The Crazy Crossover Story
Tokyo, Japan.
Shane glanced over at her cousin Skye as they walked down the street. Skye was struggling as she attempted to put her notebook back into her purse. Shane laughed at her…a journalist shouldn't have this much trouble, she mused. She could see Skye getting frustrated, and Shane seized the chance. She came up behind her, grabbing her hair and putting it into two side buns. Skye gave a yelp, and then a very sour look towards Shane's direction, who only smiled. Suddenly Skye lunged towards Shane, who screamed something about Japan etiquette as she ran into an alley. The cousins stopped dead in their tracks as they saw three people threatening a young girl. Skye secretly recognized them from the latest Dead or Alive tournament, which she was a participant of. There was Ayane, the proud leader of a ninja clan, known for her short purple hair; Jann Lee, a man whose attack was just a blur, known for his high-pitched, bird like cry; finally, there was Lei Fang, a young but deadly Kung Fu martial artist. The three turned towards the cousins.
"Natasha, never thought I'd see you walking again after our last battle," said Jann Lee, smugly.
"You only won because you're the cheapest fighter on the planet. Look at you now, picking on some poor little girl?" replied Skye.
"Just keep walking, and nothing bad'll happen." Said Ayane. Shane punched Ayane hard in the face, knocking her backwards. She then grabbed her, pulling her closer, and then kicked her at the wall. Ayane hit the wall hard, falling down. Lei Fang and Jann Lee vaulted towards Skye, who slide to the side. Lei Fang still managed to connect with Skye's face, sending her to the ground. Skye tripped Lei Fang as she got up. She backed away, anticipating Lei Fang's next moves. She could see Shane blocked Ayane's attacks, which seemed to anger the ninja further. Suddenly Ayane disappeared, and re-appeared behind Shane. The girl had no time to react, and was beaten severely before being thrown against the wall. Just then Lei Fang did a flying kick towards Skye, but she grabbed her leg, flipping her to the ground. Lei Fang jumped up and backhanded Skye, making the girl stagger backwards. However, she saw Shane walking towards them as Ayane slumped, passed out. Lei Fang pulled her fist back, preparing to strike. Shane grabbed it, turned her around and quickly delivered a roundhouse kick to the face. Lei Fang passed out, and they heard Jann Lee's cry. Turning to see where he was, they saw the young girl grab him and then flip him into a wall, and he passed out. She looked back at them, and became frightened again.
"What's your name?" asked Shane calmly.
"Don't hurt me!" yelled the girl, and climbed over the fence on to the other side. Skye glanced and Shane and sighed. The two followed her, but when she landed, everything when black.
