It's been two years since I wrote this story and finally Hocus Pocus 2 is out. I've watched it. I liked it, but I wasn't inspired to write a story for it. So Thackery and Abigail's story won't continue. However I did rewatch the original Hocus Pocus and might add a fun little chapter about Thackery and Abigail coming back for a visit on another Halloween (because Halloween is the one night of the year where the spirits of the dead can come back).
But on another note. I got a review today from a guest and feel the need to address it. The review was: " You have literally copy righted the official hocus pocus book and claimed it as your own writing which isn't cool and I'm sure illegal" (this is copied and pasted from the email I got about the review).
At no point have I ever claimed to have copy righted anything, I have a general disclaimer at the bottom of my profile saying I don't own the original stories that I'm writing fan fictions for, I just take credit (and ownership) of the characters I have added. I write these stories because I love these stories and when I see something (however minor or major) that I want to change/fix/influence I start trying to. I do it for fun, and I make no profit from it. I just like knowing that other people have enjoyed them as well.
And Guest, I have to warn you, you may not find the rest of the content of this website enjoyable. These are fan fictions and do use already established characters, stories, and ideas. So if I might suggest, you could try going to the library and borrowing a book, or perhaps an ebook if you prefer reading on a device. And if you don't like this story, please stop yourself from reading the others, lest you think I'm also claiming them as my own ideas/writing.
