Time started to rush, when it was suddenly May again. Hogwarts seem to bloom just like the nature outside. The students woke up from a kind of hibernation they stuck in during the cold moons. It was spring break and so the only things they did was studying and having a good time.

Lily already started to slowly pack up her stuff. She would move in with Severus, hopefully before their daughter would be born. She was now already seven months pregnant, her belly grew a lot over the last month. It was pretty obvious by now, so she didn't even try to hide it any more. Severus was out with Dumbledore. They would be back in the evening, but now they had to care about Malfoy once more. After he had poisoned Hermione and Neville he still wasn't back to school. Dumbledore had decided to expell him finally, but his father wasn't really happy with that decision, so now they had to manage this case.

Harry was there with his mother and his two best friends. They all packed up her stuff in card boxes. The way to Snapes wasn't that long, but bringing every piece separately would be a lot of work.

"Are you really want to bring this?", Harry held up a bright red hat he never saw on his mother's head.

"Oh yes, I got it when I stayed in London. It was very fashionable in the muggle world.", she nodded and smiled at him.

"But that must have been ages ago. I remember my aunt used to have one of these as well, when I was about 6. She wore it on every visit. I used to think she had put a costume on", Hermione added, grabbing another stack of towels out of the drawer.

"Alright then. A relict from the muggle world in the walls of the half blood prince then.", Harry shrug his shoulders and stuffed it in the box.

"Hey Miss Evans", Ron called her from the other room.

"Call me Lily, Ron..", she frowned with a smile and stepped over. He stood in front of her shelf where old school books from her were stored. He pointed at one.

"Is that from Divination class with Professor Trelawney?"

"Oh yes! When we were first years, she started teaching here."

"You think I can borrow it? I have to write an essay, but my book is too worn. Nearly all the pages are so dirty, you can't really read a thing.", he explained. It wasn't that he treated his stuff badly. It was more that he had to use the books his older brothers used, so it was really worn out by all the hand-me-downs it went through already.

"Oh yes, sure.", she nodded.

"What about Ginny, love? Is she coming?", Lily grabbed the lilac blanket that used to be on the edge of the sofa and started folding it. She couldn't really lift anything that weighted more than fabrics.

"Uh yes. I think so. She's practicing for the Quidditch match, this morning", Harry answered.

"Alright. What about a little cake break?", she asked.

"Oh great", it looked like Harry crawled out of his mothers' wardrobe as he answered. He had tried to grab something from the top shelf.

"I'll get us some tea.", Lily smiled and left.

The three young wizards sat down on the sofa. Ron right, Harry left and Hermione in the middle.

"I think I earned a kiss for my hard work", Ron bent over Hermione and kissed her briefly.

"You never have to earn a kiss.", she mumbled.

They both went through a hell of a ride during the past month. After she decided to not take the serum, they lived in the unknown. Even though she knew it was under her control, she hoped not to be pregnant. Ron panicked in every dream he had. He spoke in his sleep, and so Harry was informed as well. It was a relief when Hermione finally found out that she wasn't pregnant.

"Ginny says the same thing. Must be a family thing", Harry laughed when Ron smashed a pillow onto the back of his head.

"Hey!", Harry looked at him.

"Stop bulling Ginny", Ron laughed.

"I would never. I love her!", he answered.

"Okay, Girls, back off!", Hermione pushed both of them away from her.

Lilys stuff was already completely packed when Severus came home that night.

"Miss Evans", he greeted and hugged her from behind to surprise her.

"Huh..", she twitched a bit when she noticed his warmth on her back. His hands moved around her waist to her belly.

"Hello little girl", he whispered. Lilys hand placed on his as she closed her eyes.

"How was Malfoy?", she asked quiet and let her body fall onto his even more.

"Not important. Things are solved now.", he whispered back and stroke her bump a little, when Lilys eyes rushed open.

"What was that?", asked Severus who pushed his hand a bit tighter to her skin.

"You felt that too?"

"I did."

"She moved.", her mouth opened a bit in surprise as she moved around to see his face.

"Really?", the taller one opened his eyes more and stroke the bump once more.

"Yes.", her smile got wider as she felt her daughter again.

"I-I've noticed some tickles lately but didn't really think it was her, but this is so much stronger now."

"Hey darling. It's your daddy", he knelt down and spoke into the direction of Lilys belly.

"Sev.", she giggled softly.

"Can you hear me?", he didn't even try to hide his smile when a soft kick was the answer.

"Stand up. Please", she bent down a bit to try grabbing his hand. Seeing her man on his knees right before her made some kind of butterflies crawl up. The little kicks of her child inside her made them dance wildly.

"Lily?", he whispered, and it seemed like just his eyes moved up to her face.

"Yea?", she whispered, so quiet that even she couldn't really hear it. Their eyes locked for quite a while. Those dark brown once and the light greens. He swallowed just a bit because of how beautiful she was to him. How perfectly her wavy hair fell down to the shoulder and beneath her chest.

"I- uh-", he stumbled and rashly reached into his pocket and seemed to search for something.

"I am a poor man.", he shook his head and pulled out what he was looking for.

"Stop.", she muttered when he grabbed her hand.

"But you really changed me to a better one.", he looked down for a second.

"I am sorry that I couldn't be your first one.", his cheeks blushed as he looked up into her face again.

"Will you—", he took a fast breath because he felt like passing out, "will you marry me?", his eyes fell down to the ring in his right hand.

Lily was speechless. She just looked at him with all the butterflies making her explode.

It took her almost a minute to process.

"I am sorry..", he smiled hurt when she didn't answer after a while. Severus was about to stand up as she nodded.

"Yes.", her eyes started to swim a tiny bit.

"I will marry you", she laughed in a trance.
