpool attacks."

"Shouldn't we deal with Chill Penguin first?" says Tails.

"Okay. You know, we should have gone here first," says Darkwing.

We jump over the holes and beat more bad guys. There is a bird bad guy that throws dangerous round sharp things at us when he sees us. We quickly beat him before he can throw more things at us. There are more bird bad guys as we carry on forward. We go out of the cave and back outside in the snow. We jump over the metal pole on the floor. There is a big robot here on the floor. Megaman jumps in and uses it. He can dash and punch just like the bad guy that we first faced. Megaman uses this to destroy these small building. We follow Megaman into another cave. There is another bad guy riding the same big robot as Megaman. Megaman and the bad guy punch each other with the big robots. Megaman wins and knocks the other bad guy out. We keep going until we get to the metal pole. The big robot can't jump over that so Megaman has to jump out of the big robot. We carry on forward where a very big ball of snow comes rolling toward us. Darkwing and Crystal push us out of the snowball way. The snowball rolls over Darkwing and Crystal and rolls down the hill. It crashes into the wall. Darkwing and Crystal hold onto the wall to avoid falling into the hole. Tails quickly runs over to them and flies them out of the hole. Megaman shoots down the robot that is throwing the snowball. We carry on forward, avoiding the snowballs and beating the bad guys. We make it to the door to the main boss. We go through the doors.

Chill Penguin comes down. He slides at us. We jump out of the way as he quickly slides across. Megaman shoots at him, Darkwing and Crystal punch and kick him, and Sonic and Tails spin jump at him. Chill Penguin blows out cold air. Sonic and Tails quickly get out of the way but Darkwing and Crystal get turn to ice. Megaman quickly shoots the ice to break the ice that Darkwing and Crystal are in. Darkwing and Crystal are now out of the ice. Chill Penguin jumps up and grabs the thing at the top of the room. It is snowing a lot and the wind blow us away. Amy quickly grabs me and we move out of the way. The ice blocks that Chill Penguin made move across the floor and break against the wall. It is a good thing Amy got me out of the way. Chill Penguin slides across the floor again. We attack him when he stops. We try to attack him when he slides but it doesn't hurt him. Chill Penguin spits out ices at us. We jump out of the way and attack him. We keep up fighting him while dodging all his attacks. Darkwing and Crystal make sure to get out of his way when he breathes out cold air. We keep going for a long while until we finally beat him. Chill Penguin blows up when we beat him. Megaman holds his arm up and we go back to base. Now Megaman can shoot ice just like Chill Penguin. I look at the computer. If this is the same as last time then each boss should be weak against the other boss' attacks…but which one? We got ice so one of these bosses is weak to ice.

"Who's ready for a rematch with Storm Eagle?" says Darkwing.

"But isn't he already gone? The plane he is on has gone somewhere else," says Tails.

"Let's go back there and see if we can catch up to him in another plane," says Amy.

"That is all we can do," says Megaman.

We go back to the first stage where we go after Storm Eagle. Tails flies me up to the top again just like last time. I look around and see something behind me. I tell Megaman that there is something over there on top of the green building. Megaman looks and sees a heart there. He dashes and jumps over to the green building and collect the heart. He goes back up using the moving platforms. Megaman thanks me and tells me that he needs this heart upgrade to get stronger. We go through this place again, beating the bad guys and jumping across platforms. I end up going to a different place. Instead of going up the platform after climbing the wired tower, I climb down the other side. While climbing down, I saw things with fire pictures on them. I think we can break them with fire. Megaman, Sonic, Tails, Amy, Darkwing and Crystal come down to me.

"Julie, what are you doing here? We're supposed to go up there," says Darkwing.

"There's something there," I say.

"It's properly nothing."

"We might as well check it out. Julie wants to see what's in there," says Amy.

Megaman can easily get over there thanks to his new legs upgrade. He shoots down the things with fire pictures on them. It takes a lot of shots but he finally destroyed them. We all go into the room where we find another blue machine. The blue machine opens up as soon as Megaman goes near it.

"This capsule contains an enhancement for your helmet which will allow you to break some ceilings with a headbutt," says Dr. Light.

Dr. Light disappears and Megaman goes into the blue machine. The same thing happens again but this time Megaman gets a new helmet. It is white and blue. Megaman shows us that he can easily break the blocks at the top with just his head.

"That's using your head. And you looking good too," says Darkwing.

"And you said that it was properly nothing," Amy says to Darkwing.

"I..."

"It's a good thing you told us," Megaman says to me.

"Yeah, it's a good thing we listened to her," says Darkwing.

"Right, Darkwing," says Amy.

"Let's get going now, we need to get a plane so that we can catch Storm Eagle," Darkwing quickly says.

We carry on like last time, beating bad guys and jumping across platforms. We make it to the plane where we go through the doors and onto a platform that takes us to the top of the plane. Like before, the top of the plane gets destroy. Storm Eagle comes flying in.

"Hey wait a second! I thought you were on that other plane," says Darkwing.

"Looks like he came back," says Tails.

"Came back to finish the job, let's see how this fight goes."

The fight is the same as last time. The only difference is that Megaman can now dash across the floor. He dashes very quickly that the wind can't blow him off the plane. The only problem we are having is beating the little eagles that Storm Eagle spits out. They are hard to hit because they're small. We dodge Storm Eagle's attacks and attack him when he lands on the plane. It takes a while but we beat him. Storm Eagle also blows up when he is beaten. Megaman now got the wind attack from Storm Eagle. We go back to base and look at the computer. I look at each of the bosses. We got Chill Penguin and Storm Eagle, and got their power. Ice and wind… I think wind can beat fire but I watched a cartoon that said that the wind only make the fire worse. It didn't put out the fire, it made the fire bigger and blown the fire to a different place where it carried on burning. Maybe the ice will work against Flame Mammoth.

"We should go to Flame Mammoth," I say.

"Wait, aren't we having a rematch with Launch Octopus?" says Darkwing.

"We can beat Flame Mammoth with ice."

"But doesn't fire melt ice?"

"We can try Flame Mammoth again. This time we know what we are doing," says Megaman.

"Okay… Just let me stock up on some burn medicines," says Darkwing as he goes to get the medicines and comes back. We go over to Flame Mammoth's stage. It looks different now. There is no more lava here. "Wha-?! What happened here?!"

"Looks like there's no more fire," says Tails. I have no idea how that happened.

"But…? I just brought loads of burn medicines just in case," says Darkwing. He shows us a box full of cream medicines.

"We might need it when we face with Flame Mammoth," says Amy.

This place is the same except for all the lavas that are gone now. We can now get the heart that is hiding under that platform. There is a secret place at the top right. Megaman breaks the wall and finds a machine with 'E' on it. Megaman tells us that he found one in Storm Eagle's stage. This machine can be fill up with energy that you can sometime pick up from bad guys. If Megaman gets low on energy, he can use this machine to fill his energy back up. That's what Megaman tells us. We carry on forward. It is a lot easy to get through here without worrying about the lava.

We make it to Flame Mammoth. The fight is the same as before. Megaman uses the ice on Flame Mammoth. It hurt him but I don't think it hurts him a lot. It looks like ice doesn't work on him. We dodge his attack while falling down every time he jumps on the moving floor. I guess we should try the wind attack on him.

"Megaman, use the wind on him," I say.

Megaman changes his weapon. You can tell by his colours, each weapon give Megaman different colours. Megaman fires the wind at Flame Mammoth. It takes less time to beat Flame Mammoth with wind. It looks like wind is his weakness, I knew it. Flame Mammoth blows up when we beat him. We go back to base. Now Megaman gets the fire attack.

"Let's go after Launch Octopus," says Darkwing.

"I think we should go after Sting Chameleon," I say.

"You're sure about that?"

"I just think we should go there."

"…Okay, we go there then."

We go to Sting Chameleon's stage. We are in the forest full of bad guys. There are bad guys hiding in leaves. And there're the bad guys that hit the things at us. They look like they are cutting down trees. We keep on going forward, jumping over small tree and jumping up wall while beating the bad guys. I accidentally fall down the hole. Tails quickly catches me. I look and see that we can break the small walls. I tell Megaman to break the walls. Megaman uses his feet to break the small walls. On the other side is the heart upgrade.

"How are we supposed to get that?" Darkwing asks.

"I can't jump over there. It's too far," says Megaman.

Tails puts me down. He flies over to the heart and grabs it. He flies back and gives Megaman the heart.

"Why Tails, I didn't know you have feelings for X," says Darkwing.

"Huh?" Tails says.

"What are you talking about?" Megaman asks Darkwing.

"Darkwing is just making a joke," says Amy.

"Joke?"

"Is what we do to have a laugh with our friends…or to make fun of others just like what Darkwing just did."

Darkwing wraps his arm around Tails and pats Tails' head. "Hey, I'm only joking. Just a joke I had to make when I saw you gave that heart to X."

"I'm just helping out," says Tails.

"That's what you did, you helped me get this upgrade," says Megaman.

"The joke is when you give someone a heart, it usually means that you love them," says Darkwing.

Tails goes red in his face. "No, it's not that!" Tails says quickly. "I'm helping X because he's our friend!"

"We're…friends?" Megaman says.

"Yes, we are all friends," I say to Megaman.

Amy says to Megaman, "Friends are there to help each other out. We're always there for them even if we're not there. Just thinking about them can help us get through hard times."

Megaman looks at us. We all smile at him. "Do having friends make you happy?"

"Of course, I'm always happy whenever I see Sonic, Tails, Julie, Darkwing and Crystal."

"Mainly Sonic," says Darkwing.

"I like all of you because you are all my friends," I say. Darkwing hugs me, Crystal, Tails and Amy gives me a big smile, and Sonic gives me a thumb up.

"Then I'm happy to have you as my friends. That's why I must stop the Mavericks before they hurt you and other innocent humans and Reploids," says Megaman. We all smile at Megaman.

"Then let's help you stop the other Mavericks," says Darkwing.

We all get out of the hole and go through the cave. Everything starts to shake and rocks fall down from the roof above us. We quickly run across but are stop by a big rock. The big rock is actually a rock robot. The rock robot catches the falling rock and then throws the rock at us. We jump out of the way while avoiding the falling rocks. We beat the rock robot and quickly go forward. There are more rock robots in here. We quickly beat them and move forward. We need to get out before we get trap in by the falling rocks. We make it out of the cave. Bird bad guys throw bug bad guys at us. We beat them and carry on forward. We climb up the wall, beating the shield bad guy that tries to attack us. We go forward where we find another big robot that Megaman can get in. We follow Megaman as he uses the big robot to punch the bad guys. I stop and see Megaman and the big robot slowly sinking into what looks like sandy water or dirty water. I stop and look at it. I remember that scary thing I saw on TV once. My family was watching something and there was this part where these guys were in the jungle walking around. Then one of them fell into the sand and was screaming for help when he sank into it. First his legs, then his body and lastly just his head. The others tried to save him but it was too late. He had gone under, only his arm is sticking out of the sand. The others couldn't do anything. They just walk away, leaving him. I thought maybe they could have thrown a rope to his arm, they could get him out. This also reminds me of that game I played where one of the stages has this picture of a guy's hand sticking out of the floor, trying to get out.

"Julie, are you okay?" I turn to the voice and see Amy looking at me.

"It looked like something is scaring you," says Crystal.

I point at the sandy water. My arm I'm using to point is shaking. "I'm scared of sinking into that. That I won't get out," I say.

Amy hugs me and then Crystal. "Oh Julie, we will never let that happen to you," says Crystal.

"Crystal's right, we'll look after you and Sonic will protect us," says Amy.

"Don't forget me," says Darkwing.

"I won't let any harm come to any of you," says Megaman as he comes back in the big robot. "Get on and hold on tight. I'm going to get you all through this."

With my friends help, we all get on the big robot and hold on. Megaman moves the big robot across the sandy water while beating the bad guys. We make it across to the other side. We get off and follow Megaman as he punches another robot bad guy in a big robot. We make it to the doors. We all go through the door where we fight Sting Chameleon. Sting Chameleon uses his tongue to shake the top. Lots of spikes come down at us. Darkwing uses his cape to protect me from the spikes. Sonic is carrying Amy and dodging the falling spikes. Megaman, Tails and Crystal are also dodging the falling spikes. Sting Chameleon stops and disappears.

"Where did he go?" says Darkwing. "He just disappeared."

I look closely and see bit of the background moving. "He's hiding in there. He can change colours to hide."

"Oh yeah, he's a chameleon. He blends in."

"I can see where he is moving," I say and point at the top corner.

Sting Chameleon shows up and fires something from his tail. We jump out of the way and attack him. He hides again and moves toward us. He shows up and hits us with his tongue. We move away after we got hit. He drops down and jumps up. He uses his tongue to shake the top of the room again. We avoid the falling spikes and attack him. We keep doing this until we beat him. He blows up like the other bosses. Megaman gets chameleon sting.

We go back to base. Darkwing says that we should go to Launch Octopus. We go back to Launch Octopus' stage and go through the stage like before. We make it to the boss room. The fight is the same as before only Megaman can now dash away from Launch Octopus whenever he tries to spin us in. Darkwing helps us by using ropes that he brought. He ties the rope to the wall. We hold onto the rope whenever Launch Octopus tries to spin us in. It was a hard battle. Megaman uses the 'E' machine to fill up his energy that he lost when he got hit by Launch Octopus' attacks. After hitting him a lot, we finally beat him. Launch Octopus blows up and we go back to base. Megaman now gets the horming torpedo from Launch Octopus. I look at the computer and try to figure out who to go after next. I think we should go to Spark Mandrill's stage. We go to Spark Mandrill's stage where we beat the blue robot bad guys and climb up the ladders to get to the top. We go forward where it gets dark. Light quickly flies at us and hits us.

"Did anyone saw the licence plate on that? He was clearly going over the speed limit," says Darkwing.

We carefully jump over the holes on the floor while in the dark. We beat the bird robot bad guys and carry on forward. Megaman shoots down the light that flies at us. Oh, that light is a bad guy. We go forward where Megaman shoots another light bad guy. The light comes back on as we run forward. We beat the bird robot bad guy and then climb down the ladder. We follow the path into a room with a big red robot in water. This red robot bad guy attacks us by throwing little water balls at us. The water balls get struck on the floor. If we run over them, we will get struck in it. The red robot bad guy then bounces around and hits us. We attack the red robot bad guy while dodging his attacks. After lots of hits, the water around the red robot bad guy goes very big and disappears. Lots of little water balls come out as the red robot bad guy blows up. The door opens and we carry on. One wheel car robots run around this place. We can hit them to stop them from moving. There are machines on the top and on the floor that shoot at us. We beat them and go forward. We climb up and find a heart at the very top. Megaman can't reach it. Tails flies up and gets it. He gives it to Darkwing.

"For me?" says Darkwing as he takes the heart. "How thoughtful of you."

"Darkwing, I thought you love your girlfriend," says Amy.

"What?"

"Oh no, what will she think of you," Amy says to Darkwing.

"No, this is a misunderstanding! Tails is just a fan of my!" Darkwing quickly says. He gives the heart to Megaman.

"Wow Darkwing, I didn't know you have feeling for X," says Tails.

Darkwing goes red in his face. "I already got a girlfriend! This is not what you think!" We all laugh. Darkwing sees us laughing and laughs too. "Oh, I get it. That's a good one."

Megaman smiles at us. "They got you with that joke didn't they?" Megaman says to Darkwing.

Darkwing smiles back and says, "Yep, got a taste of my own medicine." He pats Tails on his head.

We climb down the ladders while beating the one wheel robot bad guys. We jump over where we fight the big robot that shoots out bombs from the top. We have to jump back out as there is no space for us to dodge the bombs. After beating the big robot, we go forward where we find another big robot. We have a little bit more space here to dodge the bombs. We beat the big robot and climb up the ladders. We go into another dark room with light bad guys. There are round bad guys with big legs in here. Megaman helps us to shoot down the light bad guys when they quickly come at us.

We make it through the doors. We go into the room where everything goes very dark. I can't see anything. I see small colourful lights at the top corner of the room. The light comes back on and we see Spark Mandrill at the top. He drops down in front of us. He runs right at us and punches us. Sonic gets me and Amy out of the way. Tails quickly flies out of the way. Megaman, Darkwing and Crystal get hit by him. We move out of the way as Spark Mandrill climbs across the top. He drops down and hits the floor which makes two purple balls of electricity come out. The balls of electricity go along the floor and up the walls. We jump out of the way. Spark Mandrill then runs and punches again. Megaman jumps up on the wall to avoid him. Me, Darkwing, Crystal, Sonic, Amy and Tails jump out of the way. Spark Mandrill punches the wall which makes Megaman falls down. Megaman gets hurt when Spark Mandrill punches him. Let me think, fire should be Chill Penguin's weakness since he's ice. Wind is Flame Mammoth's weakness. I don't know about Storm Eagle's, Launch Octopus' or Sting Chameleon's weaknesses. Spark Mandrill is electricity so what is electricity weak to?

"Megaman, use ice!" I shout to him.

Megaman changes his weapon and fire ice at Spark Mandrill. Spark Mandrill stops cover in ice.

"Now that's what I called putting someone on ice," says Darkwing. He looks closely at Spark Mandrill. Spark Mandrill breaks out of the ice. "Yike!" Darkwing shouts. Spark Mandrill is about to punch Darkwing in his face. Megaman shoots ice at Spark Mandrill, turning him to ice again. Spark Mandrill stops, his hand is very close to Darkwing's face but is not touching him. "Cutting a bit too close here aren't we?" says Darkwing as he looks at the hand in front of him. He moves away from Spark Mandrill.

Every time Spark Mandrill gets out, Megaman shoots ice at him and turns him into ice. He keeps doing that until we beat him. Megaman gets the electricity attack from Spark Mandrill. We go back to base. I am looking at the computer to see who we should go after.

"Why aren't you using those powers you got from the Mavericks more often?" Darkwing asks.

"I didn't want to use up those powers. Those powers have limited amount of energy," says Megaman.

"No refill?"

"I can fill them up when we're back at base. Also, some of the Mavericks might drop weapon energy that I can use to fill it up during mission."

"In that case, why not use your powers during the whole mission? It would make it easily to beat those small time Mavericks that get in our way."

"No, we should save it for the big boss," I say.

"But Julie, it would be easy to beat the bad guys using X's other powers," says Darkwing.

"We need those powers to beat the big boss. We might run out of them."

"We don't need to worry, we can beat those bad guy, isn't that right Sonic?" says Amy. Sonic gives us a thumb up.

"Fighting without using the Mavericks' powers…? Fine, I'm up to the challenge," says Darkwing.

"We'll use it when we get to the boss," I say.

I take a look at the computer. We got two left. We decide to go to Armoured Armadillo. We are inside the building. We ride a car down the hill. Megaman shoots down the flying bad guys that go after us. The car beats the bird robots that are in the way. We all jump off when the car falls down the hole. We go forward, beating the bad guys. We fall down and everything starts shaking. A big robot with big spikes comes in, breaking the walls. Me, Sonic, Tails, Amy, Darkwing and Crystal scream when we see that. Tails quickly grabs me and flies back up where we fly over the big robot with big spikes. Megaman, Sonic, Amy, Darkwing and Crystal quickly run away from the big robot. Me and Tails go down. I look around and find a Sub Tank behind me. Megaman told me that the 'E' machine is called a Sub Tank. We take it and go forward. We watch as the big robot keeps going, destroying everything in the way. The big robot then gets destroyed when he falls into the spikes at the bottom of the hole. Me and Tails jump over the hole and meet up with the others. We give Megaman the Sub Tank we found. We carry on forward, beating more bad guys. It looks like we are inside a cave. We jump over holes that have spikes in them. We climb up and ride the car down the hills. The car runs down more bad guys that get in our way. We jump off when the car falls down the hole full of spikes. We fall down the next hole where we find the big robot with big spikes in front of us. The big robot moves forward away from us.

"Ha, the table has turned! Who's chasing who now?" Darkwing shouts.

We follow the big robot. The big robot destroys everything in his way. I look up and see a hole. "What's up there?" I ask.

Tails flies up to look. He comes back with a heart which he gives to Megaman. The big robot falls into the hole full of spikes. We jump across more spiked holes and then ride the car down the hill. There are flying bird robots flying in the cave. Megaman shoots down the bad guys. The car goes out of the cave and jumps up into the sky. We all jump off the car and onto the other side of the mountain where we go through the door. Armoured Armadillo comes crashing down from the top. He rolls like a ball and rolls around this room, crashing into walls and floor. We move out of the way. Megaman tries the electricity attack but it does nothing. Megaman uses the sting power. He hits Armoured Armadillo. It looks like that didn't do anything to him. Maybe he should try the electricity again.

"Use the electricity!" I shout.

"Julie, that didn't work," says Darkwing.

"Just do it!"

Megaman changes into the electricity again. Armoured Armadillo stops rolling. Megaman shoots him with the electricity. Armoured Armadillo gets hit by the electricity. It worked as Armoured Armadillo falls backward after getting hit.

"That's weird, why didn't that work in the first place?" asks Darkwing.

Armoured Armadillo shoots at us from the other side of the room. We jump out of the way of his attacks. Megaman keeps shooting electricity at him and we avoid Armoured Armadillo's attacks. This is very easy. We beat him and get his power. We go back to base.

"Boomer Kuwanger is the last one. Alright everyone, let's get-"

"Going," says Megaman.

"You just ruined the moment! That's not my catchphrase!" says Darkwing.

"What do you mean?"

"I got this catchphrase I used whenever I fight seriously. It's 'Let's get dangerous'!"

"Aren't we avoiding danger?"

"When there's danger, then I get dangerous. That's how I worked."

"Let's get dangerous," I say.

"Isn't that dangerous?" says Megaman.

"You're missing the point. When I get dangerous, I go all out on the villains," says Darkwing. "'Let's get dangerous' is a catchphrase I like to use whenever that happens."

"Sonic's catchphrase will be something cool," says Tails.

"Way past cool," I say.

"If Sonic talks," says Darkwing.

We are inside the building. We climb up the ladders to the top. There are the green robots with shields in our way. It is very hard to beat them as they're high up and they keep using their shields to stop our attack. Darkwing has enough of getting hit so he jumps over the bad guys and attacks them from the back. There are also moving guns on the wall that follow us and shoot us. Every time Megaman shoots them, they quickly move up or down to avoid the attacks. Tails flies over to them and beats them using spin jumps. We make it to the top. There are these machines that you can't beat and red lines that block our way. The red lines disappear for a few minutes before coming back. We need to time it right.

"Laser beams that when walk through, trigger the security guns that will shoot you. Tight securities but not impossible for your truly, I got this," says Darkwing. He carefully crawls under the first line and then jumps over the next line. He is about to jump over another line but gets hit by the flying bad guy. He falls down and accidentally goes through the line. All the gun machines shoot at Darkwing. Lots of smokes come out from where Darkwing is being shot at.

"Darkwing!" we shout. We are really worried about him.

Darkwing comes out of the smokes. His cape is full of holes and he looks burnt. "No fair, that flying robot got in my way."

"I'm glad you're okay, Darkwing," says Megaman.

"You called this okay?" says Darkwing as he points at where he has been burnt by the gun machines. "If you mean you're glad that I'm alive…"

"Yes, I am glad you're alive. That would have been fatal for humans."

Darkwing cleans himself up and gets himself a new cape. "Well, I'm no ordinary human. Technically, I'm an anthropomorphic animal."

"Anthropomorphic animal?" says Megaman. I don't know what that means.

"Animals with traits of humans, they act more human than animal. I learnt that one from one of the Disney characters."

"Ah, that makes sense. I was wondering why you all act so human while looking like animals. I thought you all might have been a new type of Reploids. Are all anthropomorphic animals immune to pain?"

"Nope, we can still feel pain just like humans. I'm just more resilient, that's all."

"We are too as long as we have these rings," says Tails. He shows Megaman the gold ring. "Every time we get hurt, we lose all our rings. If we get hurt again with no rings left-"

Sonic falls on the floor. "Did you just tripped?" says Darkwing.

Sonic shakes his head no. "Sonic is just showing you what will happen if we get hit while we don't have any rings left," says Tails.

"Is that why you keep collecting rings you dropped after you get hit? I always wondered why you keep doing that. I thought you like shiny rings."

"No, these rings keep us safe," says Amy. "As long as we don't get crush or fall into bottomless pits."

Sonic points at the red lines and runs around. "That's a good idea Sonic. Sonic will distract the security guns so that we can safely walk across," says Tails.

"Will Sonic be able to out run them?" Darkwing asks. We watch as Sonic runs through the red lines. The gun machines shoot at Sonic but miss as Sonic is going too fast. "Yep, he's too fast for them."

"That's really amazing," says Megaman.

"Yeah Sonic!" I say.

We go across, beating the flying bad guys that come after us. We make it across and climb up the ladders while beating the big bad guys that shoot out bombs at the top. We have problem fighting the second big bad guy because there is a box in our way. Megaman can't shoot through the box. Sonic, Tails, Darkwing and Crystal jump over the box and hit the big bad guy till they beat him. We beat more bad guys while climbing up the ladders. We make it to the top and go into the next room. There are spikes all over the walls. The floor we are on moves up. I look up and see platforms with spikes at the bottom. We need to move out of the way to avoid the spikes. It gets really hard when flying bad guys come at you while you are trying to avoid the spikes. Darkwing grabs me and keeps me safe. Megaman shoots down the flying bad guys while Sonic and Tails spin jump them. The floor moves very fast as we go up. We keep avoiding the dangerous spiked platforms while beating the bad guys. The floor stops moving when we get to the top. We go out where we see the sky outside. I look down and see that we are very high up. I don't want to fall down. We climb up more ladders. There are platforms that come out of the wall and on those platforms are gun machines that shoot straight at us. We attack the gun machines every time they come out. There are little robot bad guys on some of the ladders. We shoot them down and carry on climbing up to the top. At the top is a heart on the platform. Megaman can't reach that. Tails flies up and gets the heart for Megaman.

We go inside the building. We shoot down the machines that are moving on the small moving platforms. They stop moving to shoot. We beat them and use the small moving platforms to get to the top. There are moving guns on the wall that try to shoot us. We avoid their attacks and climb up more ladders. It is very hard to get to the top. There're lots of bad guys in this room and we need to use two small moving platforms to get to the ladder at the top. All the gun machines and guns on the wall shoot at us. Amy keeps me safe while Megaman, Sonic, Tails, Darkwing and Crystal beat all the bad guys. We make it to the top where we go through the doors to fight the main boss. The main boss moves in. He moves really fast. As soon as he comes in, he attacks us. He quickly moves right at Megaman. He traps Megaman by using his horns on his head and throws Megaman up. Megaman gets hurt when he hits the top. Darkwing quickly jump kicks at the boss but the boss quickly moves away.

"Where did he go?!" Darkwing shouts. Before he can go after him, Megaman falls back down and falls right on top of Darkwing. "Ouch!"

It is very hard to hit him as he quickly moves about. Sonic and Tails are very fast so they can go after him and hit him. This boss is a boomerang boss as he throws a boomerang at Sonic and Tails. Sonic and Tails jump out of the way to avoid the boomerang. Crystal tries to hit the boomerang boss but keeps missing as he dodges all her attacks.

"Will you stay still so I can hit you?!" Crystal shouts. She is very angry.

"Calm down Crystal. That was very unroyal like of you," says Amy.

"It's very hard to calm down when he keeps doing that!" says Crystal. She is very angry. I notice that she sounds a bit different when she's angry. "How are we supposed to hit him when he's moving too fast?! I can hardly see him when he moves!"

We need to stop him. What power would be able to stop him if he's moving too fast? We need something that can hit him even when we can't see him. I think about it. "Megaman, use Launch Octopus!" I shout.

Megaman helps Darkwing to get up. He changes his power and shoots at the boomerang boss. It works! Launch Octopus attacks can follow the boomerang boss even when he's moving too fast. The boomerang boss falls backward every time he gets hit. He quickly moves toward Megaman. He traps Megaman again in his horns and throws him up.

"Oh no, not this time," says Darkwing as he moves away from where Megaman will fall back down.

Megaman falls back down, making sure not to fall on Darkwing again. He goes to the other side of the room, away from the boomerang boss. He shoots at him. Megaman is too far away from the boomerang boss that the boomerang boss can't reach him. Megaman keeps shooting him until we beat him. He blows up and Megaman gets his power.

"He keeps getting new armour every time we beat the bosses," says Darkwing.

"He just changes colours. You can tell which power he has by his colour," I say.

"…Yeah, of course," says Darkwing.

We go outside town where we meet up with Zero. "Finally! We've found Sigma's fortress! Let's go in and put an end to his war against the humans!" says Zero. He then looks at us. "Why are you humans still with X? You should go home where it's safe."

"Hey, we've been a big help to X!" says Darkwing.

"Yes, X is our friend so we're helping him," says Tails.

"Friend? Is this true X?" says Zero.

"Yes, they're been a big help to me," says Megaman. "And I see them as my friends just like you're my friend," Megaman says to Zero.

"…We're Maverick Hunters which means we work together as a team. Right now, we need to stop Sigma before he endangers the humans," says Zero. He goes off.

"Well X, you're ready to go?" says Darkwing.

"Wait! We need to get everything before we can go," I say.

"Don't we already got everything? We beat all the bosses."

I look at Megaman. "There's still something missing. We need to go back and find it."

"Where do we go?"

I think about it. "Spark Mandrill."

We go back to Spark Mandrill's stage. We didn't find what I was looking for but we did find a Sub Tank. It was hiding at the start behind the pipe at the bottom corner. We can get it using the boomerang. The boomerang is very useful in getting things that are hard to reach. Next, we go to Sting Chameleon's stage. This place is now full of water. We go forward to the cave. There is lots of water at the bottom now. That would make that heart power up really easy to get as Megaman can jump really far in water. When we go in the cave, everything starts shaking and rocks fall down on top of us.

"Not again! Hey, whoever is up there, cut it out!" Darkwing shouts.

I go back to the start of the cave and look up. Megaman, Sonic, Tails, Amy, Darkwing and Crystal go to me. We all jump up on top of the cave. We go forward where we all get trap in by falling big rocks. A big green robot jumps in and fights us. The big green robot jumps around. We attack him but our attacks do nothing. He throws his hand and grabs Megaman. He then throws Megaman right into the wall. We find out that we need to hit his face to hurt him. The big green robot tries to grab us but we dodge his attack. I thought his hand will come back to him. That did not happen. The big green robot pulls himself across the floor and right at us. We get hit by that as we didn't expect that to happen. After lots and lots of hits and lots of dodging, we finally beat the big green robot. After the robot blows up, the blue machine comes out of the ground.

"This capsule contains a new type of body armour. It will reduce damage to your systems by fifty percent," says Dr. Light.

Dr. Light disappears and Megaman goes into the blue machine. He now has cool new body. Now we need the arms. We look around different stages to find the arms.

"Where could he hidden it?!" Darkwing shouts. We still can't find it. "He could at least give us a hint."

We are in Flame Mammoth's stage. I am looking around, trying to find that last blue machine. Halfway in the stage I stop. I look up and notice something. I have this feeling that something is up there. Those small blocks are hiding something.

"Julie, are you okay?" I turn and see Amy.

"I'm okay," I say.

"You just stopped here. Is there something wrong?"

I point at the top where the small blocks are. "There's something up there."

"You're sure? I see nothing there," says Darkwing.

"We should try," I say. "Jump up there and break them."

Megaman dash jumps over to where I point. He misses the small blocks and falls on the floor. He tries again and wall jumps on the small blocks. He falls back down onto the floor again. He does it again. He keeps doing it.

"Still nothing," says Darkwing.

Megaman has been trying to get up there but still can't get up. After several more tries, he finally breaks one of the small blocks. He keeps wall jumping upward, breaking all the small blocks at the top.

"Looks like there is something there," says Tails. He flies us up into the small room. We find the blue machine.

"How did you know this was here?" Darkwing asks me.

"I have a feeling that there's something here," I say.

"I think it's Julie's intuition," says Amy.

"I'm very thankful that you're here to help me find this," says Megaman. I smile at Megaman. Megaman is very happy with me.

The blue machine opens up. "This capsule contains a part which will increase the capabilities of your X-Buster. You can use it to fire all types of weapons," says Dr. Light. He disappears. Megaman goes into the blue machine. Now he has all the new parts. Megaman has a new attack. When he holds his weapon for so long, he can fire a big pink attack that twist around while going forward. It is big and very powerful.

"Now that is power," says Darkwing.

Can we use the other powers with this? I ask Megaman. We try out different powers with this new attack. Sting Chameleon's power gives Megaman the ability to be invincible to attacks for amount of time because he is hard to see, the ice can make an ice platform that you can ride on which is really fun, Armour Armadillo's power will give Megaman a shield that covers him from attacks, Launch Octopus makes lots of attacks that go after bad guys, fire makes fire going from the ground and forward, the boomerang makes big boomerangs that attack around us, the electricity makes big electricity shoots out quickly from both sides, and the wind makes a big wind that goes around us as well as up and down. After checking the new attacks, we go back to finding all the power ups. I know there are heart power ups on all eight stages. We make sure to check that we got all the power up from all the stages. Now that we are ready, we are going after Sigma. I look at the computer and see what Sigma looks like. He looks kinda scary.

We meet up with Zero again. "Let's split up. I'll go in first and then you can slip in while I keep the main defence force busy!" says Zero. He goes off.

We follow Megaman as we go forward. There are big bad guys and flying bad guys that attack us. We beat them and carry on forward. We make it to the big building at the top of a big rock. There is a big hole in front of the big building. We use the moving small platforms to get to the top while avoiding the flying bad guys.

"Be careful everybody! One wrong move and we'll be in for a very long fall," says Darkwing. He is carrying me as we jump up to the next moving small platforms.

Tails is distracting the flying bad guys as we make our way to the top. It is a very long way up. We make it inside where we shoot down more bad guys. We climb up ladders to get to the top where we meet with the purple robot.

Zero comes in and says, "Stay back X, I'll take him on!"

The purple robot runs away through the door. Zero goes after him. We follow them. We hear fighting in the next room. It does not sound good. We go into the next room and see Zero trapped inside a machine. How did Zero lost? I thought he can beat him. The purple robot is in a big robot. This is the same guy who beaten Megaman on the very first stage.

"X, do what I tell you or he's history!" says the purple robot.

"No!" I say. I don't want Zero to get hurt.

"Don't listen to him X! Go ahead and blast him!" says Zero.

"Dream on Zero! X knows he can't defeat me!" says the purple robot.

"You wanna bet!" shouts Darkwing.

"My armoured carrier is more than a match for his ancient weapons!"

"Hey no fair, that's cheating! How about you get down from there and face X like a real man… I mean Reploid."

"Why would I listen to an inferior being like you? Once I'm done with X, you humans are next and then the rest of humanity."

"I won't let that happen!" says Megaman.

We fight the bad guy. It is the same as before. Even with Megaman's new powers, we still can't beat him in his big robot. We try our best to beat him. The big robot pushes us away and goes after Megaman. He keeps beating up Megaman. I am not happy. We need to help Megaman. Megaman is now very hurt. The big robot traps Megaman just like before. He puts Megaman to the side and moves over to where Zero is. He laughs at Megaman.

Zero breaks out of the machine he is in. He goes onto the back of the big robot. "Maybe…but I'm not through yet!" says Zero.

I can't see properly. Zero is using an attack, the big robot is blowing up because of that, and then everything goes very bright as the big robot blows up. Once the bright light goes away, the purple robot is no longer in the big robot. Yeah! Zero beats the big robot for us.

"What a worthless gesture! I can't be defeated so easily! So X, it's just you and me now!" says the purple robot.

We all move in front of Megaman. "If you want X, you got to get through us!" Darkwing shouts.

"There's no way we'll let you hurt our friend!" says Amy.

The purple robot laughs. "Friends…?! A Reploid friended with humans?! We don't need humans! We Reploids are more superior to you! That is all the more reason to wipe you all out!"

Megaman breaks out of the trap he is in. "I won't let you hurt my friends and all the innocent humans and Reploids!" says Megaman. Yeah, he's back!

The purple robot is not happy. "What the…?! Where did that energy come from? It really doesn't matter how much energy you absorb X, you are still far too weak! Prepare to be terminated!"

"Fat chance, without your armour robot, you're nothing against X! Go get him X!" says Darkwing.

We all move to one side. I want them to help Megaman fight that bad guy. "Aren't you fighting him?" I ask.

"No, X will beat him. This is now a fair fight."

We watch as Megaman fights the bad guy. The bad guy jumps over Megaman and tries to hit him by throwing bombs at him. The bombs blow up on the floor and send dangerous round things along the floor. We move out of the way when they come over to us. The bad guy runs around, firing at Megaman with his gun on his shoulder. It's the same attack that will trap Megaman. Megaman better not get hit by it. Megaman quickly dodges the bad guy's attacks. Megaman is trying different weapons to see which one will work best on him. It looks like Armoured Armadillo's power works best on that bad guy. Megaman uses Armoured Armadillo's power to hit the bad guy. Whenever the bad guy runs at Megaman, Megaman jumps over him to avoid his attacks. When the bad guy traps Megaman, he attacks him by running at him and attacking him. Megaman gets hit and also gets out of the trap. He carries on fighting the bad guy. After a long battle, Megaman beats the bad guy. The bad guy blows up.

"See, didn't I tell you! X won that fight all by himself," says Darkwing.

We are all happy. We look at Megaman and see that he's going somewhere. We go after him and see Zero on the floor. Zero is very broken.

"X, I've taken too much damage… Auto repair systems can't handle it…" says Zero.

"You'll be okay, you'll be okay!" I say to Zero.

"My power is fading fast…"

"You'll be okay! Megaman do something!" I shout. I cry as I try to shake Zero out of it. "Zero, you'll be okay! I want you to be okay!" I look at Zero and see that he's not okay. There is blood at the side of his lip. That's not supposed to be there unless he's really hurt. "Zero, don't go!"

Zero opens his eyes and looks at me. He closes his eyes again. "You're crying for me…? X, your power is greater than I thought. Maybe you can destroy Sigma… Protect your friends and everybody," says Zero. His head falls down.

"Zero…? Zero! Wake up!" I shout. I cry a lot.

"He saved us," says Amy. She is crying too.

Darkwing gets me off Zero. I keep crying. He can't be gone! Darkwing pats me on my back and hugs me. "It's okay Julie. It's going to be okay," Darkwing says to me.

"This is not right! This should not happen!" says Crystal. She is also crying.

"I must put a stop to this! We need to stop Sigma to prevent this from ever happening again! I must do this for Zero," says Megaman.

"Yes, let's avenge him. Let's stop Sigma… For Zero," says Darkwing.

"Okay, I'll just wipe my eyes," says Tails. He finishes crying. "I'm okay, is everybody finish crying?"

"I wasn't crying, I… I got something in my eyes," says Darkwing. He just wipes his eyes with tissue. He gets another tissue and wipes my eyes. "Come on, let's stop the rest of the Mavericks."

Sonic looks very sad as he wipes his eyes. I have finish crying now. I am not happy. Zero is my friend and now he is gone. I want him to help us fight the bad guy. I want him to be okay. We all go forward where we find more bad guys. We keep jumping up a lot because of these things on the floors. Sonic keeps us safe by running us out of the way of the gun machines whenever we cross the red lines. I am not happy with the shield bad guys. They are in the worst place to be in. They are in our way. Darkwing beats the shield bad guys, Tails beats the flying robots, and Crystal and Sonic beat the guns on the wall. We climb up to the top where we go through the door. In the next room, the boomerang boss comes in.

"No way, Boomer Kuwanger?! We beat you! How are you back?!" Darkwing shouts.

The boomerang boss attacks us. We know what to do. Megaman changes his weapon to Launch Octopus' power. He runs to the other end of the room and shoots at him. We move out of the way and let Megaman beats him. We beat him like before. The wall breaks down and we carry on forward, beating all the bad guys that get in our way. We go through the doors to a room with four poles that go from the floor way up to the top. I look up and see a very big robot spider. When the very big robot spider comes down, lines that go across between the poles show up. The robot spider comes down the pole and moves across the line to the other pole. He keeps doing that until he hits the floor. We get hit as we didn't know which way he was going to go. On the back of the robot spider is a red thing that opens when he gets to the bottom. That is his weakness. We all attack him. The robot spider then goes back up the pole. He comes down again. This time the lines between the poles change. He comes down in a different path from before. We get hit again. We need to guess which way he's going so that we can avoid him. We attack him when the red thing opens. The robot spider will sometime spit out little spider robots at us. I don't like them! I jump about screaming when they get close to me. They move about like real spiders. I don't like that! Darkwing and Sonic help me by getting rid of the small spiders. We look up to see which way the big robot spider will go. We watch as the robot spider goes down the poles and across the lines. We move to a safe place and wait for the robot spider to come down. We attack him. Megaman is trying out which power will work on him. We find out that ice is really good against this boss. If we miss with the ice, the ice will hit the wall and then break into lots of small ices. And then the small ices will shoot back the other way and hit the bad guys. The robot spider is getting faster and faster every time we hit him. We keep doing this until we beat him. He blows up and we get out and go back to base.

We carry on to the next place. More bad guys are in this place. We carefully get across the very big hole using the moving platforms. Tails keeps us safe by beating the flying bad guys and catching us if we fall down. We make it to the other side and climb up to the top. Tails beats the flying bad guys while we beat the other bad guys that get in our way. We go through the door where we fight Chill Penguin.

"What, you too?!" shouts Darkwing. "No worries, we can handle you too. This should be easy as you're the first boss we faced."

"Darkwing, the first boss we faced was Storm Eagle," says Crystal.

"…Oh right…umm… I mean you're the first boss we defeated."

I tell Megaman to use fire on him. Megaman changes his weapon to fire. He uses it on Chill Penguin. Chill Penguin is covered in fire and falls backward. He is very weak to fire. Megaman keeps using fire on Chill Penguin until he beats Chill Penguin. That was easy. The wall breaks and we go through. Sonic quickly beats a bad guy before he can get into the big robot. Megaman gets in the big robot and uses it to beat the bad guys.

"Chill Penguin is weak to fire, I should have known," says Darkwing.

"All the bosses are weak to different power," I say to Darkwing. "Ice beats Spark Mandrill, electricity beats Armoured Armadillo, shield beats that bad guy in that big robot-"

"You're sure about that last part? I don't think that's his weakness."

I tell Darkwing, "I'm sure of it. We also got Launch Octopus against that boomerang bad guy and wind beats Flame Mammoth."

We make it to the other end of this room. We climb up the ladders to the top, beating the bad guys. There are two paths we can take but they both go to the same place. We just take the easy one which is the one with the ladders and guns on the walls. We go outside and jump across the floors. Storm Eagle flies in to fight us.

"You too?! Do we have to fight all of them again?!" says Darkwing.

"Looks like it," says Tails.

The fight is the same as before. I think about which power to use on him. I tell Megaman to try Sting Chameleon's power. Megaman changes to that power and uses it on Storm Eagle. It works great on him since it can attack in three directions. We beat Storm Eagle very easily. We go forward into another building. We climb up to the top while beating the bad guys. We go through the doors at the top into a big room. Something opens and a round blue ball flies and attacks us. We move out of the way, being careful not to fall into the hole full of spikes in the middle of the room. I look at the background and see that it's a very big robot face. This whole room is the bad guy and there is nowhere we can hide from him. I don't like this! It's like that dream I had of hiding behind the wall near the windows. Imagine a big eye looking through the window for you. That's scary, I really don't like that! I stand still scared, looking at this scary big robot.

"Julie, what's wrong with you?!" Darkwing asks me. He looks at where I'm looking. "Yikes! That is something I do not want to see!" The big robot face opens his other eye and attacks us. "That is going to give us nightmares… Actually, it has already given Julie nightmares." Darkwing must have seen my face.

Darkwing carries me as I can't move. I don't know where to move, there is no place where we can hide from the big robot face. The walls come in. There are only spikes on the floor. Tails grabs Sonic who grabs Amy who grabs Crystal who grabs Darkwing who is still holding me. Tails flies up to avoid the spikes on the floor. We are flying up in a line. Megaman wall jumps on the wall. The robot face's nose comes out and moves about. Tails is trying his best to fly us out of the nose way. Megaman shoots the nose whenever the nose passes him. We are slowly falling down. Tails is getting tired and is trying to keep us up as best as he can. The robot face's nose goes back and the walls go back out. We all fall down on the safe floor. Tails is really tired from carrying all of us. We go back to fighting the eyes of the big robot face. There are other colours too like the green eyes and red eyes that shoot at us. Once we beat both eyes, the walls come in. Tails grabs us again and tries to keep us flying up away from the spiked floor. We wait for the walls to go back out. We find out that the walls won't go back out. Because we beat both eyes, the only thing the robot face can attack with is his nose. We are struck like this until we beat the nose. It is taking a while to beat him.

"I…can't…fly…anymore! We…need…to…do…something…quick!" says Tails. He is very tired.

We are slowly falling down into the spikes. We fall down…onto crystal balls? There are very big crystal balls on the spikes. We all stand on the crystal balls, keeping away from the spikes.

"Where did these came from?!" Darkwing asks.

"Oh these…? I always carry these around with me," says Crystal.

"You carried lots of big crystal balls around with you?" Amy asks.

"Geez Crystal, I know you love your jewels but you're going way overboard with this," says Darkwing.

"It's actually a good thing she carried them or we would have fallen onto the spikes," says Amy.

"Good point."

We help Megaman attack the robot face's nose. After several more hits, we beat the nose. Everything blows up. The spikes at the bottom blows up and destroy all the crystal balls. We fall down on the safe floor.

"Aww, sorry about your crystal balls," Amy says to Crystal.

"Do not worry, I can always make more," says Crystal.

"Make more?"

"I mean get more! Yes, I mean get more! We can always find more of them in my home," Crystal says quickly. "Let's move on."

Crystal sounded a bit like Darkwing when she said that. We go back to base to rest up for a bit. We move onto the next stage. We climb up this cold place while beating the bad guys. We go through the doors and fight Armoured Armadillo. Megaman shoots electricity at him. Armoured Armadillo rolls through it without getting hurt.

"Why didn't it worked? That's supposed to work," says Darkwing.

"It must be his armour. His armour is protecting him from that attack," says Tails.

As soon as Armoured Armadillo stops, Megaman shoots him with electricity. It is the same as before, Armoured Armadillo gets shocked and falls backward. Is it me or does Armoured Armadillo looks smaller now? We fight and beat him the same way as before. After beating him, the wall breaks and we carry on forward. We climb up, beating more bad guys. We go through the doors where we fight Sting Chameleon.

"Julie, what's his weakness? I know, it's the octopus torpedo!" says Darkwing.

"No, that's the boomerang weakness," I say.

"But the octopus torpedo is perfect for this. They should be able to lock onto to him even when he's invisible."

"It's not his weakness. We already use that attack for the boomerang boss."

"We can use the octopus torpedo against two Mavericks."

"It doesn't work like that. Each of them only has one weakness. Sting Chameleon beats Storm Eagle, Storm Eagle beats Flame Mammoth, Flame Mammoth beats Chill Penguin, Chill Penguin beats Spark Mandrill, Spark Mandrill beats Armoured Armadillo…" I think about the next part. "Octopus beats the boomerang, boomerang beats…" I think about it. "Sting Chameleon."

Megaman changes to boomerang and uses it to attack Sting Chameleon. It works! Every time Megaman hits him with the boomerang, Sting Chameleon falls down. We keep attacking him like this until we beat him.

"Wow, Julie, how do you know so much about this?" Tails asks me.

"It's the same thing like before. We go after Top Man then Shadow Man then Magnet Man then Hard Man…" I think about what came next. "I think it's Snake Man next then Gemini Man then Needle Man then Spark Man."

"Julie… Did you just say Hard Man?" Darkwing asks me.

"Yes, Magnet Man beats Hard Man," I tell Darkwing.

"What kind of name is that?"

I don't understand what Darkwing means by that. What's wrong with Hard Man? The wall breaks down and we go through it. We jump down and beat the bad guys. We go through the doors where we fight Spark Mandrill.

"It's one boss after another," says Darkwing.

We beat him the same way as before using his weakness which is ice. The wall breaks down after we beat him. We go through and jump down into the water. I hear Darkwing shouting something. I try my best to see in the water. There is something moving about inside one of the fish robots. The thing moving inside the fish robot is saying, "Get me out of here!" I think that fish robot ate Darkwing. Megaman shoots down the fish robot and gets Darkwing out. Darkwing gives me the thing that helps me to breathe underwater. We beat more fish robots before they can eat us. We go through the doors where we fight Launch Octopus. Since Launch Octopus is supposed to be the first Maverick we need to beat, he has no weakness. Darkwing says to me that we should try Armoured Armadillo's power. He says something about completing the rock, paper, scissors circle. I don't know what he means by that. We use Armoured Armadillo's power to beat Launch Octopus. The wall breaks down and we go through. We go up and out of the water. We take the bottom path as the top path is too dangerous to walk across. Sonic helps us to get pass the gun machines and the red lines. We beat some of the bad guys that are in our way and go through the doors. We fight Flame Mammoth and beat him the same way as before. The wall breaks down and we go forward into another door.

A very big machine drops in front of us. The big machine splits into two parts; the top part and the bottom part. The top part sticks to the top while the bottom part sticks to the bottom. They move about on their own. We jump over the bottom part to avoid getting crush. We quickly jump off when the top part tries to squash us into the bottom part. Megaman shoots the top part of the machine. Attacking the bottom part does nothing to him. Sometime the machine will go to the other end of the room and fires a big dangerous purple ball at us. We quickly jump out of the way when he does that. The machine goes quick as we keep hitting him. We sometime get squash to the wall by the machine. And when we jump on the bottom part; the bottom part moves really quick that we get thrown off and right into the wall. After hitting the machine lots of times, the whole machine blows up.

"It's a good thing you got those energy tanks, that last boss took a lot of energy out of you," says Darkwing.

We are going back to the other stages to collect energy for the Sub Tanks. After filling up all the Sub Tanks, we go to the next stage. We are in a very small room. The only way to go is up. Darkwing ties a rope to Megaman. Megaman jumps up the walls and we hold onto the rope. We climb up to the top, avoiding the bug robots that come out of the holes in the walls.

"I wonder which of the old bosses we're going to fight next?" says Darkwing.

"Didn't we beat all of them?" says Tails.

"Let's see... There's Launch Octopus, Boomer Kuwanger, Sting Chameleon, Storm Eagle, Flame Mammoth, Chill Penguin, Spark Mandrill, Armoured Armadillo, Launch Octopus-"

"Darkwing, you already said Launch Octopus," says Amy.

"I did?"

"I was keeping count. Amy's right, you mention Launch Octopus twice," says Megaman. "We have beaten all eight Mavericks for the second time. I'm impressed that you mentioned all the eight Mavericks in the order of their weaknesses."

"Yep, Julie's been telling me constantly." They all look at me. I smile at them.

"Julie's a smart girl," says Amy.

"She's really is," says Megaman.

"Then all that left is…" Before Darkwing can finish, we make it to the top. Darkwing takes the rope off Megaman.

The bottom closes and Sigma shows up with a robot dog. "Welcome! I see you managed to get here. Very Impressive! I could destroy you, but I would not rob my pet of that pleasure. He knows how to deal with betrayers and worthless humans. Should you live X, I will be waiting for you. Don't disappoint me!" says Sigma. He leaves, leaving his robot dog.

The robot dog shouts and then attacks us. He jumps right at us and tries to bite us. "Hey, we're not your chew toys! Get off!" Darkwing shouts and kicks the robot dog away. "Letting your dog do your dirty work? That's a cowardly thing to do!"

If Rush is here, he can fight and beat that robot dog. I wonder where he is. This robot dog runs around and jumps around a lot. He breathes fire and spits out blue things at us. We run away from him and jump over him when he gets too close. We attack him whenever we can and avoid his attacks. We keep doing this until we beat him. The robot dog breaks.

Sigma comes back in. "Excellent job, X! I see why Zero counted on you. You are almost as good a hunter as I was," says Sigma.

"A good a hunter as Sigma was, what does that mean?" Tails asks Megaman.

"Sigma was the leader of the Maverick Hunters," says Megaman.

"What?!" We all shout. Wait, what?! What does that mean?

"Sigma used to be a Maverick Hunters like you and Zero?!" Darkwing shouts while pointing at Megaman. "And he was the leader, what happened?!"

Wait, what?! Sigma used to fight bad guys with Megaman and Zero?! I don't believe it! He's the bad guy!

"He turned Maverick and declined war on humans," says Megaman.

"The time of your destruction has arrived! You shall regret ever having defied me!" says Sigma. He takes off his red cape and gets his sword out.

I am very scared. Megaman is fighting Sigma. Sigma is very quick as he rushes over to Megaman and tries to hit him with his sword. Megaman quickly moves away by jumping up the wall. Sigma jumps across the walls to get to Megaman. Megaman jumps back down to avoid Sigma. Sigma is a very good fighter. While we fighting him on the floor, Sigma fires things at us from his head. Tails flies me up to avoid that attack while the attack hits Megaman, Sonic, Amy, Darkwing and Crystal. Megaman, Sonic, Darkwing and Crystal carefully wait for the perfect time to attack. Sigma can use his sword to block their attacks. His sword is very dangerous. It can cut anything. Tails puts me down and goes to help fight Sigma. I see Sigma trying to attack Darkwing. Darkwing dodges him just in time but Sigma cuts his cape in half.

Darkwing is not happy about that. "You owe me a new cape!" He shouts at Sigma. "Yikes!" He ducks under Sigma's attack.

It is very dangerous to fight him very close and that attack he does with his head is very hard to avoid. Megaman needs to keep far away from him and attack him from far away. He needs a power that can attack him while he goes up the wall.

"Megaman, go up the wall and fight him with wind!" I shout.

Sigma goes straight at me. I quickly move away. Megaman quickly pushes Sigma away from me. "You leave her alone!" Megaman shouts at Sigma.

Sonic quickly picks me up and takes me to a safe place, away from Sigma.

"You're wasting your time saving these humans. All humans will be eliminated eventually. Why do you prolong the inevitable?" says Sigma.

"We are to bring peace and work with humans, not hurt them!" says Megaman.

"Don't you see X, all the humans are using us for their own personal gain. Right now, they are using you to rid the threats that are threatening them. They're forcing you to fight your very own kind."

"That's because you started the war on them first," says Darkwing. Darkwing runs over and goes in front of me to protect me.

Megaman fights Sigma. Megaman changes his power to wind. He jumps up the wall and fires wind across the air. Sigma jumps across the walls to get to Megaman. He jumps into the wind and takes damages. He thought he can jump pass the wind, he didn't know that the wind takes its time to move across. Megaman keeps fighting Sigma on the wall. After a while, Megaman beats Sigma.

"Well, looks like we're done here. Let's get back to base," says Darkwing.

Sigma's head goes up and into a very big machine. The very big machine attacks us with his hands. We move out of the way.

"You got to be kidding me!" Darkwing shouts as he dodges the hands.

The very big machine's head fires things at us. Tails flies me up to avoid the attacks. We fly over one of the hands. Lightning comes out of the hand.

"Ahhhh!" Tails screams and falls down. I see Tails is shaking.

Amy runs to us and grabs Tails and me by the hands. "Hurry, follow me!"

We quickly run away from the fire. Darkwing and Crystal use the big machine's hands to jump up toward the head. Darkwing punches and Crystal kicks at where Sigma's head is. They fall onto the floor, Darkwing holding his hands and Crystal jumping about holding her feet.

"Ouch, my hand!" Darkwing shouts.

"Ouch, my foot!" Crystal shouts.

The very big machine hits them with one of his hands. Sonic jumps onto the hand and jump right at Sigma's head. He spin jumps him. He bounces off and back onto the floor. I can tell by Sonic's look that he couldn't hurt him. Sonic is wondering why his attack didn't work. None of our attacks are working on him. Even Megaman can't hurt him with his attacks. Wait a minute! Maybe Armoured Armadillo's power will work here! Of course, when you're doing the weakness in order, Armoured Armadillo is supposed to be the last boss to beat which means Armoured Armadillo's power is strong against this boss!

"Use Armoured Armadillo!" I shout to Megaman.

Megaman changes his power. He jumps on the hand and quickly jumps off as lightning comes out of the hand. He shoots the shield at the top of the head. It looks like it is working.

"Okay everybody!" Darkwing shouts. "We'll help X by distracting Sigma. Amy, you keep Julie safe. Tails, you keep away from the hands. We don't want you to freak out because of the lightning. When we can, we'll back X up. Are we ready? Then let's get-!"

"Dangerous," says Megaman.

"Now you got it," Darkwing says. He is smiling.

I quickly go to a safe place with Amy. I watch as Sonic runs away from the attacks that come from the head. Megaman jumps on the hand and jumps toward the head and attacks him. Megaman moves back as the hands attack him. Tails flies in front of the head. He quickly flies away when the hands go after him. Tails flies back to the head again. Because Tails is blocking him, he didn't see Megaman jumping on his hand. Megaman attacks Sigma's head. We all move away as the head shoot fires at us.

"Hey ugly, bet you can't punch me!" Darkwing shouts. The hand goes over to hit Darkwing. Darkwing quickly jumps out of the way. "Your turn, X! Next stop, Sigma's head."

Megaman jumps onto the hand that tried to hit Darkwing. The hand moves back up. Sigma is busy trying to shoot down Sonic and Tails with his head. Megaman attacks Sigma's head. We keep doing this. Sonic, Tails, Darkwing and Crystal distract Sigma's head while Megaman attacks him. After a few more hits, the very big machine's head falls down onto the floor. Everything is blowing up.

"No! It's not possible! I'm a Reploid! I can't be destroyed by you! Why, X?! Why have you done this to us?! Without the humans, my Reploid brothers could have ushered in a new age…" says Sigma.

"What do he mean by that?" I ask.

"No time to explain, we should escape now," says Crystal.

We get out. We are on the rock. We watch as the flying building falls down into the water and blows up. Megaman looks over to the water.

"Is there something wrong X?" Amy asks.

"Is this the right thing to do?" says Megaman.

"We stopped the war, of course we did the right thing," says Darkwing.

"But…the ones that sacrificed themselves for this victory… They will never return."

"Zero…" says Tails. I am very sad. I want Zero to come back.

"Was there another way? A way that doesn't involve fighting?" says Megaman.

We all think about it. "I'm sure you'll find a way X," says Amy.

"Until then…" says Megaman. He looks sadly at his arm.

We all run across the clean roads. It is no longer broken. We keep running on the road, toward the base. We sit down at the computer, talking to each other. Just then, the computer turns on and Sigma is on the computer.

"What?!" Darkwing shouts.

"You have won a temporary victory, X! What you destroyed was only a temporary body – my spirit remains intact. In time I will find other bodies strong enough to do my bidding and I will return. I shall see you soon, X. Very soon…" says Sigma.

"He's lying," I say.

"You think he's bluffing?" Darkwing asks me.

"There's no way he can come back, we already beat him. And there's no way he can get another body."

"Let's hope you're right."

I look at where Darkwing is looking. Megaman looks very sad. I hope Sigma doesn't come back to hurt him. It is time for us to go home. We say goodbye to Megaman and go back to our homes.

Megaman X on the Super Nintendo, I loved this game! First brought it and was looking in the manual in the car on the way home. Saw a picture of Zero and thought that Zero might be the bad guy and X will have to fight him. Very surprised to see Zero helping X. Bet you are wondering why I keep calling X Megaman. That's because I can't tell the differences between them. I thought X is Megaman from the Megaman series. I didn't know X is a different person to Megaman. And the ending... I thought Sigma was lying when he said that. Boy was I wrong! Very pleased with this story. There are lots of ideas that came to me while I was writing...I mean typing this story out. I had lots of laugh doing this.
