Chapter twelve or rather chapter 59 is here folks and Happy Halloween! Yeah, decided to update this on Halloween and glad I did. I hope everyone is doing all right and glad to see how people liked the last chapter. And like who I brought in as Robin.

Now, Damian here won't be exactly the same as the comics or animated version, but I will do my best to make sure this version is still Damian and fits the Star Wars universe. Now, last time we saw Batman being joined by his son, Damian aka Robin. While we also saw the Bad Batch solving one of the Riddler's riddles to save a hostage. And we saw Cassandra aka Batgirl helping Mr. Freeze.

Will Batman and Robin find Ra's al Ghul before time runs out? Will Ahsoka's team stop the Riddler? Will Batgirl find Nora and bring her back to Freeze? And will there be more changes from the game for this story?

Tune in today to find out and time for the disclaimer. I don't own anything from the DC or Star Wars universe just my OCs. Also: Bold- means thoughts & Italic- will mean what an alien is saying in their native language. Now let's continue with the story and enjoy the third Arkham story!

Story III: Chapter XII

Coruscant

Abigail is seen in her office after she was informed by Tatsu that the Jedi had brought in former Admiral Kassius Konstantine. After her nephew Robin interrogated him, despite her telling him not to do so since his methods of interrogating are dangerous, he brought him to the Jedi Temple. Along with his confession, which of course is inadmissible. Showing how he was paid off to look the other way, while the Joker's poison blood was allowed through.

The former admiral claimed he had no knowledge of this, but he was paid off to not check the bloods that have been donated from the prison. Along with other contraband that he allowed in the prison. Nothing though that would prove Thrawn had any knowledge of this. But even then, this was bad, especially when Abigail had finished going over all the hospitals with Padme to see where the Joker's blood had gone to and how many have gotten sick.

"From what we found; it seems over thousands of people have gotten sick. With half of them being children and many coming from the lower levels," Abigail shows Obi-Wan Kenobi what she found and how bad things are getting. "We have provided with some treatment to help slow the infection, but it won't be long before it wears off. Once that happens, it will be disastrous."

Obi-Wan was shocked at how many have gotten sick and how this happened without no one knowing about it. "The Council will do all they can to keep this information from getting out to the public, since we don't want to cause a panic. However, if nothing is done soon, then that may be unavoidable."

"Has Konstantine said anything else? Maybe anything that might help us finally take down Thrawn or Sharp?" Padme asked hoping they can at least go after those two for what they have done. "We know they had a hand with this or at least Thrawn must have known. There's no way he wouldn't have known what was going on behind his back."

"I agree with you, Padme. However, we have gathered everything Konstantine knows. We even used the Force to try getting anything he might have kept hidden from us. But nothing shows that Thrawn or even the chancellor knew anything about this," Obi-Wan though understood Padme's anger and did wish they did find something to help them bring both men in. "I'm afraid there's not much we can do but wait to see Batman bring us the cure, somehow."

"I have no doubt he will find the cure," said Abigail who knows her brother will find what they're looking for. "In the meantime, we have to do all we can to try figuring out what Thrawn is up to. If he did know about this, then it has to be connected to this Protocol 10 he's planning to unleash. Are you sure the Council has no idea what this is?"

Obi-Wan let's out a small sigh and shook his head. "Ever since the chancellor took control, he has made sure the Jedi Council don't get involvement in Arkham City or whatever protocols they have set up. He claims we're a security risk and that we'd do all we can to ensure his project fails."

"Turning the people against the Jedi once more," Padme knew this was something Palpatine…Darth Sidious did.

Turning the public against the Jedi by blaming them for the Clone Wars. Claiming they were the ones that caused it, responsible for millions of innocent lives being lost, and for allowing crimes to get out of control. It took time for the people to regain the trust of the Jedi once the war ended, but Sharp has used the war to turn the people against the Jedi. Since it was still fresh in people's minds.

"We can't allow them to get away with this. Abby, there must be a way for you to find out what they're up to, right?" Padme asked hoping her friend will uncover Sharp and Thrawn's secrets.

Abigail knew she couldn't say she would without giving away to Obi-Wan their secret. "Legally, I can't find out anything what they're up to without doing something illegal. Something I'm sure Master Kenobi wouldn't approve of," said Abigail as she tries to find a way to get around this. "But if say, I did find something and let is slip through as an anonymous tip, then the Jedi would be able to do something about it, right?"

Obi-Wan can see what Ms. Wayne is doing. He didn't approve of breaking the law, but he knows in times of crisis like this, then they should do it. "If you can give us enough evidence to turn the public against Sharp, then Padme can use it to turn the senate against him as well. Enough to remove him from power. If he refuses, then the Council will get involved to ensure he is removed from power. And we'd be allowed to bring in his accomplices."

Now that's what Abigail wanted to hear. "All right. I'll send whatever I can find through a secure line. In the meantime, make sure to keep an eye out. If Thrawn does try anything, then he'll make sure the Jedi Council don't get in his way."

Obi-Wan was quite aware of this. From what Batman told them, the Council knows that the TYGER guards have been trained to fight against a Jedi. Even kill them. If he finds out what they're up to, then he will try to take them down before they can go after him.

"We will. You two be careful too. If he comes after us, then he'll come after you all too," said Obi-Wan knowing how everyone who's against Thrawn are all targets.

"We will and please be careful too, Obi-Wan," said Padme who didn't want to lose someone else close to her.

Obi-Wan nods towards Padme and reassures her he'll be okay. "I'll be all right and may the Force be with you both," and with that, Obi-Wan ends the transmission.

Once that was done, Abigail begins to let out a small sigh. "I just hope Daniel gets what we need to start making the cure soon. A lot of these people don't have a lot of time left."

Padme knows Abigail is right, but she also knows Daniel will pull through. "He'll find it. I know he will. He's never let us down before and I know he won't do it now. We just need to do our part in helping him find a way to take Thrawn down, before he goes through with Protocol 10, whatever it is."

Abigail nods in agreement, before turning to her computer. "Well, as long as Ahsoka and the others keep Riddler busy, I'll get passed his security and get what we need. Once that happens, we'll bring Thrawn and the chancellor in for their crimes. In the meantime, do you mind going through these files?"

Padme takes what appears to be six files from Abigail and begins going over one of them. "What's this for?"

"Well, I began going over every possible ally of Thrawn, who he might have kept close, might know something about Protocol 10. Those that are in the military, politics, or even those with strong influence. I narrowed it down to these six," Abigail explained as she used her wheelchair to back away from her desk and prepare to head back to her Oracle desk. "I want you to go over the files and see if you can find anything that connects them to the prison. I need to focus on helping the others and make sure my brother is okay."

Padme knows this is the best she can do to help her friends out and not sit around doing nothing. "All right. I'll see what I can find. Anything specific you want me to look out for other than say their support for the prison?"

Abigail thinks about it since she knows just being in support of the prison city is not enough. "Anything that connects them to the prison, I guess. If they have any power within the prison city, then I can send Lux to find out what they know."

Padme now sees what Abigail is looking for and knows this she can help her with. "You can count on me. Just please keep me up to date on what's going on, especially on Daniel's condition."

"I will," said Abigail as she heads back to her secret room to get back to work.

All while keeping an eye on her brother's condition and hoping he'll make it through this in one piece. Don't you die on me, Daniel. Please, come home.

Arkham City

Batman and Robin followed the assassin that has a tracker placed on her through the prison city. They managed to avoid being spotted by the criminals down below and even the TYGER guards. They knew the last thing they need is to deal with any criminals slowing them down and waste time fighting them. They'll deal with them once they get the cure.

They followed the assassin towards the Joker's territory that he took over. Security around the area had been increased. There were snipers on the high buildings. The criminals down below all armed with weapons, which Batman knew were somehow brought in here to the prison city.

Was Thrawn intentionally looking the other way as contraband was allowed inside? It didn't make any sense. Unless he wants the criminals to wipe each other out? To destroy one another and expect the citizens to just be okay with it?

In any case, they had to stop this before things got bad.

They managed to take down the snipers and made their way towards what appears to be a construction site. In the middle of the area was a large hole. They made their way down and threw a small drone to scan the area. It seems to lead them through a large tunnel, which is connected to the sewer system.

The tracker appears to be leading them down the tunnel, to the lower levels of Coruscant. "Let's go," said Batman as he jumps down first, followed by his son.

They make it down and look around to these tunnels look old. Not made by the Joker's men, but something else. "Where do you think this tunnel will lead?" Robin asked as they make their way through the tunnels.

"Not sure," Batman replied before noticing his signal with his sister is weakening, so he begins sending her a message. "Stay on your guard. There's no telling what else might be lurking around here."

Robin looks over to see some dead rodents nearby, which made him clear his throat. "I might have some ideas."

As they head down the tunnels, they stop and find what appear to be some of the Joker's men. Four of them, down below on what appears to be a walkway platform. Batman drops a smoke bomb down below to first confuse the criminals, before the two heroes leap down and begin attacking them. Batman and Robin take down two of the criminals, with the other two getting their weapons.

Batman goes after one that has some armor on, so he'll need to attack the areas where the armor doesn't protect him. Robin sees the criminal in front of him holding a crowbar and swings it. Robin manages to dodge the attacks and uses his size to help him move around. The criminal swings it again, but Robin leaps over and lands on the railing.

The criminal swings the weapon to attack the boy's legs. But Robin leaps over and placed a device on the back of the criminal. When Robin lands behind the criminal, the device activates, electrocuting the criminal before he falls to the ground. Robin turns to his father who has found the weakness under the armor.

The armored criminal brings both arms down to try hitting the Batman but misses and hits the railing. Hurting his hands, as Batman kicks out the back of his left leg. The criminal falls to his knees and Batman then hits a roundhouse kick to the back of the head, which had less protection. The force of the attack caused the criminal to hit the top of the railing with his head and falls to the ground passed out.

The armor and helmet protected the criminal from some hard hits. But the fact it didn't have face protection allowed him to easily take advantage.

The two heroes make their way through the tunnel and find what appears to be train tracks. Robin analyzes them and finds the material are old, very old.

"These must have been made over hundreds of years ago. And yet there's no record of them ever being made here," said Robin as he looks at the tracks and see where they lead. "Think they lead to an exit outside of the prison?"

"I don't think so. But let's stay on our guard just in case we run into any more trouble," said Batman knowing something about this didn't feel right. "If the assassin came down here, then Ra's must have set up a secret base around here."

"Perhaps grandfather knows about these tracks. Mother did say he has been around 500 years, so its possible he might have set this up?" Robin asked figuring that explains the tracks and tunnels made.

Batman stops after what his son said and knows he's possibly right about this, which has him concerned. "If this is true, then I don't like it."

"Why? I don't understand what the problem is," said Robin who didn't know why his father is concerned about this.

Batman looks around the tunnels and thinks back of what he knew about the assassin. "The assassin has been the Penguin's prisoner for some time now. Weeks it seems. If this is true, then Ra's must have arrived here before she was captured and before our arrival. If so, why?"

Batman knows Ra's would not leave the comfort of his hideout unless he's going through with another one of his insane plans. One that requires his presence to be there in person. If so, then that means Ra's is in Arkham City for a reason. And he didn't like it.

Batman explains this to his son, which caused Robin to now understand why his father is worried. "You think grandfather is planning something? Something involving the prison?"

Batman nods in response as he looks over at the tunnels. "Maybe he's the one that brought these weapons here and is planning to have the criminals destroy one another. Maybe he's planning to launch an all-out attack on the criminals and kill them all. Whatever the case may be, we cannot allow him to succeed. We have to stop him."

"I know, but…" Robin still has his doubts about why they should save all the criminals, despite what his father taught him. "I'm sorry, father. I know you want to do the right thing and you don't want any lives to be lost, but after all these criminals have done. Why shouldn't we just let them destroy one another and let it be done?"

Daniel knows his son, despite his best efforts, still has those thoughts of just letting these criminals perish for their sins. Being taught at a young age about what the League of Assassins do and punishing these criminals with death hasn't been easy to shake off. Damian has managed avoid taking any lives and seriously injuring people. But those thoughts of making the criminals pay still lingers in his mind.

Batman approached his son and placed his hand on his shoulder. "I know you believe these criminals all deserve to die for what they have done, and you believe there is no hope for any of them. Maybe so, but it doesn't mean we should allow ourselves to become just like them. To become murderers."

"If we did that, we'd never stop. If we did that, then we would be no better than the criminals we're fighting against and the people would end up fearing us. They wouldn't see what we're doing as justice, they'd see us as monsters and would fear we'd come after them. Because what is a criminal exactly?" Batman asked his son, who knew what a criminal is, but knew it was a rhetorical question.

"A criminal is someone that breaks the law. So, what happens if we end up consumed with wanting to preserve the peace and we end up punishing everyone who breaks the laws? The people would end up fearing us and would never put their trust in us. Yes, they would be safe from the criminals, but at what cost?" Batman asked as he sees his words appear to be getting through his son.

Damian knew that yes; the people would be safe from dangerous criminals if they are all dead. However, the people will never feel safe if they know people like him and his father are out there. Killing criminals and making sure they all pay for their crimes. And who's to say they won't just punish just the most dangerous criminals?

Damian's mother told him there were times when the League would test new members by killing thieves. Some were petty thieves, who didn't deserve death. Damian knew if it came down to it, would they do the same? Would they just kill whoever commits even the pettiest of crimes?

"Damian, I understand you believe that these criminals don't deserve a second chance, but taking lives is not what we do. We will do all we can to stop them, make sure they face judgement for their crimes, and keep protecting the innocent. And hope that one day, this fight will come to an end. What do you say?"

Damian looks up to his father and gives him a small nod. "There will be times when I won't always approve of this, but I will do my best to make sure these criminals are brought to justice and not kill any of them."

Not exactly the words he would expect from the others to say to him after giving them the same talk, but Damian isn't like the others. So, he'll take it.

"Let's keep moving and find Ra's soon," said Batman before they begin taking off down the tunnels and continue tracking down the assassin.

Republic Security Facility

Tech and Echo made their way down one of the levels towards one of the Riddler's little games. They didn't like this, but they know they have to buy Ms. Wayne time to finish hacking into the Riddler's security systems. So, they can finally bring him down, hack into Arkham City, and find what Thrawn is hiding. So, they'll play along, until they can get what they need.

"What kind of riddles do you think we'll run into?" Echo asked Tech as they follow the green arrows with riddle symbols towards their destination.

"Ones involving death most likely. The Riddler has been known to come up with these death traps, which he made to try and fail to kill the Batman," said Tech as he recalls reading the files on the Riddler. "As Ms. Wayne put it, he has a massive ego and believes himself to be smarter than everyone. Yet he has been unable to defeat the Batman with his traps and always makes excuses about them."

"Sounds like he has an inferiority complex. That's why he's constantly doing all of this to try to prove something," said Echo who has dealt with people like that and sees Riddler as one of those people.

"From what I have read, he's mostly just obsessed with proving he's smarter than the Batman and will do whatever it takes to succeed. Even cheat in his traps to ensure there's no way for the Batman to win," said Tech as he recalls how some of the traps Riddler made, were nearly impossible to win.

"You Clones know nothing about me," Tech and Echo stop when they heard the Riddler's voice through the speakers. "You Clones simply don't understand me at all, but its not that surprising. You were all bred to be nothing more than just mindless drones. Obeying every command without hesitation and without thinking for yourselves. Honestly? Its embarrassing that Ms. Wayne would hire such worthless maggots like yourselves, but then again, she isn't exactly bright herself."

"You say that and yet didn't three of our own beat one of your riddles moments ago?" Tech asked revealing through their intercom, they found out Hunter, Crosshair, and Wrecker passed one of the riddles.

"Ha! That was merely child's play. I tend to make one of my riddles easy to make my victims believe they have a chance to beat me. But believe me, you two won't have a chance of beating the next one," said Riddler as the door before the two Clones begins to show a question mark symbol on it.

Tech and Echo turn to each other, before they head through the door. Before them stood a large red curtain with a white question mark on it. The two didn't like where this was going, but know the hostage is likely behind the curtain. Soon a hologram of the Riddler appeared above the curtains as he begins to speak down on the two Clones.

"Roll up, roll up, it's time for my latest game," said the Riddler as the curtains parted ways to reveal three rooms. With the hostage strapped to the chair in the middle. "This game is very simple. All you need to do is keep your eyes on the prize."

Soon three large containers appeared and begin to lower down, with the hostage under one of them. The containers begin moving around, with the Clones guessing what this game is. Echo and Tech knew though that this seems way too easy. The walls between each room makes it difficult for them to actually keep an eye on the container the hostage is in.

Not only that, but they also know he's a trickster and will try cheating to win by any means necessary.

Once the containers stopped, the Riddler begins to speak up. "Exciting, isn't it? I wonder where the hostage is at. Take your pick but choose wisely. Otherwise, none of you will leave this room alive."

Tech begins using his mask to try figuring out exactly where the hostage is located, but sees the floors below are all shielded by something that is preventing his scanners from getting through. Echo knew they will have to try guessing and hope they get it right. However, Echo saw a nearby Scomp link, which can allow him to connect to in order to figure out where to find the prisoner.

Tech took notice of what Echo is doing and begins to try keeping the Riddler from finding out. "Give us a moment. This shouldn't be too hard to figure out."

"Ha! You can take all the time in the world, but it won't matter. You Clones are inferior. No matter how much you try, you can never hope to defeat someone who is intellectually superior than you Clones, it's hopeless," said Riddler as he got caught up in proving how worthless these Clones are, that he didn't notice what Echo was doing.

Once Echo got what they needed, he stood up and begins to smile. "You know how many times we've heard the same crap you've spewed out of that mouth of yours? Too many to count. I get it. You think because we were bred for war, we are all mindless grunts, right?"

Echo has heard this during the Clone Wars. How there were people who thought of them as soldiers who follow commands without hesitation and can't think for themselves. That they don't have the capacity to learn, only know how to fight, and are all dumb gun-wielding morons.

"A lot of people think that's all we really are, but there are those like the Jedi and the Wayne family that don't see it that way. They know we're capable of doing so much more. They know we're smart enough to overcome any odds and defeat any challenge that gets in our way. They believe in us and we've never let them down when something like this is presented to us," Echo soon moves his left hand towards door on the left. "And that's why, I know the hostage is right over there."

The Riddler begins to laugh at the Clone's little speech and gives him a small mock clap, while speaking sarcastically. "Such an amazing speech there, Clone. Really brilliant. Maybe you might actually one day actually use what you said to impress a bunch of brainless children."

The Riddler soon moves his cane up and begins pressing a button. "Shall we see you fail at your choice?" the doors soon opened and revealed the hostage exactly where Echo had picked, shocking Riddler. "What?! No! How did you do that?! You two must have cheated somehow!"

"Or maybe we managed to prove that the great Edward Nygma isn't as superior as he thought he was. Not only did we beat your little game, but to be perfectly honest? It's child's play compared to the traps we had to overcome from the Separatist," said Tech as he motions for Echo to leap over and rescue the hostage. "So, what do you plan to do now?"

The Riddler angrily kicks away a nearby device, which made a loud crash sound. He soon calms himself down but was clearly still angry. "You haven't won yet, Clone! You and your friends will never make it out of here alive. I guarantee it!"

"Guarantee this!" Echo fires his blaster at the two droids that were projecting the hologram, destroying them both. Echo leaps back to the other side of the platform with the hostage and sets him down. "Two traps down, one more to go, right?"

Tech nods in response as he begins checking on the progress of Commander Tano and Captain Rex. "We should get moving soon. We'll need to catch up with the others and make sure we all get out of this in one piece."

Arkham City

Batman and Robin continued making their way through the underground area, which was revealed to lead to area not in in the Republic's databanks. The area did appear to be hundreds of years old. Oracle managed to analyze the area and discovered it was nearly 200 to 300 years. It appeared there was evidence of homes and buildings that were built around here, but all appeared to be in ruins.

To their surprise, they also found more of Joker's men moving around. All with weapons that appeared to have come from Thrawn's TYGER Guards. He doubts that they stole them from the TYGER Guards. This means they got it off of them.

Batman didn't like this and it was confirming what he suspects Thrawn is planning. Having the criminals start a war with one another. Why he's doing this, he isn't sure yet. But he knows they have to stop him and soon.

During their search, Batman's condition began to get worse. His suit was showing him the poison was taking its effect on his body. If they don't find the cure soon, then he'll be dead soon. Despite Robin and Oracle's plea to get him to stand down, Batman refused.

So, they kept on moving forward until they arrived to a large room, with what appeared to be a large platform in the middle. It appeared to be an elevator, but where it leads to, they don't know. Wherever it leads, they'll find out about it later. They look down and find the Joker's men, along with another doctor, who must have been brought here to help the Joker.

Robin scans the room, but found his scanner isn't working. "One of them must have a portable jammer. This will make things a little difficult."

"Then let's make it even more difficult for them," said Batman as he motions for Robin to take down the criminals on the lower levels, while he saves the hostage.

Robin does so and moves out. He spots a nearby criminal turning a corner before throwing a freeze grenade to instantly freeze him. Preventing him from alerting his two buddies, who are patrolling around. Robin used his size to help hide around the room, before he sees one of the criminals walking by where he's hiding but didn't see him.

Robin begins charging up his left glove, before he leaps over and clamps his right hand over the criminal's mouth. Before activating his electrical glove on his left hand to stun him. The criminal's screams are muffled before he falls to the ground. The third criminal did hear a thud and goes over to check it out, but Robin took out a Remote Electrical Charge and fires it.

Stunning the criminal as well, before he fell to the ground.

The three criminals hear this and begin wondering what just happened. Batman landed on a nearby gargoyle, before activating his Disrupter Firearm jammer to deactivate their weapons. Batman throws a smoke bomb at the criminals before the area around them is engulfed in smoke. Batman glides over and grabs the hostage before setting her down, then motions for her to keep quiet.

Batman then uses his rocket boots before flying over and kicks two of the criminals right in the face. Knocking them over the railing and fall through two tables, knocking them out. The third criminal sees the Batman and aims his weapon at his head, before pulling the trigger. But found his weapon wasn't working and looks on shocked.

Batman grabs the barrel of the gun before bending it. Batman then punches the criminal square in the face, knocking him out. He walks over his body before deactivating his jammer. Robin lands nearby Batman before the two head towards the hostage to check on her.

"Your safe now. What are you doing in Arkham City?" Batman asked the hostage, since he could tell by her uniform is a nurse, but for one of the hospitals in the Upper Levels. Not one of the volunteer doctors for Arkham City.

"I'm in Arkham City?" the nurse replied who sounds shocked at where she's at. "I was heading out of work a few hours ago, before I was grabbed outside the hospital. Next thing I know, I passed out and woke up in a building up there," she points to the structure in the middle of the room.

Robin didn't like this and wonders if this has to do with the Joker. "Do you think Thrawn did this?"

"Thrawn? The warden of Arkham City? Why would he do this? I'm not a criminal," said the nurse who couldn't believe the warden of this prison would kidnap her.

"It seems Thrawn is rounding up doctors to try to fix the Joker. Why he wants to do that, I don't know," Batman knows that Thrawn isn't an idiot.

He wouldn't help Joker unless he's using him for something else. Maybe to start this war with the other crime lords? To use him to wipe each other out. This was beginning to look very likely, but he wonders if it's connected to Protocol Ten.

"I-I see. So, um what do we do now?" The nurse asked wondering what she needs to do.

"For the time being, stay here. Keep out of sight and you'll be fine. We'll be back as soon as possible," said Batman knowing they can't bring her with them, but she'll be safe around here.

They took the nurse towards a safe place in the room and made sure she stays out of sight. While they continue on with their search for the assassin.

"Oracle, I was right. Thrawn is giving Joker these weapons. I suspect he's trying to cause a war to break out in Arkham City," said Batman as he tells his sister what he believes is going on.

"Why would he do that? If such a war did break out within the city, he runs the risk of it getting out of control and innocent people getting hurt," said Oracle who knows Thrawn wouldn't do such a thing, unless he's planning something.

"I'm starting to suspect that's what he wants. But I'll let you know once we find more clues," said Batman as he reassures his sister, they'll find what Thrawn is up to, once they finish getting the cure. "In the meantime, we'll continue our search for the assassin and find Ra's."

"Hurry, Daniel. Your running out of time," said Oracle knowing she doesn't need to tell her brother to hurry, but hopes he will find the cure soon.

"I know and I will," said Batman as he ends his communication with his sister and walks over to his son, who is looking up at the doorway where the tracker is leading them.

They look over to two what appears to be two large eight-foot-tall robots. While in front of them is a large sign above the door that says, 'Wonder City'. And underneath the sign are yellow tapes that read 'DO NOT ENTER' in all capitalize letters. But it appears it has been ripped apart.

"Well, this looks very welcoming," Robin joked as he walks up to one of the robots and begins checking on them. "They're old. As long as the buildings we saw."

Batman nods in agreement and begins checking the other to check its memory banks, but found they were gone. "Seems like someone didn't want anyone to see what these robots know."

"I guess, onward then," said Robin as the two walk towards the door and open in to head inside.

As they head inside, they find a large metal doorway before them that has the words 'Welcome to Wonder City'. Followed by a voice being heard through an intercom. Damian didn't recognize it, but Daniel did. But he didn't bother to say anything.

As the voice spoke, Batman felt his vision getting blurry and the voice could be heard echoing in his head. Batman fell to his knees, which caused Damian to rush to his father's aid. His father's condition is worsening. He didn't need his suit to tell him this, especially as his father coughed up blood.

"Father, you need to stop moving. You need to rest," said Robin as he tries to get his father to stay still and not move.

Batman though fights through this and manages to slowly get back to his feet. "I-I'm fine. Let's keep moving."

But Damian could tell his father wasn't all right. His condition is rapidly worsening. He could even see it in his face, which has already turning pale. He knows he doesn't have long, and he knows his father knows this.

The two make their way to the door, which begins to open. Revealing what appears to be dozens of Joker's men, all hanging from the ceiling, and are all dead. With one of the Joker's men on the ground, with a sword through his back. Robin walks over to analyze the weapon and knows it belongs to the bodyguards that work for his mother.

They head towards the doors and when they arrived on the other side, they found what appears to be a large city. One that looked to be completely intact. Not like the ones they saw earlier. They look around, while finding strange glowing pipes surging around this lifeless city.

They don't know how such a city like this has existed deep beneath the underworld levels of Coruscant, without anyone knowing about it. Batman didn't like this at all and has a feeling Ra's is connected to all of this.

Robin walks over to where the tracker is leading them, but finds a large, locked door standing in their way. He looks around the door, noticing it appears to have been locked in decades. But he knows the League of Assassins would have secret doors to allow their members to sneak through. They must find it and soon before Batman's condition gets worse.

Batman walks by a nearby wall and noticed something. The bricks along this wall didn't look real. He begins moving his hand along the wall and indeed found them to be fake. Only made to appear real, but in reality, as he presses his hand on the wall, it begins to move.

He pushes down on it and lifts it up to reveal it's a hidden panel. Hiding what appears to be a hole, which must unlock a hidden door. An assassin appears from behind and moves to take the Batman's head, until Robin throws a bola, which wraps around the assassin's arms. Without turning to face the assassin, Batman drives his back elbow to her face and knocks her out.

"I had that," said Batman knowing that the assassin was there.

"Sure, you did," said Robin as he grabs the sword and moves it into the hole and unlocks the secret door.

The two make their way into the hidden tunnel, which seems to lead them around the large doorway. They begin making their way through it, before finding a ladder. Robin goes up first, before his father. Robin begins slowly moving the sewer lid and looks around to see if the coast is clear.

No sigh of any assassins or any traps. So, he begins to slide the lid away, before turning to his father. He helps him up, before his father begins coughing again.

"Father," said Robin as he tries to help his father up, but his father was too weak to get to his feet. "Father hang on! Oracle, can you hear me?" Robin got nothing but static. "Damn it, no. Father, stay with me. Can you hear me? Father!"

Batman…Daniel couldn't hear his son. His words becoming faint, and Daniel felt his body weakening from the poison in his system. He could feel it. He suddenly hears two voices calling to him.

Two voices he hasn't heard in such a long time. He soon saw a bright light appearing before him, followed by a large gate opening. Two figures stood on the other side of the gate and engulfed in the bright light. Both calling out to Daniel.

He recognized who the voices belong to but knew it couldn't be true. It was his parents. Both of them, calling out to him. Both of them telling him to walk towards the light. Daniel knew this couldn't be real. It must be the poison blood making him hallucinate.

He closed his eyes and begins clenching his fists tightly. He begins trying to shake off what was going on before he could hear his son's voice calling out to him.

"Father! Father! Can you hear me?! Are you…with us?" Damian asked as he sees his father finally coming to but could tell his vitals are dropping fast.

Daniel placed his hand on his son's shoulder and slowly turns to him. "It's okay, Damian. I'm here…I'm sorry for scaring you like that…" said Daniel as he slowly got to his feet but began coughing loudly.

Damian sighed in relief that his father came to, but knows he doesn't have long. "Father, your vitals. They're in free-fall. If we don't find the cure soon, then…"

Daniel knows this and wipes away the blood with his gloved hand. "I'll make it."

Batman begins slowly making his way towards the large structure before them. With Robin by his father's side as he helps him get to their destination. As they head inside the building, both know they aren't alone. Looking around, they find themselves surrounded by the assassins as they drew their swords.

"You should have listened to my warnings. You and your ward will not leave this place alive," said the assassin that they had tracked.

Robin drew out his staff and got ready to defend his father. "Four against two? Hardly a fair fight for you all."

"Insolent little brat. You will perish for your arrogance," said the assassin as they prepare to attack, when someone appeared to stop them.

"Stop!" the assassins see who it is and begin to sheath their swords away.

The person who came to their aid, was an older woman with long black hair, green eyes, and dark skin. She appeared to be black leather pants, black top that stops above her stomach, and wearing black gloves.

Batman and Robin both turn towards the woman as she approaches them. Batman knows if they're going to succeed in getting the cure, they're going to need her help to do it.

"Hello there, beloved," said the woman as she stood in front of the two heroes.

"Hello there, Talia," said Batman towards both his ex-girlfriend and also the mother of his son, and the daughter of Ra's al Ghul.

Well, it looks like a little family reunion, huh? Good thing for Daniel they made it to Talia. Think she'll end up helping Daniel and her son? Or think she'll end up siding with her father?

Also, looks like the Bad Batch continue to embarrass Edward. Showing that these Clones are a lot smarter than they look and able to cheat the cheater himself. Also, yes in one of the riddles where you have to guess where the hostage is at, use the detective mode to see where the hostage is at. Riddler changes his position to try tricking you, but with the detective mode, you'll find it.

I'm also not going to do all the riddles. Just the ones that are feasible for Riddler to put in that building they're in.

Anyways, think they'll succeed in stopping Riddler and find what they need? Think Batman and Robin will get to Ra's in time? Will they also figure out in time what Thrawn is up to? If you've played the game and think things will go the exact same way as the game, well think again.

Tune in next time to find out and you do please leave some reviews. If you didn't like this, then don't leave a flame review. Also tune in next time to see how things will go for our heroes. Also, sorry guys for taking so long to come back to this story.

I will finish this and when I do, I will get back to work on my other stories too. I will complete them and get them all done. Take care everyone and see you all next time.
