The ultimate level machine Digimon went about flexing his hand as he looked at himself in rear by mirror. This human form he took was that power consuming to maintain as one would probably think since he was no longer a typical Datamon anymore. Falling into the Dark Network along with Etemon in similar turn of events result in him not being deleted instantly either.

However while Etemon had desired the power of the Dark Network and emerged now fused to it only to be beaten as result of such an attack. Datamon however was not interested in the power of the Dark Network but the knowledge which he had fully taken into himself and the was thrown in the real world along with Tai and his digimon with a new humanoid form. Thus the reason he could do this as there was countless knowledge that would have proved vital yet ignored in favor of the power it possessed by Etemon. Datamon was not going to make that mistake as he went about using that knowledge.

Which was going swimmingly as he now had both digidestineds and Myotismon's force basically wrapped around his finger for he already had what they were all looking for…..the eight digidestined child. Not only had he discovered her but even had her under his complete control as he went about turning her into his robotic minion.

Though what was not going according to his plan was this mysterious fourth party that was roaming around as they were something he did not have any knowledge of. Thus why he was wondering around the city in his human alias to see if he could pick up anything that could prove useful in uncovering them. Sure that he would be revealed as once again the knowledge of the dark network was deep and vast, thus this allow him to make his human alias very realistic and hard to detect was not. Something he also gave to Kari after roboticizing her thus allow her to continue as if she never was at least until he needed her then she would be at his beck and call instantly.

Not only that she was discovered to be immensely powerful once her full power was unlocked and allow to run free rather then be limited and restricted in methods that merely weaken her rather then keeping her or her digimon from going out of control. Thus this was why he was having her go about meeting with the biggest threat he saw that he could deal with.

That being Gatomon herself. The digimon of the eight child was the one he was worried about the most as the digidestineds and Myotismon's force were a problem and could easily be dealt with by himself and Kari in her combat form. Though her digimon was a problem if left alone as unlocking Kari's full power meant doing the same for her digimon. It was already clear they were leaking power far before he did anything to them as Gatomon's normal form was her champion as oppose to all the others which were rookie level.

Another one that be a threat to him would have been T.K and Patamon but they were at the moment because Datamon was sending out Kari to deal with Gatomon thus making so that if things turned out correctly it should be already.

Finding Gatomon was all to easy for Kari since they were her digimon after all and in her current state she always knew where she was at any given moment. Though given her orders she was merely being told to make herself know to the cat digimon who was in the dark about who they were.

Seeing the digimon in question Kari then began to approached them with the idea of treat them as nothing more then a stray cat cause that what Gatomon herself was doing to traverse the city without being noticed. She might have looked different then normal cat but was not that far off that she could past herself off as a stray. People do not always look twice at something that does not stand out too much all the time.

"Are you a stray?" Kari asked them as she got close enough

Gatomon went about purring like a normal cat and then attempting to fool Kari so that she could get along with what she was doing at the moment.

"You look hungry I am going to get you something to eat" Kari told picking them up and running off.

Applying enough of grip around Gatomon that she can not get away but does not realize that is the case. Kari did run towards somewhere where she could get something to eat but at the same time in the range of one of Myotismon's force that was looking for her. Getting the food while also tipping them off alone to her general location, they were lured to her as she took Gatomon somewhere that she could feed her.
