"Argh" letting out annoyed groans Kihimoto raised his hand up slamming on the alarm before he looked down to see Mero clinging on to him leaning her face unto his chest while his chin rested on her head to avoid another cold spell the human wore only his black swimming trunks which was matched with Mero's usual attire, it's been one week since the two started sleeping together in Mero's pool with Kihimoto holding the siren within his arms as she laid on his chest with a smile that made her even more alluring "Mero it's time to get up."

"Mm just a little bit" she responded burying her face further into his chest making him a bit nervous not nearly as when it first started but it's not something to get used too much especially since her mucus would somehow always secrete itself around his body causing her to slip down meeting his morning wood too many times for his liking, so to evade that he gently began pushing her away making her moan in displeasure "No."

Kihimoto quickly grabbed the edges of the pool and flung himself out while Mero yawned indicating she's getting up "Well I'll get breakfast ready."

Without much else Kihimoto got out of her room letting out a sigh of relief falling to his knees trying to calm himself especially his private area this early in the morning and next to Mero no less.

After a much needed shower along with a change of clothes into more casual set that covered him up he laid breakfast on the table where Mero was already waiting "Dig in."

"Thank you for the food" the mermaid replied as she began digging in every few seconds her host would steal side glances at her before he looked away "Something the matter?"

"No it's just do you need me to sleep next to you?" Kihimoto asked before he glanced to the side once she showed being hurt "Sorry it's just well time passed and our sleeping together-"

"I get it but I feel safer with you" Mero replied with a smile "So please continue being by my side and don't leave me."

"Alright I'll do my best" Kihimoto answered with a bit of defeat.

"Well isn't that sweet?" asked an all too familiar voice bringing their attention to Smith.

"Lady coordinator?"

"Ms. Smith?"

"Good morning guys" Smith waved casually as if she's living under the same roof.

"When did you come?" Kihimoto asked narrowing his eyes around the house ensuring that his eye sight wasn't weakening since he hadn't saw her all morning until now.

"Just now" she answered ever so casually.

"For what do we owe this visit?" Mero asked.

Smith smile didn't waver "Just visiting my favourite clients is all, say is Mero' pool full and clean?"

"Yes" Kihimoto answered.

"Good" without much warning Smith grabbed her clothes and tore them off to reveal her black laced swimsuit showing off her curves, smooth stomach and her creamy legs.

"S-Smith!" Kihimoto quickly averted his gaze Mero on the other hand felt a pain through her chest not as bad as the ones she experienced before though and felt more anger than hurt.

"It's been a long days of work so I thought about relaxing in Mero's pool when I tried that at the gym sun batch I was quickly caught" Smith commented as she stretched up and again casually walked up the stairs to Mero's room and pool.

The host and his stay meanwhile watched all of this happen with widened and confused eyes, Mero glanced back to her host the dumbstruck look he had when he saw the coordinator in her swimsuit making her angrier "Is my swimsuit not to your liking?"

"What?" Kihimoto snapped back to look at Mero.

The pink haired siren was about to reply but held back her tongue "I'll keep her company."

"Alright let me know if you guys need anything."

The two ladies relaxed in the pool both laying on their back allowing the water to carry them, Smith still had the blissful smile on her face while Mero kept glancing at her with narrowed eyes "Lady coordinator did you come here merely to relax?"

Smith's smile dropped as she leaned forwards soaking her bottom half inside the water "Not really I'm here on business too."

Following her example Mero also leaned forwards and soaked her bottom half in becoming serious "Is it about mother?"

"Yes" Smith answered "You saw Polt the Kobold that opened that gym right?" Mero nodded "Well another had also opened a new business near the Kingdom and her majesty was invited for the opening ceremony but your mother had declined to come due to problems back at her domain so she asked for you to represent her."

"I understand but may I ask what troubles the domain?"

"Just some rumours about a witch causing elope" Smith spoke dismissively "It'll be solved sooner or later."

*Knock-knock

The two women turned to the door "Come in."

Adhering to Mero's command the door opened slightly revealing Kihimoto "Excuse me but do you girls need anything?"

Mero shook her head adopting a smile "None at all just having a small chat is all."

"Alright" Kihimoto closed the door leaving them alone.

Smith glanced back at Mero "You didn't tell him?"

"I don't want him to think more of me if he did then-" Mero caught herself.

However this wasn't lost on Smith who adopted a teasing smile "Finally we're done the whole tragic romance?"

"I-I don't know" Mero sighed deeply she did know but she can't betray her principles so easily "He's a very special person that he looked after me the way he did but if he knew of my status I'm afraid our dynamic will change forever."

Smith nodded along knowing of that status "I understand well you should expect the invitations to come in about three days' time in the mail."

"Very well and I thank you lady coordinator."

Smith swam to the ladder as she exited the pool glancing back at Mero one last time as she dried herself with the towel "You can't hide it forever you know."

"I'll cross that bridge when it comes" Mero sank her head inside the pool deep in thought.

Smith shook her head in a tired manner at this before she opened the door revealing Kihimoto who was just about to knock "Mr. Kurusu is there something you need?"

"No I was just checking in."

Smith chuckled as she exited the room "Well that's sweet of you I'll just hit the shower and leave for work" the agent waved back at him as she made her way to the shower "Thanks for having me."

Kihimoto nervously waved back at her before he looked inside the room glancing at Mero's sunken head "Mero?"

However no response came bit worried Kihimoto approached the pool in caution "Mero."

Again no response was given taking a deep breath Kihimoto took off his shirt and jumped in approaching the mermaid who had her eyes closed shut and her mouth twisted while her arms folded under her chest causing it to bounce, Kihimoto swam to her waving his hand at her face but she still didn't respond taking this as a sign Kihimoto began swimming back but at the same time Mero leaned her head back in her thought that she rotated backwards hitting her hosts back with her tail as he fell right on her breasts.

Alerted at something falling she opened her eyes seeing her host face buried within her possum making her swim up pushing both herself and him out in the air "Hah."

Kihimoto cough as he took in the needed air "Kihimoto what are you doing here?"

"Sorry I was just checking in when Smith got out your head was deep in and you seemed troubled, I was going to leave but well-"

"I-I see" Mero responded cutting off more explanation from her host as she hugged her possum and looked to the side her face flushing red.

"Hoo you two are already swimming together" spoke a voice in a teasing manner causing both young adults to look the door were a fully dressed and cleaned Smith was standing with a smirk.

"No I was checking in is all" Kihimoto quickly defended himself "Mero was lost in though all of a sudden."

"We do sleep together" Mero added with a twirl of her pink locks making her host look back at her with betrayed eyes.

"How far?" Smith asked leaning in with a serious tone of voice.

"IT'S NOT LIKE THAT!" Kihimoto quickly defended waving his arms around "She just been having trouble sleeping and I offered to be by her side nothing else."

Smith leaned back up with a sigh before she turned around and waved at them "Well I'm off enjoy the rest of your day."

Three days had passed since the agent's visits Kihimoto was cleaning the house as usual when an envelope was put in through the mail hole gaining his attention the young man slowly placed the broom away before he picked up the envelop being addressed to Mero "Mero!"

"Yes!" the mermaid called out from the kitchen as she too took up cleaning by wiping the table.

"There's an envelop addressed to you" he waved the envelop at her direction, Mero pushed her wheelchair forwards taking the envelop out of her hosts hands before opening it just as Smith told her the other day it were invitations for the opening of a new place ran by a liminal much like Polt however her eyes widened upon seeing what the place is "What is it?"

"Um we have invitations to the grand opening of a new resort that caters to liminal species called the snow ball hot spring resort."

"Wow, so when is it?"

"Right about the corner" Mero answered showing the date being very near.

"I'll get the bags done" Kihimoto hung his head low and ran up to prepare for the trip.

Mero on the other hand looked to the window with unsure eyes.
