A/N: I wrote this at Mew's house, in a random moment of boredom. The reason was probably...that I hate SakuraSasuke. SasukeIno is good though, and I haven't seen any yet, so...thats what this is. It's kind of a poem. So here it it: Your Beautiful Eyes.

In Ino Yamanaka's eyes, I can see hope.
I know exactly what she thinks. Ino is convinced that I will never love her like she loves me. Sometimes I feel guilty. It is my fault, all the nasty and brutal things I said to Ino are reflected in her eyes. They say so clearly: I know you hate me, Sasuke, but please don't say anything too hurtful. But even through this, through our history together, all that I have said and all that she has endured, I can see a small sliver of hope, a spark that may ignite the fire. No matter how bad things may get, she always has hope that some day, I will love her like she loves me.
In Ino Yamanaka's eyes, I can see love.
Ino loves me, I know. She loves Choji and Shikamaru and Asuma. Ino, though she denies it, loves Sakura and even Naruto. But what I love about Ino is that she never runs out of love. Despite what I did to her, I know that Ino will always have love to spare for me.
In Ino Yamanaka's eyes I can see compassion.
I remember so clearly a day in Ninja Academy, every detail as if it just happened. Ino had been training and had found a hurt bird with a broken wing outside. She had brought it into class, bawling like a baby, to show to Iruka-sensei. She begged him to help the poor animal and fix it, and she screamed and cried until Iruka agreed to take care of the bird and perhaps take it to a doctor. I remember how set Ino had been on helping all those less fortunate than herself.
In Ino Yamanaka's eyes, I can see beauty.
Ino is a beautiful person, inside and out, and she never lets anyone forget it. Though she can be overly cocky and brag about her beauty, I know that she is a kind, caring person. Though people interpret her as a "dumb blonde" who cares for only herself, I can see through her words, into her eyes. Inside, Ino is intelligent, caring, glowing with the wisdom and strength required of a true ninja.
In Ino Yamanaka's eyes, I can see the future.
Ino knows what her future will bring, and she is dead set on it. Ino knows that one day, sooner or later, I will admit to her my true feelings. Ino knows that soon I will have to tell her that I love her.
