Within Her Coils
A hand rose to wipe the sweat beading on his brow as he gazed up at the mighty pyramid before him, the other briefly removing the fedora to fan himself with for a moment as he leaned against the tent pole. Wild ebony hair that stood upright with crimson tips was enough to catch anyone's attention but it was the golden bangs that framed his face in a crown-like manner that caused all attention to shift to his eyes. Modern era bloodlines weren't as defined, meaning that some features of the ancient times were softened or even disappeared completely, but he had been given the gift of shifting amethyst eyes with ruby shards that were sharp and gave him the appearance that he possibly came from a royal line. Though the sands would blister any skin and the mighty sun above could boil anyone's blood from the inside, but he wouldn't be anywhere else. His family, though few in members, were well known game keepers and archeologists who have discovered several relics or ancient ruins all across the world. Treasure, art, games, even the occasional tomb or two were their norm. What he searched for though was something entirely different.
"What do you think you're doing just standing there daydreaming?"
His head turned with a chuckle as a figure approached, one with similar hair as his but much gentler features. "Seemed only fair since you spent more time in town than usual, Yugi." The fedora was placed back upon his head as the same hand snatched a bottle of water that was tossed to him, a sigh slipping between his lips as the icy condensation formed droplets that trailed across his tanned skin.
"You going to drink it or make love to it?" The newcomer chuckled as his comment earned a sideways glare. The bags of food and supplies were safety placed within a storage unit and they turned their attention back to the large scale maps nearly covered by various tools. "Anything yet?"
Atem shook his head while recapping the bottle after taking a long sip, placing it within one of his belt loops as if it were a tool. "The locals are saying that we should count ourselves lucky that we have lasted this long. We are foreigners, after all, but they do thank us for our respect of the sands."
"Now you're sounding like gramps." Lavender eyes rolled but his lips lifted into a teasing smile when he received a pointed look. "C'mon, we both know that he didn't force you to take those lessons and you secretly enjoyed learning the ancient language that no one knows."
"Someone needed to have the knowledge if we were coming here. Otherwise you would be led astray by GoogleTranslate." His arms crossed over his chest, lips lifting into his own smirk as his younger brother blanched when one of their crew members approached.
All of the words exchanged went over Yugi's head as he took a seat within one of the folding chairs with a huff and patiently waited as the pair conversed. He did not remain seated for long though as the features of his older sibling grew tense. The sand crunched beneath his feet as he stood and anxiously awaited as both their brows furrowed and then the head of their local team departed with a bow. "What was that about?"
Amethyst met lavender as he took the seat opposite of the table, his finger tapping the area of the map between the Great Sphinx and one of the pyramids. "They are refusing to go into this space because of a legend." He leaned backwards, fingers rising to stroke his chin. "There have been disappearances in that area and human bones are later found at the Great Sphinx's feet days later."
"That's definitely strange but this isn't some old classic movie where we have to worry about mummy curses and stuff." Yugi shrugged, sitting back down and taking a long sip from his own water.
"They are saying a monster lives there." Atem's arms rose, quickly covering the fragile maps and tools as the clear liquid became spray from between his brother's lips. He gave Yugi a narrowed glare as he quickly snatched a nearby rag and dabbed at the droplets that had landed upon the parchment or tools. "Was there really need for that?"
"Y-you can't honestly tell me that you believe that stuff," he coughed, wiping the tears that had filled his eyes with the collar of his shirt."That's just-"
"Who are we to question a legend? This is what we do, Yugi, we explore and unearth things of legend." His motions slowed then came to a stop as their gazes locked upon the darkening sky. "It will be night time soon. I shall remain and watch over the campsite, you head back to town and find an inn."
Yugi stood, swinging a bag onto his back that was his personal belongings. "You just want me out of here so you can go exploring by yourself."
"Or that you desperately need the shower. Are you sure the Great Sphinx didn't lose it's nose thanks to your horrible BO?" A laugh rose up his throat as the younger man by less than two years made to retaliate but settled for a snippy comment about his fashion sense. "We wear practically the same clothes, Yugi; long cargo pants, boots, white long sleeve and black vests included."
"Yeah, well, at least I don't wear all the fancy bangles and choker."
"You wish you could pull this off." Atem smirked, crossing his leg and resting an arm on his bent knee.
A shake of his head and wave of a hand, the young Mutou departed with words that he would be back at first light in the morning.
The smirk fell from his lips as he stared down at the map laid out before him. There was still an hour left of sunlight, minimum, and the crew would still be cleaning up their stations for half of that time at least. His hands rolled up the parchment carefully before storing it and the tools within a chest that they had anchored deep within the sand in case of bandits or robbers. The seemingly endless desert of golden sand twinkled in the twilight as he stepped out of the tent in time to watch as the torches were lit so the local team could finish. He began walking, first approaching the closest site then continuing onward after thanking each for their hard work for the day. One of the children of the workers, a young boy with ash colored hair, ran up to him with a big smile and showed him the "treasure" that his father had given him. Though it was only a scarab shell, it was still beautiful to behold as it's iridescent shed skin shifted in the nearby flickering flames. The tricolor haired archeologist made show that it was something to be valued and kept safe while leading the boy back to where his father was waiting, bowing his head deeply in respect and thanks for another day of hard work, and offered a wave as the boy hurried to catch up with his two elder siblings as they departed with their own scarab skins.
A flashlight was retrieved from his belt of various tools as a sound came from off the path that was lit by string lights that led back to the tent. He called out in the language of the locals, thinking that it might be a stray worker or child who had come to collect their father or uncle, but no answer came. "Hello?" English was not a well known language here in Egypt but there were some who had studied it within one of the universities. Once again there was no response. Had he simply imagined it, a trick of his dehydrated mind and sun baked delirium? The flashlight only revealed sand as its circular beam pierced the coming darkness. Atem was just about to turn back to the path as the heat of the wind cooled with the falling sun disappearing below the horizon when he heard it: someone was crying. It was so faint though that he had to strain his ears in hopes to pinpoint where it was coming from. Sand crunched beneath his feet as he began walking again, the string of lights ending as the path did within minutes as he came to a stop when the sound did.
This was the area that the team leader had told him about, the Great Sphinx to his left and a pyramid to his right. The warnings and lore he'd been told rang loudly in his ears as he took the first step off the paved path to slightly sink into the unsupported sand. His head swiveled as he searched the darkness with the flashlight, each step he took careful and calculating, until the toe of his boot caught on something beneath. Was that a floor? All of his weight settled upon the back leg in experimentation, eyes widening as what felt like stone met the rest of his boot. Maybe it was the roof of a buried building.
His excitement turned to panic as the stone suddenly gave way, a shout rising up his throat as he fell that was cutoff by the sand quickly shifting as if to burry the place where he had fallen so that none would know any better of the secrets he was about to stumble upon.
. . . .
Something shifted against his skin as a soft feminine groan came from somewhere in the darkness. A hand rose to comb through his hair, meaning to rub the sore spot that was growing upon his scalp…when instead the palm of his hand was filled with something incredibly soft. He was instantly awake as a hammering heartbeat filled his ears when hands shoved him backwards that caused him to meet a wall.
"W-what do you think you're doing grabbing me like that?!" A feminine voice shrieked from the darkness. "I save you from breaking your neck and this is how you repay me?! Rude!"
His mind was racing as blind eyes searched the pitch black darkness that surrounded him. "Forgive me, please, I was only following the sound of someone weeping when I fell through."
Another groan sounded. "Oh, great, you must be one of those people. Why can't you leave well enough alone?"
Confusion filled him. Whoever this was he doubted that she was someone who stumbled within this place just as he had, they would have heard of any recent disappearances; the most up to date was at least four years ago. Her English was impressive, as if it was her first language, but this whole situation was getting stranger with each passing second as his head snapped to the side as the sound of something shifting filled the air. If this was the lair of the so called monster the locals were fearful of… "Are you the being who is responsible for the missing people who turn up days later? Shouldn't you have consumed me by now?"
"And again with the misconceptions! You humans don't eat everything that moves so why should we?"
He stiffened, the exploration of his hand across the wall halting. The terminology she used, th and the way she spoke with distaste when in regards to people was odd. Something wrapped itself around his torso and pinned him to what had to be a pillar or support column as a hand pressed against his mouth.
"If you value your life, then stay here and keep quiet." She whispered into his ear, warm breath lightly tickling his skin as whatever was confining him slowly released its hold. "Don't. Make. A. Sound." The heat of her body moved away as something erupted from a nearby water source, causing spray to rain down on him as he slowly slid to the floor as hissing filled the air.
"Well, little one, how is the life of solitude and exile?" A sultry voice full of vibrato that caused the air itself to tremble. "Have you come to your senses to rejoin our clan?"
"I refuse to consume a human as you all have!"
"Then your punishment shall be lengthened."
A struggle sounded, something large impacting the ground beside him but he remained still as a statue. Humans didn't have the eyes that would allow them to see in the darkness, though he supposed it was for the best as hisses and snarls were heard. Silence reigned as another splash sounded but his guard remained up as he found himself once again wrapped within flesh that pinned him to stone, the same hand from before finding his own as a shapely figure pressed against his front. Something covered his mouth as he made to take a breath, it was just as smooth as the rest of whatever was confining him but it was much smaller and wiggled slightly when he attempted to move.
"What is this? I smell a human."
"You smell nothing but the blood on your hands." Her hand was trembling as it clung to his, as if she needed silent support but with his current predicament Atem was in no position to aid whoever she was. "Leave me alone."
A huff sounded. "So be it. Your sentence will last until you consume the flesh of a man." The sound of a large being slithered across the stone then disappeared into the same water source he'd heard it come from.
It wasn't until several minutes of silence passed that he was released, falling to his knees as he gasped for breath when she moved away. "I have to get you back to the surface but I'm not yet fully grown," she sighed from somewhere to his left. "I can't even reach the top of the pillars as I am now."
The sadness within her voice was enough to make any heart ache for her, the sobs that had led him to this place sounding from her general direction. "You saved me," he called, blindly raising his hands as he took a step. "But it was the sound of your tears that led me here. Perhaps fate brought me to you for a reason."
She flinched as he grunted, probably stubbing his toe on something, and sighed while wiping her eyes. The fallen beam of light that he had been carrying was shattered off in the far corner but that didn't mean there was no other source of light. "It might be best that you don't see where you are or what I am, human, but I won't let you stumble around like a babbling meerkat." A spare decorative veil that her clan donned to better tempt the males they lured to their unaware ends was wrapped tightly around her head as she picked up two pieces of flint
A gasp rose as two torches blazed to life, revealing a large water reservoir, painted pillars, and decorated alter that overlooked the dark waters. This must have been a temple! His eyes scanned every inch of the ancient stone, first in adoration for how well they were preserved and excitement that he may be the sole discoverer of such an ancient ruin, but then the feelings dissipated when he found no trace of she who had saved him. "Please show yourself to me."
"Why, so you can point your finger and call me a monster?"
"I want to thank you." The breath caught in his throat as something shifted within his peripheral vision, what he initially thought was a pile of rock coming to life as it moved to settle upon the altar where the torchlight revealed patterned scales of peach and rose that gave way to fair skin as from its center rose a head of chocolate hair. He instantly knew of what she was now as she shyly attempted to hide her lower body with curtain-like hair. "You're a lamia." He softened his voice when she flinched, slowly approaching her with wide eyes as she made to withdraw into the water. "I will not hurt you," he whispered, settling upon the stone as she curled tighter in on herself. She had said she was not fully grown but from his calculation her serpentine lower half had to at least be eight feet long. The shifting hue of her scales with every movement stole his breath as she recoiled when he reached out a hand to her that met her flesh. It shifted smoothly beneath his palm, fluid like silk yet slightly ribbed with the scales that covered it. Her attire honestly made him think of the dancers back in the marketplaces; soft chiffon that was nearly opaque enough to see through if not for the underlying layer of cloth. She was beyond his vocabulary. "I have no words."
Her head slowly peeked out from the confines of her coils, tilting it as the warmth of his hand slowly spread throughout her body the more it remained. Though he had stumbled upon her clan's abandoned lair, nearly meeting his end from falling through the ceiling and getting them both almost killed by her clan's queen, she could feel this young man was looking upon her with wide eyes. Was in it fear or fascination? "I'm sorry, but can you not?" She trembled as his skin trailed across her scales and left them tingling. "They're sensitive since I just shed my skin a few hours ago…"
His hand was snatched away with an apology and blinked when he noticed that there was a piece of fabric that matched her cream colored halter style top wrapped around her head. "Why do you cover your eyes?" The answer came to him like a slap in the face. "In a popular board game, members of lamia, a branch of the naga, have the power to hypnotize by making eye contact with their prey."
"It doesn't always work, mind you, it's more based on the willpower of someone." The lamia hung her head slightly. "I still don't have it fully under control yet but it comes in handy when I'm hunting desert mice." Her being stiffened as he came closer, filling her senses with the scents of musky sandalwood and sun. "What are you doing?" Panic filled her as fingers took a firm hold upon the cloth covering her eyes and yanked backwards. "No, don't!"
Tanned fingers took gentle hold upon her wrists as she made to cover her face. Though her eyes were clenched shut, he was still able to see her fair features that reminded him of the art from Greece. "You do not need to hide them," he soothed, collecting both her wrists within one hand so that the other could pet the top of her head. "I am not one who is weak minded."
She scoffed, clenching them closed even tighter. "You're thick skulled, I'll give you that, do you have any idea how much it hurt when you fell through to land on my back?"
"What is the possible worst thing that could happen that has you so fearful?" Amethyst blinked as heat erupted across her being that caused the rose hued scales to appear shifting towards red as her cheeks darkened to match. This was an interesting reaction indeed, one that farther sparked his often consuming curiosity. His fingers rose to brush the sensitive skin beneath each eye, first the left then the right as if silently encouraging her to open them, but all bravado slipped through his fingers like sand as her tail wound itself around his being to pin his arms to his sides and shift him away as she secured the cloth over her eyes once more. A grunt slipped up his throat as she gave him a tight squeeze, the tip of her tail flicking his nose lightly.
"You want to know so bad than just keep pushing, buddy, your curiosity may just get you what you wish for."
The stone met his knees as she released him. It hadn't been enough to cause him pain, just a mild inconvenience from the minimal movement, but his limbs still quaked slightly as he settled into a comfortable position. "Understood." His hand rose to remove the fedora and froze when it wasn't felt atop of his head. It must have been lost in the fall.
Her head tilted as he stood, stumbling a bit probably from her squeezing him, but she didn't feel a bit of remorse as he walked a short distance away. "Where do you think you're going?"
"I am an archeologist, someone who finds old ruins like this one incredibly fascinating." His eyes carefully traced over the ancient hieroglyphs as he pulled out a small notebook and pen. "It's our job to unravel the mysteries of civilizations lost to time." He held perfectly still as she slowly crept along the ground to rise up beside him, her head tilting in accordance to the sound of his pen strokes, and glanced at her from the corner of his eye to find her slowly relaxing until the rest of her lower torso was gathered behind them. She had called him curious, as had several others including himself, but Atem couldn't help the smile that raised his lips as she followed each movement of the writing utensil in his hand though she was without her vision. The carvings before him mentioned of a race of lamia that once thrived within the underground, a list of names that were lost to time that had been worn away by sand or scales, until there was only one left that looked recently carved.
Her head tilted as the pen's tip moved in a familiar way. "So you found my name."
"That I did." He nodded, softly closing the book after placing the pen between its pages and returned it to its pouch as he pivoted so that they were facing. Despite the length of her lower torso, her human half indicated that she would not be much taller than him, that they possibly would be similar in height. "My name, would you like to know it?"
"Depends." Her tail shifted, rising until it lightly tickled the space beneath his chin. "If you have mine right and pronounce it correctly, then I'll ask for it."
Pride and the hunger for a challenge rose within his being, but he forced them both down when she attempted to take back her words while retreating. His hand took gentle hold of her tail just before it retracted, earning a soft squeak as the calloused pads of his fingers lightly brushed against her scales. "If I do as you say, pronunciation included, than will you take of the cloth that covers your eyes when as you say my own name?"
She froze. Her eyes, according to the clan before her exile for not consuming human flesh, were not a usual color amongst their members that had earned her hostility from the moment she was born. Mice and other small mammals that she forced herself to hunt would fall instantly under her gaze but there was no telling what it could do to humans. This young male, though a bit strange, had been nothing but kind to her thus far. He'd even admired her form and knew of her species by name. Perhaps he was right, that fate had led him to her, and maybe her days of loneliness in the dark may finally be over. "I…"
The hesitation wafting off of her in waves, growing more tense with each passing second. "I do not mean to boast when I say that I am not one to be easily succumbed to the opinions or words of others," he began softly, easing himself forward past her tail so he could take hold of her hands. "But it would be fair to exchange names if we are to spend sometime here together. I would like to know what to call you."
His fingers, though calloused and covered in scars, were warm as they laced with her own that uncrossed her arms from around her being. The deep baritone voice that he spoke with reminded her of the warm sunlight that once kissed her skin the single time she had been allowed above ground; warm with sincere emotion that washed over her. All thought of denying his humble request and logic disappeared as she gave his fingers a brief squeeze. "Deal."
Lips rising into a smile, he brought her fingers to them in a light brush across her knuckles. "Thank you, Anzu, for saving me."
A gasp slipped from between her lips as his hands released her own, the panic returning as his fingers brushed the fabric, and clenched her eyes shut tighter as it fell away. A deal was a deal. "Nicely done," she sighed, swallowing the lump of anxiety that rose in her throat but failed in keeping her own deep rooted emotions from entering her voice, "it's been a while since I last heard it."
His hand rose to cup her cheek, regret filling him as tears gathered along her lashes and her voice cracked. He had brought her pain, it was clear for him to see, though he had not meant to. "Forgive me."
"No, it's alright," she sniffled, briefly resting the weight of her head against his palm, then took a deep inhale through her nose. "It's nice hearing it come from someone new and spoken without spite or hatred."
"Whoever it was that did so was wrong." His hands moved to rest upon her shoulders, giving them a brief squeeze, amethyst honed upon the closed lids of her eyes. "It is a suitable name for someone so beautiful."
Lashes lifted as she gasped, fair cheeks tinting rose once more as her breath caught.
The second they opened was the moment he found himself staring into near reflective pools that reminded him of the crystal waters of a natural spring; the flickering torchlight causing their bottomless depths to shift from cerulean to cobalt to glittering sapphire, drawing him farther in as if beckoning him closer to her. A mental shake was performed as he found himself slightly leaning in her direction and steeled his will as she asked for his name. "My name," he whispered, gently tucking a few strands of chocolate tressed behind her ear, "is Atem."
To say she was impressed by his stability was an understatement but she herself was in no position to make a comment. The shards of rubies within his amethyst eyes that were unlike any she'd ever seen threatened to enchant her if she gazed into them for too long and found herself hovering over him slightly as her tail wrapped around his shoulders as if to bring him closer. Something had come over her though, as if it were she who was entrapped by his gemstone hued eyes, finding the will to move away so that the temptation to feed wouldn't rise within her out of reach but the heat pooling within her abdomen encouraged her farther as his breath caught when her fingers caressed his face. "A fine name for a mysterious man such as yourself." she whispered, her neck bending so that their faces were inches apart, their breaths intermixing.
The wrapping of his arms around her was what snapped her from the revere, causing her alarm as he attempted to bring her down to his level. Panic rose as he pivoted so that her back met the pillar he had been studying, adrenaline pumping loudly through her veins as his lips met her neck. "I hadn't even used it! Some strong will my butt!"
Unbeknownst to her, his lips were lifting into a mischievous smirk against her skin as his nimble fingers brushed against her sides. He nuzzled the crook of her neck and shoulder as she weakly protested, her earlier warning of sensitive scales filling his ears as he gently palmed those that were beneath the skirt's hem.
She unable to stop herself from shivering as his being pressed fully against her own and causing their hips to meet. Indignation filled her when what sounded like a chuckle tickled her skin and the expression upon her face became furious.
Even as her tail wrapped around him tightly, effectively pinning him once more to the pillar, he could not contain the smirk raising his lips. "Apologies, Anzu, I could not resist-" All amusement drained out of his being faster than if one were to squeeze a sponge dry as she took hold of his chin.
"You think this is funny?" Her eyes were blazing infernos as her lower torso drew him away from the pillar so that it was just her coils wrapped around him. She purposefully dipped her voice lower, internally relishing as the fine hairs across his visible skin stood upright. Power that she'd only come to know from hunts rose to gather within the backs of her eyes as her own lips lifted into a smirk, the hand she was using to hold his chin in place tightening when his body gave a collective jerk when the tip of her tail crept up his leg to brush against the space of skin that was exposed between the waistband of his pants and the hem of his shirt thanks to the coil around his wrists forcing his arms above his head. He wanted to play games? Then who was she to deny him one of his favorite things. "I may be young yet but I am still a full blooded lamia. Let's see how you do against me then. If I succeed in making you admit defeat, then you have to take me with you." She hesitated but then continued. "If you win, then I will help you leave and you'll never see me again."
Anticipation washed over him like a tidal wave as it teased the skin of his lower abdomen but he did not close his eyes. Instead he locked them upon her shoulders. Her terms were simple, favorable for him even, but there had been a hint of sadness within her voice when she said what would happen if she lost this game. Just how long had she been down here all alone? A tremor wracked his being as the tip of her tail slipped inside but he fiercely bit into the flesh of his lower lip. It was his fault for taking it to this level but he was not about to cave. "Perhaps I was a bit hasty-" The blood in his veins ignited as the sensitive skin just hidden by the band of his boxer briefs was brushed. "Ngh!"
"Oh, that must be the hint that I'm getting close to something that just might win me this little game."
His head fell forward with a suppressed grunt. He was an archeologist who strived to master any game that crossed his path, risks were a common thing to him, but above both of those he was a hot blooded male. The ministrations, the teasing, his body being forced into a submissive position such as this that left him physically vulnerable was new…it made something unknown within him rise. Her tail tip brushed against the base of his shaft, causing stars to dance across his vision as the wave of electricity caused his lips to part against his will in a silent moan as the blue hued within her eyes came into view. They swirled and danced in way that made him want to drown himself within them as another surge of electricity coursed through his being in result to her tail tip trailing across his length in a slow drawn out motion.
Amusement filled her when his eyes clenched shut, meaning that her own must have begun their transformation, but their little game had just started. "Atem," she called softly, her hands rising to ebony hair and earning a stifled sound from deep within his throat as she ran her hands through. "You're the one who wanted to play a game so why not play with me? How can you play with your eyes closed?" Satisfaction filled her as they suddenly shot open when her tail tip teased the head of his length, their gazes locking as her fork tipped tongue slipped out to brush against his parted lips. Surely victory was hers as the fight slowly left his eyes until all that was left was a lust filled haze. "That's much better," she purred lowly as he shivered when her exploring tail gave his phallus an experimental stroke after wrapping around its length in a spiral fashion. Though she was inexperienced, one could not underestimate a female's knowledge of reading body language. "Isn't it much more fun to play along?"
His answer was lost in a deep throated groan as she gave it a squeeze.
"Admit your defeat while you still have the chance." The lamia cooed softly, her fingertips slipping beneath his shirt to explore the planes beneath, ensuring that their gazes never broke as she pressed the entirety of her being against him in a drawn out grind. A seed of defiance appeared within his eyes as she repeated herself but it was subdued as her tail gave another series of squeezes then a pump. "Come on," she whispered, nose trailing across his own as the duvet that would lead to her own sex that was beginning to stir with heat and need met with the growing tent that was the evidence of his arousal. Unified sounds of anticipation rose up their throats as the stimulation caused their beings to warm. "Atem, say that I am the victor." She was concerned for a moment, thinking that he was too far under to respond, but she gasped with surprise as as from within the hypnosis rose a spark of fight.
"N…never…"
She smirked, which earned her the flash of suspenseful need across his handsome features as her face neared his own. "Are you sure?" A complicated mix of want, pride, and desperation filled his voice as he croaked a single word: her name. "Should I take pity on you this time?" With a sigh, her bright pink tongue slipping between his trembling lips to brush against his own.
The world was sallowed up in an oceanic explosion as she held his head still while her tail picked up its pace, its squeezes and pumps earning his choked sounds of pleasure as she drew him farther under her control. There was only her, Anzu, the one who was filling his veins with fire and causing pleasure unlike any he's ever known to take him to the stars. Their noses were brushing as the combined stimulation from her hips and tail were inching him closer to the edge of his sanity. Incoherent words spilled from between his lips as she suddenly stopped, eyes would have been rolling in the back of his skull if not for the gaze that had enslaved his own. He was almost there…just a little more…
"What do we say when we want something?" Her thumb traced the outline of his mouth.
"I…" he swallowed the lump in his throat when her coils gave a hearty squeeze that made the fire in his blood roar. "…will not…beg…"
The lamia, if she was level headed, would have ceased this game long ago. But that was out of the question now. She too had her needs as well. "These meddlesome clothes are getting in the way." She situated her coils so that he was standing, unhindered by her body save for the tail tip that she kept wrapped around his erection. "I want you to remove them." Saliva filled her mouth as his hands easily shed first the vest, the shirt beneath it quickly following with an upwards tug over his head that exposed the muscular planes she had explored. His tanned skin was revealed to her in the flickering light as she coaxed him closer to the altar with finger trailing up his throat, careful not to trip him as he eagerly followed, the cooler temperature of the lair causing the fine hairs across his bare chest to stand upright as her palms met his skin. "Much better," she whispered, increasing the rhythm of her tail as a reward for his obedience and earned a hoarse moan, "but I said to remove it all." Impatience filled her as his shaky hands clenched into fists. Was his will still holding out? She'd never seen clothing like this, pants with multiple pockets with a belt that had just as many items contained within loops, but it all fell away the same as she practically ripped them from his being until he was fully bare in front of her. There was a minor tear along the waistband but otherwise the outer and inner cloth had been removed easily enough as her coils returned to encircle his upper chest, a tremor wracking his body when one slid beneath the loose choker he wore to give his throat a soft squeeze. "Do you like that?"
Spine electrifying euphoria threatened to shove him over the edge when her tail picked up its pace as another one of her coils gathered beneath him that stimulated the backs of his thighs as well as sending a jolt of pleasure through his blood as her scales brushed the sack hanging beneath his shaft. He needed to touch her, to be surrounded by her, to be one with her.
She gave a soft gasp as his hands suddenly snaked around to grab the flesh of her backside from beneath the chiffon skirt that she wore, her being in response heating as it tightened around him so that his twitching erection was completely exposed as she slid up his being. "What do you want?"
His head moved in motion to hers as it bobbed and swayed, like that of a real snake while she coaxed him to answer by halting her tail. "I…" the voice that rose up his throat was darker, heavier, huskier than he'd ever heard it even though most of his mind was buried beneath her hypnosis, "…want…you…"
"You're going to have to be more specific," she earned a groan as a motion of her hips caused his tip rubbed against her opening so that he could feel the moisture that had begun to pool. "I am not a mind reader, Atem."
He was falling deeper and deeper as the blues within her gaze began to mix with some greens that were soon joined by shades of violet. She was wrapped so tightly around him that he was practically sitting upon the biggest portion of her lower torso with his legs spread apart so as to allow her full access to the flesh that felt as though it was straining to reach her. "…Anzu…"
"Atem?"
"P…please…"
She knew he had finally succumbed as his entire being gave a tremor, the flesh surrounded by her tail becoming engorged and throbbing as if begging for release. The coil around his throat gave another gentle squeeze, causing his eyes open wider for a moment and the appearance of his tongue to peek out to be enlarged by her own that repeated each motion of her tail, a unified groan rising from the pair as she allowed her being to drift downwards so that he entered her folds inch-by-inch.
Deep within the haze of his mind one of the last tendrils of willpower rushed to the forefront of his mind when she halted, pain within her expression and gaze as a barrier was reached. His hands, just for a moment shifted over skin and scale until they cupped her face when the first droplets of tears gathered within her lashes. It didn't matter that he was under her hypnosis, there was no denying the connection and emotions he felt for her. He'd known it since the moment his eyes fell on her. "Trust…me…"
Anzu thought for a moment that he had snapped himself free but there was no denying the swirling colors within his gaze that were reflected from her own; he was so far under that he shouldn't be able to form words let alone move without her asking. He was telling her to put her trust in him? Logically, they had only just met by sheer accident by him falling through her ceiling. Atem though hadn't recoiled from her as if she were a monster to be feared or hunted but had gazed upon her with fascination and gentleness. This young man, this archeologist, had unknowingly stumbled on the discovery of a lifetime yet here he was assuring and offering comfort. A bob of her head caused his own to follow and their lips met in a heated and passion filled kiss as his hips rose to break through the hymen.
Colors swam and mixed as she surrounded him, as if she were attempting to swallow him up, but a tremor of her being caused his hands to return to their original position upon her backside. "A…Anzu…" Their gazes remained locked as he gave her flesh a gentle squeeze then began to rise up her back so as to unclip the halter top she wore. Her spine arched as the cool air met her breasts as they were exposed but it wasn't long until she relaxed around him as his lips kissed each in turn, allowing him to enter her farther.
It wasn't until he was fully sheathed within her that she finally broke, the bravado and confidence that she'd donned evaporating and giving way to unadulterated lust. His name fell from her lips as if she were singing when all bets were cast off, her body constricting around him to the point where his breaths were coming in quick gasps as she rocked against him with fervor and need. Her eyes though never wavered from his own, their closeness and breaths only aiding in helping him to sink deeper as her moist heat surrounded him. "Atem…Atem…" her expression became one of desperation, "…more…"
The command, though unconsciously given, was heard by the man, and it was just enough to ignite the short fuse that was his remaining sanity. His hands that were now sandwiched between her coil and supple flesh gripped with renewed vigor as he helped her move faster. Masculine pride flared within him as she began to scream his name, clinging to his shoulders with a tight grip as they rocked. Their gazes held even as that edge of oblivion rushed to greet them. The sound of flesh meeting flesh filled the air as their paces quickened, both clinging to the either as her moist cavern repeatedly swallowed his shaft when it was buried to the base with a snap of their hips. From his lips erupted a near animalistic roar as he gave one last thrust and tumbled over into the awaiting light as she gave one last scream of his name before following, her coils and flesh that was attempting to suck him dry twitching in unison as her eyes clenched shut. He was so far beneath the hypnosis that even though the connection of sight was broken he remained under until gentle fingers caressing his face assisted in haze filled amethyst to regain their clarity.
She was hesitant as the last traces of her influence faded away, her coils beginning to loosen their hold upon his being when he suddenly wrapped his arms around her shoulders that kept them close even as his flaccid and spent phallus slid out from her folds. "That went a bit farther than I intended. Sorry-Mph!" Cerulean eyes widen as his lips crashed against her own, the lingering waves of bliss from their combined orgasm causing her scales to tingle when his tongue invaded her mouth to tangle with the same forked tongue that had unleashed an attack upon his own only moments ago. A soft hum rose up within her chest as his hand rose to caress her cheek when they parted from the heated kiss. "What was that for?"
"Anzu, words cannot begin to describe what I feel right now," he smiled softly, leaning forward to press his lips against her forehead. "But I cannot simply leave you here any longer. You do not deserve this isolation or this loneliness. Now that I have found you, I will not allow this to continue any longer." Wrapped within each other's embrace, he whispered soft promises into her ear as her tears fell to slide across his tanned skin until she had fallen asleep, her head resting upon his chest as his gaze rose to the ceiling. Amethyst eyes combed through every stone, pillar, even every crack within the aged stone as he began to formulate a plan.
. . . .
"I really don't like this plan!" She called, eyes locked upon his form as he balanced upon the pillar that had a broken top that created a platform. Her hands were wringing with worry as he used the old handle of a spear they'd found after their nap to knock against some of the stones within his reach. He had dressed the moment she'd released him, though each layer he donned did little to alter the internal image of his bare body now burned within her memory. Something wasn't right though. They had not been quiet during their…ahem, intercourse…surely someone must have heard. An itch swept across her scales as the water rippled beside her, a hiss rising up her throat as a presence approached.
He heard her warning just a split second before the water erupted like a geyser, amethyst eyes widening as a much larger lamia with golden scales and long raven black hair stared down at Anzu with bright lime green eyes. That must have been the one who had visited earlier. A prayer from the hammering heart in his chest for her safety was sent upwards to the heavens in hopes of any higher power possibly offering them aid as he forced himself to continue but with much more care so as not to draw unwanted attention.
"What do you want?" The smaller peach and rose hued lamia glared daggers. "My answer hasn't changed!"
"We are not here for you, exiled one."
A rock settled within Anzu's gut as more of her clan appeared from the water, each hissing or purring as they searched the abandoned lair. She knew with their heightened senses that they would eventually catch on that a male within his prime was near, their shared orgasm and mixing of sexual juices all but a beacon for them to come partake in what was sure to be the next orgy that would allow them to bear eggs to farther strengthen their numbers then to feast upon his flesh when he became too weak to fight them off. No male had yet to survive the lamia mating rituals…until Atem. "If you're looking for him, he's already gone, Queen Vivian."
Her hand rose as a collective hiss rose from the disappointed females who rushed to her side with expressions of desire. Their clan was strictly female, one rare male here and there was born but they were instantly put to an early demise by the queen herself for she was not willing to give up her crown anytime soon. Even so, her darlings were in desperate need of flesh and semen to satisfy both of their hungers. "Calm yourselves, my precious ones." Her tail lashed out like a whip, catching Anzu by surprise and sending her flying across the room to impact with the back wall of the lair with a scream that was cutoff by a cough of crimson blood that spilled over her lips to splatter across the stone as she fought to remain conscious. "I smell him all over you, exiled one, and you will tell me where you are hiding him before I lose my temper."
Loathe filled him at the display of animosity but it was just as he made the decision to intervene when the wooden stick pressed against a stone that shifted. He could have shouted with joy as the stone disappeared upwards in a shower of sand to reveal a pair of lavender hued eyes that were wide with shock. His head shook as Yugi's lips parted, making the hand motions for a rope that could be dropped so that they could escape.
A sing-song voice called out as his being was burned with a lustful gaze that made his skin crawl. "I found you."
Anzu had never moved so fast as she climbed the pillar, a few of her scales protesting as she constricted around the stone but she ignored the flares of pain as she hurried to enclose him within her coils in time to shield him from the hand that reached to ensnare him. What she didn't know was that he proceeded to tie a rope around his waist, then her own, and they rocketed upwards as he maneuvered enough so that his arms could wrap about her.
He enclosed her within his embrace as they fell across the sand, crawling backwards as large fingers rose out of the sand after them. "Cave it in with dynamite! Hurry!" Atem held onto her as she flinched with each stick that was thrown within was followed by a resounding boom. The hand retracted as several screams and shrieks sounded that eventually faded to silence once the telltale of collapsing stone caused the sand in front of them to sink until certainty filled him that the lair was no more. "You will never have to go back there ever again," he soothed, pressing a quick kiss to her temple as she trembled. "You didn't belong there."
"Um, hello! How about an explanation?!" Yugi, who had been reaching for his brother's shoulder retracted as she rose up, cerulean darkening and beginning to swirl as she hissed lowly, lavender instantly losing clarity and focus as their gazes met.
"No, Anzu,," Atem quickly pulled her away, a hand resting over her eyes so as to break their connection and free the young archeologist as he stumble slightly before things could progress; he was confident that she would never harm Yugi but after what had just happened she was incredibly unpredictable. "He won't hurt you."
Her eyes calmed from raging twin storms to their natural cerulean once more as she snuggled into his warmth. Realization crashed down on her as tears spilled down her cheeks. "My home is gone, Atem, what am I supposed to do?"
"You will have a new one that we will share." His arms wrapped around her once more as she wept, offering an apologetic but slightly amused smile to Yugi from overtop of her head as the young man blinked in confusion for several seconds. "I would like you to meet someone." he said, gently wiping her face clean with gentle fingers as she peeked up at the now gawking lavender eyed young man as her tail wrapped itself around Atem. "Allow me to introduce you to Yugi, my younger brother."
The young female hesitantly turned so that her back rested against his front, keeping herself within his crossed his arms, as the wide eyed youth approached her with eyes shining with fascination. "Sorry, about the hypnosis thing," she bowed her head in apology, "it's a natural response when we feel threatened-" Hands squished her face, causing the rest of her sentence to be lost within a garbled mess.
"Wow! A real life lamia!"
Atem sweat dropped but couldn't stop himself from laughing as he shifted from embracing her for comfort to holding her back from reaching for his younger sibling. The fallen fedora was spotted beside them and he earned a squeak as he swiped then placed it atop of her head. "Now you're ready." Her head tilted, as did Yugi's, earning a grin from the tanned archeologist as he stood while keeping their hands entwined. "It's time, Anzu, to begin your new adventure."
Her eyes widened, a hand twitching as if she were tempted to cover them but it remained at her side when he deterred her with a shake of his head. Instead of its initial goal, her lithe fingers rose to gather and bunch chocolate hair around the base of her neck, gently removing her fingers from his hold and making the motion for a blade. He quickly retrieved one from a vest pocket and blinked as with a smooth swipe of the sharp knife the long brown locks fell to pool around their feet. "Long hair is a pride for all lamia." She explained, returning the blade to him while regarding the fallen hair with distaste. "This is my goodbye to the me who nearly caved under the pressure of a tyrant queen that was isolated for ten long years."
"You were very brave," he whispered, wrapping an arm around her shoulders and smiled. "Yes, I think I like this more."
"I cut off a bit more than I intended but oh well. It'll grow back eventually." Fair cheeks became rose tinted as he trailed his fingers through her now chin length locks while the others teased the scales on her hip. "S-stop that, you'll start something again." With regret but an internal promise to retaliate for it later, she wiggled free until only their laced fingers were left as their anchor, her other hand offering itself to a flabbergasted Yugi. "Thanks for having me! I can't wait to explore the world with you!"
