AN: This can be seen as a continuation or response to my previous poem "Mask". It is done in Sasuke's POV. You don't have to read "Mask" to get it though (I think). Well enjoy!

I see you laugh and smile,

A grin always on your face.

Joking and playing and looking for fights,

You never seem to hate.

But I more than any should know the truth,

That not all is as it seems.

Your eyes may sparkle, but I can tell

That it's from sadness not from glee.

I say the things I do to you,

To make you angry so your not sad.

I never thought to see the day

You finally broke down and cried.

You hide behind your mask so well,

And no one suspects your pain.

You are hated and despised,

For nothing obvious to me.

But please remember I never lie,

So what I say is true.

I only have and ever will see,

You and only you.
